Subject Code C1-137 Codename "Comedy": Real name is unknown. Wanted extranormal once living in the Alaskan Wilds, and is now believed to be in the LA area. Use of force is necessary.

Subject Code B6-509 Codename "Blade": Real name is Larry Henson, but now goes by Linc Midora. Spending his early childhood in orphanages before being adopted by Alex Midora. Now is a wanted Extranormal, and his adopted father is in custody. Believed to be in LA area.

Agent Code C0-958 Codename "Charger": Real name is Chardonnay LaCezanne. Once a champion boxer and apart of a crime family, Charger now is in FEAD custody, working apart of X-Ray Team. While her reputation bodes well in the organization, she is constantly under watch.

Agent Code K2-878 Codename "Killshot": Real name is Drake Forester. Formerly apart of US Special Forces, and was saved after confrontation with a spellcaster. Now heads X-Ray Team.

Agent Code L6-896 Codename "Scarlet": Real name is Lovelie Moreau Petit. A supernatural vampire, Love has been around for quite some time. Formerly living in New Orleans before traveling to Europe and back, she joined FEAD for her own reasons.

Subject Code R9-392 Codename "N/A": Our agents suspect Ryan Osaki to possess potential Magic abilities due to a source in the MDC, who stumbled upon an Apophican family ledger. While not wanted, contact is to be made and the young man to be recruited.

Agent Code I5-012 Codename "Invoker": Real name is Ji-eun Berg. A former assassin and mage, Berg was tracked to Denver, were she was forced to be apart of X-Ray Team. She is watched and seen as extremely powerful and potentially dangerous.

Agent Code S2-223 Codename "Spectre": Real name is David Parker. Also a former assassin, Parker found his source of power in cybernetics. Most of his past is unknown, but has been linked to multiple assassinations. Now apart of X-Ray Team after being in a small coma, Spectre is to be watched at all times.

Suspect Code L5-131 Codename "Bane": Real name is Akkorokamui. A creation of Daniel Hume, a magic user that was previous living in Los Angeles before being captured by F.E.A.D. Though Suspect "Bane" evade escape, the spirit is being tracked.

Victoria Wellwood: was once a student, and daughter of Jared Wellwood. A superhuman with no access to her families powerful magic capabilities, she was too dangerous to keep uncontained. Jared died so she could escape. Last seen in the states, but her location is unknown.

Trinity Wellwood. "Witch of the Amazon": Another Wellwood. Trinity went to Brazil with her family when their parents were tasked with trying to expand the MDC presence in South America. They failed, and they were all presumed dead, along with Victoria's mother. Reappearing two years ago, Trinity is apart of an unknown organization. Her powers are that of an Archmage, and she wields dark magic. Location unknown.

Kaja Volkov: A shapeshifter from the Americas, believed to be from a family in the Smoky Mountain Range. Frequent trips to Europe, mostly in Ireland, meet other Shapeshifters. Currently in London.

Abilities:

[spoili]Victoria is the vessel for a strange energy. This energy is projected as hardlight, a substance that seems to be transparent but infact is as hard as steel, or perhaps harder. It also radiates extreme heat, and while it doesn't effect Victoria, prolonged exposure can lead to burns, and in extreme cases disintegration. Victoria's hardlight is particularly purple, and she tends to only fire it from her eyes and hands. The strength of this energy is directly linked to Victoria, and the more awake and alert she is, the stronger and hotter the light is.
Offensively she fires beams of light at her foes. In short bursts the beams hit hard and can bruise and knock around opponents. In a concentrated beam, the light has the potential to burn through whatever she targets.
On occasion, she also sends a pulse from every spot of her body, creating a dome of light that travels outward, pushing back everything in her area. She also has the ability to create simple weapons (staffs, clubs, etc.) that she can use, but has little training in any physical combat. Defensively she can create barriers of light to deflect projectiles and is effective against blocking magic attacks. Using these barriers she can also temporally make stairs and other structures.
A power she doesn't have complete control over, but possesses is the ability to teleport herself and everything in a five foot radius around her. The catch is, she doesn't actually get to choose where she lands up. She only uses it in dire situation.

