I'll play them all if I like the plot but I go for mainly fantasy and magical. I like anything that wouldn't happen to you in everyday life. I mean if you can live it why role play it.
A new year arrives, along with fresh new faces of surgical interns and surgical nurses. Welcome to Seattle's Trinity Vale Hospital, a top of the line teaching hospital known for teaching and holding some of the best surgeons in the nation. However everything may not be as it seems with all the competition to the top of this surgical food chain. Trust, passion, love friendship and betrayal are only the beginning of trying to make a name for yourself. Once you walk though those doors only time will tell how things end up.

Surgical Chief stands before a group of his fellow workers. "Today, is like any other day. Most of us have seen it before and most of us have personally delt with it before. So be on your A game today folks, for in any minute we will have a new batch of Surgical Interns walking though those doors. They know who they are a signed to and will come to find you if you don't find them first. So get to your stations and have a great day." He says a top the straits. Everyone desperate.

Doctor Dimitri Kazee was one of the first to vanish from the group. It was actually a rather rare treat that he'd teach anyone not a fellow. However his father, who owns the hospital told him to give it a try. Dimitri was a fit young man, one of the most experienced and highly recommend in the country even at the age of 30. He had beautiful long black hair and piercing Hazel eyes. If he had spent most of his life like a normal human being he might have been the popular guy girls fan girls about, not that they already didn't do so. Hopefully he wouldn't want to strangle one of the interns. Once they arrived he explained everything that was needed, like they would watch, listen and do as told. Also he explained how the first day they would stay at the hospital 24 hours. Today he also had a few residents in his services today.

Nefertiti Essam
Nefertiti, or Nefe as most of the doctors and nurses referred to her as, was a very sweet girl who spent most of her days in a hospital bed. Her room was pretty much the same as the other patient rooms with white sheets, cabinets, and machines that were connected to her. A vase of flowers laid beautifully on the counter. The sound of a beeping monitor was the only disturbance to any silence that might have existed. Nefe tended to sleep a lot later than everyone else in the hospital as that was just how her body worked. Today was a bit different, however, as she was already awake and sitting up in her bed. It was probably due to the fact that she'd have to meet a new doctor which made her extremely nervous. Her previous one died of old age leaving poor Nefe to cry for days on end. It still pained her to think about it.

Currently, Nefe sat in her bed doing absolutely nothing while her brown eyes just looked everywhere. Getting a new doctor wasn't easy for her or meeting new people in general. Her hands felt clammy and cold to the touch while she had short, quick breaths. Any sudden noises made her flinch causing her ash brown hair to sway while her eyes only looked downward toward her hands. This was going to be a very interesting day for her...

Haru Yamamoto
Haru got to work pretty early as he loves his job and it was simply his schedule. His black hair framed his fair face perfectly while brown eyes scanned a clipboard. He wore what most nurses wore, scrubs but his were a darker blue than most as he preferred it that way. Currently, he was assigned to a kid who arrived rather urgently that morning due to an asthma attack. It wasn't the worst case out there but the kid, Gabby, was surely scared to death.

He approached the wooden door and knocked to alert her of his presence before entering quietly. A smile graced his face as he saw her while walking to sit next to Gabby's bed. Haru grasped her hand softy while speaking calmly.

"How are you feeling?" She seemed to relax a bit when he spoke but there was definitely fear filling her mind to the brim. Her breaths were also extremely deep and occasionally short.

"I'm scared-scared!"

"It's going to be alright, I promise. Let's get a breathing treatment set up for you..." He set his clipboard down and started setting up the equipment and secured the oxygen mask around the girl's head. "Once I turn this on you're going to have to take deep breaths for me, okay?" She nodded as he turned it on and did as told. Haru let her inhale the medicine that would loosen up her lungs, allowing Gabby to breathe. He rolled on the chair over to the computer to open her files and began typing pretty quickly while occasionally looking back to make sure Gabby was doing alright.

