Name: Oppositions

Reproduction: This race is always born in twins.
Physical description and traits: They have all the organs of a human except their muscle tissue is 3x stronger. Due to all the energy physical type Oppositions use they must eat a ton of calories to survive. Brain type Oppositions, like Jinx, do not have this enhanced muscle tissue like physical types. Instead they gain photographic memory and enhanced reflexes due to their brain being able to transmit signals 2x faster then humans. Even though Brain types are weak they do not carry the curses their siblings have.

Psychological traits: Oppositions are born with the ability to analyze and store a specific weapon blueprint. For Jax this is guns, For Jinx it is Blades. The Opposition's brain will automatically assess weapon capabilities, but only their specific type. They CANNOT gain the ability to scan more because this is a part of their DNA.

Magical traits: Oppositions cannot handle magic, they themselves cannot summon, draw, or create it. Magic will consume a physical type's calorie intake.

History:
The Armed Republic of Rogess is a very large, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its compulsory military service. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 650 billion Rogessians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins.
The people are furious with the government for allowing citizens to be executed for petty crimes in foreign countries, citizens are allowed to rise or fall based on their own merits, Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively high, thanks to the all-non-pervasive police force. Rogess's national animal is the Jack Rabbit, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Saderl.

Before IDS: Before IDS Yo was already creating a world of her own. Including three races; Beastman, Kitsunes, and Mals. At this time the links of IDS were not open to any of them, the races constantly warred for eons. This was Yo's life everyday to deal with them. Using the magic of the Kitsunes Yo was able to transport armies to different realms and dimensions either conquering or losing in a fluctuating pattern.

Post-IDS: After the IDS found it's way to Rogess a flood of new races came with it, Of course Rogess being a country constantly at civil war in some form, The new races were not treated any better than the old races. As Rogess began to fill it needed more space, they extended across the planet overthrowing smaller nations eventually becoming a planetary nation. The flood kept coming, so the nation built high crescents that would serve as transportation similar to the Post-Dimensional Society's own transportation mechanism. The results of this were horrific, Crazy mutations occured that were left stranded on a once uninhabited planet. Yo sought help from the P.D.S who came and fixed the machines after inspecting the habitability of her nation and planet. After which Rogess has been conquering and Allying with dimensions ever so slightly.

Size and Population: 650,000,000,000( 0.650*10^12)

Other: Yo is the creator of the code siblings DNA which was sold to a high paying buyer in another warring country. Which then replicated eventually creating Jinx and Jax, then mixing with other races to create sole types. After IDS, the replication rate was amazingly high.

Your CS is good to go Noct. Shiro I don't see any major issues with your country sheet trough it needs polishing. But I like the idea so for now I will let it go as it it is. But as soon as you get some free time polish it up OK?

First thing - fix the spoilers ... they are messed up ...

Second - It's allies - are those to be introduced countries or random chosen names?

Third - The data section is for various statistical data. Like the size of the country and it's population. You shouldn't bother with listing the major industries. It ain't neccesary. Actually you should avoid it other wise I will go into full IDS economy expalations and so on. Do put how many planets (or continents, land area... if it is that small) does your country have.

Fourth - Nekomimi please use the term Beatskin or Beastman, since it is the best English translation of Nekomimi and not all of us know about Japanese language or popular culture. The term is used for generaly all humanoids with non-hominin traits like scales, cat ears and so on ...

Fifth - Kitsune are, if you didn't know, a type of Youkai and any Youkai population (of significant numbers) found out by the IDS are transported to the safety of Gensokyo or the nearest area that is declared and kept a Youkai safe heaven by the Inter-Dimensional Shinto Union (they can chose which of the two they prefer). That is because a captured Youkai can be anywhere from a few million to a few trillion credits and they are hunted. It is also to protect humans from Youkai. Any complains are to be taken to Yukai Yakumo the border manipulating Youkai or the current head of Shinto Union. You will have to think about this matter. Not that it is that important to me but just a detail everyone should notice.

Mals, 2 types: Stable and Unstable

Reproduction: Mals have no sexual organs so to reproduce they must recreate each other using their own DNA strands. This causes very little change in how descendants act. This is Yo's fault of course, she created the 3 Mals to help her with the creation of the Oppositions DNA and didn't consider reproduction. Each Mals average lifespan is 1,000 years tests are being made presently to expand this, but the amount of recreation they do in Bio-Engineering makes up for their lifespan. Only large planets or countries rated Large+ can inhabit their vast numbers.