Unique Traits:
While she doesn't use it often, the heat from her beams can be concentrated and used to mend and cauterize wounds.
In times of emotional weakness, such as extreme anger, sadness, or desire, her abilities have a spike in activity. She often can control her actions or impulses, and is very unpredictable.
Any weakness:
Prolonged battles tend to not favor Victoria, as the more she exerts herself the less powerful her attacks come. She also tends to stay away from conflict and making emotional attachments to others. She also has no close combat experience, so if you close the gap, she has little room to work.
If emotion clouds her thoughts, she often enters a trance like state. In this trance, her powers enhance ten fold, tho she often does act or think clearly.

Skills:
She knows English, French, and Spanish due to her teaching under the MDC. Was also taught how to notice magic, notable artifacts, and supernatural creatures or occurrences.

Background
Personality:
Generally a caring person, Victoria goes out of her way to protect innocents. She dislikes battle, and prefers to talk things out rather than fight it out. A firm believer in karma, and what you give is what you get, Victoria always tries to give people the respect they deserve, regardless of their past.
Victoria is also uncomfortable killing, and prefers to subdue foes rather than outright defeat them

Brief History:
Victoria is a troubled soul. Initially both her parents were prominent members of MDC, the Wellwoods family being a strong magic infused family for centuries. Infact for a time her father held a seat on the council, before resigning to help raise his daughter. At first it seemed Victoria hadn't had a drop of magic in her veins. Unable to do the simplistic spells at age ten, it was decided she was mundane. It had happened in the past, but never with that strong of a magic infused family. Even magic enhancements rejected her. At twelve is when he true power was founded.
After the death of her mother in a dangerous creature containment assignment in Brazil, along with the disappearance of her Aunt, Uncle, and sister-like cousin Trinity, Victoria's emotional aspects were a special case. Her unstable and sporadic emotions lead to her destroying nearly an entire apartment complex. Her body is a conduit for an energy unlike magic. This gave her the label
Superhuman. These individuals have been around for as long as mages have been, and known have had any magical capabilities, and the lack of magic in Victorias blood strengthened the case.
Initially it was motioned to isolate Victoria and kept away from the world and studied to better learn of superhumans, but her fathers influence let her stay at a special school, with a tutor to help try and get her to control her abilities. Though it worked for a time, she eventually hit a stopping point. The strict training and high expectation of her sent her into another emotional outbreak, increasing her power and letting her get passed her stopping point. This time the emotional outbreak caused her to destroy a good portion of the university she attended, as well as injure thirteen other students.
The MDC decided to do as their initially were going to do; imprison her for study. In an attempt to protect his daughter, Victorias father was killed fighting off several other mages. A new found power of Victorias accidentally teleported her away from England, and into the US. Victoria tried to hone her powers, with little to no success. Going back to London to try and find a suitable tutor, Victoria now risks her safety and freedom trying to find some one to help better her abilities.

Synthetic Enhancements:
While Drake doesn't have any cybernetic enhancements, he was injected with a Serum nicknamed "June" This serum increased his physical attributes greatly, including; strength, speed, agility, and endurance. The June Serum also sharpened his eye sight and hearing, helping craft him into the perfect soldier.
Another positive, and probably the most alerting, is an enhanced regeneration factor. This allows him to shrug off blows that would kill a normal man, and regrow limbs like a lizard regrows its tail.
A cut or scrape can heal in minutes.
A bullet wound heals within hours.
Regrow appendages in a day.
Limbs in a week.
That being said; he can be killed. If his heart is complete destroyed, he cannot come back from that. If his brain is destroyed, a new one will regrow, but many of his memories will be lost.

The serum seemly has no negative side effects.... For now.

He prefers marksman rifles and carbines, but proficient in many types of weapons, vehicles and combat styles.

