ROLEPLAY SETTING: 14TH DISTRICT

The Humans have collided with the Ghouls in many occasions and for many generations. The Ghouls are spread throughout the world, and specifically in almost all of the districts in Tokyo. The CCG, or in other words, the Ghoul Investigators have been enforcing the streets at night but also during day to keep the Humans safe and free of the danger they can face. They also go by another name, but that is only used among the Ghouls themselves, which would be Doves. The CCG has initiated a program to get rid of each and every Ghoul in Tokyo, and throughout the many years, they've succeeded in annihilating them in a few districts. The danger the CCG poses is much more greater than before.

The rumors have especially spread throughout Tokyo, which is the most dense and populated city when it comes to Ghouls. The Ghouls are running scared in many districts. Some are even afraid to act and or feist on the Humans. Investigators are also spread around the districts and often walk around the streets to make sure something unexpected doesn't happen.

With change, the Humans are growing stronger, and for some unknown reason, the activity of the Doves in the 14th district is quite high. A sudden order from the Director of the CCG has made even the Investigators confused and suspicious about whats really going on. The sudden move to the 14th district has raised tension in the CCG and deviated the schedule planned with the program to get rid of the Ghouls in Tokyo.

There has also been some rumors among the Ghouls about a group called Kuragari Ishi, but they are also referred to as the In'ei. What they stand for is unknown to the most, but the Ghouls scattered around the streets are wondering if they are the reason for why the Doves have turned their attention towards the 14th district. There is also semi-known cafe in the 14th district named Iblis Fleur.

Iblis Fleur is known as a sanctuary or a safe place for the Ghouls, but not everyone knows about it. It is mostly managed by the latter, but it is also there to serve the Human customers in the area, and outside of it. In this world, there are Humans and or Ghouls that are quite different, from each and every individual. Some are trying to live their life as safe as possible, some Ghouls are slaughtering the Humans to kill time, or sate their hunger.

Despite all the occurences happening around Tokyo, the crime rate has not decreased. Humans have been mutilated and killed horribly in the streets. Even with CCG enforcing the streets, the war between the Doves and the Ghouls has never been worse.

CHARACTER STARTERS

There are some base similarities between our alternate universe and the canon. Iblis Fleur is like Anteiku, and Kuragari Ishi which are also known as the In'ei is an organization like the Aogiri Tree from the canon. CCG is CCG, as always. However, both Iblis Fleur and Kuragari Ishi will be quite different. The plot will be unique with its own form and aspect.

Iblis Fleur is a neutral/good organization which is controlled by @Detective Zero

CCG is OPEN FOR LEADER

For starters. A maximum of three players will be allowed to create a character for either Kuragari Ishi or Iblis Fleur. It's first come, first serve. In the future, as the plot progresses, players are allowed to choose their own path.

A minimum of three players is required for CCG at least, but as many players as possible can create a character for it.

Kagune:
Ukaku

Lee has a unique Ukaku type, he can make up to four 'feathered wings' along his shoulder blades. Doing so releases a large amount of RC cells and is only meant to be used as a scare tactic, or if he plans on ending the fight as soon as it begins with a barrage of attacks on his enemy. The color of his Kagune is a mignight/jet black with no other colors.

Personality:
Lee is smart, and his ability to hunt down CCG instead of being hunted has given him many nicknames among the CCG. He is cruel towards the CCG, showing them no mercy and making sure they get the memo. Outside of his mask and nightly terrors, he is a rather quiet and seemingly tired/bored man. He tends to keep to himself unless speaking with a ghoul, or a pretty woman. He is polite to humans during the day so he blends in well and can seem like a timid and scared man of everything.

History:
Dead. His family was dead, thanks to the CCG and he was only six years old when he saw it happen. His parents made him hide under the floorboards while the fight ensued above him, he could see them die, blood dripping through the floors and onto his face. He was scared, angry, and sad at the same time. A six year old did not need to see or go through this, it was terrifying to see the ones he held dear die before him. He wanted to scream to them, to crawl out from under the floor and go to his Mother and Father, but he he remembered the last words his Mother spoke to him. "Stay hidden, no matter what, and remember. Mommy loves you." Those were the last words he would ever hear from her again, only screams of agony after.

