Peace, what a lie. Peace will keep you safe, a lie. Peace will see your family continue, false. The only thing that can do that is strength. Strength and power, and we have lost our way. The great history of the Mandalorian clans were based in war, conquer and glory. To keep you like a blade, sharp and honed for battle since the moment a weapon could grace the hands. Those times must return, the universe is weak and needs to be brought right once more. Get your bucket and prepare, we will begin our conquest and our people will be the best in existence. All foes will fall before our might, prosperity is not made by peace but by the glory of war.

Clan Mansil is strong and growing. With a Mandalore that wields strength and power to her name and step she commands respect. Leading her clan she will have those she counts on most. Those she holds as her closest warriors. She will need them to conquer for her clan's glory.

Special Equipment: Standard booster pack, Wrist Grapple,
Specialization: She has mastered and mimicked the late General Grevious's combat styles and enhancements. Along with his incredible strategic mind
History with Clan Mansil: She founded the clan and is it's brutal sword
Bio: Ellsha was always one to enjoy combat, even the war between the separatists and the Republic only increased this love. She had no family but Bounty Hunters and killers. Not a perfect life for many, but for her it fit well. On a job she had the privilage to witness the greatest warrior to exist in her eyes. The late droid General Grevious she idolizes as the apex warrior. And upon paying a faction enough credits she herself was given the same augmentations and enhanced upon them. Her armor at first being the visible pale white armor she changed the armors color to something else to set her apart. After augmenting it further the armor turned black and orange encasing her body completely, while fitting her figure perfectly. Having Baskar plating covering her entire body helps protect her in and out of combat. She grew to be ruthless and on the black market purchased two lightsabers the general used himself. Finding them her most sacred items. After finishing her augmentations she fell back to her love of war and decided it was time to put that love into action. What seemed most fitting was the founding of a group but only one seemed to fit her and she it. She grew in recognition and began recruiting those who would follow the Mandalorian way of life she had unwittingly held to her entire life. It hadn't taken long before her clan was formed, only a year. Around half that amount of time went by and she had a few hundred followers. and began her conquest.

History with Clan Mansil: Among the first join the clan, does it for the money and to hide from the Empire

Bio: Mal grew up in a family of bounty hunters with a lineage dating back to the early days of the Republic. So when he got the chance to make some money fighting for the Seperatists' cause he didn't hesitate. Once becoming one of the numerous mercenaries and assassins the Seperatists hired during the war, he made a living killing clone troopers and assassinating Republic personnel under the employment of general Grevious and Count Dooku. It was only near the end of the war did his atrocities come back to bite him. After the death of the Kaleesh general whatever was left of the Republic seized all assets they could find and exposed his affiliation in the war, proceeding to send bounty hunters to capture him. Luckily since the Republic fell the warrant for his capture became obsolete. But with the rise of the Galactic Empire and its ambition to purge whoever and whatever was involved in the war, Mal had to lay low and continue taking bounties under different aliases. Years later, after the empire fell and
the First Order arose, Mal joined a clan of Mandalore idealists known as clan Mansil in order to continue his work and help destroy what remained of his persecutors.

  • Name: Kelborn Starkiller, only goes by Kelborn and has never disclosed his family name.
    Callsign: K37 (Kel)
    Role: Right Hand / Advisor
Appearance: Six-foot five, Dark-Blonde hair, Azure-Blue eyes. Well-toned when seen in the rare moments outside of his Skin and has sharp facial features. He has a full-backed tattoo with an interwoven shoulder tattoo. His Skin looks like the image above, with a black base and gold detail. He has orange highlights along the hard lines of the armor and the Clan's symbol is embossed in orange on his left breast. Age: Fifty-five
    Gender: Male

  • Personality: Kelborn lives a very spartan life and his personality reflects this. He is short and to the point, seeking to complete the objective without much in the way of variety. His interpersonal skills are lacking, having few friends and treating nearly everyone as nothing more than a soldier. Those few who do manage to get past his Beskar note that he has a penchant for reading and takes pride in his crops during the farming season. Those who manage to get on his bad side find that Kelborn is particularly talented in prolonging the pain and suffering of his enemies, and often takes some form of pleasure from it.
History: Kelborn comes from the long line of Starkillers, dating all the way back to the Old Republic with Bendak Starkiller being the first in line. He has lived for the fight and for his people, resisting against Imperial occupation when Mandalore fell at the age of eleven. His fight lasted but a short couple years until he and many other resistance members were forced to flee the world as increased Imperial presence threatened to eradicate the Mandalorian way of life. He fled with Bendak's armor and blaster pistol, the artifacts of his lineage. During the years of exile, he had spent time retrofitting the blaster and armor to better suit the times and needs of himself. He sold his skills as a mercenary commando during the reign of the Empire and maintained his way of life even after the fall. In the thirty-some-odd years between, he searched for Mandalorians who sought to return to the ways of old and came in contact with Ellsha. He followed her for a short while before challenging her goals and resolve to restore Mandalore to its former glory, a fight in which he lost. Since then, he has stood faithfully by her side as her aide and confidant.

