T-That...is Dad's song. Ughhhh, whatever....

-NAME-
May "Mayday" Parker
The Spectacular Spider-Girl!

-RACE-
Human (with spider benefits! Get it, haha...ha...)

NATIONALITY
New Yorkian, the deadliest of Americans!

ABILITIES
The Spectacular Spider-Girl, May Parker is able to invoke the powers of her father, Peter Parker. From Spider-Sense to webslingin' butt kickin', May is overall a more agile yet less strong and inexperienced version of Spider-Man in terms of powers. However, May has some interesting advantages over her predecessor. Her Spider-Sense is more enhanced and honed, able to tell where danger is from the exact direction and even to an extent who is causing said danger. May also exhibits a strange use of "electrostatic stickiness", meaning that she can use her Web-Crawling ability to "stick" people in a small given area to a surface. This ability can be utilized in the opposite magnetic direction as well, Spider-Girl able to enhance her attacks by repelling her enemies to much greater distances.

SKILLS
In terms of skills, May Parker's skills generally reside in her personality. She is an intelligent and beautiful individual with an ability to inspire others and just generally be an aspiring heroine-in-training. Whilst she often lets her emotions blind her judgement, Mayday is the pride of Peter Parker, carrying on not only his powers but his very persona.

WORLD ORIGIN
Earth-982
sorta

SHORT BIO
May "Mayday" Parker was born to Peter Parker and Mary Jane Parker, her early childhood being rocky to say the least. When she was an infant, she was captured on the orders of the Green Goblin, using a con-artist as an agent. Her parents eventually saved her, but at a price, with her father losing a leg in the process. From there, Peter retired, and so the Parker family became relatively normal for the next fifteenth years. At fifteen-years-old, May began to notice and use her powers more increasingly, evidence of Peter's genes passing almost fully to her daughter. With rising alarms of Normie Osborn trying to restore his family name, the grandson of the Green Goblin, May Parker set out for her first time as the Spectacular Spider-Girl.

After resolving that threat, May Parker swore briefly to give up costumed heroism, preferring to live a normal, teenaged highschool life. From cute boys to the basketball team, Mayday had it perfect, planning to run even for Student Council President in future years at high school. This, however, would not come to vision, the preppy webslinger faced with new and dangerous threats on the horizon. From Hobogoblin, Carnage, and rumors of a clone of her existing, May Parker, on uneasy orders by her parents, were sent to Sol to attend the Watchtower Academy.

With a much larger war on hand and the jeopardy of her world in peril, May Parker seeks to learn and train as much as she can to not only aid the upcoming war but to hopefully one day live a normal and happy life.

Name:

Rin Tohsaka

Race:

Human (mage)

Nationality:

Japanese

Abilities:

Magic (Nasuverse): Rin was born to the Tohsaka mage family and named its heir, gaining its magic crest and her father's teaching for the brief stint between being chosen and his death. Mages are born with 'magic circuits' within their bodies, which serve as the conduits for using and storing mana for their spells. Rin has an excellent if not exceptional number of these, and has been studying magic and its use her whole life. Her family's specialty has always been the use of gem magic, with many of her spells being germanic in origin. For more detailed information on nasuverse magic, find a wiki and may god be with you

Skills:

magic theory: a near prodigy

Above average intelligence: While magic is obviously her forte subject, Rin attended a normal school and did excellent for herself there.

martial arts: A modern mage must be skilled in multiple disciplines to make their way in the world (particularly nasty when combined with reinforcement magic)

sleeping in: A goddess among mortals

Short Bio:

Rin was born as the eldest child of the Toshaka family. Her mother brought a sister into the world shortly after, and they were both raised and taught magic by their father. Even at the beginning, Tohsaka was a bright and studious child, and so she learned what her purpose in life was, like all of the mages who practiced the thaumaturgy native to the Clocktower and its ilk; to reach The Akasha, the root of all things. It was where they believed the souls of all originated from and returned to, and was said to contain a record of all that had and would happen.

Her father, Tokiomi Tohsaka was a teacher. That hadn't always been the case, but a few years before her and Sakura's births he'd been approached by a benefactor who promised to fund his own research if he assisted at this school, an organization that would be the blueprint for what the Watchtower would become. It was not a decision he would have made lightly, but a year beforehand a 'fake' mage had revealed the three families involved in the grail war to the public eye, and it made attempting to achieve a fourth war a vexing process. So he accepted the post, and served his task as a teacher admirably both at the school and at home with his children. The sisters took to the teachings well, but Rin in particular was almost ravenous in her eager consumption of knowledge and desire to live up to her father's effortless grace in his castings. So it was obvious, when the time came to choose an heir, which one of his two children deserved the Tohsaka family crest. It was a decision not exactly made lightly, but with the simplicity and lack of fanfare of one that had really had one obvious solution. Tohsaka simply woke up one day with one less sister in her household. Needless to say it was confusing to the young girl, but her father explained it simply and openly. Though it worried her young mind, she eventually accepted it as necessary, and simply hoped her sister would grow up happy in her new home. She trusted her father in everything else just like her mother did, and so she would trust him in this.