Life was tough after that. He was alone, he needed to eat and needed to kill humans for that. His anger drove him to release his Kagune, his parents both being Ukaku users. This is where he obtained his unique Ukaku. The first time using it, he was hiding in an abandoned building, and upon releasing the Kagune he passed out. After that, he had to work on only bringing one wing out, and then going hunting. The CCG was made up of humans, and with that common knowledge, it fueled Lee's rage to only kill every human he could find alone at night and devour them.

Skipping ahead a few years, he joined a group of Ghouls in the 8th Ward. He took advantage of this group, using them so he could stay healthy, full, and trained properly by more experienced ghouls. More sad backstory.

At the age of 18 he began his hunt.

He set off on his own and caused terror through the 8th Ward. He began hunting down CCG Investigators, knowing who they were by their silver briefcase. He blended in with the darkness, except for his white mask. His method of attack consisted of quickly approaching any CCG he could find, even if they were in a crowd, which was rare at night. If they spotted him, he would bring out his entire Ukaku and use the advanced speed he had to close in on the bastards, taking the two knives secured at his side and slitting the throats of the Investigators. After reigning some terror, he decided to let an Investigator or two live, letting them run away to go back to the CCG and tell them what happened. It helped spread the word of the Ghoul hunting down the CCG. It made his job easier, he knew that the CCG would react by dispatching even more Investigators to find and kill him, but he used that to his advantage. He didn't have to travel around the Ward to find them.

Attention was being focused on him, every hunt became a fight to the death and running the risk of dying himself. He made mistakes, he was a bit sloppy, and he was still young. He didn't kill everyone he attacked, some got away, and some injured him so he had to run away.

At only the age of 22, he had many nicknames, and he was no longer in the 8th Ward. He had traveled to the 16th, laying low for awhile. He had spent too much time in the 8th Ward, and the CCG would be crawling around the 8th Ward for awhile. Lee needed to lay low, the Wards were on high alert so he couldn't freely wander around without repercussions. Using his charm, he found an easy woman, dated her and lived in her home. He used women for their homes mainly, and as an alibi, and when it came to leaving the Ward. He just disappeared without word.

The CCG began to follow a pattern, that he would vanish after a month or two of killing. He almost died because of his incompetence to figure out that the CCG worked over all the Wards, and that they communicated with one another. This made him change his tactics, being active in a Ward for a day and vanishing, sometimes a week. He sometimes went back to other Ward and attacked again. He tried his best to stay sporadic, enough that the CCG are now investigating him and believing that he may not be the only "Black Reaper" wandering the streets.

His nicknames have come from the fact he only strikes at night, like most ghouls, but he has been 'reaping' the CCG. Purposely hunting them down.

Now he is 29 years old, more experienced. He doesn't go after the small fish Investigators, he has learned to prey properly. To learn and follow, and only to go after the big fish. One day he plans on going after someone like the Director.

He just made it too the 14th Ward. Rumors among the Ghouls and CCG have stated that he may be in the 14th Ward, but there wasn't any solid evidence. The 14th Ward was dangerous enough as it is, so why would he travel there?

Kagune:
Rinkaku Kagune - Izo's Kagune is a vibrant red with a deep blue running down the middle of the kagune that sprouts from his back, waistline area. He has only been able to make three at a time, but making three is a hassle and causes problems, so he only sticks with two. He closes in on his enemy and uses his Rinkaku to make sure that his enemy has no way of escaping, mainly using it to wrap behind his enemy and impale them if he can.

The Kagune shape is that of tentacles with scaled tips. They are meant to impale/stab opponents. He can also forge his Kagune together, the scales growing slightly longer and he put this in front of his body, using it as a shield.

Personality:
Izo is quiet around those he doesn't know, and is always on the defensive side. He is always wary of anyone and everyone that he has just met. They could be an Investigator, an enemy Ghoul, or a poor innocent that might get caught up in the mix between everything. He acts almost cold towards people. When he is with the members of Iblis Fleur, his demeanor changes and he opens up to them. He actually enjoys talking, caring, and being friendly to those that deserve it.

History:
Kubo Izo was born in the 11th Ward, in a neighborhood full of strife and violence. His Mother and Father never planned on having him, he was an accident, they didn't want to raise a child in the terrible neighborhood they lived in. Ghouls hunting and killing one another for food, or because they had their food stolen. So many problems, and a child to raise on top of it. His family struggled until he hit the age 10, his Father began to train him. Teaching him how to control his Kagune. He trained every day until he was 'ready' enough to go out and eat on his own, his parents had to worry about feeding themselves.