@Soverign AAAAAHHHHHHHH MANDALORIANS!! I wanna join lol, but curious. Did you have a specific era in mind and were you thinking about incorporating Legends or sticking to the current new Canon? From what I can tell of others' CS's, it seems during or around the Sequels?

The setting takes place shortly after the fall of the Empire, during the time of the Imperial Remnant and just prior to the New Order (and subsequently the invasion of the Yuuzhan Vong). Universe includes the cut Expanded Universe, so it's got it all.

Ijaat Skirata

OVERVIEW
Role:
Quarter-master
Species:
Human

Age:
36
Gender:
Male

"Not seen Kal in three, four decades. Reckon he'd be disappointed?"

APPEARANCE
An athletic human with redish-brown hair that dusts his neck and and covers hooded blue eyes when not tied back. He inherited his father's high cheek bones and only barely exceeds his father's height, standing at 5'7[1.7m]. His fair skin hosts a collection of scars under his armor, across an eyebrow, over his right cheek, and a circular scar over the nape of his neck alongside a burgundy mythosaur tattoo on his left shoulder. Ijaat's custom shock trooper armor is gray and black over a crimson flightsuit, sporting dozens of pouches across the torso. Most noticeably is the crusader-styled, bone white Mandalorian faceplate integrated into his helmet.

PERSONAL
Personality: An original thinker mired in self-doubt. Having been forced to trailblaze his own life from childhood, with an absentee father and spice-addicted mother, to his early adult years as a Separatist freedom fighter, whose command structure was lacking and often required improvisisation. As such he's never had much faith in leadership figures; yet from his lack of formal training or emotional support, Ijaat tends to fear he isn't seeing the full picture. While extroverted, Ijaat is particularly laconic giving him a bluntly honest nature that verges on apathy. On the inside, his emotional state is one of constant exhaustion.

Strengths: Guerrilla tactics, Jack-of-all-Trades, Ordinance structuring

Weaknesses: Insecurity, Chronic Carbon Sickness, jetpack flight

BACKGROUND
The middle child of Kal and Ilippi Skirata, Ijaat and his siblings grew up with a fascination of mercenaries. After Ilippi divorced Kal and left with the children, she forced them to formally disown Kal through Mandalorian custom; an act which Ijaat detested his mother for. Ijaat later fled his family to become a mercenary, an attempt to honor the father he abandoned, and joined a cell of outer rim freedom fighters. The cell prioritized targets in system local crime lords, manipulative corporations, and Republic facilities. Unfortunately, the Freedom Fighters had a very loose system of organization at best; forcing Ijaat to become adept at interpreting broad directives into workable objectives. When the Clone Wars officially began on Geonosis, it was a dream come true. It proved the cell wasn't alone in the galaxy tired of the Republic's idiotic bureaucracy and failings to manage the mid and outer rims. Unfortunately, Ijaat wasn't around to see much of the conflict. Miiko the Hutt, a Hutt gangboss the cell had previously aggrieved located their hide out. Those not slaughtered were sold into slavery, fed to beasts, or turned into wall ornaments. Ijaat was the latter.

Frozen in carbonite for several years, while his family was under the impression he had been attending academy on Fondor. Eventually a raid on the crime palace resulted in Ijaat's accidental freedom only to enter a world where Confederacy and Republic both were replaced by an Empire. Lost in a galaxy he didn't recognize, Ijaat, unable and unwanting to contact his family, traced his way to Mandalore in order to find his disowned father. Instead he found the warrior race he had so idealized enslaved to the new Empire. And so, doing what he did best, Ijaat found and joined the Mandalorian resistance; bringing weapons and munitions from the leftover stores of his once captor, Miiko. Though following the Empire's defeat, Ijaat felt unable to face his father and left the planet to become a wandering mercenary. In another stroke of misfortune, however, whilst freelancing Ijaat's family name pegged him as a wanted criminal against the Galactic Empire, a result of Kal Skirata's activities over Ijaat's own, and landed him as a prisoner to yet another crime lord, Jabba the Hutt.

Yet again, he was encased in carbonite to be exchanged for a hopeful bounty, and yet again was this Hutt attacked by a group of unknown assailants who killed Jabba and left Ijaat the wall decoration collecting dust in a picked over and ransacked palace. Many years later, through luck and accident, was this Skirata found and identified by a wandering Mandalorian called Kelborn. Having met during Mandalore's Imperial occupation years before, Kelborn recognized and sought to recruit Ijaat into a new war, a Mandalorian Crusade. Without cause of his own--and temporarily unable to recall his own life beyond being Mandalorian, a side affect of the growing chronic illness of carbon freezing--Ijaat accepted, following Kelborn who would later follow a strong, ruthless leader called Ellsha Mansil. Though Ijaat's memories would return over time, he elected to stay on with Clan Mansil's crusade and focus on what he knew best in order to find a place of belonging for his weary soul.