Background
Personality:
Generally a joker with a positive outlook on life, Drake tends not too take things too seriously, unless his superiors demand it. While loyal to FEAD, he doesn't agree with too many of their orders. His personal philosophy is that extranormals should use their gifts to help mankind advance.
Brief History:
Drake Foresters parents were Jason and Samantha Forester. His father a military man, and his mother a stay at home mother. They were living the american dream, the perfect model family. A straight A student and all american football player in high school, Drake skipped the college life turning away several scholarships to server his country. Originally looking to be a marine at eighteen, Drake instead joined the special forces.
As a Green Beret, Drake was a natural sharpshooter and soldier.
Sent to take out a leader of a terrorist cell in Africa, Drakes team executed the mission perfectly; up to the point an extranormal intervened. An unknown organization that was believed to supply the terrorist cell with weapons and money met with the terrorists, and while Drakes team successfully took out the leader, the extranormal mage obliterated his squad with fire magic. With severe burns, collapsed lung, and several broken bones Drake was for sure dead before FEAD extracted him. Testing the June Serum on him, Drake was enlisted in the ranks of FEAD.
Pronounced dead, Drakes family still believes he died on the mission. Unable to contact them, Drake checks on them regularly, using what little leverage in FEAD he has to make sure his family is taken care of.

FEAD provided body armor helps against bullets, explosives, and most types of melee weapons, along with fire, freeze, and electric resistant. The facemask is retractable with a push of a button.
The right forearm houses a grappling hook to help scale buildings.

Three Neutralizing Hand Restraints- These special restraints send electronic pulses to the neurons of its captive, preventing mages from casting spells and superhumans from using their abilities. Xray Team is the newest FEAD team, and is composed of highly dangerous extranormals, and lead by Forester. Incase members of the squad tried to flee, he was given special tools to help subdue them.

The vampire of the team, Love is the most trusted on the team by the FEAD high ups. Agent Killshot was given a pistol clip of specially made silver bullets, the gunpowder also infused with garlic. One bullet would hurt. A second would disable. A third has the potential to kill a vampire.
Agent Invoker Berg:
A special spellcaster on the team, The Invoker was forced into the forces of FEAD or faced imprisonment. While a well placed bullet would counter Berg, Killshot was also given a pistol clip of magic neutralizing bullets. Still experimental, in theory these bullets temporarily disable magic in spellcasters.
Agent Charger
An ex-gangster, Chardonnay "Charger" LaCezanne was captured and placed in X-Ray squad. Potentially the most powerful in the squad, Charger was given Star-Kiron 06, an experimental suit. A special switch was given to Drake that locked up the suit, and if held self destructed the suit.

Her body is riddled with tribal tattoos, covering her arms, torso, and legs. She has her nose, both ears, and lip pierced. She has a curious scar over her heart, as if someone, or something, ripped it out.

Whenever she uses her different types of magic, her eyes change colors.
Additionally, when she puts on her skull mask to use her death magic, the mask seems to infuse into her skin.

Extra:
Trinity typically wears her outfit in her picture, as she uses it for combat; and thats the only reason she is seen in public. When on an undercover mission, she wears various outfits, but tends to keep the clothes tighter so she can move around quicker incase a fight breaks out.

Main school of magic:
While her primary source of magic is soul magic, she uses it to influence animals and people, devastating blasts of psychic energy, and other hellish abilities.
When she equips her skull mask, her soul magic enhances into a more of a demonic sense. Summoning undead creatures, corrupting and destroying life with a touch, and creating fogs of unbreathable toxins.
She also dabbles in enchanting.

Main Casting Way:
While most witches go for materialistic casting styles to save their energy, Trinity finds her motion and mental casting styles to be better in direct combat; which is what she goes for. While mental is draining, her willpower lets her stay in battle longer than most mages.
Weak Points:
Much of her magic rely on direct focus or concentration, and if her attention wavers, her spells can fall short. Her shotgun also takes time to reload, and has limited range.
Skills:
A skill herbalist, alchemist, and fighter, preferring an aggressive Krav Maga fighting style with elements of Judo thrown in.

