Personality:
To most Otto looks like a brute, like a man that would sooner strike you then speak to you, that would yell and bellow like a raving animal but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Otto is a well educated and well-mannered man who keeps to himself in public and is more comfortable with a book or by a fireplace among close company then in the dives and stops on the station. For Otto, the solution to what they face is a matter of perseverance and patience rather than any major victory won on the field and this translates to his own interactions with those around him, patience. Though this isn't to say Otto can't shroud himself in violence and gore when it's needed, after all, beware the fury of a patient man.

Ability:
Slowing time, or rather his suit speeds up how he perceives things. Nothing is actually slowed but to Otto, it's like everything else is moving in a body of water while he is moving freely on land. It requires intense focus and concentration though.

Flaws:
Avarice, Otto was poor as a young man and greedily covets what he never had access to then.

Anger, Otto grew up poor and went without many times in his life, this drove him to be an angry man in his youth at those who had things and flaunted them. This lingering anger also interferes with his ability in his suit assuming he grows angry enough

Wrath, Otto can be cruel to his enemies, some times to the point of sadism if left unchecked, this being another factor from his youth where he had to be mean and cruel to survive the slums of the station. It's kept locked down most of the time but it sometimes seeps through the cracks so to speak.

Bio:
Otto doesn't remember much of his early childhood, he never knew his mother or father and his first memories were running the streets of the Eden slums fending for himself. Stealing and assault were common means to go another night with food vs starving and it made him grow hard and mean very young. It made someone take notice as when he was just on the cusp of being an adult he was taken and made part of the SATU. Of course, this wasn't an overnight event and it took time to shape Otto into what he would become. The anger and cruelty were blended and tamped down with knowledge and patience.
Otto's training, like many in the SATU finished right as the attack on Eden occurred and he and others were rushed to the front with weapons and blade in hand. Otto fought and killed many that day, paving his way leading to his current position as the second in command of the SATU. This also leads to his current personality as his anger and cruelty are locked under a layer of patient calm. A man of his environment is what Otto is but the future may change this man for the better or the worse.

Personality: Carefree and adventurous, Seb likes to mingle with the populace and go out on assignments as opposed to sitting at a cubicle and filing paperwork. He's very talkative and quite charismatic, but his eagerness could be misinterpreted as being rude or careless. He faces each new day with joy, and tries to not let anything - especially the misgivings of others - to drag him down. However, should something serious happen, he puts on his "professional attitude" and deal with the issue as seriously as possible.

Hemlock-14: Bullpup DMR with a medium-sized mag, weighted barrel and integrated sway reduction CPU. Fitted stock and textured grip with plenty of rail space for attachments. Macro Optics Module on the upper rail allowing for zoom variations and live feed transmission to operator's HUD with overlaid targeting reticle and target highlighting, tri-purpose grip on the lower rail for angled and vertical grip plus bipod deployment. Fires large-caliber, ballistics-based munition.
Sunlance-02P: Directed energy weapon custom-made to resemble a revolver, but with a more angular barrel and magazine. The grip is especially well-molded, and there is an integrated laser/flashlight combo mounted to the lower rail. Micro Optics Module on the upper rail links to the user's HUD, changes zoom and uploads live feed with targeting circle overlaid, and can expand to project a standard holographic sight. Loads small energy cells and can toggle between three different levels of energy usage: Standard (10 regular shots), Enhanced (3 shots that do more damage and packs more energy), and Maximum (1 shot that completely drains the cell but fires a devastating bolt).

Ability:
Trance - Enters into a marksman's trance for a brief period of time. The world appears with more contrast and people become more easily identifiable, especially while against a background that camouflages them. Heightened reflexes and faster small movements (such as trigger pull, steadying a weapon, or blinking).

Flaws:
Sometimes, it's hard for Sebastian to switch between a joking mood and a serious, professional manner on the fly. It could be potentially dangerous and costly if he were to ever slip up during an emergency.
Sebastian is not easily distracted, but he is curious and does not necessarily have a very long attention span. A split-second judgement error could send his attention careening away to some other target or threat, and miss the more important ones.
He also hates to be of mediocrity, going so far as to pull (or attempt to pull) potentially dangerous and reckless stunts, even during missions. He has yet to fail, but he's come dangerously close, and when that day comes...

