Appearance
Hair: Short and messy, a little curly, barely touching shoulders at some uneven points. Usually poorly maintained and has a few knots, bangs sometimes covers eyes.
Eyes: A bit smaller than most others due to heritage, in a shade of very dark brown close to black that darkens even more when using her powers. Often half closed and looks sleepy. Eyebags and dark shadows are often present under them.
Body: Firm strong build with an amount of muscle and physical power present a despite small size of 4'5"
Complexion: Tanned skin that's somewhat rough and coarse, usually covered in bruises from physical activity.
Dress: Mainly dresses in outdoor "muggle wear", hiking boots, outdoor jackets. Never wears dresses and dislikes robes because they restrict movement, prefers pants such as jeans or khakis, especially ones with large pockets. Clothes are almost always fairly messy, dusty or crumpled.
Personality Traits
Tomboyish - If it wasn't obvious enough with her clothing choices and style, Chi is head to toe more boyish. Scoffing at more traditionally feminine things, while being troublingly energetic, this often gets her into some unpleasant and awkward situations due to others expecting more elegant mannerisms from a pureblood.
Cynical - Inherited and learned from her father, she often makes comments that seem unusual for her age or status. Mostly comments that revolve around topics such as life, death and war, the majority of them are echos from her father's words. Though she displays quite a thorough understanding of these topics compared to others her age, but sometimes she claims "it's probably a phase".
Nihilistic - Selfdomly working hard, Chi is often described as lazy by people around her. She seems unmotivated and is hard to excite, usually wearing a deadpan expression regardless of the situation. There is very little that she cares about, at least this is what it seems like on the surface.
Reckless - With that uncaring demeanor she often goes looking for trouble, more seeking to satisfy her own curiosities and desires than the ones of people around her. Often times rebellious as well with a skewed perspective of consequences. Though it can be seen as being adventurous as well, a willingness to wander out to unknown places regardless of the dangers.
Snarky - Even with a deadpan expression, the child has mastered the art of burns, sarcasm and witty insults. Her sense of humor is a little dark and difficult to understand. Despite this she is quite talkative, even when there aren't people around to verbally pokes at she resorts to talking to herself, sometimes having conversations with nothing at all.
Arrogant - Unlike most pureblood arrogance, her arrogance feels more like indifference and an inability to feel guilt. She often doesn't care about consequences or offending others and likes to justify her own actions using bizarre reasoning. More than often she talks about her ideas in an arrogant fashion more so than herself.

Individual Magic
Wand reaction when first held: The wand shook violently as it was approached, then slowly ceased as it was held. Bits of electrical sparks wrapped around it.
Boggart: A sheet of darkness covers the area, with voices whispering inaudible things about purebloods.
Patronus: Thunderbird
Polyjuice: Light liquid that's nearly clear, it refracts light well and smells of grassy mint, tastes sweet with a tinge of green tea's bitterness.
Amortentia: Paints and oils, a bit dusty, the open air, fireworks
Ability: The Wandless One - Gives the user a natural affinity for Wandless magic. Allows the user to cast any spell they learned to cast with a wand just as effectively without one. With practice (similar to how other wizards and witchs practice wandless magic) it can allow the user to cast spells without verbal or physical gestures. It cannot teach the user new spells, just the ability to use them without a wand.

Prologue
T
he Steward family is often known as the descendants of the founders of Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the American magic school, who in turn were desendants of Salazar Slytherin. Citali Steward, Chi's father, was a gifted young wizard who excelled in both modern magic and Native American magic used by the Narragansetts. He was a student at Ilvermorny, where he fought in the Second Wizarding War.
During the war, he met an injured pureblood teen, she was the same age as him. Feeling sorry for her Citali spared her life and told her to hid in an indent in the cliffside to recover, where she remained and never returned to Europe with her family. That girl was Isabella, stayed in America and searched for the young man who spared her life in the war. When they were reunited she conceived a child with him, at first Citali believed she was genuinely in love with him. Though it quickly surfaced that she was only after his bloodline, believing that her child would be able to become the next head of house if they had the blood of Slytherin himself.
Citali, who was an Auror working for the MACUSA at the time was terrified of the idea, since it was common knowledge that the Steward who partially founded the school was a No-Mag in the first place, and Ilvermorny was one of the most egalitarian magic schools in the world. He retired from his position and went into hiding with the child, running a small magical herbs and potions place in a cavern in Mount Greylock. Chi grew up in hiding from her radical purist mother, and in the stirrings of an incoming war. She studied Native American Wandless Magic with her father due to America's wand regulations, along with helping with the herbs and potions in the shop.
As the war got worse Ilvermorny began to have students who's decided to fight, Chi's family home turned into Nobelwing Hospital for Magical Injuries that treated witches and wizards who fought battles against the dark arts. She continued to study and support her father, though as the war went on and the facility's name got larger her mother eventually found her. The place was attacked by the Avery Family, 10 years old Chi hid in the enchanted cupboards as her mother demanded to take her to a life that "someone with such noble blood deserved". Her father fended off the attack, eventually he was overpowered and decided to escape with his child, but many injured students and Aurors there were left defenseless.
After the incident Citali decided that Chi won't be able to hide in Ilvermorny nor America anymore, he returned to being an Auror and sent his daughter to the UK, hoping Hogwarts can keep her safe. In order to hide from the Avery family, who were more influential on the East coast of America, Chi made her way to London from the West, hoping through the wizarding societies of the world. She once wanted to remain in a location untouched by the war, where her mother would never find her such as Uagadou or Mahoutokoro, but eventually realized that the entire magic, and non-magical world are both at threat if those like her don't take action.