Then the Galra attacked.

While Tokiomi was a teacher in a militarized school, it was not necessarily his responsibility to fight. But whether it was arrogance, a surprisingly influx of true nobility, or a simple desire to protect his family and legacy, he offered his services to the allied forces, and serve them well he did. He fought right up to the final battle of the war, and before he left he gave Rin one last book on magic and a smile as he told her to finish that book and continue his work. She smiled, waved him off, and told him to come back soon.

He never did.

The war ended, but the Tohsaka family was left without its head. Tohsaka's mother was sickly either from grief or constitution, and in two years time she faded as well. For a brief time the daughter was lost. The daughter might have been at a lost to do, had one of her father's close associates not taken her under his wing and reminded her of Tokiomi's last words. And so she studied, practiced, and finally, five years down the line, has been enrolled in the successor to her father's school; the Watchtower, where she hopes to continue her research, find out what exactly happened to her father in that last battle, and do her best to keep the Galra from destroying the world in the process

Cassandra Adler
Canon/World Origin:
Sherlock Holmes/Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
Confident, Sensuous, and Straightforward
Alignment: Unprincipled
(Selfish)
Age: 16
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 107 lbs
Hair: Brown with red tints
Eyes: Chocolate Brown

Nuts and Bolts: - She arrived on this world recently, via a strange portal. The daughter of Sherlock Holmes and Irene Adler who was actually the criminal mastermind Carmen Sandiego using an alias, she's inherited some of her mother's time and travel abilities, as well as amazing intelligence and deductive capabilities from both sides of her family. She's gotten to this world by accident, as her time manipulation magics went awry. As such, she's hesitant to use them again on any major scale until she figures out just went wrong. Being a recent arrival, she had nothing on her but what was on her person when she tried shifting herself back in time to investigate a crime scene. This was the first time she'd tried to move backward as opposed to forward in time, and given the fact it shunted her forward, she's almost certain her ability doesn't allow her to go back, meaning she's got no way 'home' to her timeline.

Abilities:
  • Smarter than Believable: As the daughter of two of the smartest people in history, Cassandra can make incredible leaps of deduction and even at her young age is a master detective.
  • Where in the World?: Cassandra has access to some of the innate abilities of her mother, meaning she can get in and out of places and travel in ways beyond the ken of most people.
  • Where in Time?: This is the ability that got her in trouble. She tried to travel backward in time to find more clues at a crime scene and instead shunted both forward and cross-world instead. Cassandra will only access this ability again in the utmost emergency, as she's not honed it and even if so, she'd try affecting how time affects her, granting 'speedster' kinds of abilities instead of any time-hopping
  • A Lot of Toys: As her mind doesn't let her rest much, Cassandra has invented equipment, armor and weapons for herself. Being somewhat limited in budget so far, it's been limited to what she's been able to buy and modify from stores. That being said, she's got a full 'utility belt' of CSI equipment, a grapple gun, an amped up TASER, and some basic body armor.
  • Practice, Practice, Practice: Though she's no great shakes physically, she was taught some Judo-like moves by both her parents and she's able to handle herself in close combat if it should come to it.

"Hey, bastard! What the fuck did you just say about my hair?!"

Name

Josuke "JoJo" Higashikata

Race

Human

Nationality

Japanese

Abilities

Josuke possesses a phenomena known as a "Stand," explained in short as the spiritual embodiment of his being, expressed as a hovering, ghost-like figure in his case. His specific Stand, called Crazy Diamond, possesses superhuman strength and speed, able to punch with enough power and speed to be able to shatter material as hard as diamond in a matter of seconds.

More notable than his just "strong and fast" ability is Crazy Diamond's ability to "restore" anything back to its original state, and just as easily destroy, like a paper that had been torn up to a shattered glass bottle, and more. Crazy Diamond's unique ability is to restore or revert objects or organisms to any previous state in their history. It can repair damage, heal injury, revert chemical changes and complex structures to their raw components (e.g. a table into its constituent timber). It may also fuse objects, like that time he permanently fused someone's whole body with a giant rock permanently with no hope of that man getting out. Seems like a cruel fate, but if it makes you feel any better, that guy was a serial killer who killed Josuke's grandfather.

If this ability is used while Josuke is in a foul mood, its target may be warped, improperly restored. Crazy Diamond can neither heal its master, [...] nor restore life to an organism.