Bio:
Sebastian Johnston was born with the proverbial silver spoon. Coming from a slightly more progressive family, he's less concerned with the whole "slum people are lesser people" ideology, but still dislikes it due to the high rate of crime and overall negative experiences he's had on the few trips he's been there. His father had originally hoped he would become a weapons R&D tech, following in his footsteps, but instead he took the knowledge his father passed onto him and went to become a SATU operator, much to the chagrin of his father; his mother, on the other hand, was incredibly supportive of his decision.

Once within the ranks of SATU, he began to design modifications and improvements for his suit, the first of which being the Axion Stabilizers: the first iterations were simply a sway reduction CPU module linked to his suit and tweaked to lessen recoil, but later models saw proper development and more unique designs until the device became a completely standalone project. The Omni-Directional Propulsors soon followed, as well as the custom-made Sunlance-02P.

He was well-known and liked for his laid-back and amicable attitudes, but his COs were sometimes less that happy, especially when Sebastian pulls pranks or does some unorthodox stunts - but then again, if no one got hurt and nothing gets broken, they saw no reason to punish him beyond the standard procedures. However, it was precisely these things that have kept him from a more distinguished career - not that Sebastian particularly cared. He liked to be on duty outside as opposed to inside at a desk, filing out paperwork or whatever it is that his COs do.

However, nothing is perfect. Someone did get hurt, and someone did die during one of his typical operation - Sebastian just didn't know it. Very few people do. In fact, only one person in the SATU does, and they no longer think very highly of him...

    While young, Axel is unlike many of those around his age, he does not take reckless actions and only takes chances when he believes the probabilities of success are high. Even with his position, he tends not to speak much outside of his occupation unless he must. Although he does not tend to show it, he does care for everyone that lives on the space station whether they are apart of the SATU, ordinary citizens or even apart of the MDS. He does have a soft spot when it comes to cooking and gardening, however he attempts to keep this as well hidden as possible from everyone else around him. The more he gets to know those around him, the more he will be comfortable with revealing how he truly acts outside of work as well as whenever he is not exactly so stern.

    These are rockets that are designed into the suit at the elbows of both arms as well as the ankles of both legs. When activated, they assist in delivering a much more powerful kick or punch at the risk of making sure that the strike will actually make contact and not send the user flying in a single direction.
    >Combat Scanner<
    The combat scanner is designed to be apart of the A.I systems of the suit; most SATU operatives have this particular scanner apart of their A.I, however with Axel's combat scanner, he is able to detect anomalies as well as enemies. These anomalies can range from invisible enemies to microscopic traps that might be laid out all around.

    >Energized Electric Blades<
    A katana as well as a dagger that were given in a set, these blades at first glance appear to have nothing special about them, however there is a switch on the end of the hilt that will charge the blades with an electrical charge that allows for cleaner cuts through most enemies as well as most metals. When the weapon is sheathed if the switch if flipped into the 'on' position, rather than charge it with electricity it will begin to vibrate within the sheathe until unsheathed; once unsheathed, the blade will not give off an electrical charge rather it will continue to vibrate at an intense rate allowing for more damaging and brutal cuts.
    >M-I9 Falcon Energy Sniper Rifle<
    Standard issued energy sniper rifle handed to SATU operatives that wish for long range combat, the sniper does not use ordinary bullets but rather energy capsules that are loaded into the side of the rifle. Each time the rifle is shot, an empty capsule will automatically eject from the opposite side of the rifle from which the capsule was once loaded.

    Axel is capable of dropping the temperature around him as well as his internal and external body temperature to severe levels to the point that water will instantly turn to ice even within solid metal pipes as well as nearly freezing all metal. With his suit on Axel is able to direct where he wishes the cold to affect and at what kind of radius he wishes for it to stretch out to. When putting more focus into his ability, he is also capable of summoning the ice in different forms such as forming them into spikes, walls, etc.

