So, I have a simple idea. Essentially, it's a princess or some other important royal/noble from one nation, being brought to another to be married, to cement an alliance/as a show of accepting defeat. They either leave with only the guard and royal, or small group of guards, most of who gets killed on the way. What happens on the way, and how it ends, isn't decided yet, but to make it interesting, there'll of course be certain groups who'd rather not have the royal get all the way there.