Skills

On his own, without Crazy Diamond, Josuke is still a witty, quick thinker, which is how he manages to regularly fight enemies whom the majority are unable to be defeated with simple punching. He is also very fit, standing at roughly 6'1 for good reason, able to keep up with a moving bus on foot, and durable enough that he survived his enemy repeatedly blowing him up with "air bombs," despite substantial blood loss and other injuries.

Short Bio

Josuke's history isn't tooooo dramatic, but it isn't uninteresting either. Born to and raised by a single mom impregnated by an Englishman who coincidentally also coined the "JoJo" nickname in his youth, he lived his life in the quiet Morioh Town of Japan. When he was four, he had come down with a potentially fatal fever due to an ambitious man named DIO awakening Stands (which can potentially overpower the weak-willed like young Josuke to death) within those who were a part of the Joestar Bloodline, including Josuke and his father, Joseph Joestar. His mother tried to drive him to the hospital, but on that particular night, Japan was suffering a nasty snowstorm, and she had even got herself stuck, but miraculously, they were saved when a mysterious high school student offered to help them through, putting his jacket underneath the snow to create a makeshift road for them. The only thing Josuke remembers about the high school student, who was never identified no matter how much his mother tried to find him to thank him, is his pompadour, the hair style which Josuke had come to adopt ever since. Insulting his hair is equal to insulting his personal hero, so don't do it.

When he became a high school student, he quickly befriended the likes of other students who were either also Stand users, or would eventually become Stand users, including Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose, and perhaps most enigmatic of all, Mikitaka Hazekura, who claimed to be an alien and had always come off as an oddball. Together, Josuke and his pals fought all sorts of weirdos, mostly serial killers who liked to rape children and serial killers who popped boners from looking at the Mona Lisa, both of whom were also Stand users. No, I'm dead serious.

After his first year of high school, Mikitaka would prove to Josuke that he truly was an alien possessing the body of a human when he would inform him of the dire situation in the dimension next door. With that, Josuke would travel to Sol and attend the Watchtower Academy.
I really hate to be that guy, but I already refused a similar PC for balance reasons and because of that, I can't accept this one in good faith either. Street levelers if possible, teachers are exempt to an extent.

Also, Kotomine is already integrated into part of whats to come, otherwise I'd have said yes to a role using him. If you wanna take him over, by all means either Discord or Skype would reach me. @Verite

"Since old times, suffering an erotic fate at the hands of the Demon King has always been the duty and expectation of a female knight!"

Name

Lalatina Dustiness Ford, prefers to go by the alias of "Darkness"

Race

Human

Nationality

Axel Town

Abilities

She has the uncanny ability to creep everyone the hell out with her masochistic tendencies.

Skills

As a knight, she fights with a sword but has terrible accuracy with it, seldom hitting her target. However, she has substantially high endurance and HP, to the point of surviving point blank Explosion, so she is often used as a literal shield and bait.

It is actually impressive how incompetent she is all in all though.

Though I guess she's not as bad as Aqua :|

Short Bio

She is a noble belonging to the large aristocratic Dustiness family. She served as an acting lord of Axel Town in her father's stead after the previous lord mysteriously disappeared, escaping conviction of his crimes. Eventually, she took up the alias of "Darkness" and joined a guild with whom she had many grand misadventures, including an explosion fetishist and a goddess who didn't look like she wore underwear, err, I mean, Aqua.

You would think someone with the name "Darkness" would be really edgy or something, but she does not actually do anything remotely edgy.

As for how exactly she got to the Watchtower Academy in Sol, she... uh, got there the same way as Aqua did, I guess. Meeting with Gene not included. Don't worry about it.

Name: Akira Kazama

Epithet: "Akira, the "Kung-Fu Rider"

Race: Human

Nationality: Japanese

Abilities:

Special Moves:
Common to Both Versions of Akira

  • Cyclone Dance (Japanese: 旋蹴舞 Senshuubu) - Spinning kick attack that can be done up to three times. Depending on the kick button pressed in the button combination, the kick can be a flying kick or a sweeping kick. Both versions can be used subsequently. Also used by her Powered version.
  • Releasing Dance (Japanese: 放舞 Houbu) - Launches the opponent into the air. The player can follow with an Air Combo afterwards. Also used by her Powered version.
As Normal Akira

  • Elbow Gate (Japanese: 骸裡門 Gairimon) - Akira charges forward and knocks the opponent into the air. It, however, cannot be chained into an Air Combo, as the opponent can recover immediately after the attack.
  • Leaping Smash (Japanese: 風撃襲 Fuugekishuu) - Akira does a forward flip in the air. If a kick button is pressed while doing this move, a knockdown kick follows.
  • Fractured Heaven Combo (Japanese: 破天連撃 Haten Rengeki) - See references below for more details.
As Powered Akira

  • Fractured Heaven Stance (Japanese: 破天の構 Haten no Kamae) - Akira stands on one leg. This is not really an attack; rather, this is used to initiate any of the following combos: Dragon Fang Slash (龍牙裂斬 Ryuuge Retsuzan),Spinning Swallow Storm Dance (旋燕嵐舞 Sen'en Ranbu), Nirvana Charge (羅漢進撃 Rakan Shingeki), and Phoenix Wing Sky Kick (鳳翼天蹴 Houyoku Tenshuu). See references below for more details.
  • Reverse Inside Gate (Japanese: 裏裡門 Urarimon) - Akira does an elbow thrust with knockback effect.
  • Sparrowhawk Chick's Shoulder Plant (鷂子栽肩 Youshi Saiken) - A two-hit shoulder/headbutt strike that deals massive damage.

