On the outside, Adachi appears to be a pretty simple man. He's the bumbling partner to respected detective Ryotaro Dojima. He appears mostly harmless, naive, and innocent - falling into rookie mistakes like vomiting at crime scenes and cracking unfunny jokes for attention. He's just a largely forgettable guy. Most people don't give him a second thought.

And that's exactly what he wants.

Behind this innocent, unsuspecting facade lies a sadistic, cruel man who only acts on base self interest. The mastermind behind the Inaba murders. Although Adachi was manipulated to a certain extent - the majority of his actions were him and him alone. He's more than willing to lie and cheat to get his way, finding the "nowheresville" that is Inuba to be entirely devoid of any sort of worth.

However, after his defeat at the hands of Yu and his friends, Adachi has learned the error of his ways. He still maintains a generally disdain for others (as well as society as a whole), but he holds a great deal of regret for his actions regardless. He wants nothing more than to serve his prison sentence in peace - fully believing that he deserves it after everything he's done.

Despite all of this, Adachi does hold some respect for certain people. In particular, he looks back on his memories with Dojima rather fondly. But he still prefers to work alone regardless, as he still holds the base belief that human bonds will ultimately hold people back from achieving what they could on their own.

If there’s one driving factor behind Neo’s actions, it’s vengeance. She was particularly close with her old boss, Roman Torchwick. So close, in fact, that learning about his abrupt death changed her in many ways. She wears his bowler hat everywhere she goes as a memento, never letting it leave her sight. Neo’s semblance, Overactive Imagination, gives her the ability of illusion projection. She uses this in a variety of ways. They can be seen by everyone, though they aren’t the most resilient to damage - often shattering like glass with a single punch. This is often used by projecting false forms of herself to whoever she is attacking while camouflaging her true form. These illusions can be piled onto each other simultaneously, creating a sort of “wall”, and giving the illusion in of itself that Neo can teleport.

These illusions also extend to Neo herself, with her being able to appear as feasibly any person imaginable - providing she knows what they look like ahead of time. However, like her other illusions, these are easily broken with only one good punch. She’s also still a mute while in this form, which is a pretty big tell.

Neo’s weapon of choice is a lace, frilly parasol known as “Hush”. Hush can act as both an offensive and defensive weapon, being used in combat to almost effortlessly smack her enemies back several feet - as well as shield most ranged attacks, from bullets to entire missiles. Its curved handle can also be unsheathed from the umbrella itself, acting as a sword that looks similar to Torchwick’s cane.

Clothing: A desaturated red long-sleeved tunic with the excess sleeves pulled up, twisted around the wrist and tied in a knot, acting as makeshift wristlets. It goes over a pale white petticoat, dark grey trews and medium-height leather boots, half-way to knee length. A half-leather, half rope baldrick, sliding in between leather straps that can either be added or removed to taste, serves as a holder for either weapons and important to have at hand items. The necklace was gathered at some point during the duo's many explorations, apparently, its history resonated with Fouquant enough to want to keep it over long-distance sentimental value.
Armor: None, both for lack of wealth and social position. Differently from their craftier sibling, they weren't approving of the idea of stealing someone else's property... And then having that part of its history clinging to them as a constant reminder. The layering is a poor attempt at providing more fabric to be cut through and therefore a little more protection.

Personality: Fouquant's personality is a white canvas upon which absolutely anything can be drawn and redrawn on top of, resulting in a thick, muddy, ugly, confusing mess. By themselves, and without the influence of anyone else, not even their sibling, Fouquant comes across as a stoic, distant, seemingly inert kind of person. They've been used to feeling everyone else's emotions and channelling their thoughts for so long that being by themselves is the most terrifying and disorienting thing since they simply don't have any idea of what even is there. It feels a lot more empty and devoid of meaning than letting themselves be dragged by the current of others. Their base state is nearly unknown to them, and Fouquant can't help but feel some kind of aversion to the hollow world, devoid of any color, of their never properly built inner self.

