This is the smaller residence hall on campus. It is on the outskirts of the main university buildings, about a seven minute walk to the main complex. Kelvinhaugh is a temporary home to fourty-four students. The building is comprised of flats. The flats are unisex, meaning you can live with anyone. There are twelve flats that span three floors and each one has a set number of bedrooms with one person occupying that bedroom. Every flat is also equipped with one bathroom. There is one laundry room equipped two washers and two dryers per floor as well as one kitchen and common room/dining area per floor. Utilities such as Wifi, electricity, heat and air are provided with their own unit pet flat, giving the occupants some more home-friendly feelings.
The first floor contains six, three-bedroom flats, holding a total of 18 residents. The second floor holds 16 people using four, four-bedroom flats and the third floor is equipped with two, five-bedroom flats holding a total of ten people.

This is the larger residence hall on campus. It is in the heart of the campus, no more than a five minute walk to the majority of the buildings. Winton is your average residence hall with a few added amenities to make it top-knotch, just like the university. There are twenty-eight bedrooms in the building that span over four floors (seven rooms per floor). There is also a basement which holds a recreation room, kitchen, dining area and silent study area. Though it may not seem grand, there is one, seven-stall-seven-shower bathroom on each floor as well as one, three-washer-three dryer laundry room on each floor. In addition there is a wifi router on each floor, as well as a heating and electrical unit. Sadly, air conditioning has yet to be put into the actual dorm rooms or laundry rooms, but there is air conditioning in the hallways, basement and bathrooms... a little known fact that often leads to students leaving their doors ajar during the day, allowing some of the cool air in. It is highly recommended to bring a personal air unit or fan as the rooms do tend to get quite muggy and stuffy, even with the windows open in the warmer weather.
Unlike Kelvinhaugh, Winton is not unisex rooms. Floors one and three are occupied by male students while two and four are where the females reside. Floors one and two are double rooms, meaning two people to a dorm while floors three and four are triple rooms, meaning three people to a dorm.

Not everyone in the Fraternity/Sorority will live in the house. Only the President and 2nd in Line/VP are required to live there. This doesn't apply to the Honor Society Sector. The Honor's house is non-residential, no one lives there.

Zeta Psi (ΖΨ) is the Greek Fraternity on campus. The frat house is located off campus, about a ten minute walk to and from campus and a two to three minute drive. Like many of the buildings in the area, it is older. Zeta Psi's primary color is white, but their secondary and more often used colors are gold and black. Their house consists of a basement, main floor, and two above ground floors, allowing for plenty of living space. The basement and main floor are generally used for entertainment. The basement is one giant room with a bar and fridge at the end closest to the stairs, a large stereo system with a cleared floor for dancing at the other end of the room. The room also holds a pool table and a table tennis table. Generally there isn't a whole lot of sitting down there, there are about five barstools to use, and if other's want to sit generally folding chairs can be brought down from another floor or people can sit on the pool table, counter/bar or floor. The main floor is a more functional entertaining space. There are two bathrooms, one near the stairs and one next to the kitchen. There is a full kitchen/dining area combo, a large den area with two giant couches, a fireplace and a large television. There is also a smaller room starting under the stairs and spreading out past the structure to the very back of the house. That room is used for laundry and as a study. Two of the more undesirable things to do in the house. The second floor contains four larger bedroom that hold three people each and a bathroom between the two bedrooms on the far wall of the house. The third floor is smaller than the others and has slanted ceilings, often leading people to think that the last floor is just an attic. On the contrary. The highest floor contains two smaller bedrooms, one for the president and one for the 'next-in-line' as well as a smaller, shared bathroom that has two doors, one leading to each bedroom.

Kappa Kappa Gamma (ΚΚΓ) is the Greek Sorority on campus. The sor house is located off campus, about a twelve minute walk to and from campus and a four minute drive. Though it is an older building it is the newest one out of all. Kappa Kappa gamma's colors are dark blue and light blue. Their house consists of a main floor, and two above ground floors. The main floor is mainly used for entertainment. There are two bathrooms, one on each side of the long house. There is a full kitchen, a full dining room and a large recreation area. With the exception of the bathrooms, all of the rooms are open to one another due to the open-floor plan which makes entertaining from anywhere a snap. There are two decently sized bookcases under the stairs with four armchairs in a semi-circle around it. That is also the only section of the first floor with carpeting. The remainder of the floor is open, there is a speaker system that runs through the house that anyone can access by pressing one of the small buttons under the speaker, holding it while they talk and then releasing. The speaker system also allows music to be played from the stereo throughout the house. The second floor contains six medium-sized bedrooms that hold two people each with a decently sized bathroom attached to each room, thus leading to six bathrooms on the floor as well as the six rooms. The third floor is the same length as the rest of the house, but due to the ceiling being it's roof is a bit shorter unless you are at the center. There are two single bedrooms only slightly smaller than those on the floor below, for the president and her right-hand-woman, as well as a bathroom that both bedrooms share.

Alpha Sigma Nu (ΑΣΝ) is the Greek Honor Society on campus. Their house is the only Greek Life house on campus, the other two are off campus. Alpha Sigma Nu's colors are Maroon and Gold. Their house is one of the eldest on Campus and contains a basement, main floor and two above ground floors. The basement isn't really used for much. A lot of the members use it for extra Storage for things that don't fit in their flats or dorms. The main floor has a large common space complete with a fireplace, four large couches, two bathrooms and a pantry. The Second Floor holds a large kitchen, a spacious formal dining room with a fireplace and two more bathrooms. The third floor is one large study and library combo complete with one bathroom and three vending machines: one for food, one for drinks and one with supplies like pens, pencils, markers, etc.
