He can either make himself unable to smell if he wished, or he could make his opponent blind, if not lose all 5 senses for a period of time but to do more than 2 at a time takes an extreme amount of energy from him and concentration.

Weakness: His power can only last a maximum of 5 minutes at a time, the more senses he cancels out the less time it lasts. Also once he exhausts himself (uses it for 2 minutes ect) it takes at least 30 minutes for him to recuperate and able to use it again.

Bio: Xiphos (Xi for short) was born November 3rd into a middle class family, they wernt poor but neither were they wealthy. He has 1 older sister thats 4 years older. He grew up a relatively normal life, always being a quiet but kind kid, pretty rambunctious too he loved playing outside. His parents treated him good and his older sister watched out for him though she was usually to busy with studies or work to really play with him. Their parents died from a bank robbery gone bad when Xiphos was 12 making his sister-Althia 16. It devastated them and when the social workers came to get them and put them into foster care Xiphos freaked out, he didnt want to be separated from the only family he had left, and still in a state of shock from his parents sudden loss.

This was when he learned of his powers, he had canceled out the social workers and his own sisters senses in his fear. Causing them all to panic and run around blindly scared, realizing what he had done he quickly did his best to reign his powers back in, after a minute he managed it and the others gained there senses back. After realizing he was a Mutant the social workers looked at him in horror and terror, his sister looked frightened as well but more for him then of him. Not really understanding what happened he didnt expect the social workers to grab him and try to restrain him, in a panic she wrestled out of their grip and ran away. He managed to escape them but in the process he made it so he couldnt be with his sister again.

Since then he has been living on his own, at first he was on the streets but he eventually got a job and a small apt for himself. He always watched out for Althia from the shadows making sure she was well and happy. Finally deciding at age 23 to venture out of his town in Greece he started traveling, either by car, foot, or occasionally flight. Not really have a destination in mind he went from place to place, taking on odd jobs every now and then he had become pretty adaptable and strong.

Personality: Warm, Kind, Loyal, Strong, Stubborn, Smart, Calm, Quiet, Sweet, Funny, Sarcastic (at times), Brave.

Other: He never really judges others at least not until he really gets to know them. But he is quiet when first meeting someone new, though if it works out he soon opens up to them.​

Power: She calls it more of a curse than a power but. If she touches anyone with her right hand, like skin to skin touch. She will give them a poison that spreads through there body at a medium pace, causing crippling pain and eventually death unless she cures it in time. The only way to cure it is to use her left hand which if she touches anybody with her left hand she heals them of any poison, injury, ect. This action doesnt require her to focus or summon it she just has it 24/7. In order to keep from hurting people she wears long black gloves that go up to her elbow's almost.

Weakness: Whenever she "poisons" or "heals" someone it drains her energy pretty rapidly and it takes a good amount of time to heal another depending on the injury/poison. She's also deathly afraid of the dark (complete dark) so much so that she becomes basically paralyzed.

He breathes life into them giving them personalities and emotions (if he chooses) and he is also able to shape the shadows he does not give emotions into lifeless weapons such as blades,fists or even a sheild. He can also conceal his body completely in darkness but this will completely drain his enrgy after 5 minuites.

Weakness: He cannot access his powers in intense light or complete darkness but he needs light to cast shadows. He is also succeptible to intense heat, electricity and cold as these damage his body and slow down his shadows. His body begins to decay into shadows after prolongued use of his powers. His shadows also have a set distance they can travel away from his body before they wilt. His physical strength is also limited as he doesn't with his body often.

Bio: Born on a small Caribbean island, Nodraj has always been a very anti-social person. His mother and father were very loving persons, but unfortunately for him, his father died while he was at the tender age of 8. Traumatized by the sudden passing of her beloved husband, Nodraj's mother became mental. Abusing her son both psychologically and physically became the norm for her. The young Nadroj endured these conditins for years, never once mentioning his abuse. At the age of 15, the young boy discovered his dominion over shadows and mastered these powers within days of discovering them. The young prodidgy, made cold by the loss of his father and derangement of his mother, did not hesitate to stake his mother through the heart and set off to find a purpose for his powers.

