  • Name: Diana Richmond

    Age: 21

    Role: Courtier, Lady-In-Waiting

Physical Description: Diana is a youthful woman with an olive skin tone and round eyes composed of dark brown irises and long black eyelashes. She stands at an average 5'2" and has a small bust. Diana's arms and legs are long and lithe with low muscle mass. Her silky ginger brown hair is naturally straight, reaching all the way down towards the middle of her back. It is usually accommodated with different types of braided and twisted hairstyles, as well as simple and modest dresses with long sleeves appropriate for everyday life at court.

Personality: A weak-willed, selfless, and warmhearted young woman, Diana is like a sister to each of her friends at court. She is an independent, allocentric, and adventurous young person with high morals. Others see her as a dignified and conciliatory lady who is diligent and dedicated to serving her queen as long as she remains alive. Her voice is soft and unaggressive, leading her to have something of a timid demeanor. A few of Diana's other personality aspects is that she has a habit of being disruptive and critical of others. After experiencing the horrors of reality during childhood, her heart is one of gold, but a melancholic aura surrounds her when she's alone and vulnerable, testing the hidden dangers that lurk around every corner.

Background: Diana was born in December to a duke named Arthur Richmond and a duchess named Edith, in Reinhearth, the capital of Norden. In the Richmond household, Diana's life was filled with the tropes of happiness and sadness. She enjoyed being a child, becoming educated with the ways of femininity such as learning how to sew, read, write, play the piano and harp, as well as riding a horse. However, she wanted to do more than just learn the ways of how to become a practical woman. She wanted to explore her homeland, to travel across the land laid out for her. She went on small shopping trips with her Father's servants, she went on horse rides with Joshua, her eldest brother, and when her younger sister, Bella, was born, she began to play with her in the snow, brash and careless about the gritty world around her.

Diana's first introduction to court was around 11 years when she became more dignified of her behavior and more proper around those higher in rank. That was when she first met the king, queen, and their two daughters. Shy and socially awkward, Diana did her best to fit in, but often found herself feeling degraded because of her lack in social skills. However, as time steadily moved forward, Diana began attending court more often, improving and becoming more interactive with others, as well as meeting the stable boy for the first time when she was exploring the grounds.

Her life quickly became at ease. However, an abrupt event pulled her back into the shadows. Around 18 years, two weeks before she officially became an adult, Diana became the victim of an event that traumatized her greatly. She quickly hid the shame and guilt of the event behind a mask. Once she turned 18, she became the queen's lady-in-waiting and for the rest of her life up until now, she has lived at court, hiding her true self, and only letting her tears go when she was able to find solitude anywhere but those around her.

Other: Diana's form of address when addressing her orally is Lady Diana or My Lady because she is the daughter of a duke and duchess. She seeks solitude primarily in the garden or library, a time in which she is able to feel relaxed and not uptight.