    Flaws
    >Mechanical Limbs<
    After an encounter with the Xeloth the first time, Axel had lost both his right arm as well as his left leg in the battle against them. Luckily enough to be brought back to Eden after a swift retreat, he was saved however forced to live his life with a new mechanical arm and leg for the rest of his life due to his missing limbs and his refusal to never be able to fight again. With one arm and leg being mechanical now, he must always tend to them by doing constant self check-ups or bring them to a doctor to check on the systems to make sure everything continues working properly. This also means that staying underwater for long extended amounts of time will cause the limbs to malfunction if now cared for properly.

    >EMP<
    With the fact that he has two limbs that are mechanical, this also means that he is at risk of EMP attacks, blasts, etc. If he is caught in the radius of an EMP attack or blast, the arm as well as leg will completely be useless and just hunks of metal that is holding him down. Luckily, he is still able to detach these limbs at the obvious risk that he will only have one leg and arm.

    >Disease<
    Being born with an unknown illness that continues to affect him to this day. There will be times where he will go into fits of coughing till he even spits up blood, after which will leave him out of breath and at times will leave him fatigued from his body keeping up to make sure he does not end up passing out.

    >Internal Freeze<
    The ability FrostByte when used outside of his suit and at times even when within the suit, Axel's internal body temperature can only reach a certain low before it becomes far too dangerous even for himself. Lowering the temperature too far will even go to the point that he could possibly freeze his own blood and end up causing him to pass out if not worse.

Personality: Kelvin is almost always cool and collected. Situations that most people consider to be FUBAR, urgent bureaucratic issues, important and/or almost impossibly early deadline - all of which he can meet and resolve with a calm manner. Rude people don't faze him; power-hungry and sometimes lethal politics don't concern him. Despite being a Lieutenant, he blends in quite well with the rest - so well, in fact, some people often forget his rank until they see his uniform. Kelvin isn't too bother by that, either - he doesn't want to be the officer no one likes. He remains ever so polite and dignified with everyone, be it top brass or someone of equal rank or a civilian, but he still expects everyone to know his rank and give him the respect he is due.

Loki Augmented Scrambler: Remotely affects nearby enemies' HUD, wiping the operator's image if the HUD works through a camera feed or scrambling the HUD itself if the HUB is overlaid over real vision.
Runepainter Auditory Suppressor: Creates noise on higher and lower frequencies inaudible to humans but masks the operator's noises such as footsteps, reloading or suit ambient sounds, while the noises reach the human ears.

SMG-CP: Compact energy SMG with a extremely fast fire rate and large battery. Modular design allows for modifications and attachments. Micro Optics Module and Laser/Flashlight combo attached.
MPS3: Integrally suppressed machine pistol. Extended magazine. Attached with regular holographic sight and dual-purpose foregrip.
Combat Knife MkIII: Moderate length combat knife. Blade conducts electricity which can be used to stun or tase individuals, or overload insufficiently protected electronics.

Flaws:
Kelvin is ill-suited for a direct confrontation during battle; his suit sacrifices armour for speed, and as such he is better equipped for daring flanking maneuvers.
A lack of accurate weaponry also means that Kelvin is more suited for close-quarters combat as opposed to medium- to long-range firefights.
His Scrambler and Auditory Suppressor is not perfect; the naked eye is not affected by the scramble and noises over a certain decibel threshold (which is quite low) cannot be suppressed.

Bio:
Kelvin has lived a wholly unremarkable life. He was born of two middle-class parents who raised him normally, had normal jobs, with conventional ideologies. As such, Kelvin yearned for a life of adventure, something his "boring" life will never bring him. This drove him to enlist in the MDS at the age of 22.
Once enlisted, he showed aptitude for covert operations, scouting missions and was soon under consideration for drafting into a specialist program. At 26, he was drafted, and underwent 4 more years of training before being drafted yet again for more specialized training. That was when he received his modified suit.
More training. It seemed like it never stopped, but by the end of it, he was proficient at using the suit and its gadgets, he knew the suit inside and out, and he was nothing short of lethal with it. Another decade of dedicated service later, he was rapidly promoted to the rank of Lieutenant for his career histroy, and to replace the previous one who had died in the line of duty.