He found this purpose in the military when he discovered the Black thorne Organization. He travelled to Europe to join this group but upon arrival several persons attempted to drain his powers. All fell before him. The trail of blood he created brought him to the Big Pin's attention and he immediately took up the offer to be a Black Thorne. He worked his way up to one of the higher ranks and by the age of 17 he was one of the most sought after Black Thornes. Persons seeking him ranges from military groups who want him on their side or wants to steal his powers for their own to enemies who want him dead.

Personality: He is very anti-social and quiet. To many he is very mysterious, even to fellow Black Thornes. He also enjoys slaughtering his enemies but the only physical indication of this is the brief smile that he always cracks at the side of the lips after a kill. Wherever he goes blood will surely be spilled as he is a Thorne mainly for his talent of killing. He is neverthless very manipulative and sadistic. his life also revolves around his work.

Weapons: The only weapon Nodraj actually possesses himself is a small sword which he rarely uses as people hardly ever make it past his shadows.

One word to describe Dustin's power is, "Yang" In the context of Yin and Yang, Yang is the male form and means heaven and light. Dustin's powers are created from light and goodness of the world. He has a sword and a shield he can materialize and it's made out of light. He also can control light, creating energy bursts from his hands or he can consume the light from a room or object.

One word to describe Cecily's power is, "Yin". In the context of Yin and Yang, Yin is the female form and means cold and dark. Cecily's powers are created from darkness. She also has a sword and shield she can materialize at any time that is made out of darkness. She can also control darkness, creating energy bursts from her hands and she feeds off of darkness. She also has a special power that derives from her dark powers. She can see the darkness in people's hearts, everyone has it, and she can see why it's there. Whether it be a tragic event in their past or feelings of anger she can see into your heart and know why.​

Weakness:

Dustin's obvious weakness should be darkness. But it isn't. Light cannot exist without darkness, therefore this isn't his weakness. He is an average human with abnormal powers, he's not overly strong or amazing at battles. Therefore he is weak in the way of survival. He gets injured like a regular human and gets worn down like a regular human.

Cecily is the same way as Dustin. Her own weakness is the fact that she isn't a "superhuman." Sure she can survive a battle for longer then a regular human, thanks to her powers, but her body is the same as a human's.

Both of them have one major weakness though: If one of them gets injured, the same injury appears on the other one. But the same goes for healing, if one of them gets healed then the other gets healed too. Bruises disappear at the same rate, cuts appear and heal at the same rate, etc.​

Though the European government has asked both Dustin and Cecily to join their military they have both politely declined.

Bio:

Dustin and Cecily were born on the same day at the same time but in two different hospitals over 50 miles a part. Strange things have been happening to the two since they were born. Strange cuts would appear on them and once Cecily even broke her arm while she was walking. The two were connected without even knowing it.

Both of them were troubled children. They were confused with their feelings. Some days they were out of control and wild, others they were peaceful and perfect. Something was always unbalanced between the two of them. And slowly but surely each of them started to show powers. At 10 years old they were admitted to a children's psychiatric ward. Where finally Dustin and Cecily met each other and everything started to make sense. Automatically these two had a connection. The more they were around each other the less their random mood swings would happen and they started to show real personalities. They are each other's balances. Good and evil. Darkness and light.

Their families were a little nervous at first, after all they were raising mutants. But the European government was accepting and allowed them to live, they couldn't quite recruit 10 year old's into their government, but they kept a close eye on them. Their families moved in to the same apartment complexes and finally the two could begin a "normal" life.

Upon graduation they were both asked to join the government but both declined. They decided it would be best to stay out of harms way because they share their injuries and didn't want to risk anything.

Dustin is very protective over anyone in his life. Family, friends, and especially Cecily. He is a true gentleman with a heart of gold. He is willing to jump into any situation to help a friend. He has a lot of empathy for human kind and will believe their is good in anybody. Even if they don't show it. He has a tendency to overlook details though and doesn't loot at "the big picture" very often. He lives in the moment and will often act without thinking.