Out of isolation and around others, which is how about 95% of their time is like, interacting with Fouquant is a rather surreal, hard to believe experience. Because of their passive empathy, they change mood way too quickly and with surprisingly intensity every single time a different person is interacting with them. They'll connect to another's emotional state almost instantly, bouncing through them almost tirelessly. The impression is that Fouquant is doing it on purpose, trying to mimic the way the person interacting with them is, becoming almost a mirror of them. In reality, Fou has absolutely no control over it and is internally resigned to going with the flow they're unable to stop in any way. The more people they have to be doing this for at the same time the more distressed they're internally, wanting to clarify it, or say something more genuinely and taking a huge effort to bypass the effects of their power to do so. Eventually, they may just have to step away for a moment, being so overwhelmed that no thought or emotion is echoing properly anymore, rendered into a noisy mess of everything and nothing, all at once.

  • Psychometry/Empathy: Fouquant has had an elevated sensitivity to the auras, invisible energies around both people and objects, ever since they were born and it has manifested in two different ways, Psychometry for things and Empathy when it comes to people. Psychometry allows them to when physically touching an object, both see and feel its history pass through their mind quick and in its entirety for a minute or so. Depending on the weight of what was learned, it may leave them a tad disoriented at best and cause physical pain at worst.

    As Empathy, the ability is sadly passive, and will prompt them to feel the exact same thing that the person interacting with them is currently feeling. The interaction may be as mild as body-language executed nearby to physical contact and conversations. While it is great to uncover hidden second-intentions and emotions, possibly helping avoid misunderstandings, it elicits a sudden switch on their mood, to the extent that they feel like they really are the person; Suddenly others' problems, worries are also their worries and they feel rather strongly about them. Do it enough times in such a small span of time, and they end up incredibly confused as to how much of it is actually theirs and how much was gained from other places.

  • Object-Cloning: Discovered a bit later in life, eventually Fouquant figured out that after learning an object's history and obtaining a good understanding of the energy they carry, they could essentially 'split it off' creating an aura that was exactly the same as the one on the original object, therefore creating a perfect a clone of the item. The duplicate carries the exact same history as the original and has in a way 'lived' the exact same time span as the original physically. That means that any kind of time damage done to the object remains in its copy, even microdamage that hasn't actually broken the item in a visible way yet.

    The process is not instantaneous the first time they're encountering the target-object, needing to use Psychometry on it first to then copy its signature energy, however with objects that they are already quite familiar with it is quicker and less strenuous the longer they've been acquainted with the item. There is no limitation as to the number of copies created and neither their life-span, though it requires a lot of willpower to keep doing it consecutively becoming harder and harder every new use, with them getting more and more tired in return.

Due to the intricacies of their magic, Fouquant has become highly attuned to patterns of human behavior, such as associations of body-language with certain emotions or intentions that are universal, since they have experienced it enough times to correctly tie one thing to the other. A such, even written language, which therefore would give them the history of the surface it was written at but not much more, would be easily decipherable over its intent if they had watched it being written in front of them, because of the reading of body-language more than the message itself.

History: Average
Similarly, after watching the life-history of so many items, Fouquant has a repertoire of locations that other people would have not. They would have seen cities at their prime, forests before being destroyed, kingdoms and hidden rooms that only few select people would have the knowledge of. They may not be able to name them, given that objects can't hear and as such hold no sound memories, but once in a location they've seen before, they're able to quickly remember which object has been in it and possibly remember how it looked like in different eras, for as long as the item had existed inside of it. There's also some lesser ones such as knowing exactly where the items they're consuming may have come from and what they've been through, which weirdly hasn't turned them vegan or something close yet.

Crafting/Carving: Below-average
Because of owning their dagger, Fouquant has taken upon themself to use the information they had gained after watching the history and creation of so many objects with psychometry and attempt to employ it in practice. Turns out it is a lot harder than it seemed, but with some experimentation and practice, they've come to gather what type of stones are better to use for sharpening, polishing and even carving some small objects out of laying around wood as a bit of a past-time. They're in no way honed skills and are still done a little blindly, but it isn't the craft of a fresh beginner either.

Blade-fighting: Beginner
Surely these two had to defend themselves before during their travels, and though one would expect them to get better at doing so, Fouquant is actually rather avoidant of actually fighting close-quarters until there's no other option, due to the way their magic works. If they were to attack somebody, the pain would recoil as a consequence of empathy, leaving them feeling exactly the same as if they had suffered the wound themselves, albeit for a limited time. The attacks also have no kind of expertise or technique behind them, more akin to flaying the blade around threateningly to force distance or a firm but rather slow single-point stab; Making it so that all of their moves are very easy to parry, dodge and even predict.