Personality
Sora is a serious and a very business orientated person due to certain events growing up and during his training with SATU. He saw what would happen when you were not totally dedicated to the task at hand and the mistakes that can come about because of it. While very efficient, his attitude and nature frequently grind on those he must work with. Logic dominates his decision making, which as you can imagine presents some issues with others when it comes to the preservation of life.

Even though these traits dominate his personality while at SATU and during missions, he isn't dense and does have a sense of humor. Although very quiet and has what seems to be a hint of introversion, Sora is very easy to get along with while out in Civilian life. However, when something serious inevitably arises, he turns back into his efficient military self.

Ability:
Overload - Sora has the ability to receive and process information at supercomputer levels for a short time. The part that makes this ability strong is that Overload affects his thinking as well, allowing for impossibly quick decision and deliberation. This ability does not heighten or enhance his mind or senses, but rather speeds up the processes of them.

Flaws:
Due to having this ability, Sora sometimes will be indecisive or overthink things. This is because when Sora uses Overload in combat, he has all the information in the immediate area available and processed. When making decisions outside of combat after having used his ability for a long time or in rapid succession, it makes Sora extremely anxious. If pushed to the brink, it will make him paranoid and illogical.

Due to his history of losing people, and experiencing death before joining SATU Sora is reluctant to get close to others. This causes friction and wears on his teammates because of the cold and often condescending attitude. Much of his antisocial and introverted mindset is due to this.

Sora pushes through missions using an almost exclusively logical and efficient set of thinking. Because of this, however, he might miss easier solutions or important things that do not directly relate to the mission at hand which causes further problems and issues.

Bio
Growing up had a large impact on how Sora saw the world. His family wasn't poor enough to live in the slums, however, if anything happens to the family business that might not be the case. His parents own and operate a local Japanese restaurant. Before, when the Earth was thriving with life Sora's family, The Yamaguchis, were making a name for themselves through the mastery of Traditional Japanese Cuisine. While the future has taken hold and many things have been lost to history, the Yamaguchi Family passed down recipes for hundreds of years. Because of this, Sora's family restaurant is one of the few places in New Eden to get an authentic Earthbound Japanese experience. While popular, it's a steady living and by no means glamorous. His life went about uneventfully until an event that shook everyone's life.

Unlike Sora's older brother Kiyoshi, Sora doesn't share the same burning passion for food. Because of this Kiyoshi decided at an early age to become a chef and keep the legacy of the Family name going. He's been in the kitchen with their father ever since. Both Kiyoshi and his father were disappointed when they learned Sora had no interest in running the restaurant full time, they understood that he had his own path and bore no ill will. Meanwhile, Sora was on a mission to find the right path for himself.

After months of soul searching, he got information that would change his world forever. The Niefoms that took his home on earth and his entire country away from him was going to attack New Eden. Sora didn't have any actual training, but he was athletic and had willpower. Of course, this attack happened too quickly and he couldn't volunteer for the MDS before something tragic happened. During one of the attacks, the Niefoms focused on the outskirts of the Market District. It happened to be in the same place where Sora's family restaurant was. By the time he heard and rushed to his home, he had seen the devastation that had been wrought. His home. His family's restaurant. His family period. All of it was gone. Their lifeless bodies still on display for everyone to see. It wasn't long before the Niefoms were fought back, and peace was set upon New Eden again. This came about with the help of a seemingly new group called SATU. Due to how powerful they were and how quickly they dealt with the Neifom attack, Sora decided to make his way towards wherever they were located and try to join. Was it for revenge, or because he was just lost? Hiro himself figure it out just yet.

After a few years of training, and making it past the death gate of a serum, he managed to start doing missions. Working with some of the first generation SATU Sora was able to gauge just the sort of people risking their lives and doing this. During one of these routine missions, an innocent died. It was played off like a normal murder in the slums, but it was actually an accident due to the negligence of a comrade. No longer seeing this person as the same, he decided to train under another.

