I'm ok with Julius because it's limited while also being purely defensive, meaning his only true offense comes from his elemental magic and shear force of his non-super-human striking force, and given that a high number of Valkyrie of what's been made already have one form or another of versitile defense (My Kiku Ichi Monjo for example can shapeshift into a perfect shield). As a valkyrie it's natural he'd be powerful especially given the artifact. As far as the Balder Fronts attack plan, I was planning on it being a not-so-subtle attack designed to be a quick get in, get out kind of job but was still ironing out the details. If you wanted to brainstorm/pitch ideas, I'm all ears.

Sounds perfect for Brutus :p Perhaps a spearhead force to invade the facility itself, reinforced by a secondary squad to follow after an all clear to move the hardware out, with a tertiary squad stationed outside the facility to deter counterattacks from outside forces and keep their path of escape open? Brutus would be part of the third squad, being a defensive specialist.

To make things seem more time-accurate, I want to wait on putting the assult team on point and would like to see the recon team get a few tasks done, since the assult team will be taking about a half hour from take off. Maybe 2-4 more posts should do it.

Yep, I have no problems with that guy either. Right now we have a recon team of two and an assault team of 4 valkyrie and one observer heading for the mission, At this particular moment there's not much room to join the fray unless on the side of the Balder Front, but I can set up some Psuedo-NPCs to keep the base occupied with plenty of things to do.

Ok... Gonna give it a few more days and I'm going to move it along myslf if nothing happens.
All the offence meant (AKA: no offence if anyone takes it) but shit needs to happen very soon or this RP is worthless to me. If it doesn't move and I'm stuck in the 'copter without doing anything, one of three things will happen.
1: I'll make the RP move and have the chopper move to site myself.
2: Gilliam will bolt from the copter, knowing somewhat where to go and just let what happens, happen.
3: If it keeps with nothing happening without as much as a hint to a reason why, good or bad, I will be leaving the RP...
Hopefully, none of them should be needed.

You guys know stamina is only your energy level right? It doesn't mean you can fall at those speeds without breaking something or take no damage, it just means you can go on forever without fatigue.
