Okay, so I notice in Law's opinion on Bas it says they are close rivals? By close rivals am I getting a friendly rivalry vibe here?
 
Only Bas-Kun will not be letting such a gap form between their powers.
 
And he still is the strongest human.
 
She's not human. She's a cyborg remember as her and 17 weren't androids and Shenron couldn't make them fully human.
 
All Shenron could do was take the bomb out of her, that's why she fell in love with krillin