Christina Chen

Soft pants escaped her lips as she fumbled with her scrubs, trying to be as fast as possible. Her eyes kept wandering towards the clock, dreading the looks she would receive from her fellow coworkers. On any normal day, she would be at work bright and early, but she had overslept. It could've been the fact that her alarm wasn't set, or that she'd spent nearly twenty-eight hours straight on the clock the previous day. She knew that was no excuse, considering that was the normal thing for nurses and for doctors. Christine should know this by now, given the fact that she's been working at Trinity Vale for a year now. Originally, she'd interned at another Hospital in Miami, Florida, but that had been long before she had been able to land an actual job. She was grateful for her internship, as she had learned a lot, but she knew she could move on to better things– and she did!

Grabbing a hair-tie out of her locker, she quickly shut it and put her hair up in a ponytail. With a quiet sigh, she stepped out of the room and made her way towards the ICU. As she stepped through the wide-set doors, she greeted a few recognizable faces with a small smile and a nod. One rolled his eyes and the other huffed at her, both knowing that time was of the essence and by coming in late, something could've happened and there was a chance that she would be blamed for it.

Christina ignored them, her midnight eyes set on a door straight ahead. Once she reached the off-white door, she gripped the knob and softly turned it. Upon entering the room, she could hear the sound of a heart monitor and a mechanical ventilator. Closing the door behind her, she grabbed the clipboard and scanned through the contents to make sure that nothing had changed.

"Hello, Ms. Daniels! I'm glad to see that you didn't flatline at all last night. Perhaps you'll be well enough to be moved out of here some time this week! Now, if only you would wake up from your coma..." She muttered to herself, glancing up at the middle aged woman. She was in an accident a few days before, the driver in the other vehicle had sadly passed away. Christina knew that other than that and Ms. Daniels, everyone else had left with a few broken bones and some scratches.

She glanced over at the window, only to see a vase of roses. Christina smiled, glad that someone had checked on the comatose woman. She hoped they wouldn't give up on Ms. Daniels, the woman needed all the support she could get.

Nefe was sitting upright in her bed as usual. That was all she could really do as any attempt to get out of her room was met with doctors and nurses guiding her right back. All the poor ash brown haired girl wanted to do was explore but she couldn’t as it put her at risk of panic attacks or being harmed. Her body was fragile as a porcelain doll just like her emotions.

Currently, Nefe was just playing with her hands, there wasn’t anything else to do and the loud noises from the TV scared her so there wasn’t a TV in her room anymore. Everything seemed fine until the vase on the counter fell to the ground with a loud crash. Her heart was practically given a jumpstart as she screamed and immediately curled up into a ball. Her breath became labored as breathing wasn’t the easiest thing anymore. Tears blossomed from her eyes as the panic seemed to settle in.

Dimitri had been wandering the halls heading towards his next patient. He had been called by Nurse Haru. It was a child with a large brain tumor. The Doctor was looking through the scans sent to him on his tablet. However, the dark-haired Male was brought out of his thought process when he heard a scream. He looked up to find a girl in the room next to him curled into a ball. He darted into the room. “Ms. Are you okay?” He asks her noticing the shattered vase.

Dimitri saw a nurse rush in. “Oh. Dr. Kazee. I apologize for the interruption.” she says to the Male who gives her a nod. He looks over to the girl who was no longer curled into a ball. Her hands covered her face and something about him being a stranger to her. “Well if you didn't want people to wander into your room don't scream,” he says to her. He had known who she was, she been in this hospital for a while now. Most knew who she was. “Well I must get going now,” he says taking his leave.

