Neat, my studio is lax on the accidental injuries during sparring. I once knocked a guy out (Whom was much smaller than me) with all the gear on and I was politely asked to not do it again. Well, and I was almost knocked out myself when sparring my instructor.

Sparring fun, but I'm more interested in the self defense aspects of it.
