Siren Call – The Call is a vocal cord manipulation that allows Mari's voice to control other living beings. She can do this by speaking, singing, or just making sounds such as humming or whistling. Her power allows her voice to sway the minds of others or even cause destruction to people or objects by altering the pitch, frequency, and vibration of her voice. Commands made with her Call must be obeyed by the listening party. Her voice is not always in "Siren Mode", it is something that she has to think about using or can be triggered with emotions such as fear, anger, excitement, etc.

Downfalls:
Her persuasion/control power does not work on deaf ears.
It can also be stopped by making sure that she cannot use her vocal cords – such as damaging them, causing negative feedback, limiting oxygen, etc.​

Strengths:
Highly instinctual – Mari will quickly act on instinct and it has saved her rear quite a few times.
Great Aim – Mari is a police officer and is very skilled with a firearm.
Strong and Fast – on a Human level, Mari is strong and quick from her police training and constant exercise training.

A Bit o' History:
Mariela was on duty the night of the Particle Accelerator explosion. She and her brother, Marcus, were working patrol on what started as a routine traffic stop when they suddenly heard a loud booming sound and light enveloped the sky. Mari was requesting that the man in the speeding, swerving car step out of the car and he was declining by saying that he "would rather not". The moment she uttered the command, "Sir, please step out of the car", a wave of light enveloped her and she was nearly knocked to the ground. The man's car stalled and died from whatever that light carried with it.​

Powers:
-Advanced healing: her body is capable of healing injuries at a much more rapid pace than normal people would be able to. This goes from minor cuts to losing limbs. Theoretically she could regenerate any limb, but thus far this has only been tested with cutting off a finger. Her body is also resistant to toxins, anything from alcohol to a life threatening poison.
-Retractable claws: From her fingertips and toes, she can extend razor like claws. While her body does generate them, they do not seem to be made of pure bone. But of an almost metallic like substance. These too were able to be regenerated when her finger was cut off. Her claws have been able to extend 7 inches, but given the fact it's unsure just how they are generated or from what, it's unknown how far that could extend theoretically. They have been able to cleanly cut through steel, and able to penetrate chromium.
-Heightened senses: All of her senses seem to have been enhanced after the accident. Her hearing is closer to a bat's. Her eyesight is as powerful as a hawk's would be. She can pick up and differentiate between scents around her like a dog would.
-Heightened Reflexes: Her perception of the world around her has been enhanced also. Her reaction times are enhanced, which makes up for her lack of formal combat training.

Strengths:
-While it may not seem so when you first meet her, she is actually very intelligent. She has a master's degree in archeology (as well as anthropology), and has been studying mechanical engineering. This is something her fiancé has been insisting she do.
-She was brought up in northeast Ohio, and her father would often take her and her brother hunting. From a very young age she learned all about tracking, killing prey, doing 'things right by the forests' (as her father would say). By the time she was an adult, she could easily live in the middle of nowhere and prosper.
-Bengal can also sketch fairly well. She never had enough passion for it to make it a career or anything like that, but she can draw just about anything. She isn't that great with coloring, but normal sketching she is very good with.

Weaknesses:
-There are limits to her healing. While she can shrug off a bullet, a whole clip emptied into her would do extraordinary damage. The more grievous the wound, the more recovery time she would need. Just as with any normal person. She is by no means immortal, but she can take damage.
-She is broken psychologically and emotionally. Ever since the accident, her life has been one hell after another. She has been betrayed, experimented on, cut open, cut apart and torn apart. So she has some trust issues.
-She has yet to fully master her senses. She can get into a situation where she simply gets a sense overload. She can get overwhelmed with all of the information her brain is trying to process if it's to much all at once.
-She has limited range in regards to combat. She is wholly hand to hand. She has no way of getting long range, unless she has a gun or something. Then she'll just shoot your ass.
-Her heightened senses have limited range. She can catch and differentiate scents in her immediate vicinity (say within 5 feet or so at the most), but passed that she would be as a normal person would be.
-Despite the fact she can heal most injuries, she still feels the pain from every wound. And the pain of it healing, despite how short the time it takes.

-Stands 5'5", weighs 150 pounds
-Loves the beefy potato burrito from Taco Bel
-Considers herself an otaku. In fact, her current condition reminds her of some anime series. Or a poorly conceived character on a roleplay forum.
-Due to her circumstances, she has little problem with doing whatever wrong she has to in order to make things right in any situation.
-Has (so far) killed a total of 9 people and injured or maimed many others.
-Considers herself an isolationist, but can often get very lonely. She will mingle anonymously sometimes in crowds just to feel people around her. And then she'll go back under her rock.
-At one time had a Vicodin addiction problem.
-Loves all kinds of music, literally. Her favorite band is the Beatles, and Dave Matthews Band after that. But her iPod has classical music, opera, anime songs, songs from video games, rock, pop, ballads, Bollywood, jazz, blues... literally just about anything out there. Except for hip-hop from the last 10 years, cause that's all crap.
-Currently 'lives' in one of the poorer slums along the outskirts of Sunrise City, the alleys specifically. Yes, she's homeless. And has been accepted into the community of homeless and down on their luck here. She keeps them safe, they keep her hidden.