At first, Nefe was only scared more by the presence of the new doctor but after hearing his voice it just seemed to calm her down significantly. She couldn’t tell why he calmed her down so much but when you had as many panic attacks as Nefe did it didn’t matter why it just mattered that it worked. Her delicate tanned hands removed from her face to reveal tear stained cheeks as she looked at his retreating figure. The only thing that came to find to get him to stop leaving was throwing a rose. So she grabbed a rose from the unbroken vase next to her bed and hit him in the back of the head. Immediately afterward Nefe hid her face again like a child while the nurse watched in mild amusement.

“It seems she likes you…” The nurse spoke with a chuckle. Nefe tended not to like many people but he was an exception for some reason.

Dimitri had begun to leave the room when something was thrown at the back of his head. He turns towards her. He picks up the rose breaking off the stem. With a soft sigh, he tucks the rose in her hair. “Throwing things at people are not nice. But I must really get going. You wouldn't want a little kid to die because you held me back from getting to him would you?” he says patting her head gently before leaving the room this time doing so quickly so she couldn't hit him with anything.

He headed towards the child room. A little girl about eight years old. “Hello, Miley. I am Dr. Kazee,” he says giving the girl a soft smile before looking to her mother. He looks to Haru a nurse on this case. “I saw the scans you sent to me,” he says to the Male before looking up at the mother. “Mrs. O’Neil, I can get the tumor out. Most other Neurosurgeons wouldn't dare attempt it because of fear of hitting a nerve that could cause more damage than good. However, I would not be one of the best in the world if I didn't think I couldn't do it. But even if I am a great surgeon thing can happen in the OR.” he explains to her.

She nods. “I know Dr. Kazee. I've been to several specialists and they all told me it would be impossible. Risks must be taken. At this rate, I will lose her. I’d rather have tried then given up.” she explains and Dimitri nods.

Nefe was a bit upset that he had to leave in such a hurry but the intention of following him was there. She would have immediately taken her IV’s out and went after him if the nurse hadn’t of stayed behind to check on her. A pout settled on her face as the nurse checked her red blood cell count, temperature, and made sure she had enough iron.

“Seems like you’re all good, Nefe…” An ‘O’ seemed to form on the nurse’s mouth at Nefe’s upset expression. “I’m sure you’ll see him again. Now just relax and calm down while I get someone to clean up that mess.” The minute the door shut Nefe started messing with her IV’s and somehow got them out. A little bit of blood trickled down her arm but she washed it off and peeked out the door. All she saw was the nurse’s retreated figure as Nefe scampered down the hallway rather quickly. Unfortunately for Dr. Kazee, he had slipped up and basically told her where he’d be… Pediatrics. Which was exactly where the young Egyptian girl was headed. Today was the day that Nefertiti was going to give the poor nurses and doctors a heart attack.

She turned a corner and immediately ran into someone her brown eyes couldn’t recognize, and vice versa which helped her out greatly.

“Can I help you?” His green eyes definitely took notice of her hospital gown. Nefe was short enough that she could probably be mistaken for a teenager at least and it wasn’t beyond her to use people to her advantage.

“Yes, I was… wondering where Pediatrics is? I got lost.” Her voice was quiet and sweet which made the intern’s eyes soften while pointing her in the right direction. “Thank you…” From there on she’d wonder pediatrics until she came across Dimitri or got caught by some staff that recognized her. Today was hectic so hiding was a lot easier.

Haru had finished taking care of Gabby rather quickly and left her to relax as another patient needed his help. This time it was a young girl named Miley and after some testing, Haru has discovered she had a rather severe brain tumor. Almost immediately he sent the tests to Dr. Kazee and continued to comfort the girl and mother until the doctor got here.

“The doctor should be here soon.” His warm voice said while writing information down on the clipboard. Dimitri walked in pretty quickly while immediately talking to the mother. The poor girl listened to the whole conversation and soon burst into tears. “Hey, hey… Shhh... I promise Dr. Kazee will try his hardest…”

“Will you be there too?” The tearful girl asked causing Haru to hide a grimace at even the thought of that much blood in one spot. Haru would definitely never be a surgeon as large amounts of blood caused him to lock up.

