Total Drama: A New Island

Kevin sits on a chair that is placed in the middle of the yacht. His eyes sway left and right at the rest of the people on board. He listens closely as the first list of names for the first team are called. His name isn't called so he continues to wait patiently. He is glad that he wasn't chosen for that team since the team color is red. I would've just quit if my team color had been red. He begins to inspect the people on the first team as they walked down. Several thoughts run through his head describing the people. Lists are being made and people are being placed in those lists. From the ones he would probably befriend to the ones he probably won't be able to stand. This continues until the first team is completely off the yacht.

The host then begins to call out the people for the second team. Then he hears his name called. Well pink isn't as bad as red, but I would have preferred a different color. Kevin waits for other people to get off first. His skin crawls with goosebumps as the first girl makes unnecessary noise with her gum. He definitely makes a note to not get too close to her. After more members get of the yacht, he decides to get off too. He stands up and hEads toward the exit. He doesn't look to his sides or talk. He just walks off the yacht and heads to the area with his other teammates, clearly staying away from the girl with the gum.
 
Both Will and Jason were slowly looking the camp and the competitors over. It was going to be a tough competition but they weren't worried as long as they worked hard and won the challenges they wouldn't need to worry about getting voted off. However an alliance of some kind would definitely go a long way to help their chances if winning. The only question was..could they trust their own team to be in on it? Or should they try to recruit members if the other teams to join?
 
Hearing her name, Blacheflor got off the yacht and looked around at who else was there. She saw Will and Jason, so started walking in their direction since she did not know where the heck to go. She looked around, These are the people I am stuck with. Thanks a lot life. She walked by Kat, "Uh... hi?" she didn't know what to say at first, so she tried to keep herself calm. Very calm. She had one bag, a simple grey luggage bag.

Once again Link did not hear his name, so he looked around at the people left. Oh it seems these people left are who I am stuck with. Link pulled out the card deck once again and shuffled the cards between his fingers to pass the time. He put the cards behind her hand, and almost made it look like they were coming out of the air, but he knew this trick for a long time. A very long time. He closed his eyes are sighed, knowing he would most likely be here for a while.

"Oh- uh- Maximillion," Max says to the girl. "I am really sorry about that!" But once again seeing that she had left the boat since her name has been called, he sighed. Another decent person not on my team. I just hope not she doesn't call me a moron after this. He sighed once again, closing his eyes this time. He stood beside his two pink bags, and waited for his name to be called so he could finally leave this terrible boat.
 
Xavier looked around at his teammates. Should I introduce myself to them? What if they don't like me? What if I get voted off first? Xavier said panicking. He wasn't so happy when he was notified he was going to be a contestant. Now he was secretly happy he was here...
 
*Matt smiled as his name was called. He jumped from the second floor and rolled forward as he landed on the pier. He jumped up when he stopped rolling. He stretched his arms straight up making a Y with his body* Helllllo island! *he looked over the tree's and smiled wide. New challenge for him to conquer. He cracked his neck and knuckles* This will be fun! *He quickly ran to one of the smaller tree's and began to climb it as well as he could. The bottom of his jacket flowed with the wind*
 
Zayden sighed, looking around the yacht at the leftover people, realizing that this was his team that he'd be on. He stood up and began to pick up his luggage getting ready to be called off the boat, finally that is, it was starting make him sea-sick plus he was never used to riding in boats. He should probably meet a few people just to get on at least one person's good side. Zayden spotted a girl sitting by herself biting at her lip, she looked kind of nervous, he figured she might be approachable so he brought his stuff with him and walked over to the girl, "How do you do madame? I'm Zayden James, and who might you be if I may ask?" He felt like such a cheeseball right now but being nice to people brings you a long way in life or so he's been told.

Katherine was taken aback by the first female to step off the yacht, Latifa. She was definitely... outspoken. Because she kept talking, Katherine didn't get to answer all of her questions, or even remember any of them. And so, she decided to focus on the last thing she said:She was allergic to peanuts. "We will try to remember that," Kat replied with a kind smile. She also smiled at all the other contestants who stepped off the yacht.

That is, until Matt did.

Oh, you have got to be fucking kidding me, she thought angrily. None of the contestants in past years acted like this with my brother. Maybe I should be an asshole like him. She shook her head at the thought. She didn't want to be as big of an asshole as him... just, kind of an ass hole. She made a motion with her hand, and looked at the camera. "It's time for a break, but stay tuned to meet the rest of our contestants!" As soon as the camera's were off, Katherine stormed towards Matt, with two of her crew workers at her feet. "Matt!" She yelled once she was at the base of the tree. "I need you to come down right now, and join everyone on the dock. I'm going to find Abraham, and I want you with your team on the dock when I get back."