At the age 15, his family moved to the 17th Ward, and it wasn't much better there. He didn't get along with the other Ghouls, they were all selfish. Just like where he use to live. One day that he will remember forever is the month that he was out, feeding on a poor victim that had been in the wrong place at the wrong time. A Ghoul decided that they would try and take Izo's meal, and they fought over the dead body. Izo won the fight, struggling, but he won and instead of leaving the ghoul to lay in the streets bleeding out slowly. He devoured the Ghoul, in a rage of anger. Ever since that day, he has regretted it and hates himself for what he did to his own kind. Fighting them away is one thing, but cannibalizing was wrong in his mind. He never returned home, he ran away, hiding from everyone. Only eating when he needed to and moving on, he lived on his own like this for 4 years before moving to the 14th Ward.

He had heard of a group that was started in the 14th Ward, meant for helping Ghouls work together. He had always been on his own since a young age, and he hated that feeling. Knowing he was a mistake, his parents only raising him until he was old enough to eat on his own and fight on his own. He wanted to help others, help make sure no other Ghoul felt that way. He knew that there were Ghouls that shared ideals like his own, and some that didn't give a shit and would kill and do whatever they pleased. He wants to help anyway he can, but he is still defensive at first, weary that they are going to try and attack him the moment he lets his guard down and shows them kindness.

Quinque:
Taiki uses 48 mass produced quinque shaped as daggers (They retain the deep purple-black of most quinque not the sliver depicted) known as "Nanashi" as his weapon of choice and he stores them under his suit coat. They can be used at both close and medium range as he possesses great skill at aiming the knives when thrown. Since he carries them under his suit coat and not a suitcase it is harder for Ghouls to figure out he is a Dove.

Personality:
Lazy and slacking, he tends to be found procrastinating on paper work or simply walking the streets of the city when permitted. He is unorganized and doesn't enjoy being the focal point of any attention, unless that attention is coming from a ghoul and they are in a fight. He enjoys talking to others and making small talk, but otherwise does not get very close to people.

Ranked 127 out of 203, below average standards.... Captain of the boxing team, excelled in most school matches. Grades are acceptable, athleticism is Taiki's strong point then. His reasoning for applying is somewhere along the lines of 'Trapped at home' and 'Wanting to do something more' those are his words for the record."

Three of them held seats for next years Academy class. So three of the waiting list applicants just got lucky. The names are Yumi Miharu, Saruwatari Chiaki, and Kobayashi Taiki. Since the history was getting absurdly long I'll apologize and summarize the rest here:

• Taiki was in the bottom of his class when it came to grades.
• However, during combat training he shined, the fourth best fighter in his class and the only to excel in the use of the mass produced dagger Quinque, aptly named "Nanashi".
• Taiki has been out of the Academy for three years now, and yet is still a Second Class Investigator due to his lack of a sense of duty (Specifically to paper work) and his general laziness in showing up to work on time, or even at all on certain occasions.
• However his combat capability is on the higher side and he has been deemed too valuable to simply fire. As such he has not been promoted to a First Class Investigator and instead has had his pay cut on three occasions, and was even demoted to a Rank 3 investigator one year after leaving the Academy.

Kagune: Kiba has an Ukaku type Kagune. Though this type is most well known for its long distance range, Kiba has developed it enough that he can wield it at mid to short rang but not quite as efficiently. His Kagune comes out between his shoulder blades with the similar appearance of feathered wings. Or angel wings as some have said. Its color is a sapphire blue with the outline of the "feathers" a bright white that seems to almost glitter in the night like stars.

History: Kiba was found half dead by the owner of Iblis Fleur. A gang of ghouls spotted him on their "territory" and decided to make an example of him. Before they could deliver the finishing blow though, a mysterious stranger intervened and rescued him. The stranger took him to Iblis and nursed the teenager back to health. Kiba's been working at the cafe ever since. That was 4 years ago.

Before that night is a mystery since Kiba refuses to talk about it much. Only willing to say anything about his past to a select few he trusts.