“I’ll try, I’ll try.” His voice said softly while the girl practically threw herself at him for a hug which he returned.

Dimitri gives the girl a soft smile. “Do not be scared. I am good at my job. Do you want to know what motivates me?” He asks her. Miley sniffled and gave him a nod. “I had a little sister. She wasn't much older than you. Back then doctors were not as good at their job as they are now. Because of that, she passed, however, I became a doctor to help people who were like her so that they would not meet the same fate.” He tells her softly. The little girl looks up at him.

“If you were her doctor would she have lived?” she asks him. “I am sure she would have,” Dimitri tells her with a soft smile. She rubs her eyes and gives him a smile too. “I have courage now.” she smiles. “That's good. We will have a few nice nurses prepare you while your mommy and I talk okay,” he tells her heading out the room.

Haru smiled down at the girl while rubbing her arms and giving her one last hug before getting up and paging several other nurses.

“Promise you’ll be there?” Miley all of a sudden spoke to Haru who was opening draws in search of something. He looks over his shoulder and at her with a smile.

“Absolutely.”

Nefe has been wandering for a while which wasn’t the best for her as she wasn’t used to it. Her brown eyes started feeling heavy as her weak body started showing signs of fatigue. Luckily, she must have strayed too far from pediatrics without realizing and came across an office that conveniently had a couch in it. What she hadn’t realized before entered was the office was marked ‘Dimitri Kazee’.

Back in Pediatrics, the intern who helped Nefe was currently being yelled at rather loudly by Nefe’s nurse only a stone’s throw away from where Haru and Dimitri were.

“Where is she!? If she stays out of her room for too long she could have a panic attack or faint!” The nurse frantically spoke rather loudly alerting other doctors and nurses of the situation. It wasn’t uncommon for Nefe to disappear from her room but it was uncommon for her to not be found within 3 minutes.

“I hadn’t realized who she was… I’m sorry! She wanted to come here for some reason!”

“We have to find her and quickly!” Pretty much all the nurses in the area started bustling around to look for the girl…

Dimitri was explaining how things would work to Miley's mother when he heard about Nefertiti’s disappearing act. The poor intern was being scolded by a nurse which he found amusing but didn't show it. Once all paperwork was filled out and ready to go he would tell her she would be scheduled for about an hour. Once the mother wondered back into the room Dimitri jogs over to the Nurse. “It seems Nefe ran off again. I'll search for her. I don't have any operations for about an hour unless someone comes in. Page me if I am needed.” he says before jogging off.

Meanwhile, a woman had a meeting with the board of directors of Trinity Vale. After the meeting she steps out to find her son, Dr. Kazee, rushing past her. “Dimitri, what's going on?” she asks. He explains and she sighs motioning him to go. She would head towards his office. She walks in to find Nefe sleeping on the couch. She giggles setting the papers she had on Dimitri’s desk then proceeded to call him.

Dimitri picks up his phone and gave a sigh. Thank god. He heads back to the nurse in charge of her. “Mrs. Kazee found her in my office. I have some paperwork and what not so she can rest until I have to leave. I have surgery at eight am. You can go get her then.” he explains before heading to his office. He chuckles spotting her sleeping. It reminded him of his sister sleeping in his room as he studied. He got to work on his computer.

Nefe had exhausted all the energy her poor body let her have and pretty much passed out quietly on the office couch. She lay on her side with knees pulled in and her hair cascading down her face. It was a breath of fresh air to see the usually panicking girl in a peaceful state. It lasted for about 30 minutes before a sneeze interrupted her and caused her to wake up. Her brown eyes fluttered open a bit while taking in her surroundings but somehow missing the sight of Dimitri.

Dimitri had been typing away on his computer when she sired. The sound if a sneeze made him stop to look at her. “So she has awakened. I did find it odd you happened upon my office of all places. So, do I want to know why you followed me?” he asks her leans back in his chair. “You had the entire hospital on code yellow.” He explained to her.