Burning Vigor:
  • Energy Focus Cluster (Japanese: 気功塊 Kikou Kai) - Akira unleashes a large sphere of energy from her hands. Also used by her Powered version, however, the latter deals massive damage in only one hit in the form of a powerful energy ray. The latter version is sometimes referred to as the Hyper Energy Focus Cluster (Japanese: 剛気功塊 Gou Kikou Kai). Both versions can also be used in mid-air. Different from Daigo's.
  • Heaven's Barrage (Japanese: 天の連舞 Ten no Renbu) - Akira does a backflip kick, launching the opponent high into the air. She then immediately jumps to follow suit, then unleashes a barrage of kicks in mid-air. The last two punches knock the opponent down to the ground. Also used by her Powered version. In Project Justice, the last two punches are replaced with a single kick and a Leaping Smash while using this ability.
As Normal Akira

  • Destructive Barrage (Japanese: 破の連舞 Ha no Renbu) - Akira executes a series of kicks and two blows. The last straight kick knocks the opponent into a random obstacle in the field, scoring a bonus hit dealing six hits.
  • Destructive Heaven's Stealth Kick (Japanese: 破天無影蹴 Haten Mueishuu) - Akira launches herself leg-first towards the opponent. It hits multiple times, and knocks the opponent into a random obstacle in the field, scoring a bonus hit. Range is short, and has bad recovery delay.
As Powered Akira

  • Destructive Pair Attack (Japanese: 破の双撃 Ha no Sougeki) - A combo attack similar to Destructive Barrage. Akira executes a series of kung-fu based moves as the last blow deals massive damage dealing five hits. Unlike theDestructive Barrage, however, this only knocks the opponent backwards (without any random obstacle in the field).

Skills:

- Talented in Chinese martial arts
- Knows how to fix up bikes/is a decent mechanic.
- Loves cats

Short Bio:

Most of what is known about Akira Kazama's life is in short little snippets. Both her and her older brother Daigo lost their parents. It was at that this point that Akira decided to head out to the Seijyun dorms. As it happened however, she began to learn from a man who had been friends with her/Daigo's parents. She learned how to care for bikes and even gained a job as a motor bike mechanic for a short while. But things continued to seemingly go down hill for Akira. Getting caught up in what could have only been described as a catastrophe with war raging, Akira knew she had to find her brother.

Adopting her biker gear and a skull themed helmet, Akira raced out onto the streets in pursuit of her brother. She didn't know too much about whoever the enemy was supposed to be in this war. But the technical stuff didn't really matter to her. Family came above all else and she'd beat that into the head of anyone who stood in her way.

The war eventually concluded and Akira had found her brother. He had been unable to contact his sister due to getting caught up in some fighting of his own. Simply relieved that Daigo was still in one piece, Akira decided to think of where her skills be used better. She had already experienced an all female experience at Seijyun High. Something she was careful to avoid repeating even if it allowed her to bump into friends like Yurika and Aoi.

But maybe this academy is what she's looking for..

Name:
Megumin

Race:
Human

Nationality:
Crimson Demon

Abilities:
Explosions, once a day.

Skills:
Explosions, once a day. Seriously, that's all she can do.

Short Bio:
An archmage who only knows one spell: Explosion. She can also only cast it once a day. Due to her exceptional academic performance, Megumin was able to graduate early. After traveling to Axel Town she quickly gained a reputation as a crazy Explosion fanatic, thus parties refused to accept her before meeting Kazuma and Aqua, joining their party.

There's already two other KonoSuba characters (Darkness and Aqua) here so she'll just get to Watchtower Academy the same way, yeah? Yeah.

Name:

Orion

Race:

Human
(Though he is believed to be a Meta-Human due to his inhuman powers)

Nationality:

The Vanguard Project
(Though he does not remember this >.> oh boy)

Abilities:

- Energy manipulation; This is the sole source of his powers, though he is no expert at this, Orion is capable of using this to achieve superhuman feats in combat, currently, he is able to increase his speed, reflexes, strength, and durability by channeling this strange energy through his own body. This state of enhancement is characterized by his irises lighting up with a green glow, and his body beginning to radiate a faint green light, the glow in both his eyes and his body progressively becomes brighter as he uses more energy, and dimmer as he uses less of it. As one would expect, he more energy he uses at once, the faster, stronger, and more resilient he is... Until his energy runs out, which, as it turns out, will happen almost instantaneously if he uses too much at once, so in order to not burn out his body, and his energy supply leaving him practically immobile in the process.