Cecily is a very mixed girl. She has a lot of empathy for people and loves to laugh and sing. She is always humming a tune to herself and usually walks with a slight skip in her step. She tries to be a happy person, but sometimes can find it difficult since she can see all the evil inside of people. Sometimes she will shut down and stop talking when she is overwhelmed and scared. She isn't a very quick thinker but looks at details. She thinks a lot about life and mankind's destiny.​

Power: Possesses a superhuman reaction speed, and is able to speed up his body to match. Theoretically, he could dodge a bullet when he focused on trying to, almost from a foot range too likely or not. The world moves slowly for him in general, so he would be able to see the bullets, even if he's not speeding himself up to dodge them, possibly able to move out of the way if they were close to a extremity.

Weakness: Although his mind and eyes can see things moving in slow motion, his body has a hard time reacting at anything more than normal speed. He has kept slightly muscled, but is no bodybuilder. He can speed himself up with impulses sent through his nervous system, but that does not strengthen the muscles beyond their human capabilities. Moving at such fast speeds has a similar effect to lifting too much weight, and tears his muscles. Reports have speculated that he could be forced to tear his own arm off with the right neural impulses sent to the locations on his body, and he has been observed to break his own bones while trying to speed up enough.

Bio:
Kato was born under watch, the DNA sequencing having shown that he would be born a mutant, and placed into captivity the moment he left his mother gave birth to him. He was raised in captivity, a experiment in seeing if they could convince a mutant to join them from birth, despite not being sure exactly what his power was. It was all going well until results were demanded for the money being spent on keeping him like that, and tests began. They quickly found that he could react to things moving at a fast speed, though it was not satisfactory for them to just see that he could dodge a baseball, they wanted further results. They began to launch projectiles at him in testing, automatic pitchers throwing things at him up to two-hundred feet per second consistently, though not many times in one day.

The first observation of his ability to move too fast for his own body was demonstrated when rubber bullets were fired at him en masse. He avoided approximately ten, (Seven were to be grazing blows in the first place among those) and when he tried to avoid the other three and some more, he was recorded moving at speeds akin to those of the bullet for a peak speed. Estimated G-force on his body was close to what a fighter pilot might experience, for approximately a quarter of a second before his shin, right forearm, and a series of other smaller bones snapped. He was removed from testing for the day and placed into recovery. Physical therapy started to ensure there was no lasting damage, before a careless breach of door opening and closing procedure provided him a small window of escape.

It was later observed on security footage that he was moving slower than he had been attempting, but only managed to dislocate his arms in the process, squeezing through too small of a door closing space. The next few months were spent searching for him, and he was eventually found under a black market doctor's care. The pursuit continued, chasing him far and wide now, and slowly but surely, they're closing in on him. He's growing more desperate, and spending less time trying to rest, pushing himself far now, trying to force his body to overcome it's normal limits for the sake of survival, and slowly but surely, he's starting to see results, however small. He still struggles with moving fast from many projectiles, but on one occasion, he was observed to have dodged a farmer's .38 special from around ten feet without breaking any bones of his. The farmer swore he had Kato centered in his sights, which has only increased the efforts to find him, now a promising mutant for military use.

Personality: He's not exactly quick to trust, but he is friendly. He's been observed hesitating at the slightest amount of harm he's had to cause, even if it would mean a easier escape for him. He has no weapon experience, and only the basic boxing forced on him for combat skills.

Its powers also seem weakened in sunlight, and can even break illusions entirely.

By the age of 13, it drove its household into a craze, making its mother kill his father, neighbor, and nearly killing young Insanity. Instead, the mother slit her own throat. When the police got their, they were going to kill the young child, but Insanity was hidden away in a tree in the back yard, a duplicate of itself stood still infront of the cops as they pulled the trigger. The doppelganger exploded into shadows, stunning the cops and locked their nerves up.

It was picked up by a resistance of mutants, but after years of not being able to gain control of its powers, they kicked Insanity out. Since that moment, Insanity drove itself insane, determined he wasnt the least bit human or mutant...something more.... Something new.

The following years, and this year included he became a massmurder, and caused dozens to go into therapy, asylums, or to become killers themselves.