“Luckily my mother found you in here when she came in to deliver some papers.” Dimitri gives a sigh before looking at his watch. “I have about fifteen minutes before I have to leave. So I will be calling a nurse to come to get you. Luckily you passed out on the couch and not the middle of the floor or somewhere no one could find you.” he scolds her.

Nefe looked down at her hands as he scolded her. She was like a child despite her age and who wouldn’t be if they spent their whole life in a hospital with no responsibilities at all.

“Code Yellow?” Her head tilted slightly as she looked back up at his piercing gaze before avoiding it again. “I don’t want to go back…” She suddenly said as if recognizing what he said about her nurse coming to get her.

“Code Yellow is missing patient. In other words, if their patient wasn't in critical condition doctors dropped what they did to look for you.” Dimitri explains, “You need to stay in your room for your safety. But if you wish to leave your room you can always enjoy the outside with a nurse. Tell you what. If you can stay seated and not leave the room you can watch me do my work from the observation room. And if you can do well perhaps you can do more things like this if a nurse is with you.” he tells her.

Nefe got a bit distracted as he explained and it showed as she looked pretty much everywhere but where he was. That was until she heard the last bit and immediately perked up in excitement.

“Really?” Her soft voice asked. One thing that was certain was if she were to go to the observation deck she’d still need a nurse to put her IV back in and help her up there with the pole that held blood bags for her. She couldn’t go too long without it or she’d be at risk.

Dimitri holds out his pinky. “Promise to behave?” he asks her when she took his pinky in hers he shakes them and let's go before getting up. He walks towards the door motioning the nurse to come over. Lily her nurse, tasked with only her, walks towards him. “Get her IV and what not. I told her if she is good and as long as the operation observery is empty she can watch the surgery I have. Also, I told her she can only go if a nurse is with her.” he explains to the nurse. She gives him a nod.

Dimitri looks back at Nefertiti. “I have to go now Nefe. But Nurse Lily will prep you to head up,” he tells her before leaving.

Nefe was led back to her room momentarily as she kept looking behind her for Dr. Kazee while her brunette haired nurse whisked her away in a wheelchair. It didn’t take to long for them to return Nefe to her room and from there the nurse cleaned her arm while reinserting the IV despite Nefe small amount of disobedience that soon disappeared at the threat of not going.

“Don’t ever take this out again, is that clear?” Her voice was strict as Nefe begrudgingly nodded, although they both knew Nefe would definitely do it again just not in the near future. “Never leave this room without me again either!” Her nurse had Nefe hold the stand that held her blood bags as well as water, put two folded blankets on her lap, and pushed her in the wheelchair toward the observation deck. Some people said hello to Nefe as she went by and the new intern she tricked even gave a sigh of relief at the sight of her, probably remembering to tell the other interns about her. Once getting there the nurse left her right outside the door to make sure no one was inside but when she came back she looked Nefe in the eye.

“There are three people in there so it looks like you can’t go today.” Almost immediately Nefe threw a fit. She let go of the stand and looked away while crossing her arms. Nurse Lily had had enough of her drama for one day and gently grabbed her by the chin so that she looked right at her. “Oh no, we are not throwing a fit right now. You promised Dr. Kazee you’d be good.” Her eyes practically held the answer to that question which was ‘But I’m not getting what I want’. Nefe turned her head again as her nurse sighed in annoyance. “Fine, but you better be on your best behavior. The absolute best. No fits. No wandering. None of that, is that understood?” Nefe nodded while grasping the stand again. The nurse pushed her in and sat her down a little ways away from the interns then sat right next to her. Hill unfolded the blankets then proceeded to wrap the cold girl like a burrito. “Best behavior.” Her voice reminded.