Background

Personality:
Generally cold and uncaring, any sources of happiness comes from mocking or bullying others. Flirty at moments, those moments quickly turn dark. Tends to work alone, only working in pairs when her bosses command it.
Brief History:
At a young age, Trinity and her parents Isiah and Michelle were very close. She was trained in the art of Pyromancery, as many Wellwoods were, and was quite good at it. Trinity and her cousin were close as they grew up, drifting apart some as they entered their teens. While Victoria trained her new found powers, Trinity was enlisted into the ranks of MDC. Her first mission was to accompany her parents, and aunt to Brazil, where connections were to be made to spread MDC influence into the Western continents.
What happened next is unknown to all but Trinity. Most of the expedition turned up dead, including her Aunt and Victorias mother, Veronica. Michelle, Isiah and Trinity were presumed dead.
Years later, Trinity resurfaced in Africa, where an MDC team was sent to round up a troll ravaging an area. When they arrived at the trolls cave, they found it dead. Trinity had killed it when she grew bored of waiting for the MDC crew, and after slaughtering the MDC team with ease, she left one alive to tell her who she was, and what she had done. The man died of his injures some time later....
Now Trinity pops up every so often. Sometimes with a crew of well geared soldiers, other times with other extranormals, but for the most part alone.

The Wellwoods were sent to Brazil to accomplish one goal; spread MDC influence to the America's. As the group searched for signs of magic in the Amazon, they stumbled upon a sacrificial site. While the majority of the seasoned MDC members went about their tasks, carefully sectioning off the area, not touching anything and observing their surroundings, Trinity wasn't a veteran.
Something knew that. Something found its way into her young mind. Whispering to her, it led the young girl to a crude mask. It promised her power. It promised to make her the greatest mage to ever walk the earth. It promised to keep her, and her family safe.
It lied.
Touching the mask was the last thing she remembered. The ensuing moments were a blur of blood, screams, and monsters. Awaking on an altar of sorts, Trinity awoke different than before. Her friends and family were dead or missing, mostly likely due to her actions. Though she wanted to care, she couldn't. The mask willed her not to. The mask instead, told her steps were to be taken for her to become powerful. The first was to cut ties to her past.
The following years the mask trained her in a new way of magic. She forgot any old magic she knew, and Soul magic took its place. Working as a freelance bounty hunter and mercenary working under the alias "Xolotl" or the Aztex god of Death.
Towards the end of her mercenary career, she was approached by a man. A man even her mask dared not defy. This man would become her boss, and she would become his right hand assassin.

Notable Gear and Equipment:
Mask: Seen above, is a major source of her power. Those that touch it start to become corrupt, as a voice whispers horrible truths, beautiful lies, and murmurs chaos to that it chooses. Normally on her person at all times, whenever Trinity puts it on, Death surely follows. The mask has canine features, and also seems to be unbreakable.
Shotgun: She typically wields the gun in one hand, its remarkable lightweight and limited recoil due to enchantments she imbued with the gun. Its shells are also magical in nature, normally firing fiery "Dragon Breath" bullets.
Two Knives, both throwable
Amulet of Feathers: This amulet looks tribal and ancient. It allows her to talk to ravens, as well as a flock of Ravens to appear at will.

Though she seems overpowered; she is meant to be. As a primary villain I expect you all to rise up and overcome the challenge ;)

Abilities:

Minor Telepathic- Arthurs one of two abilities that he can channel through himself, Arthur is able to feel emotions of people, and is able to tell what caused that emotion.
Note: This means if someone is feeling happy because the sun is out, he is able to known the person is happy because the sun is out. This is the only extent of his powers, and isn't able to dwell into the thoughts of others.
Minor Telekinetic- Arthurs second ability he can channel through himself. He is able to create a bond with himself and an object. Once the bond is created, he can control it with his mind if the object is light enough.
A good example of this is Arthurs sword. He can swing it without laying a hand on it, but isn't able to do any fancy tricks. He also cannot create bonds with people, and cannot fling someone through the air.
White Flames- While he cannot cast it from his own body, he can channel white flames through his blade. These flames have a wide range of abilities, capable of simply coating it in flames or firing it in a beam. These flames are able to penetrate immunaties , for example a werewolf can be killed by his blade when the flames coat it, despite the sword not being silver.
Healing Factor- Able to heal minor-intermediate wounds extremely fast. A sliced off finger will regrow within minutes, and an arm within a day. However, different than Drakes healing factor, he cannot regrow his brain.
Enhanced Strength, Speed, Perception, and Endurance- A side effect of the "May" Serum

Unique Traits:

May Serum- Similar to the June Serum injected into the body of Agent Killshot, the May Serum is the fifth Serum in the FEAD attempts to make a perfect super serum. This granted him more abilities.