One of her helpers stayed behind to make to escort him back to the docks, while Kat stormed off towards the cabins. Once there, she found Abraham. "Mr. Anderson!" She called out, clearly annoyed. "You are supposed to stay on the dock until I have given you your first challenge. I will not put up with this kind of behavior, especially from someone who is technically an adult." With a grimace, she reached out and grabbed him by the arm, dragging him back to the docks very angrily.

Jennifer raised her eyebrow as Katherine stormed off, clearly going to find the people who had ran off without a care int he world. Jenna couldn't blame her being so mad: she would be too. And she'd be a lot less subtle about it, that was for sure. In fact, she probably would've made a huge scene on Tv. But, cutting to commercial was a good idea.

She turned to look over the other team. These are the people we're up against? She thought smugly, a smile pulling at her plump lips. This is going to be easier than I thought!

Clarissa looked up when she heard a boy's voice, and she saw a male with red hair introducing himself to her. Zayden, she thought, cocking her head to the side slightly. That's a nice name. A small smile appeared on her lips, and she nervously began to play with the braid in her hair. "Oh, I-I'm Clary," she answered, her voice low but still audible. It was extremely surprising to her that someone would choose to approach her of all people.

She didn't notice, but a blush had found it's way onto her cheeks. She suddenly felt very self aware, and as a result her eyes shifted around to look at everyone. She noticed that Katherine was heading off to follow the contestants who had run off, and she said the first thing that came to mind, "She seems upset."

Abraham didn't move and Katherine was just put on neutral trying to pull him. He had a bored expression as he looked at her, '' I have to go to the washroom, '' he simply said as he grabbed her arm and started dragging her in the direction that one of the cameramen directed. He didn't care less that he just closed the door behind him as he sat on the bowl with the animator there. She didn't want to let him take a dump, then he will drag her with him and she will have to deal with it.

Just a minute later, Abraham came out with a half intoxicated kat and a satisfied grin after finally releasing his chili beans in the toilette. He looked at Kat that had no say in what he was doing and was pretty much stuck with him, '' You ok women?'' he asked as he poked her cheek, '' What do you want?'' he asked to her. No one could hear him if they weren't close to him. His voice though still had this dark aura and scary feel.
 
Will and Jason stood there awestruck at how the other campers were acting especially that Abraham guy they were glad as hell he wasn't on their team. If he had been it was without a doubt he'd be the first one they'd vote off. They then looked at each other and sized each other up trying to get a feel of the competition they would bring. Befire long they were both grinning and shaking hands "Will Treaty nice to meet you let's work hard and make it to the end" "nice to meet you Will I'm Jason Miles and I look forward to working with you. Have to admit there are some pretty nice girls here maybe we'l both get lucky!" Both guys laugh and give each other light punches on the arms like theyes had been pals for years. This was going to be a fun experience fir the both of them.
 
Kevin remains standing near his teammates while his two suitcases learned on his legs. He didn't want to make eye contact with the other people because he didn't want them to think he is staring. Instead, he observes the commotion while the show was on break. Oh my goodness, this is so disorganized. Is this how every show is behind scenes? I am starting to regret coming here. He rolls his eyes but can't look away from the behavior of some of the campers. Is it so hard to follow simple rules? They are just showing that they won't be reasonable teammates and have a higher chance of getting voted off. His facial expression is calm with a mix of worried but on the inside he is storming with rage. He sighs and decides to sit on his suitcases while he waits for the show to start again and the host to come back.

*Matt looked down with a slight smile* Hehe. Sorry mam got a little ahead of my self. *Matt slowly climbed down from the top of the tree. He didn't know he was supposed to stay with the group. He just got a little to excited seeing the big trees and all* I guess that isn't the best first impression... *he said as he walked back to the dock*
 
Blacheflor walked towards the other people on her team. She seemed a bit odd near these people, not sure of what to do. "Uh... Hi," she said to a random girl on her left named Astyr. She backed away; she was scared everything would go wrong after she started talking. She tried to stay calm, but did not know what to say. Now, she was acting odd. Then; suddenly she started freaking out. "Ah! Why must I ruin anything!" she was ready to break everything.