Dimitri was in the process of scrubbing in. He was washing up his arms and hands before the door opens up. One of the scrub nurses puts him in the scrubs and gloves. He puts up his mask and down his goggles. With that, he heads over to the table. He reassures Miley before they got started. Dimitri stayed focused and before long the monitors started to go as her blood pressure rose. He took a deep breath having Haru calm the panicked girl. When she calmed down he started once again. After about an hour the surgery was done and Dimitri was closing her up and wrapping her head. “Okay everyone that is a wrap. We are done and everything was successful,” he says looking up at the observation deck. He heads out the door and scrubs out. As Haru took the girl away, the other nurses began to prepare for the next surgery.

Nefe enjoyed watching the whole thing as it was a change from just sitting in her room. Her eyes never really left the scene until it was over and Nurse Lily began moving.

“Alright, time to go back.” Nefe didn’t argue as she was beginning to feel how tired she actually was. Today had definitely been eventful and tomorrow would be even more so as she was getting a new doctor. Despite this, she still wanted to see Dr. Kazee and that’s what she planned to do.

“Can we go see Dr. Kazee?” Her nurse gave a sigh as she knew exactly what Nefe would want but nevertheless agreed and wheeled her to his office once more.

Dimitri had wandered out of the operation room to tell Miley's mother everything went well. She happily shook his hand thanking him. He explained she’d need to stay for about three to five days if nothing else happens. Once he was done talking to her he wondered to his office to find Nefe there. “Oh? How can I help you guys?” he asks them as he grabs the tablet from his desk. Most things in this hospital were digital so clipboards and charts were uncalled for. But some still liked to use it and take the effort of scanning everything into the system later.

Nefe clapped her hands together careful of the IV that now pumped blood into her already fragile body.

“You were really good!” She said while smiling a bit. Her nurse interrupted afterward as well to report her behavior.

“She was good… For the most part.” Lily had a hand on her hip a bit sassily while.

Dimitri chuckles. “Well so long as the observation deck isn't crowded and she being good I do not mind her watching. It will give her something to do rather than sitting in a room all day. I have to get going check in on other patients. Maybe if I get the chance I will stop by with a game for you to play.” he tells her. Dimitri then left the room waving her goodbye.

Christina Chen

After making sure that everything was okay with Ms. Daniels, she left the room. People were scuttling around, as per usual on the ICU floor. She easily slipped through the crowds with her small, lithe body. Christina passed by a few new faces on her way, their doe-like eyes and nervous body movements giving them away almost instantly. Her lips tilted up into a smirk, knowing they would be like that for the first week until they got used to the rhythm. She hopes that she'll see them again, perhaps in a few years when they have more experience under their belts.

Once Tina hit the elevator, she clicked the button to head to the floor she was most familiar with. After every ding, indicating the closer she got to her destination, she could feel whatever worries and stresses that she had felt before, almost melt away. There was a special someone on this specific floor that could always bring her to a smile, even if that person pitched a fit or was having a panic attack. On the last ding, the doors opened, pulling her out of her own thoughts. She exhaled softly, stepping out of the elevator and immediately heading straight towards the room. Thankfully, the door was open, and she softly knocked on the door frame to notify the person that she was there. "Hello, Ms. Essam!" She beamed, giving the other nurse, Lily, a small nod as a greeting.

She leaned on the frame, crossing her arms over her chest as she glanced around the room. It wasn't in shambles for once, so either Lily had cleaned it up, or Nefertiti hadn't done anything too terrible so far. "I hope that both of your days have been good so far, it's definitely been a little slow. Strange, isn't it?" She spoke mainly to Lily, knowing that Ms. Essam was only a patient and would only know of what was happening on her own floor. Tina pushed herself off the frame, pulling at the fabric of her scrubs in hopes of fixing it's rumpled appearance. From how quickly she had to put on her uniform that morning, she hadn't had a chance to fix herself until now. No one had said anything to her about it though, which was appreciated.