Weapon of choice: An old bone dagger carved out from the rib of a large boar; Not their handiwork and another acquisition from adventures land out. Despite the nearly traumatic experience of feeling and seeing the animal getting killed, followed by its many many years of use in combat, Fouquant took upon themselves to continue its legacy instead of letting it rot abandoned after being dropped by its last owner.

It felt wrong to let the story end there given that it wasn't broken or damaged in any way that impeded its effectiveness. They take extremely good care of it, cleaning, polishing and re-sharpening the blade, to the point that it almost looks recently made.

Ayaha and Otoha ride on two concepts: union, and freedom. They claim often of being one heart in two bodies, speaking volumes of their their bond. This is not a statement to be taken literally, though: while more often than not they are perfectly in sync, it is possible for them to disagree with each other. However, this does not hinder them in any way as it may have used to, at least not for long. Soon enough they'll be on the same page again, getting along as they usually do.

This makes them sound quite positive, but make no mistake. Ayaha and Otoha both have such twisted views on freedom that they take great joy in trying to create world where all do as they desire in any moment with no care for morality, an exciting world free of boredom. They will take what they want, kill whoever might try to stop them -- and sometimes kill just for the fun of it -- and hold a strong distaste for those they view as puppets to one thing or another... Which is, unfortunately, most people.

Time and trials have only slightly tamed them: they no longer simply kill as they please, directing their ire towards the restrictive, boring world instead onto that which has wronged them personally. For now, at least. They still have every intent to create that world of boundless freedom... they're just prioritising immediate threats to them.

Powers/Abilities:

As with their nature together, their main ability is the physical representation of their bond. With their horns, they can transmit mana signals to each other, effectively being able to share thoughts instantaneously and act in perfect sync. They also share both power and pain: they split both equally between them, making it impossible to simply take one out and leave the other defenseless. Indeed, they are effectively impossible to split apart, and they have all manner of ways to make the most of that.

When it comes to fighting itself, they aren't much less simple.

Ayaha's brand of force comes in the force of swift, precise blows, designed to stun enemies in their tracks by using both her fan and the mana butterflies both twins share to hit exactly where it bothers most. Her attacks are associated with white and blue.
Otoha's axe fights slower, but do not mistake it for slow at all: she simply prefers harder hitting, less targetted strikes, using those butterflies in greater number to leave her foes scorching and seared with flame. Her attacks are associated with black and red.
Together, they're capable of various projectile attacks, using their flames to the same purposes as they do individually. They can also trap opponents in cages of mana briefly, however these cages are breakable with enough force before they strike.

Fusing together, the twins become a butterfly-esque being themselves. Naturally, the strengths of both are at play here, to greater power: they can fire off butterflies with much more speed, let them explode into long-lasting splotches of flame, and far easier for them to aim appropriately. They also come packing far greater forms of flame, in general unleashing great beams of both blue and red fires, culminating in grand explosions far bigger than either would be able to perform alone. In this form they can also briefly summon forth phantoms of their normal selves, able to attack as they would normally though being far more fragile than the real deal.

Aside from that, they also both hold their Agito mask, which is what grants them the ability to awaken into their beast form, along with generally enhancing their pre-existing abilities and physical capacity.

Kaito wants to be the number one at everything. He is usually easygoing, but when his interest is triggered, he becomes hot-headed and excited. His ideas are very wacky but creative, as seen when attempting to bungee jump from the Tokyo Skytree with unlicensed equipment or whenever he makes a plan against the attacking World at the time.

He is a brave and daring man, as he did not hesitate to step in and oppose the evil invaders who were threatening his world, even when unarmed, outnumbered, and overpowered. When he was handed the Geartlinger and Sentai Gears, Kaito declared his desire of protecting the world with no hesitation. He is also very moral, looking down on cruel behaviors with good intentions, even against a World.

Despite his own eccentricities, he exhibits great friendliness, level-headedness, and sense of sympathy. He welcomed the quirks of his friends with open arms even before they became the Zenkaigers, and opted to look at the good one does before the bad. During the initial invasion of the Tojitendo, he did not discriminate against Juran due to just being a Kikainoid, but instead, he focused on the good he did instead.