Unstable Mals

Name: Mal ,Unstable Mal or "Face Eater"

Physical Traits: All Mals have the same physical traits. They are all carnivorous because they do not posses any herbivorous teeth, they have two rows of canine teeth on the bottom portion of their mouth and one on the top. Their tendrils can extract DNA from organisms as well as their stomachs, both have even smaller tendrils with a wax like coating that it wraps around the DNA to keep it alive. They posses no other organs besides a digestive system and are made of pure muscle tissue, their outer skin is a relaxed muscle that can contract like normal ones but normally does not. Mals have no lips so when they close their mouth it appears as if they have no facial features, their eyes are hidden behind an extremely thin muscle tissue that allows them to see through but renders them color blind. Their noses are hidden just like their eyes. They have no toes. They cannot speak.

Psychological Traits: Unstable Mals, unlike Stable Mals do not care for bio-engineering only feeding and killing. Having been created after the IDS Unstable Mals had a wide variety of food to feed off of, they tear their prey's limbs off and eat the meat around their bones. The one thing they didn't eat was the meat around their skull, all they ate off their prey's head was there facial features such as their;Nose, eyes, ears, mouth, and even hair. This gave them the nickname "Face Eater". They also tend to wear pants and ONLY pants (even though they have no sexual organs so it doesn't really matter).

Small Bio: Unstable Mals were banished by Yo to the mutant realm where her portal test led, finding they were to dangerous even there they were sent to Kronon, an area Yo and the Inter-Dimensional Shinto Union declared vacant. Yo's Kitsune even though docile were a danger to other races and were sent to guard the Mals being immortal souls that they could not eat. Only officials from the IDSU or Yo can enter the guarded area through a special gate set up in Gensokyo. They sit and rot in a large open planet where their only hope to continue is reproduction.

Stable Mal

Name: Mal, Stable Mal, or "Slenderman"

Psychological Traits: Stable Mals usual end up in Yo's personal labs or as doctors. They always where full on suits and all they care about is Bio-Engineering. They're extremely particular about their food only eating things they can slurp like; squid tentacles, spaghetti, fettuccine, etc. People find them to be extremely cocky and civilized even though they lack the ability to talk.

Small Bio: Stable Mals are extremely loyal and the cause of Unstable Mals. When they were created many people took advantage of their loyalty and made them create monstrous things using DNA strands they had no clue about. Eventually, A Mal was asked to fuse his DNA with that of a vampires and it created the Unstable Mal. Now Stable Mals are seen with some kind of companion to keep this from happening.

Name: Kitsune

Reproduction: Kitsunes do not reproduce being spirits who have no physical body. More Kitsune come when more foxes die.

Physical Traits: No physical body, but they appear as a fog in a way.

Psychological Traits: They are very empty and have no interest in anything. They maintain balance and structure with firm "paws".

Small Bio: Kitsune stand guard all over Kronon to make sure the Unstable Mals do not leave because of this they are to busy to reap souls. Over the course of three years large temples have been built along with warehouses to create a two-race society.

Magical Traits: They all posses the ability to reap souls, but depending on their element they can control certain elements as well.

B.O.R.: Band Of Rogues [BCOLOR=#3366ff](Spiderman Mercs)[/BCOLOR]
B.O.R. is a mercenary group that orbits a planet Rogess has control over, three galaxies away from the Rogess capital where Yo resides. They usually are docile and are not active unless something is attacking or a mutant/Youkai manages to escape. Their are four main members, 326,000 in total. The members are all some kind of superhuman with spider like abilities. Yo rarely has contact with them and only is able to control them through R.M.S.

Spiderman is a man who is able to spin webs as hard as titanium, but loose as string. He can also carry things 10x his own body weight.He was replicated and summon forth his many alternatives to create B.O.R. They can be killed, but have regenerative abilities.


R.M.S.: Rogessian Military Services [BCOLOR=#3366ff](Deadpool Army)[/BCOLOR]
R.M.S. is Rogess's military that has expanded through out the many conquered and allied galaxies, dimensions, and planets.There are over 2,456,000 members spread out in the task force and no one part of the military is the same, some may used old warfare tactics and floating pirate ships other wings may prefer a huge battleship it all depends on who they were before allying or being conquered. One of R.M.S.'s main missions is to watch the mutated planet of Yo's mishaps known as Isden. Another objective is to keep B.O.R. in line although they only do minor things like smuggling B.O.R. and R.M.S. hate each other. These guys also live in the vast vacuum of space that B.O.R. does.

Deadpool is a unkillable man who was replicated and summoned forth his many alternatives to create R.M.S. They all literally cannot die.