"Is there anything that you need me to get while I'm free?" She asked as she checked the watch on her wrist, noting the time. Until someone paged her, she wasn't necessarily needed elsewhere.

Nefertiti Essam
Nefe lay in her bed once more while pulling all the blankets that adorned her bed over her shoulders as it was cold. Nothing but her face shown from within all the pillows and blankets she collected. Her wavy ash brown hair tangled a bit while her eyes widened in excitement at the sight of Tina, another nurse who visited her frequently. Nefe was pretty close to falling asleep despite her temperature until Tina walked in and rekindled her excitement.

"Can you get more blankets?" Nefe already had a ton of blankets but she seemed to want more probably due to the hospital's naturally cold temperature. "And apple juice?" The girl continued while snuggling into her blankets further.

Lily smiled when she saw Tina and greeted her warmly. It had definitely been a slow day at the hospital for everyone. Lily couldn't say much as she was pretty much assigned to specifically care of Nefe.

"Definitely strange, but it would be worse we could be dealing with lots of trouble..." Lily fixed the blankets on Nefe's bed as she noticed Nefe's eyes seemed to be slipping closed.

Haru Yamamoto
Haru was glad that Miley's surgery went without a flaw. She would be going home in a couple of days which made Haru and her mother happy. Currently, he was in Miley's room entering information into the system and going over possible medication Miley may have to take with her mother.

"She should be all good... She might have to take some medication but it shouldn't be too much for too long." Haru smiled reassuringly while handing the relieved mother some paperwork. "She should be ready to leave in several days if no complications occur which they most likely won't!"

"Thank you!" From there Haru left the mother with her child and left the room to take a small break. Everyone always seemed to need him for something and it tended to take the energy out of him most of the time. He was happy to help but Haru was human after all. Haru made twists and turns until he came across a hallway that held vending machines to which he got a snack then proceeded to the lower floors. Once he was out of patient view and earshot he slid down a wall slowly.

"I love this job, but boy does it take it out of me..."

Christina Chen

"That's certainly true." She spoke softly, eyeing the tired girl. As quick as she could, without startling Ms. Essam, she grabbed a couple of extra blankets from the small supplies cabinet. As she grabbed the last blanket, she heard a small beep coming from her pager, notifying her that she would have to leave. Tina handed the blankets to Lily with a small, almost apologetic smile. "I won't be able to get her juice, I'm so sorry! You know how it is. Next time though, I'll definitely get it." She assured the other woman.

As she turned on her heel to go to the door, she looked at Nefe and gave her a wave. "I'll see you later, yeah? Be good for Nurse Lily." She winked before heading out the door. Pulling the pager out of her pocket, she glanced at the small screen and winced. There was someone–most likely an incoming patient–on the first floor causing a ruckus, and that she was needed ASAP.

Not wasting any time, Christina jogged over to the elevator, catching the door just as it was about to close. She stepped inside, pressing the button to go down to the first floor.

It took about a minute and a half, with some people joining her and some leaving. Once she hit the bottom floor, she rushed out and began to search for the problem. It wasn't hard to find, as the person was thrashing around, stating that they were dying. She could definitely see a bit of blood, but with how people overreact, she had a feeling that the male would be completely fine by the end of tonight. As she got closer, she checked to see where the blood was coming from, but since there was so much, she couldn't pinpoint the entry point. Which meant that it could be the head, or somewhere on their torso.

She noted a few other staff members rushing over, some were frantic while others were trying to calm the man down. Tina sighed, finally reaching the man. She could tell from up close that most of the blood seemed to be forming on his hair, which could mean that he crashed his head open. The head bled quite a bit, even if the crack was only a centimeter wide.

"Okay sir, if you would please calm down and tell me what happened..."