Kagune: One of few rare cases, she holds power over both Ukaku and Rinkaku type Kagune's. The Ukaku type is similar to that of the Kirishima siblings in the canon, only instead of black or red, the color is a deep purple, the wings slightly wider in span and the way they flicker and motion is much more like fire than any other in its 'liquid' state.

With her Rinkaku, it is also of a deep purple as normally two tentacle-like appendages come forth and act similarly as any other Rinkaku type. At most, she can form four but finds it hindering to her full potential if using both types at once.

Strategically, she uses her Ukaku for defense and range and her Rinkaku for attack, utilizing both in unison for erratic mobility.

Due to the Rinkaku's regenerative abilities and her own regime of keeping fit, she counteracts the Ukaku's weakness to prolonged battles, but it doesn't mean she's running on an endless pool of stamina. Anyone can run out of gas in a fight eventually, no matter what they're capable of. As well, her Ukaku's abilities allows for much more agile and faster movements to use in unison with her Rinkaku, making speed something she's classed to another level.

Due to this and her run ins with ghouls and doves alike, she has been codenamed the Devil's Raptor.

Personality: Calm, kind and despite the young age, wise. To those who grow close to her, she considers them family - which has become the case with most of Iblis Fleur.

History: A ghoul originating from America, she grew up under harsh conditions with only a father to care for her as they were always moving, on the run from being caught by the likes of CCG and similar factions. As a child, it was hard for her to accept the fact she had to kill in order to survive, so for the most part she was able to instead rely on her father for that. She never enjoyed the fact that her kind was seen as monsters. What choice did they truly have? They didn't decide to become like this nor did they really have a choice. Attempting to fit in, she went to school as her father taught her how to keep her true identity hidden; learning to 'eat' food was not very pleasant at all. At the age of 17, things only got rougher for her as trouble brewed where she currently lived. A conflict between a group of ghouls and doves erupted for days, catching her father into the crossfire in the midst of it as they fled. She was safely taken away as a stowaway on a freighter ship, making its way to Japan, in which she had now spent the remainder of her life here to this point. Overcoming her loss and adjusting to her new life, it only grew tougher as she had to fight for herself completely now, and in all places Tokyo - which basically is the epicenter of all ghoul activity in the world in a way. With that, it only meant CCG and other ghouls would be a much greater threat now as she strived to survive, and in all places within the 11th ward. She learned quickly on who she could and couldn't trust, always finding it dismaying to kill but something she had to live with. Eventually, she planned out a way to maybe help those that shared her similar views, to help those who wished not to hunt, or those who were emotionally incapable of doing so. With that, Iblis Fleur was created, both as a group and a coffee shop set up in the 14th ward.

Extra: While not wearing her mask, she wears a wig of jet-black hair to hide away her immensely long silver-white hair.

Weaknesses: Well he is a human.. But let's see.. Ukaku types. As long as they keep their distance, it'd be difficult for him to deal with them.

Quinque: His quinque is a sword-styled weapon in the shape of a rapier wide enough to slash with but still meant for thrust-style attacks. Its special features allow it to strike faster than ordinary weapons through reactions of its movements, which further strengthens the thrust. Whether this was previously a kagune of a rinkaku type or a bikaku due to its nature, it is unknown as he never bothered to ask the creator.

Personality: Quiet, serious, blunt, loyal

History: Raised as an ordinary child in a decently well-off middle-class family, Tenchi strived to be at the top of his class, in which he was atleast within the top ranking students through his schooling. Halfway through his Highschool years, his mother fell victim to a ghoul attack, one of which that Tenchi had witnessed and escaped as they were out doing some grocery shopping. After that incident, his father was in an outrage as he questioned why there were no authorities like the CCG around to stop it when they're supposedly meant to be keeping the people safe. While Tenchi continued his schooling towards graduation, he would see it to an end without either of his parents as his father tried to avenge his wife to no avail in blind anger. Tenchi was aware of people everywhere facing loss to these ghouls, but the loss of his parents did not just slip past him like nothing. He was just never good at showing his emotions. Delving further into his schoolwork and away from any socializing, he graduated high school at the age of 17 and was on his own. Planning on what he wanted to do with his life, the events he faced and had always seen on the news, it encouraged him to try and join the CCG, to try and prevent any more deaths while he still breathed. Since then, he had joined the CCG's training academy to eventually join them in actual work.