I politely request that you change the poison and toxin filtering part to an enhanced resistance to them, and that her body will recover from them more quickly. This will ensure that she is still vulnerable to them, in of that she can be stopped by them, but not killed. Its mostly just for clarity for my sake. I hope that's okay?

Azriel has the ability to generate hard constructs of pure energy. These take the form of blue objects, varying in shade, transparency, and intensity. Most of the time they are a lighter shade of blue, as the color reflects his emotional state. The strength, size, and duration of these constructs is entirely dependant on his emotional state and level of focus. Without focus, these constructs are fairly weak, and certainly couldn't hold up against other meta-humans.

Through this power, Azriel is able to form a great many things, and is even capable of generating fields around himself and others, granting protection and/or the ability to levitate them. This allows a controlled method of flight. While technically not able to fire blasts of energy with this power, he can generate projectiles and fire them.

While he's still learning to control his abilities, he uses a ring as a focus.

The particle accelerator gave Ryan relatively minor gifts, since he was at the furthest reaches of the explosion. Ryan's senses are as good as they come. He's got perfect vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. However, this doesn't even begin to cover Ryan's true potential: his intellect. Ever since he was first born, Ryan Gray showed a prodigious intellect. Speaking in complete sentences barely a year after birth, it was clear that he had incredibly advanced mental faculties. Receiving masters degrees in engineering, physics, and chemistry by the age of 15, Ryan was actually one of the contributing minds on the Particle accelerator project, even if he never showed up in person, but more on that later. Arguably a superpower on it's own, Ryan's used his intellect to create numerous high-tech devices and cybernetic prosthetics to compensate for his physical weaknesses. These devices/augmentations include:

Nanosuit:
A dark bodysuit made from a thin, bulletproof material. While it is intensely difficult to penetrate or cut, it does not absorb kinetic energy, and thus blunt force attacks can circumvent its toughness. Because of this, while small-arms fire will not pierce the suit, it will hurt immensely, and leave nasty bruises.


Cyber Arm:

• A powerful laser cannon, capable of melting through steel in ten seconds of continuous fire.
• A laser blade that uses the harnesses the same energy as his cannon to create a single-edged sword that can cut with power identical to his blaster.
• A "photon shield" that draws upon internal power reserves to create a barrier that perfectly reflects all types of energy. However, the more powerful an attack, the greater
• strain on the shield's power supply. If the shield runs out of power, it cannot be used at all until it is recharged.
• A pneumatic grapple-hand that extends to 150 feet, and can pull with about 500 pounds of force, with the cable itself easily supporting twice as much.

Laced throughout this gel are numerous micro-explosives that can also be detonated. Each explosion carries about as much force as a bullet from a 9mm handgun, and each sphere carries around 12 of them.
• Smoke Grenade (4): Exactly what it says on the tin, grenades that produce massive clouds of smoke. Useful as flares, to obscure visibility, or to make breathing difficult in crowded spaces.
• Microjet (20): These tiny engines can be stuck to nearly any surface, and after a vocal command, will activate and push with impressive force. About five of them will send the average, fully grown adult flying. Depending on the weight of the target, it can take more or less of these jets to get them airborne. The jets allow for about six seconds of flight at 30 miles an hour before burning out.

Being limited to devices and gadgets, Ryan can't push his powers further. If he's fighting an opponent who's tough enough to resist his weaponry, than there's nothing he can do overpower his foe.
He isn't any tougher than the average human. A hit from someone with super-strength will likely incapacitate him instantly, forcing him to escape and evade opponents in combat, or attack from stealth.
Ryan has a lot of enemies, meaning that anyone who's looking to put the hurt on The Technomancer will have a lot of powerful allies, including: three of the 'lord' families in Sunset City, the US military, and numerous criminals.

A former patient of a rare degenerative disease, Ryan's cybernetic arm and eye are replacements for parts he lost due to his sickness. The Particle Accelerator explosion put his disease into remission, but until recently he's been confined to a specialized treatment center at the edge of the city. Since then, he's been on a hunt for evidence for the conspiracy he believes to surround the Accelerator's explosion. He did the math, and he knows he was right, and there was no chance of something like this happening. Because of this, he's been breaking into numerous secure facilities to acquire the evidence he needs to uncover the truth.
