Twisted and Wicked Fairytales?

I have this idea for a group role play where you may pick from a long list of fairytale characters and you must twist their personality in such ways that they are barely recognizable. The main plot would be that each selected character would be a "gang leader" in this Post apocalyptic type industrial city. :o