Haru Yamamoto
Haru let out a deep breath as he took a small bite out of a granola bar. He ran a hand through his black locks and leaned his head against the wall. At the moment no one was in the immediate area which meant Haru could just relax until the pager at his side went off. Fortunately for him, it didn’t. His lungs took deep breaths for a while before Haru decided it was time to get up. Normally getting up was perfectly fine for him but this time his vision dotted a bit with black and certain dizziness took over his frame. It soon disappeared as Haru leaned against the wall.

"Must have stood up too fast." He muttered while rubbing his neck and bit and beginning to walk toward the stairs. All of a sudden his pager went off halfway up the stairs causing him to basically start sprinting up the stairs. Haru planned on making it but another spell of dizziness took over as he felt weak. This one didn't stop though... His vision just kept getting darker and darker until he was lying unconscious on the stairs. Sweat beaded on his neck and face as he was hot to the touch... Hopefully, someone would find him soon.

Nefe waved Nurse Tina a goodbye in excitement while also enjoying her new blanket. She was a smitten kitten for sure. Lily even came back with a cup of apple juice for the girl to drink which now sat silently on the table next to her. Despite being happy with everything Nefe was starting to get grumpy as she didn't like to be kept waiting, by anyone.

"When's he going to get here..." Her voice whined a bit while wiggling around. Nurse Lily looked up from her book and at Nefe. Her eyes held a certain understanding of the situation. Nefe was getting impatient and impatient meant a grumpy Nefe and a grumpy Nefe meant bad things happening.

"He'll be here soon, just take a nap until then, okay?"

"Fine." A yawn seemed to echo through the room as her brown eyes finally gave way and closed for a bit. The only thing that could be heard was Nefe's deep breathing.

Sometime had past and a intern was rushing down the stairs only to find Haru on the ground. "Oh god." He says rushing over to him. What would he do. He examined the Male for a moment before yelling out the door. "SOMEONE HELP WE HAVE A MAN DOWN IN THE STAIRS!" He yells out soon enough a few nurses rush to his side helping him up onto a gurnee. The in turn ran to do as he was told as nurses got Haru an IV of fluids.

Meanwhile Dimitri was looking over some CT scans. "She will need surgery or radiation. Talk to her and her husband about the options I am being paged to the ER." He rushed to the ER to find a man with nails in his head. With a sigh he rushed them to the OR. "I will need to take them out just as they were put in." He explains to those around him as they rushed to the OR. Once that long surgery was done and over with Dimitri find himself grabbing a bottle of water from his mini fridge. "I said I would bring her a game. I think I have an old tablet around here. I can set it to factory settings and give it to her." He explains more to himself then anything.

Once he found the tablet and rest it he headed to Nefe's room. Dimitri would set it down by her bedside before being grabbed by the young woman who must have woken up.

Nefe was peacefully sleeping when she felt someone move by her bedside. Out of instinct, her hand grasped their wrist as from experience nurses tried messing with her while sleeping to avoid her arguing. Her grasp was weak and her hands cold as that's what happens when you have what Nefe has. Her brown eyes drifted open drowsily to see Dr. Kazee, her seemingly favorite person at the moment. It was obvious she was still tired and just waking up from a nap as it took her a second to actually register his presence.

"What took you so long?" Normally it could have been a whine but it was just a low whisper as she tried blinking the sleep from her eyes. Nurse Lily stood up and put a hand on her hip momentarily before scolding the half awake woman.

"Just be glad he took the time out of his busy schedule to come to see you." Before any more words could be exchanged between Nefe and her nurse another nurse came running in. A look of panic and shock held true on his face.

"Dr. Kazee! Haru won't be helping you with your patients today as he fainted from dehydration not even 10 minutes ago!"

Haru Yamamoto
Haru felt hot to the touch as the IV delivered his body well-needed water and other fluids. No one would have suspected that he of all people would faint due to dehydration but it happened to the best. At the end of the day, he'd probably get scolded for not taking care of himself properly.

Currently, Haru lay in a bed with an IV in his arm as his chest rose and fell. He looked pretty peaceful but it would probably be a few hours before he woke up.