This very energy, in the form of what looks to be solid, green light (well, hard-light >.>) could also be formed into basic shapes, such as a wall, a sphere, and even beams or explosive projectiles if he is able to concentrate, but this too, has the same drawbacks as using his energy to strengthen his body, though it is to a lesser degree... As long as the objects he forms out of this energy are of reasonable size. (An dome of energy surrounding him is the biggest thing he made, and he was only able to maintain it for maybe a minute before it dissipated, as it was quickly draining his energy).

He has also been seen manifesting said energy into the Katana he carries with him, allowing it to be released upon swinging it, turning into a temporary, but very lethal "wave" of hard-light. This ability are currently in a very basic, but workeable stage, and he is currently trying to practice using them to overtime, build up his currently terrible stamina.

Skills:

- Sword Bearer; Even from a young age, Orion had already begun to learn how to wield swords, starting from blunt, wooden ones of course... And eventually, after having tested out various bladed weapons as he grew up, he had taken a liking to Japanese weaponry, particularly the Katana. It is the first, and only weapon he has successfully manifested his energy into.

- Hand to hand Combat; Of course, Orion is no expert at this, and often relies on his energy enhanced body to do the most damage, but he is proficient enough to know his limits, and attempt to work around them (though this does not always end well if he forgets about them).

World Origin:

Stardust Universe
(Original thing, I might get a blog up with details if I can find the time, it's something I had been working on for ages... But of course, he doesn't remember this >.> what convenience.)

Short Bio:

His arrival on Sol was nothing more than a pure accident, perhaps it was part of an experiment gone wrong? Or maybe it was just pure bad luck, but in either case, he was discovered as a mere child, wandering the streets of some forgotten city, with no memory of how or when he had gotten there. Like most wandering children, he was eventually taken into an orphanage and raised like the average child when he was adopted, well, that is until his first temper tantrum... Even he hadn't expected to have his eyes, and his body glow a faint green color, and the door to his room seemingly detatch from it's framework when he had slammed it shut in a fit of anger.

Needless to say, that was a very memorable day, both for Orion himself, and his foster parents... They learned not to make him angry on purpose, and Orion himself had quickly learned to keep his temper in check, so as not to cause his family a small fortune in door/house renovations each time he had a fit. As his mind slowly began to mature, he began to take interest in fighting, most notably sword fighting, and sparring to a lesser degree... And it was there that he began to discover the true nature of his powers... If he concentrated hard enough, he was able to expell his energy in bursts of green light, or even explosive spheres if he manipulated in the right way, and even form basic shapes with it, though it often left him physically weary messing around with that particular aspect of his powers for long.

Overtime, after learning of Sol's history with the Galra empire, Orion decided to try and get himself enlisted at the Watchtower Academy, and surprisingly enough, his parents were onboard! Though the fact that he still had trouble keeping his temper in check at times was probably a large factor in this, and it worked. Orion is not the most skilled, nor is he the strongest student at the Watchtower Academy, but he hopes to hone, and perfect his skills so he can finally do something about the looming threat of the Galra empire... After all, it's what heroes these days do... Right?

Name
Dante, son of Sparda

Race
Nephilim

Nationality
American

Abilities
As a Nephilim, the offspring of a demon and an angel, Dante wields immense physical power. Though with far more palpable limits than his incarnation seen in earlier games in the series (likely due to this version being a teenager), his lineage affords him strength, speed, agility, reflexes and durability far superior to any non-enhanced human, as well as a seemingly infinite amount of stamina and the ability to survive and swiftly heal from wounds that would be fatal to most.

Dante can channel both his innate energy-- Both demonic and angelic-- in several ways. He can affect and alter his momentum in the air, allowing him to glide, propel himself and adjust his course easily in combat, unleash blasts or waves of offensive energy through his sword, and even imbue mundane objects (such as weapons or vehicles) with power to increase their effectiveness.

Through supernatural means, Dante can instantaneously master virtually any weapon upon acquiring it without having to train or familiarize himself with its use. His signature sword, Rebellion, can be summoned at will, and acts as a composite of various other supernatural weapons that are part of its essence and can be switched to as necessary, each with their own set of attacks and capabilities; these include a demonic battleaxe named Arbiter, an angelic scythe named Osiris, demonic gauntlets named Eryx, an angelic pair of shurikens named Aquila, and a claw-like grappling hook named Ophion. These forms can be rapidly switched between even during the midst of combat, effectively allowing Dante to wield an entire arsenal on the battlefield while merely carrying a single sword. Supplementing this are his paired handguns, Ebony and Ivory, which never need reloading and fire at a supernatural pace.