In addition to that, Kaito had demonstrated that he can be a very perceptive person whenever the situation requires him to do so. For example, when Stacy (Actually Gege who is secretly controlling Stacy's body) had showed up and announced his intention to destroy the Tojitendo as well as join him and his team, Kaito had correctly denounced "Stacy" as an impostor due to Kaito himself being able to identify several key personality traits which had been frequently displayed by the "Real" Stacy during Kaito's previous encounters with Stacy that not even Gege himself was able to imitate even though Gege had access to Stacy's memories which would have allowed him to easily fool Kaito and his friends.

Having lost his parents for about ten years, Kaito longs to figure out what happened to them. When he gets an idea of what had happened to them he becomes more hot-headed than usual, rushing into combat and ignoring vulnerable civilians. While he reconciles with the need to help others he still prioritizes his parents, attempting to figure out ways to infiltrate the Tojitendo Palace, the place they were last rumored to be in.

Kaito's more eccentric behaviors make him interesting to Zocks.

Kaito also has an optimistic opinion on fortunetelling, which he considers not as a foolproof instruction, but as a hopeful motivator in the times of hardship.

Powers/Abilities:
Kaito's powers only manifest when transformed as Zenkaizer or Super Zenkaizer. However, he is known to be extremely good at wielding guns and has a combat style that forces him to adapt to whatever situation he finds himself in.

Kaito can also provides support to his allies by using the Sentai Gears, which grants him and his allies special abilities and or weapons based on the numbered Sentai engraved on the gear. Its effects varies each usage.

In Zenkaizer form, Kaito can fuse compatible mechs together.
In Super Zenkaizer form, Kaito himself can grow large and combine with a compatible mech or turn into a flying drill machine himself.

Equipment:
Geartlinger - A machine gun-like handgun with a crank on the side. It uses Sentai Gears in order for it to function.
Sentai Gear - 45 Gears(well, 46 if you count the Zenkaiju Gear) based on the Sentai of parallel worlds. Can be used to transform or temporarily gain their powers.
Zenkaiju Gear - A somewhat sentient mechanical rex that's compatible with the Geartlinger, allowing Kaito to transform into Super Zenkaiger. Usually absent from Kaito's inventory and just randomly shows up. It's a miracle this thing survived.
Zenryoku Zenkai Cannon - A white cannon like device with a rotary dial ontop of its barrel that allows Kaito to summon Sentai Rangers from the past randomly based on their theming. Jurassic Power summons Dinosaur themed rangers, Beast Power summons Animal themed rangers, Miracle Power summons magic or mystical themed rangers so on so forth. The cannon can only manifest 4 Rangers at a time. The force from its finisher's has a powerful recoil that it would take all 5 members of Kaito's team to stop him from being knocked back a couple hundred feet.
This thing can also turn into a jet. Kaito's parents are really weird for designing this kind of weapon.

A peculiar ability indeed, Crazy Monsters does not technically belong to Diego—however, with the power of the Left Eye of the Holy Corpse, and sheer dark determination, he was able to overcome Dr. Ferdinand’s infection and claim the ability of Dinosaur Infection, Fossilisation and Dinosaur Morph for himself.

Dinosaur Infection:
The main ability of Scary Monsters is to infect living things with a virus. This virus turns the infected into a dinosaur and allows the user full control over them via a sort of hivemind connection.

For smaller creatures, a touch is enough to transfer the virus. Larger creatures, such as humans, will require a scratch or bite from Diego or an infected dinosaur to pass it on. Against weaker targets, the transformation is nigh-instantaneous—enemies with stronger wills (read: players) are able to resist its effects for longer, however. Additionally, they can cure themselves by defeating Diego and “crashing” his Stand.
Any type of dinosaur can be created, at the discretion of the user. The dinosaurs are also technically considered Stands: Though visible to non-Stand Users, they can nonetheless interact with Stands and other spiritual entities like ghosts.

Fossilisation:
Developed via honing his abilities, Diego can also put his dinosaurs into a dormant “fossil” state. In this state, the form of the dinosaurs can be manipulated and shaped to a certain degree, for example fusing into a tree or rocks or being shaped into something elaborate like a candle holder.
