This is not a fantasy, this is real.

Then the gods try to kill you, is it a sin to survive?

Is it a sin to be the children of the children of the children of the survivors?

Is it a sin to want to change the world back?

That dream exists in all of us. Even after generations of what were once mountains being islands, and mountain ranges being rough archipelagos and landmasses where human life still holds on. Man's defiance to the beings who flooded this world continues, but its changed us. Once the archipelagos were all ruled by large governments, centralized with radio and ships allowing communication and trade. But slowly mankind has slipped. Resources are getting rarer, radio masts and fleets harder to maintain. Now most islands are independent and most ships privately owned. Piracy is rampant, and against them mercenaries protect their clients' ships. But life goes on.

After centuries, one man has learned of a way to change all this. To unflood the world and lift the curse on the world. He is a mercenary commanding mercenaries, but he looks to reach out and grasp this hope.

There is a hope.

There is a captain.

There is a ship.