The ultimate tool of any Nephilim is its Devil Trigger form. This power causes the surrounding world to be flooded with an angelic light that washes out all other color, creating a light show that can be seen for miles around while time slows to a crawl for everyone except Dante, whose strength and durability are increased markedly. The release of power is intense enough that lesser foes are blasted into the air the instant before time slows, floating prone while he cuts them down at his leisure. While in this state Dante's appearance (though all but the quickest of reflexes would be unable to see it) changes drastically, his eyes and form glowing with a blood-red demonic aura while his hair changes to a heavenly white. This form can seemingly be entered at will and Dante uses it liberally, but it is not infallible; Being struck hard enough by a powerful enemy can literally knock him out of it and back into his regular state. In addition to this, perhaps its biggest weakness is the fact that Dante cannot access it if he loses possession of the amulet he received from his mother as a child, which he wears around his neck at all times.

World Origin
Limbo City, Earth

Bio (It's still not short)
Long before aliens arrived to conquer the world, demons existed to poison it. Monsters and abominations from hell. Over millennia of debauchery and manipulations they wormed their way into every corner of society, taking root in positions of economic, cultural and political power, completely indistinguishable from humans; Pop stars, businessmen, politicians, media personalities. They flew just low enough under the radar to stay unnoticed by most and just high enough to wreak havoc, clinging to mankind's ankles with every footstep it took to springboard themselves into positions of relevance at every opportunity. Over the years they abused commerce, public perception, government relations, anything they could to benefit themselves.

The biggest threat to their reign came when one of their own did the exact opposite: He fell in love with an angel. Twin Nephilim boys were brought into the world soon after, the ultimate threat to demonic existence if their powers ever awakened - Dante and Vergil. The family, hunted by the demons, went into hiding, and were able to successfully lay low until the children were seven years old. Then-- As was inevitable-- they were found. Demons stormed their home, led by their commander, Mundus; It was he himself who ripped out the heart of Dante's mother, Eva, and he who later sentenced his father Sparda to eternal suffering in hell as punishment for what he'd done. Before this, however, Sparda was able to hide Dante and Vergil from their gaze, erasing their childhood memories and embedding them where he believed they'd never be located.

What he hadn't accounted for was Dante's blooming complete and utter lack of subtlety. As a youth he floated between many of Limbo City's institutions, correctional facilities, orphanages and foster homes, developing an infamously bad attitude and resentment for basically everything, which made him stand out more if nothing else. The demons eventually noticed him (without quite realizing he was the Nephilim who eluded their wrath) and began keeping him under watch, which led to many of Dante's temporary accommodations as a youth being under their influence. The subsequent mistreatment and violence led to mutual discovery as Dante became aware of demons and the demons in turn realized Dante's heritage, too late to prevent him from slipping through their fingers again.

After this (and with lingering sentiments from before his memory erasure resurfacing) Dante developed an acute hatred of demons in general, acting as a pseudo vigilante against them in the infested Limbo City and hunting the creatures down wherever they could be found. Because of their concealment from, and ingrainment in, the broader human population, Dante was viewed as a murderer and terrorist for his actions by civilians and most authority figures. An upbringing directed by violence and the bitter mistrust he felt towards said authority (and the demons among them) led to him nursing a resentful dissatisfaction with society in general, and as a result he developed an arrogant, hotheaded and intensely rebellious personality tempered by his keen grasp of black humor and slick confidence. He practically prides himself in acting the deviant and throwing society's conventions back in its face, flippantly engaging in rude and edgy behavior just for the hell of it and casually indulging in debauchery and hedonism, believing his high-octane lifestyle ensures he won't be around long enough to suffer the consequences. Much of his loathing for demons and the world in general is reflected in the loathing he feels for himself and uncertainty in his own humanity, as he is not blind to his own demonic attributes; He once ripped open his own chest in front of a mirror to see whether or not he had a heart.

The war with the Galra Empire might've been a constant threat to humankind, but for Dante it was always a nonfactor, a war being waged on the furthest frontier from Earth while actual problems he could touch and feel went overlooked close to home. For the demons in human clothing, it was both a blessing and a curse; an obvious threat to them too, but a threat so pressing that the increasingly-aware humans simply weren't looking for an entirely different breed of wolves living among them. The only person fighting a war against the demons was Dante. That didn't stop him from being dangerous enough to win.

It wasn't until recently that the aftereffects of the war took a turn in their favor. With the establishment of a stalemate between the unified forces and Empire came a surge in metahuman activity as soldiers returned home and the planet scrambled to gather itself, world leaders taking new precautions and devoting effort to homeland threats that they simply hadn't been able to before. And so something that was starting to seem unfathomable happened: It took some time, but the "terrorist", Dante, was caught and incarcerated. It seemed like the demons had won.