While in FEAD, he was trained to be an Specialist, and was trained and nearly perfected every aspect of combat.
However it is speculated that his mind is fragile and can be broken that way.

Skills:
A strange ability believed obtained due to his extranormal life, Arthur is an amazing blacksmith with little training. Crafting the sword he uses in combat himself, it was his first piece of work.
Background
Personality:
Arthur is a caring and kind individual, even with leaving FEAD. He often resorts to violence second. That being said, once it is clear you are his enemy, he is relentless and cruel. He is extremely calm and focused, rarely in a joking mood, and never overly happy.
Brief History:
Growing up within the organization of FEAD, both his mother and father worked with FEAD as diplomats with the MDC to try and strengthen relations between the two groups. It wasn't until age ten FEAD discovered he carried the extranormal gene that select individuals had throughout his family history, linking all the way back to "King Arthur".
Training to be a fighter, he excelled in combat.

At age 30 he met his lover and fellow FEAD agent, Michelle Waters. The two went on several operations together, before deciding to go steady. On an operation, Michelle was shot, and was nearly dead. Her only hope was in an experimental serum known as "May". She was pushed up the list to be the only female test subject for the serum.
Not wanting her to go through it alone, Arthur applied to be the male recipient of the serum.
The following two years were rough. The following two years both Arthur and Michelle suffered deteriorating mental health, both getting symptoms of paranoia, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and other aliments. During this time frame, Michelle took her own life.Arthur however pushed passed this barrier, and returned to the field better than ever. People close to Arthur noted he wasn't like his old self, and didn't trust others as much as he used to. Many speculated that is due to the death of Michelle and the brief mental deterioration he went through.
At age 35, he was given title of Specialist. One of the select few to be apart of this, he soon became close friends with Eliza Belmont. He was also given the task of mentoring two people, Drake Forester and Ashley Gale. Both were apart of the same program Arthur was, though the were given the "June" Serum. The three became very close, going on missions together. Ashley and Drake started to form a relationship, despite Arthur disapproving of it.
When the three man team was put together, FEAD noticed Arthur grew more disobedient and secretive from other members.
The three were sent on a mission in Colombia, tasked with finding an infamous drug cartel housing an even more infamous extranormal criminal. Once there, Arthur went wrong. No one is quite sure what happened. Some suspect he snapped under pressure, others have tried to link it to the May Serum side effects.
Arthur killed Ashley, a feat initially thought near impossible due to extent of the serum. Decapitating her, then disposing of her head permanently. Leaving Agent Killshot in critical condition, Arthur disappeared before reappearing apart an unknown group.

Extra: Kaja can currently shapeshift into one form besides her True Form: a dog. This canine form is somewhat wolf like in appearance, though slightly smaller in size and with softer, shaggier fur more akin to that of a golden retriever or border collie. Her ears are "button ears" (ear flap folds forward).

Supernatural Race: Shapeshifter. The shapeshifters are an especially secretive, secluded species. Some will live in small communities, others will live with few to no other intelligent species of any kind. Their interests and personalities are as varied as the animals they can shapeshift into, and they are spread throughout the world. Their eyes are a defining characteristic, as all of them have bright, pale eye colors. Because of this, a trained eye can spot a shapeshifter no matter what form the shifter takes.

Supernatural Strengths:
-They have the strength, endurance, and abilities of the form that they take, and with skill and training may even become stronger than the best of the animals they shapeshift into.
-Their sight, smelling, and hearing are all slightly better than the average human.
- They age somewhat slower than humans.

Supernatural Limitations:
- They can only shapeshift into extant (currently living; not extinct) animal species, and the number is limited. Stronger, more skilled shapeshifters may be able to master around three forms in their lifetime, though it takes decades of maturity, strength, skill, and energy to learn a new form. It is incredibly rare for anyone, even the best shifters, to master more than three or four.
-They cannot change the color(s) of characteristics such as hair, fur, scales, eyes, etc. and their eyes make them easy to recognize by anyone who knows what to look for.

