I have had an idea floating around in my head for awhile of a group of "magical misfits" so to speak who are rounded up against their will to save their branch of the universe.
Basically the general idea of the story is that there are three realms of their world, each having their own portals to different parts of the universe including portals leading to the human world. These creatures that are eventually rounded up are the scum of this magical place, criminals, murderers, no-body's really. The three kings of the magical realms come under attack from a dark entity from beyond who then hides itself within the human world. The kings, in all of their foolish wisdom, decide it best to instead of wasting the lives of their own soldiers, send the criminals to fight instead. (Sort of like the movie Suicide Squad).
After the group is sent to the human world they have to band together to survive outside of their element as only SOME of their powers made it through the portal to the human realm. In order to return they must defeat the dark entity and only then will they be fully pardoned and restored to their homes and lives.... or so say the three kings...
Would anyone be interested in this at all?