Will looks over at the shouting girl known as Bacheflor and walked towards her. He gave her his most charming smile and offered her his hand "whoa whoa easy there team mate. Relax your being too hard on yourself. What did Kat say your name was again? Bacheflor? That's an interesting name no joke seriously. What nationality is it? Oh I'm Will by the way. Will Treaty"

Jason looked over at the girl that was about to freak out for whatever reason. He hadn't been paying attention so had no clue what was going on especially when Will rushed over to talk to her. Smiling he tucked his basketball under his arm and nods thinking to himself "nice one Will way to be there for out team mates. It'll be an interesting game to say the least"

Blacheflor looked at Will. She started pacing with a heavy breathing. "Yeah... It is.. Blacheflor... I think it is... French... Not sure..." she had her fists at her side.

Link and Maximillion continued to wait.

Will continued to give the pacing girl a calm smile. Clearly she was nervous but there was obviously something else going on here. Pushing the girl wouldn't help so he was trying to take the calm road "French huh? That's cool I wish I had am interesting name like yours seriously it would really make my music career much more fun if I had a name like that. Seriously though Bacheflor your being too hard on yourself. We're all a little nervous about this. I know I am. But things will be ok. If you want I can be more then a team mate I can be your friend and I can help introduce you to everyone else. What do you say? Friends?"

Jason only chucoles and shook his head. Damn Will moved fast it certainly didn't take him long to try and calm everyone down and make friends. He had to hand it to him. He was going to be a good team mate in the game to have but first impressions only go so far. All of them had a long way to go to prove anything to their teams
 
"I am not that stupid, bitch!" Blacheflor yelled at Will. She tried to stay calm, "Sorry for freaking out but you seriously think that I would fall for that? Really?" Blacheflor tried to not sound stupid. "Dang, if I keep this up I am going to get eliminated first," she muttered putting her face in her hands. "Do you know what, we can talk but I am not going to trust you. But I still think that you think I am stupid and will fall for you. Stupid people do not beat 20/20/20/20 mode on Five Nights At Freddy's." She looked down on everyone else, because well... She was the tallest.

Will gave a slight jump at her sudden outburst "shit..this girl has some issues" was all he could think. He gave a small sigh and a shrug before putting his hands in his pockets "look I'm just trying to be nice. Nothing in my agenda has anything to do with making you fall for me. If you want to be like this then fine I'll leave you alone but my offer still stands. I can be your friend if you want and I can help introduce you to the others. See you at the first challenge then Bacheflor" with that he turned to walk back to Jason he hadn't spoke in a sarcastic tone or matter of factly his tone had remained sincere and friendly even though on the inside her words had stung him.

Jason watched the whole ordeal with interest. He inwardly winced at her words as well and shook his head "ouch that's gotta hurt" when WI'll made his way back over to him he gave him a pat on the shoulder "that could have gone better you ok man?" "Yeah I'm fine no worries. Hopefully she'll come around eventually"
 
~Sybil~

Sybil jumped visibly when she was suddenly approached by the twins, falling into a panic attack before she could even get a word out. Lucky for her, this resulted in a less-than-smooth transition; because when Sybil didn't want to be in a situation, Melody would always step in. So, calmly, the girl offered a smile. "Hello! I'm Melody. Nice to meet you both," she replied, offering her hand to shake.

~Astyr~

Astyr nodded to Max, smiling. "Well, nice to meet you! Looking forward to talking later.. But it looks like I've gotta go. See ya!" she replied, offering one last smile and wave to Max before sprinting off to join her team. She glanced around, smiling as she took a deep breath. Ah.. I can't wait! Fresh start.. Shaking off the thought, Astyr found herself being spoken to again. She smiled at Blacheflor, offering a small wave. "Hi! I'm Astyr, and you a-" Before she could finish, she was abruptly cut off by the girl's outburst. Blinking in surprise, she just stood there awkwardly. Er.. Okay than.. She seems cool. Looking around at her teammates, she tried to decide who to talk to, first.​
 
Blacheflor looked at Astyr then said calmly, "Oh, sorry about that. I am Blacheflor." She rubbed her arm then said something quietly, "Astyr, if you pretend that didn't happen and don't vote me off I will not vote you off."

"Oh, don't be sorry! You're fine.. Nice to meet ya, Blacheflor! I like that name," she replied, admirably. However, Astyr only seemed confused at the next comment. "Why would I vote you off..?" she asked, evidently confused. "Never said I was going to, and I didn't plan on it," she assured, offering the taller girl a smile.​