Background

Personality: Kaja keeps to herself, for the most part, but she will willingly work with a team so long as she has no quarrels with its members. She tends to take things seriously, sometimes to a fault, and can be her own worst enemy due to perfectionism. Because of this perfectionism she can be somewhat judgemental, though she tries to keep it in check and tries not to cause problems with anyone, so long as they do no harm to others. Her parents would have very much liked her to become the type of person who lives by the quote, "Love all, trust few, do wrong to none", but Kaja is more inclined to love some, trust very few, and do wrong to anyone who deserves it.

Level-headed even in tense situations, Kaja is the one you want by your side when things go awry. She always strives for the best and trains daily, pushing herself to improve her speed, agility, endurance, and any other skill she can train. To her, the best is never good enough; there is always improvement to be made.

Brief History: Kaja grew up in a small, secluded community of shapeshifters located in the Smoky Mountains of America. Her entire family lived within this tight knit group, and she was raised by her two parents with the help of her aunt, uncles, and family friends. When she was three years old, her baby brother was born. There were a few instances when a shapeshifter or small group of shapeshifters passed through her area, and so her community gained connections and made friendships that spanned long distances. As she grew older she felt the need to travel and meet other shapeshifters in other lands, and so decided to go to Europe for an indefinite period of time. There she spent most of her time with friends in Ireland, but occasionally traveled to meet other, less familiar groups, and to visit important locations. This is what led her to London, where she is currently staying on a planned, short vacation.

Vampire - A scarlet eyed race that grows in power as they age. Talk about in legend all around the planet and rightfully feared. All Vampires were once human but by drinking Vampire blood became monsters of the night. In return, they gain great power that only grows with the blood of others and time. Some would even call them the closest things to true immortality.

Supernatural Strengths:
The more recent her feed the closer she is to her full potential.

Enhanced Strength - Able to lift over a 1000 pounds with ease.

Enhanced Speed - She able to reach 70 mph at her top speed.

Heighten senses - She possesses acute sense, able to hear a pin drop from another room. Her sense of smell is on the same level and can pick up the scent of blood blocks away. Her vision is comparable to that of eagles. The only sense that wasn't heighten was her sense of taste. Food tastes bland to her and fails to satisfies.

Night Vision - Able to see perfectly at night as her eyes make use of any source of light available.

Regeneration - Her body naturally heals wounds over time. A small cut or brush is healed in seconds while sword wound through the stomach would take some time. If she loses a body part like a limb, she'll need to reattach it. There are older Vampires able to grow limbs and one day so will Love.

Supernatural Charm - Vampires have a charisma able to pull in the average mortal in and easily make them pray. It's not uncommon for a mortal to tell their darkest secret if prodded enough by a Vampire.


Supernatural Limitations:
UV Rays - UV Rays found in sunlight are dangerous to Vampires. Prolongs exposure to these rays will destroy her unless protected by some other means.

Silver - Like Werewolves, Vampires can be killed by Silver weapons as easily as a human when hit in the right place like the heart or brain.

Garlic - Vampires hate the scent and best way to ward them off. If digested it will cause the vampire to vomit blood, eyes to turn scarlet and fangs to appears. It causes a severe pain in their stomachs and dampens strength.

Heart and Brain- Destroy a vampire heart and they would be immobilized until it is healed. Destroy a Vampire head and they usually die. It's best practice to destroy both as one can still come back thanks to a heart or brain


Personality:
Love is respectful, honest and warm. She's very confident of herself and well compose even in the worse of situations. She can appear reserved person, but learned in her long life it is best to say what is only needed or even less. Being mysterious come along with being a creature of the night. She always ready to share the wisdom she gathered her nearly 200 years of being. She is very protective of humans and unlike other Vampires refuses to look down on them. She doesn't view them only as a food source.