Then things took a turn in his favor.

Protocols were tighter and divisions more secure in light of the war, and though the demons were influential they were neither at the peak of humanity or omnipresent. The "politicians" calling for his execution simply couldn't get to him before somebody else did. Someone who outranked them, a hero of the war far more glorified in the public limelight, who commanded fleets and was said to turn the tides of battles with a single clack of her heel and rallying speech. She came representing an academy she headed, someplace beyond the reach of governments or conventional systems of justice, founded to turn fighters into the next generation of soldiers who would defend the planet.

Regardless of his motives, Dante was a fighter more than anything else. He was extended an offer to attend the academy in exchange for eventual amnesty, deemed no threat to his fellow students (nor the more experienced and powerful faculty even if he did attempt violence) after a short conversation, and accepted in favor of waiting around in prison to be damned.

Name:

Velouria

Race:

Wolfsskin

Nationality:

She was found in Siberia so technically Russian

Abilities:

Wolfsskin: As a wolfsskin, even when not transformed Velouria has an incredibly sensitive nose and above average hearing and sight. her physicality is otherwise pretty average, but she also has slight fangs and sharp nails, though nothing too far from a regular human. Unlike...

Garou transformation: with the assistance of a beast-stone, a small magic gem, Velouria can take the form of a garou. She almost triples in size and much more than triples in weight, and morphs into a fur covered creature that lies somewhere between ogre and werewolf with massive claws and fangs. You'd think that bulk would be hard to move, but she actually becomes more agile, capable of far reaching leaps and flips that make good use of her long arms to attack.

Skills:

grooming: despite her terrifying and disgusting collections, Velouria is excellent at keeping herself clean

Finding the hidden worth in worthless objects: self explanatory

lethal cooking: Potentially useful as a double agent

World Origin(Optional for those who play inter-dimensional characters):

Technically a deeprealm but has spent most of her life on Earth Prime

Short Bio:

These transcripts were obtained from a KGB counter espionage and covert research post in Siberia. Translated for ease of director's reading

May 9th, 2066. Report of surveyor Anton S.

Sensors picked up a strange set of readings fifteen clicks southeast of Project Omnus' primary lab, confirmed by mage on site. Security team was dispatched to investigate as per protocal, equipped with standard supernatural countermeasure loadouts. Upon arrival, they discovered slight charring of the surrounding area and wolf tracks, but were unable to find anything else. Will post related or potentially related updates with the code 0,9,0,6.

#0906 referenced, excerpt of status report from August 14th, 2071

...in addition to the aformentioned increase of Galra patrols in the area, locals to the village due south east (see; potential subject pool, map 13) continue to report strange activities of the local wolf population. Clothing and other objects have been reportedly stolen by the wolves, and there have been at least three reports of some other sort of animal accompanying them, while other reports mention a small child. Mage on site confirms similar readings to event #0906, but until Galra activity breaks, we are unable to investigate with current resources. Project director Salvador reminds the board of his request for more funding for...

#0906 referenced, excerpt of mission report from December 14th, 2074

...But while the mole was terminated, the Galra had already been informed of project Omnus' general location. Multiple scouting parties were detected within the danger zone. While strike teams were preparing to counter assault however, the Galra scouts to the southeast were beset by wolves after they attempted to sack the village for what we presume to be clues to the project's whereabouts. For full video review of the event, see file 72a, but audio transcription of the most interesting event is provided below for ease of access.

Galra soldier #1: Blasted mutts! We were told in the report that the local fauna were unaligned with the humans, where is this coming from?!
Galra soldier #2: Who knows? Not like the runts are much of a threat anyways, they're all almost dead already- *SMASH*
#1: WHAT IN THE, WHERE DID THAT TREE COME FROM- That is not a wolf.
#2: H...help... me
#1: Right, the captain would kill me if I left you behind anyways-
???: AAAWWOOOOOOOOOOO

#1: ...
#2: ... what... are you- *BANG*
#1: *brrzzzt* Captain, I'm sorry but the wolves got your son, I'm retreating to give you the full report and keep his memory and last words alive *brrzzzt* and myself.

Likely due to the unexpected element, the Galra fell back, giving us time to both finish moving the digital component to the new location and allowing the mage on site to complete his teleportation spell. We also sent a retrieval squad to the village when we heard reports of a young girl crying in the square. The villagers refused to approach her and didn't stop the team from extracting the target. target is scheduled for interview tomorrow by...

Interview with subject #0906 on December 15th, 2074. Conducted by psychiatrist on site

Dr. HS: *sound of door closing and a chair sliding* I see you enjoyed your dinner, little one.
???:...
HS: Dinner? Or perhaps you prefer evening hunt?
???: *growling*
HS: ... hrmm. perhaps... I murdered your wolves myself, it was my fault. I set them up to die and I really want to wear their skins as a jacket.
???: ...?
HS: As expected. *bzzrt* Could you contact *REDACTED* and request a tongues spell? I don't believe the little one speaks russian. Or anything thats not wolf.