Personality: Rack'am is a down to earth, yet critical tactician. On and off duty he has a distinct sense of curiosity for human culture and activities. When it comes to on duty affairs Rack'am carries the traditional military discipline however he does occasionally 'slip' into a less serious demeanor every now and then, showing his more laid back tendencies. On top of his critical tactics and his discipline, the Lupkanin is known to dive headfirst into unknown dangers, following a leader's philosophy thanks to his military background.

Flaws:
Sensitive to loud noises and intense smells. If not wearing his ear protection and respirator he can endure the noise / stench for a short time, however constant exposure can have negative effects. Pepper is also a enemy to him.

Agility focused. He is quick on his feet, however when up close and personal his strength is only average compared to humans.

Sensitive tail! Like many canines his tail is sensitive to the touch! Those who fight dirty in hand to hand combat could give that poor thing a tug. Extreme tail tugging can cause numbness, and heightened sensitivity to other interactions!

Bio:
Rack'am 'Rack' Rulfgrum is known by those who associate with the Assembly as one of the many Liason Officers for the Lupkanin security forces. A 2nd Lieutenant in Lupkanin ranks, the Liason Officer has a critical role to be the main bridge of information between the MDS (and perhaps SATU) and the Assembly security teams. Prior to the fall of the Lupkanin's military arm Rack'am was a somewhat reputable naval intelligence officer for his galactic empire. His record showcases a rather average naval officer's background, with a few accommodations for his successes on the field not as a intelligence officer but instead as a combatant in many operations. He wasn't shy when it came time to pick up a rifle, compared to a few of his companions in the Naval Intelligence business.

When selected to be a Liason Officer for the humans who offered safe haven Rack'am was rather shocked, thinking of himself as unfit for the position compared to many other candidates who not only volunteered for the position but toted a more illustrious military career than Rack'am. He was given the nickname and alias 'Rack' by the humans, for it was easier to say rather than his alien name. Rack'am carries a variety of intelligence related things in his satchel. The key important item in his satchel is a DNA locked datapad, containing a series of files he has saved for in-field access when relaying valuable intelligence to the humans or the Assembly. Instead of relying on encryption and cloud transfers that could be hacked, Rack'am prefers hand delivering confidential information, reducing the risk of exposing such information to people who have no clearance. Carrying the datapad has painted a target on his back, and he was quick to figure out why they chose their most combat experienced Naval Intelligence Officer to be one of the Liason Officers for the humans and the Assembly.

Leon is very grounded to reality. He knows what he can or can't do, and acts accordingly. Meaning that he only goes for safe bets, unless it is to help innocents. As he can't help himself from aiding those in need, even if it wasn't his job. He takes his duties with respect and solemnity, aware of the weight put in him. Due to that, he may seem distant and not very talkative at best. Despite that, his kindness sometimes slips past his professional attitude. To truly gain his trust is quite an achievement.

A sword with an energy core, which makes the sword vibrate, rendering it capable of cutting with ease through more than a standard could handle. Its hilt has its own generator, this one imbues the sword with fire. So, if the hilt generator is active, it will cause a burst of plasma that can be directed with the sword as a wave. The second generator needs some seconds between uses to be effective, and of course, it only allows for one wave at a time, as charging it for more than one attack at a time could make it unstable.

A heavy energy pistol. Its particularity stems from the fact that instead of regular energy blasts, the blasts from this pistol turn into a freezing explosion, both hurting, and immobilizing the target with a shell of ice. The pistol allows for two firing modes: Standard, which depletes an energy cell in five shots. And Heavy, a vastly more powerful blast that depletes the energy cell completely in one shot.

A bodysuit designed to enhance all physical capabilities of the user. This one in particular is designed for speed, providing plentiful strength and support to the limbs mostly, while providing protection to the whole body.

Flaws:
-Paranoid: Leon is frequently doubting most people and their words, which has made him hesitant in situations that required rapid response.
-Close quarters fighter: His arsenal and skill set are only optimal at close, and seldom middle, range, having difficulty handling distance battles.
-Drinking: Leon is somewhat of an alcoholic. When he reaches his limit, he resorts to the bottle. He hasn't gone back to it for some time, but he fears that some day it returns.