Love dislikes people who abuse their power, arrogance and being lied to. She isn't against deception herself but hypocritely hates it. She doesn't enjoy taking life and hasn't enjoyed it for a long time. The thing love hates the most is being controlled. She believes everyone should be able to do as they wish within reason and no one has the right to restrain them. Most of these things she detests can be found in Vampires all around. They are naturally dominating even if they don't act like it. She once enjoys being a Vampire but a long life has its own drawbacks. Humans, unfortunately, have an expiration date and getting to know them only makes losing them even harder.

History:

Before Love drunk the blood of an immortal Vampire, she was just another creole slave on a New Orleans plantation. Her French mother was a lady of the night and in an age without birth control was forced to give birth to Love. She fell in love with the baby but as times grew hard she found she couldn't care for her child and gave her over to her sister. Her sister, not loving the child like her sister, heartlessly sold the poor girl off on the black market at 8 years old.

She found her new life miserable, surrounded by people she didn't know and being told she would live life as a servant to her 'betters.' She was a house slave and served as a maid, chef, and seamstress. She became rather good at household tasks in her time serving there. Love was a favored slaved around the plantation for her perky personality and resilience, an unwavering beautiful smile even in the harshest of times. Her position would set her on the path to meeting her creator and her upbeat personality attracting him.

One night she was serving a guest of the master of the house and notice his guest wasn't much of an eater. He was a businessman from France and was truly other worldly. Everything to his appearance, scent, dress, and name, Delano Petit was different. Love felt his eyes on her as she turned her back and his subtle attraction to her as he would brush her hand when it came near his half eaten plate. He was first of the masters guest to ever ask her name and remark on how it fitted her. He asks if he may have an hour with her and was given such. In that time he coaxed her life story out of her, many things she had never told anyone. She soon found herself on the bed, believing he would have his way with her, but instead pleasureful fangs embedded in her thighs and her blood drained.

That night she made the choice not to mention what her masters guest was as he spared her lowly life instead of draining her dry. Over the course of a year, she encountered Delano again and again, on and off the plantation. He grew fond of her unique taste and her company. One night Delano approached her master and bought her a rather low price, a steal for what she was worth. That night he took her out to the bayou and plunged his fangs into her neck without warning and drained her to near death. He then drew a knife from his pocket and slit his wrist and placed it in her mouth, forcing her to drink his blood. She went through much pain as she transformed. Lovette the slave girl died and Lovette the Vampire was born from her death.

Life as a Fledging Vampire, a "New Blood" was full of strife. She had never asked to be made a Vampire, never asked to know worst hunger imaginable, to want prey on man itself. Her first months of creation, she was cared for by Delano. He first brought her animals to satisfy her hunger as she refused to feed on people. Deer, Dogs, and Cats were easier for Love to feed on and kill. Delano tried to convince Love to hunt or drink human blood with him but always refused. Animal blood helped sustain love but never satisfied her completely.

Soon she grew resentful of Delano who she viewed as a captor. He refused to let her leave the small manor they inhabited. After constant complaining Delano allowed her to leave and see how long she could survive alone. See how easy it is to resist human blood and feed on inferior blood. 3 days love lasted feeding on animals before her bloodlust took over. She had managed to find a place to hide with a freeman hunter miles away from town. She thought she could control herself until the hunter cut his palm. She offered to bandage him up thinking she could control herself. The rustic scent of the blood is what really made her succumb to her nature. She grabbed his hand licked his hand clean of blood before turning into a monster.

She returned to Delano that night, drenched in blood as her eyes glowed scarlet in the night. She had finally tasted human blood and eyes open to a new world. She would go into a frenzy if she didn't get help. From there on out she was mentored by Delano on Vampire life within human society. She would have to cut all ties she had to her previous life, let go of human emotions and memories. She slowly grew accustomed to her new way of life over time. Being a creature of the night brought her a new type of freedom she never dreamed off.

During the day she slept and the night she lived. Delano shows her life through the eyes of Vampire. The rich flavors of blood they had to choose from. Every class and group had a flavor with Love's being working young man or a beautiful woman. At first, Love would only feed once a night but over the 20 years, she was killing 3 a night if she could. She eventually took Delano's last name and became his wife. Once she mastered living among humans, The Petit's left New Orleans and explore Europe for the rest of the 19th century.