Extra: Aside from his Quinque, he also possesses a SOCOM MK23 .45 model sidearm fitted for Q-bullet tech reserved strictly for the CCG. Despite being American-made, he made a special request for the specific model. Quinque:
His weapon is quite unique and modified, and a Rinkaku type. A silver briefcase in his hand, which, when opened, has the Quinque he draws forth against Ghouls. It has mid-lengthy hilt, which can be grabbed with either one hand or two. The shape of the weapon itself is like a Katana, which pulses constantly in the color dark magenta. It has two modes though. One is simply how it always pulses and can be used as a normal blade. The second mode is different. The blade itself splits open from its sharp end, dividing itself into four tentacle-type parts to the color of dark magenta, as mention above. It can wrap itself around the target and eventually squeeze and squash the target, or it can slash around like a normal Rinkaku type usually does. This second mode can be used in other ways as well.

He also uses another Quinque which is a Koukaku type. It is quite similar to his Rinkaku's first form, where the latter is a Katana. His Koukaku weapon has a very destructive power, hence why its mostly like a cleaver, but is oddly shaped, and can be seen as a scythe as well. It is a heavy weapon, whereas on the opposite end of it, five stones are loosely attached to it. The Cleaver-like sword is pure black, where the five stones are purple, and so is the hilt. Electricity is what really makes this weapon unique. Bolts of electricity can ooze out from the five stones constantly, going from close range to long range.

This Koukaku type weapon is also great for defense, and can for the most time, to a certain degree withstand attacks. A general appearance of the weapon can be seen here.

Personality:
Keigo is a kind person at first glance. He can be very nice. He is most of the time smoking. However, he is a thinker, and only acts if the end result is positive, unless the situation is dire. He can also be quite serious and strict, especially to his underlings. He can also be quite forceful and tends to stick to things until they are done.

History:
Keigo Hajime had a fairly normal and standard life since he was a young boy. As he grew he wanted to become something else. His intial aim was to become a lawyer in Tokyo, Japan, but unfortunately for him, that was not the path he was suppose to take. During a certain incident in the elementary school he was a student at, his life changed entirely. Being one of the few survivors after a Ghoul attack, where they feisted on the children who were unable to get away. Tahoma Elementary School was the name. It is still known throughout one of the worst days in Japan, where the casualty was nothing but children.

Keigo had no idea how he was able to escape during such a traumatic day, and once CCG came and made sure everyone who was alive were safe, he was admitted to the hospital for further check ups. He was severely damaged and stayed in the hospital for more than a year in order to become healthy again. During his time in the Neihari General Hospital, he frequently watched TV in his room. And during his time there, there were news almost every week about a Ghoul attack here or there. Because of that, many humans lived in fear constantly.

He was also visted by a few people from the CCG who wanted to see how he was doing, or if he could enlighten them in exactly who it was who was behind the massacre in Tahoma Elementary School. Unfortunately for them, he had no idea, not when he was in an awful state back then. The people from the CCG noticed something in the young boy, who was changed over the course in the year. His eyes were filled with fire, and once the people from CCG were about to leave one day, he stopped them, only to ask them if he could join CCG. Even to Keigo, hearing himself say something like that was totally unexpected, he was just as much surprised as the people from CCG.

It did not take much for him to convince CCG to let him be an Investigator. Once he checked out from the hospital, he continued his life normally, and even visited his the elementary school he was a student at. The horrific event that took place there, still haunts him to this day. As time went by, he eventually finished all his years in an elementary school only to graduate years after from the high school. During all this time, after he was done with school, he frequently was trained by numerous CCG Investigators among other people in the same organization to nurture and hone his skill. Only so he could become an Investigator the Ghouls would regret ever facing. Years passed and he finished college, and unfortunately, by that time, he was already smoking. It became a part of him, and was quite hard to quit. Decades past since that horrific day that changed his life, and now, he is one of the most skilled Investigators the CCG has.

