Well, you should still expect Sam to try to get him on her side if our templar gets all mage-huntery on 'er.

I mean, if there comes a time where she really feels threatened. I can actually see her messing with templars, as long as she thinks she can get away with it.

oh man. There will be so much blood.

And not just because Garth is a blood mage, amirite?

Because he will use blood magic sooner or later. Otherwise what would the point be?

To be cool, obv. Blood Mage sounds pretty metal.

The thing is, I kinda want to play another Templar (Gods, if I could play Morven again, I would) and I know we already have you playing one, @Rufiya . Would you okay with having a 2 Templar team, @Esthalia ?

I was wondering when you'd show up, Basil! I don't know where everyone else is on the subject, but I don't see a problem with having two templars.

Two templars is fine! Even if you want to play Morven again, that's also fine~

Having two templars around just makes avoiding their Templary wrath more fun.

The question I have is... Multi-specialising, is it a thing that can be done?

Ser Dáinn Temerate of Starkhaven
Race: Human
Age: 26
Class: Fighter - Templar
Gender: Male
Appearance: Dainn is tall, with a thick, muscled physique.
His voice is heavily tinged with a Starkhaven (Scottish) accent.
He has thick, dark brow hair with a slight wave to it. There are grey streaks.
He wears heavy, standard templar plate, but rarely is seen with a helm.
Instead, he prefers a peaked, black hood that the rain slides off from.
His hands are heavily scarred, and he bears a long, thick scar across each wrist.
Dainn's cheeks are heavily dotted with freckles, as is his back.
His eyes have dark circles beneath them, and are a dark, green-blue.

History: Originally from Starkhaven, Dainn was born to a landed knight. His father, Lord Ulric Temerate, earned his knighthood in the peaceful rebellion that led towards the Vael family instated as the Princes of Starkhaven. The newly instated prince promoted him as a Knight of Starkhaven, a Lord, and a Warden of the Riverbend. His father, originally nothing more than a harbormaster, was instrumental in providing food on the side to the downtrodden people of Starkhaven, under the reign one of one the previous Tyrant Kings. His father, the newly instated Lord Temerate, found himself and his lady wife (originally a fishmonger) in a sea of treacherous nobles -- who tried to manipulate them, with great success.
Thus, the Temerate family declined, and were used as the puppets of the wealthy shipping and fishing monopolies and oligarchies that plagued Starkhaven. Lord Ulric and Lady Yvaine enjoyed their high society life and their empty heads - while being orchestrated by the merchants. They eventually conceived a pair of twins, one, Dáinn, and his older sister by seventeen seconds, Astris. They grew up together, and while they squabbled in the way that siblings do, particularly close ones, they were inseparable for much of their childhood. They grew up in the high courts of Starkhaven, and their lives were marked with luxury. Astris enjoyed the art of hawking, whereas Dainn preferred equestrian pursuits and swordplay.
However Astris had magic in her blood, and her powers began to manifest with the onset of puberty. Her powers grew more and more destructive and uncontrollable, and eventually, templars of Starkhaven came knocking. She, and Dainn, were 12 years old. She was soon shipped off to the Circle of Magi within Starkhaven, while Daínn wept for her, and his parents tried to invest him in the noble-affairs and games. However, now that it was clear that there was magic in their lines, the nobles distanced themselves further, and some plotted to overthrow this back-water group of peoples who never should have been nobles at all.
When Dainn was 16, his sister was reported as missing from the Circle of Magi. Months later, she was found, and slain as a maleficarum. Desperate to find out what happened to his sister, Dainn went to the Circle himself, and demanded to see the Knight-Captain. He was turned away - his name carried no weight, and he was only 16 years old. However, as he turned to go, he was accosted by a woman in the streets, who told him that she had knowledge of his sister. The woman was old, and ragged, but there was a kindness in her eyes. Desperate and trusting, he walked with her, and she led him towards her hovel on the edge of Starkhaven. She explained that through the use of magic she could bring his sister back to him. He agreed, and the woman explained that she would need a sample of his blood in order to bring his sister back to him. She slit his wrists across, and from the blood came an unholy vision of his sister, formed of Dainn's own blood. She then, smacked him in the back of the head with a metal crowbar, and he fell unconscious.

When he awoke, he was sprawled across an altar, dedicated to one of the Old Gods. The woman stood over him, clutching a knife between her hands, his wrists bleeding. His sister stood with her, arm and arm, a cruel corpsecrafted monstrosity that had once been his beloved sister. Noble blood was needed for her ritual, and noble blood she had - there was power in his blood, even if it was the basest and weakest of all. But templars had taken notice of the boy's travels with the woman, and arrived in the nick of time - dispelling both her construct of his sister, and all of her defenses. One of them, Knight-Captain Nathalie Milou, slit the maleficarum's throat, splattering Daínn with her blood. However, the maleficarum let out a terrible scream, and disappeared in a mist of red smoke.
The mage was gone, his sister reduced to a bloody pile of meat. He was helped to his feet by Knight Captain Nathalie Milou, who ensured that he was safely dragged out of the hovel. When she finished purifying that black and hateful place, Daíin begged Milou to allow him to train as a Templar, to which she agreed.
For ten years, he trained as a Templar, and began to make waves in the order as soon as he earned his full knighthood, when he was 25. His brutal treatment of mages, his violent penalization for minor offenses within the Circle's rules earned him a reputation that commended him within the order, allowing him to rise through the ranks quickly and adeptly. He served, however, for the first year post-knighting, within the Circle of Magi itself, close to the very people that he had come to hate - the memories of his sister's ghost, and her own magic were all tainted in his memory. He had strength, now.
And cruelty too.

Recruitment: Daínn has received word that the maleficarum, a witch known as Mordthryth, was seen in the Wilds near Ostagar - he asked Milou to give him leave to investigate the maleficarum's prescence, and when seeking shelter in Ostagar, volunteered his services to help combat the blight, believing that Mordthryth was in league with the darkspawn.

Name: Varric "Shade" LeMour
Gender: Male
Race: Human/Elven
Class/specialization: Rogue/Ranger
Age: 25
Appearance:
ithilien_ranger_by_namakox-d3b6ocn.jpg
Artist- rosiecoleman

Personal bio: An illegitimate child between an Orlais nobleman and an elven slave girl, Varric was dealt a raw hand from the start. Both a bastard and an elf in a human world, the prospects of his survival were slim if he remained in so-called 'civilization,' subjected to the slums and the poverty. So, he escaped the elven ghettos and took to the woods, a group of nomadic elves accepting him as their own, despite his illegitimate noble birth. He received a nomadic upbringing during their migration to the Brecilian forests over the Frostback mountains. The very forest was his home, learning how to use a longbow and stiletto dagger to lethal effect. He also gained practical skills, such as tanning, tailoring, cooking, hunting, fletching, and fishing. He is thus highly self-sufficient and a solid tracker and scout. He earned the nickname "Shade" for his stealthy nature, and courteousness of allowing his opponents to fight in the shade (of his armor-piercing Bodkin arrows.) Knowing that the Darkspawn would raze the human cities, then set the vast forests of Ferelden ablaze, he decided to join King Cailan's army to fight the legions of the Black City with other martially-inclined Ferelden natives. It is his home too... he has a right to defend it.

1x Stiletto Dagger

The question I have is... Multi-specialising, is it a thing that can be done?

I just realized I never answered this question. I'm very sorry.
No, let's stick with our one specialization-each rule. It's easier to have a complex group and everyone gets to feel special.
