Look at the center and you should see the dots turning green and then all dissapearing. You should then see them fading in and out very slowly. Then you will see a second circle in the backround, but instead of all pink, theyre all green

The logic behind this is that your eyes will try to peripherally follow the empy space causing your vision to eventually "highlight" it and cause it to turn green... Blinking rapidly however will quickly correct this.

XD Optical illusions always are, this is just a more basic one X.X it's harder to figure out the "rotating ballerina" thing (google it :P)
