Unable to Post a banner Ad

I created a banner that was the stated dimensions. I filled all the information out, but when I click save, nothing happens. It doesn't take me to a new window or anything. It acts like the button is disabled.

That seems to happen if you're using an ad-blocker. If you turn it off, you should be able to post your ad.