*five minutes later*

HS:Can you understand me now?
???:...yes.
HS:Good, good. And how are you feeling? Last night must have been very scary
???:...
HS: Of course, you were very scary too, according to those people at the village.
???:... shouldn't have helped them. Should've just let them die, if it was gonna... i-if it was gonna... *Sniff*
HS: oh you poor thing. Its alright, just let it out. bottling it up will only make you feel worse. Do you want a hug? *Chair sliding-
???: GRRR, STAY BACK HUMAN!
HS:*Chair slowly sliding back* ...alright... can I at least have your name?
???:... Velouria.
HS: That's a very pretty name. How did you get it?
V: ...It was mine. My only thing when I got here.
HS: It was a thing? and where did you come from?
V:...
HS: *Sigh*. Very well, we can talk again tomorrow. Would you like some more dinner?
V:... yes.

Subject #0906, case study, last updated May 7th 2078

Name: Velouria, family name nonexistent or unknown
Height: 1.62 m/3.2 m
Weight: 53 kg/272 kg
Age: 15, best guess
Descrip: prior to her escape, subject #0906 was our third choice for project Omnus. While not designed for the project like subjects Alpha and Beta, her natural ability to shapeshift made her cells an excellent choice for *REDACTED*. Unfortunately, she displayed highly antisocial tendencies, and despite repeated penalties continued to store junk in her given dormitory. Refused to socialize with anyone except subject gamma or director HS. Both showed an interest in her 'collection' at times. Escape occurred before induction into psychological reprogramming. Highly unlikely to have been self-accomplished. investigation is ongoing.

"I don't want to fight... but I have no choice!"

Name

Kasumi

Race

Human

Nationality

Japanese

Abilities

As a skilled kunoichi, she is able to demonstrate some tricks typical to that practiced in ninjutsu, most notably limited teleportation and manipulation of ninpo / ki, which she can use to form a powerful ball of energy into her enemies, this technique called the Torn Sky Blast, though it drains quite a bit of her power, so she refrains from using it often. She can also channel her ninpo to manipulate fire to some degree, heal others, and create a defensive spell. There's also the standard low-key superhuman strength, speed, durability, and endurance stuff she's got going there, as well as highly acute senses due to her training.

Skills

Kasumi is a master of the Mugen Tenshin martial arts style known as Tenjinmon, so she knows how to kick some ass in style, as much as she dislikes fighting. As a result of her training, Kasumi is highly skilled at stealth and infiltration, and has pretty damn good aim with her kunai and windmill shuriken. She's also a skilled swordswoman, as demonstrated with her Wakizashi blade, the Shrouded Moon.

She's also really good at volleyball.

Short Bio

Kasumi's gone through some shit, from living most of her life at odds with her half-sister Ayane to having to kill her evil uncle, the power-hungry ninja Raidou in order to avenge her previously-believed-to-be-dead brother Hayate, to participating in like four tournaments almost back to back titled "Dead or Alive," and meeting a bunch of people on the way.

When she thought all of her battles were behind her after the destruction of the diabolical organization DOATEC, Kasumi's world was shortly afterwards disrupted by the arrival of the Galra Empire. Deciding to take part in helping to beat back the invaders, knowing that force is the only thing they could respond to, she traveled to Sol and subsequently became a student at the Watchtower Academy.

A second student, why not

Samidare Asahina

Race:
Human

Nationality:
Japanese

Abilities:
Go fast hit hard take hard hits

Also some minor telekinesis

Skills:
Decent martial artist, nothing special.

Sucks at cooking.

Short Bio:
Once a sickly girl, Samidare was bestowed health for a single day by the psychic Anima. She was taken outside for the first time in ages, and even teleported up into space to see the earth from afar. Entranced with it, Sami realized that she really loved the Earth, and that the one thing she desired was the entire Earth itself. When she became 15, the blessing was changed, Anima bestowing superhuman power upon her. Her sickness was gone, and in its place was incredible power. She was the Princess of the Beast Knights, fighting against the psychic Animus, who planned to destroy the world himself.

But the king of the confrontation disappeared. Animus was nowhere to be found, only his weaker golems remaining and being quickly eliminated, though still at a cost to the Beast Knights. Anima couldn't be found either. Instead, they banded together to fight the Galra Empire, Sami herself being out of action for that particular battle thanks to exhausting her power on a golem previously. To help save the world, she decided to enroll at Watchtower Academy and become a hero, preventing any threats from destroying the world.

So that when she finally becomes strong enough to do it, Asahina Samidare can destroy the Earth herself.