Kagune:
Vera is able to draw out her Kagune which is a mix of Bikaku and Ukaku type. It is a very unusual one at that. Like any other Kagune of the same variety, meaning Bikaku, a tail-like appearance is released from around the tail-bone/coccyx. Meaning, despite it being a mix, the usual traits from the Ukaku side is a part of her Bikaku. She doesn't neccessarily have a separate Ukaku, next to her Bikaku. Her Bikaku though, it is quite massive in length and also very thick. Her Bikaku, when its out, it appears quite neutral-ish. It is in a C-shape form, but can be be in any other shape as well. The one thing that makes this particular Bikaku different than the rest is how its possessed by Vera. As mentioned before, it is quite thick and very long, and can essentially wrap itself around an entire body at the height of 5''9, minus the head. It holds immense strength and even speed, and can easily penetrate through even hard matter. It is on a greater level than a general Rinkaku. Because of its speed and thick-ness, and obviously its length, it can work as a shield as well, and is great for an offensive attack at any range. One of the two reasons for why this Kagune is unique, is how Vera has honed it, developed it along with her own body, throughout her years since she was a five years old. Back then, it was a very small tail-like Kagune. The second reason is obviously due to her Ukaku inheritance, which is most likely something she inherited from the mother she doesn't know anything about.

The Bikaku, once its seen, and in its usual C-shaped form, it looks like a half-moon. It looks like a tail with scales to that of a lizard, but with spikes along the sides, to the tails end. She is able to harden her Bikaku to make it more like a crystallized version of itself. In other words, it can change itself to something more deadlier. The color of her Kagune is to that of crystal black, all around. The center of the tail, however, is to the color of light blue, like a line reaching the top from the bottom. While the spikes are more like light crystal red. During the night, this Bikaku can attract alot of attention, being beautiful and always releasing some sort of tiny particles/shining orbs from the tail, to the color of bright blue. They are however harmless.

Personality:
Vera is a very smart person. She is an analytical, adaptable and very much idealistical. She is also quite manipulative and mischievous. However she can be extremely serious, ominous, and even condescending. She cares deeply for her kind that shares her vision, who acts for the cause Kuragari Ishi believes in, what she believes in. She can only be seen as caring or kind for people she holds dear to her. Vera can also be quite strict. Her usual demeanor is her elegant-style, as she is quite beautiful with her long silky blonde/golden hair, and her purple eyes.

History:
Imagine that. Vera Eniyama is the daughter of a well known family in Tokyo, Japan. Whereas the company Eniyama Corporations is well-invested in weaponry, electricity and obviously technology. Her father Yasutaro Eniyama recently retired, making Vera the successor to the company. It was definetely not difficult for the daughter to take up the mantle after her father. She was exceptionally talented since her younger days from her Elementary School and until she graduated from a prestigious High School a couple of years later. She was born to lead.

Her father, who was a Ghoul just like her, had immense knowledge on how to actually live more as a Human, rather than what they really are. Even taught his ways to Vera when she was young. Which eventually made her quite used to her Human life, and how to indulge in Human food without becoming nauscious, or sick before the Humans. From time to time, they would eventually be brought body parts of dead Humans from the morgue in a General Hospital they own through the company. It was only so they could quench their hunger for Human flesh. If anything Vera lived as a princess when she was a young girl.

Her sense in controlling her own hunger, the will to eat Human food without becoming un-well for a while, just so she wouldn't have to get it all out right there and then infront of the Humans. Everything eventually became like a part of her life, but unlike her father, Vera always felt that the need to hide her true nature was not something she wanted. Even during her school days, she had plenty of friends, was quite social. Even had a lover during her time in the College. But as she actually grew up, she constantly noticed how the Ghouls were handled throughout the world. How they needed to be eradicated, and how they were hunted. In her point of view, survival required sacrifice. She eventually started to become more Ghoul-like. Even wanted to take what she believed was hers and her kinds back. Years passed and her father was struck by an unknown illness, who was now on his deathbed, and was only brought some minor Human flesh to keep his hunger in check.

Vera eventually started to detest her father, and why he would never stand up for their kind, out there, and even use the power behind the company to achieve at least something. In the background though, Vera was able to rally Ghouls who believed in her cause. To rally and take care of the Humans who were out hunting her kind. Kuragari Ishi is well-known throughout CCG and amongs other Ghouls.

Vera was extremely unique with her Kagune. She was very much self-taught and became experienced throughout her time as a small girl, to the grown up beautiful woman she is now. She was also trained by her father before he became sick. She had extreme control over her true nature, and was able to stand side by side a Human without ripping the latters head off. One of the reasons why she, or her company, and her father has a still growing reputation.

