(Sera is incredibly fast and agile, and boasts considerable force to compliment that. She's very weak willed, but has average intelligence and perception, enough to use her assets to their fullest. Her ability to withstand hits (if she does get hit in the first place) leaves something to be desired, though.
Life Before OR : Sera doesn't really remember her life prior to coming to OR. She has a few snippets of memory, such as her first name, but little more. She used to live quite a lavish lifestyle; rich parents, servants to do the work, quite a lot of protection from failure in general. It is thought that the huge difference between that life and this new one caused her brain to lock those memories away to protect itself from the trauma otherwise inflicted.
Personality : Sera is what one might call "odd", or maybe "unique" if they were being nice. Normally, she's a kind, gentle girl who rarely has strong emotions or opinions. On the other hand, she can be, in certain circumstances, completely opposite - violent, impulsive, abrasive, and most importantly - deadly.
SIGHT ABILITY : The ability to see the tiniest physical changes in posture and expression, such as those made by certain emotions, or those made when someone is planning to move.
Life Now : Sera was the first of the children to get 'dropped' into OR - she was deemed the most dangerous to keep around. Now, she 'works' as clean up. You give her money, tell her what you need her to do, and she does it for you, no questions asked. She's known in the local part of OR as the 'white phantom', a rumour to be feared; dreaded if you've been a personal victim of it. According to legend, you will always know when you're being targeted - you'll find yourself encountering a surprising quantity of bleached white flower petals. Once you see the first, you have between 6 and 12 hours to make your preparations. Then the white phantom catches up to you and carries out their assigned task - usually murder. If you're lucky, you might get away with only losing all your possessions, though. People who survive a visit from the white phantom can describe it with only one word - "madness".
Gang/House/Job : General Cleanup (Assassination, intimidation... you know the stuff.)
Fears : Sera is peculiar in this regard. The kind, gentle Sera is afraid of many things, but things that most people aren't usually scared of; for example, she's fine with spiders, but can't stand birds. Crazy Sera (often referred to as Shiro, by normal Sera) is apparently afraid of nothing, although still doesn't like physical pain.
Strengths : Phenomenally fast, and capable of hitting hard. Someone who wasn't very quick minded mind have a knife embedded in their chest before they even noticed her move. The 'Sera' part of her is also a perfect disguise - no one would expect such an innocent girl to be such a ferocious murderer. Her sight ability allows her to see an opponent's moves before they've been made, giving her fantastic dodging abilities. It can also act as a pseudo-mind reading technique, although it can only be used to pick up on stronger emotions, and neither Sera nor Shiro is intelligent enough to discern someone's thought processes based on their emotions.
Weaknesses : Sera is your typical 'Glass Cannon'. She relies on speed and attack power to inflict hits then move back in time to dodge counter attacks: should you land a hit, it's going to be really problematic for her. The Shiro half is completely impulsive, and runs almost entirely on urges - she's not very good at thinking things through (although she's perceptive enough to know when to dodge instead of attack)

*Sexuality : Undecided (as in, I haven't decided what to make her, rather than she hasn't decided what sexuality to be. I know you don't just choose irl :D)
*Triggers : There's nothing that really 'triggers' either of them, although in scenes of particular violence and other things Sera can't deal with, Shiro'll usually take over.
*Mental Illness : Dissociated Identity Disorder (They renamed MPD at some point, apparently). It's not quite DID/MPD, in that Shiro is completely in charge of when she takes control - Sera offers no resistance at all.