She has an elegant-style and long blonde/golden silky hair. Her eyes are quite mesmerizing, being purple at that. Her connection to Kuragari Ishi is not known to the public, nor does the Investigators/Humans know her to be the Cheshire Cat, or the Black Cat, and even The Trickster. In CCG, she goes by many nicknames.

Extra:
- She was able to draw out her Kagune by the help of her father at the age of five.
- She will do anything in her power to help the Ghouls that are victims to the CCG.
- She frequently visits Eniyama Corporations, and shows her face around.

Lillianna's Kagune comes in the form of four large tendrils, reformed to look and act as large supernatural wolf heads attached to long, dragon-like bodies. Rather than the classical red most ghouls Kagune's take as a colour, Lillianna's glows and eerie swamp green with shades of blue and black intermixed in the skin. The Kagune's wolf-like eyes glow red like Lillianna's.

Lillianna's Kagune is known for its brute strength and life-like attacks. The Kagune's attack responds to Lillianna's commands, both mentally and verbally, as if pets - eternally attached to the young girl. She has given each tendril a name (often mistaking her left-most tendrils for their two similiar names). Ajax, Achilles, Cyril, and Zoey. Treating her Kagune like pets have only aided in their bond and with or without command, the Kagune tends to protect and interact with Lillianna as a regular pet would, only with a hell of a lot more backing to it's power.

Lillianna's Kagune possess the ability to 'detach' as a secondary ability. The bodies of her Kagune may detach themselves from her person and function on their own for a time. Whilst they are detached, they still follow commands from Lillianna, however have much more free reign and are able to make cognitive decisions of their own. Whilst detached from Lillianna, her Kagune is useful for enemy restraint.

Personality
Lillianna is a very hot-headed, troublesome little girl. She often finds herself under the scrutiny of others due to the ways she finds entertainment. Though not fully developed mentally, the girls sense of child-like wonder leaves little to no room for reality. She is often deluded in her own make believe world, casting stories down upon those around her, and bringing in tales from unimaginable places. These musings keep the small girl entertained.

Though Lillianna is 14, she speaks and acts as if 6. Often mispronouncing words, asking for help with dressing herself and taking care of her primal needs such as food and drink. She relies on those around her for protection, seeing as she comes off as rather innocent. It is not so much that Lillianna hides her dark side, she more so doesn't realize it's there - which is why she is so often mistaken as an innocent child, and why people of Ibis Fleur seem to realize to late she is infact a very deadly opponent.

Lillianna is an adorable and loveable little girl who will cling to those closest to her, demanding attention and affection. She craves the closeness of others, and demands constant company. When angered, which is rare, Lillianna often throws fits, tantrums that most would classify as a bratty action - in reality, it is; Lillianna is little more than a young girl.

Her dark side is much different, however. As stated before, Lillianna doesn't have control over this side, let alone, knows it exists. She knows she has a power over those around her, but does not know why. Her dark side is sinister, evil, malevolent, and down-right tormentive. This side is often triggered at random, much like a psychotic break, however, Lillianna believes she is completely sane. Whilst 'cracked' - her illusions of imagination become much more twisted. She often 'plays' with her toys until they are begging for death by her hands. She will indulge these requests with no hesitation, blanking out from her normal reality as easy as breathing comes to anyone.

Katrina Benedict & Ry Meniglis
Lillianna Rux is a young, impressionable, and gullible child - as are all, and with her personality defect of acting like a six year old, she requires constant attention, protection, and guidance. This is where Katrina and Ry come into the picture. Katrina Benedict is human, though she sympathises for the Kuragari Ishi's methods and practices all the same. Her guidance is what keeps Lillianna's bratty side at bay (most of the time) and Katarina is basically the mother figure missing in Lillianna's life.

Ry on the other hand is practically the opposite of Katrina. He is young, much like Lillianna herself, only surpassing the little leader by a few years. Being of Ghoul origin, Ry primarily focuses on being Lillianna's personal protection and her constant bodyguard. He helps Lillianna control her dark side and often feeds off of the intense hatred that emanates off the younger girl when she falls into such a twist. A strange trait that Ry possess is that he is constantly bleeding and/or covered in blood, due to the way he releases his Kagune.

I was intending on giving her a couple of protectors, seeing as she is so young - should you want to do that, I'd be down ^_^