In that time she learned much. She was made a refine and elegant woman. She learned history, mathematics, literature, Arts and gained mastery French, Italian and English. She also learned the history of Vampires and the remnants of a council then governs Europe. She learned how to defend herself with her supernatural strength and Vampiric sword. In time she managed to regain a sense of humanity or at least tried to emulate it. She stopped enjoying drinking human blood and only did it out of necessity. She began to admire humanity, to see more than prey or sources of amusement.

She left Europe and returned to America, leaving Delano behind. It wasn't uncommon for married Vampires to leave their spouse for a long amount of time. They stop seeing eye to eye as she changed her outlook on life. 20th century America was full of changes as barriers dropped and the world changed. The Great War, Roaring 20's, The Depression, Another Great War, America becoming a Superpower, Cold War, Civil rights, Vietnam, all seen by Love's immortal eyes. Life as a Vampire was different, you were now just a face in the crowd and everyone on their smartphones to pay you any mind. Through Alchemic advancement, MDC has even made a way for vampires to survive the sun for a few hours. In return, she joins the FEDA to help tangle with Extranormals.

Artifact: Vampiric Sword - Love wields a sword with a 30inch blade once pass down by Vampire Nobles of France. It drinks the blood of its user releasing a worm-like tendril from the bottom of the sword's handle into the bottom of her wrist. In return for allowing it drain her blood her sword become a 10 foot bladed whip that she can control and a 1.5x increase in strength. Daywalker Pills - Special pills provided by FEAD. These pills allow her to walk in daylight for 4 hours a day. During that time she is 1/3 of her normal Vampire strength. If she consumes blood the pills will lose its effects and the sun again dangerous.

Personality: Ryan is for the most part quiet and introverted around others, but generally not antisocial in action. He is serious, studious, and hardworking, but can feel lost when not given a task to complete.

Brief History: Ryan comes from a lineage of Draconic Mages, mages who specialize in the magics drawn from the power of the ancient beasts called dragons. Ryan takes his power from an ancient metallic silver dragon named Igjarjuk, which has granted him the power of frost. His family immigrated to the U.S. in the late 20th century and he has grown up in the crowded city of Los Angeles. He lives a relatively normal life for a teenager if you disregard the hours that he spends in his family basement, secretly training his control over his art.

Family Members: Has a family consisting of father, mother, and grandparents. His father and mother do not have magical abilities, but his grandfather mentors him in his abilities on occasion.

Equipment: Ryan carries a small silver pendant around his neck at all times. This pendant contains the soul of a dragon and is the largest source to his magical power. The piece of jewelry cannot be removed without magical means and the pendant feels extremely cold to anyone who touches it, cold enough to burn their bare skin.

Superhuman Traits (For Superhumans only)

Abilities: Regeneration: Ever since he was a boy, Comedy possessed a growing power to be able to heal faster than normal people. This is enhanced by both experimentation and odd parasites. The parasites acting as a slight booster to it, and even allowing severed limbs to be reconnected. Even speeding up the process if his body releases adrenaline or has it injected. The enhancements/parasite cocktail keep Comedy's body locked in the same condition as it was when he received said enhancements. Effectively keeping him at the same age and body.

Enhanced Strength: Part of the enhancements Comedy received - While not as strong as being able to lift cars over his head like nothing. If Comedy put his back into it, he could easily lift heavy objects for a short amount of time or crush human skulls with his brute strength.
Enhanced Durability: Unlike a normal human, Comedy can take a extra hit from things and still keep on going. However, his durability pales in comparison to a cyborg, any supernatural creature.
Unique Traits: And so long as his body isn't completely destroyed or anything obstructing vital parts. [Such as a sharp object in his heart or something similar that the parasites can't break down as easily.] He can keep on coming back from death. Though, the time between death and "resurrection" is completely dependent on what had killed him and to what degree. [Prime Example: Death caused by bullets or something similar will take a few minutes to come back from, than let's say. Death caused by an explosion. Which could up to a few hours or even days. If the damage is severe.]
Any weakness: The parasites that boost his regeneration can accelerate the process. However, this does come at a cost. He can only speed up regeneration for three times. As after each "boost." It slowly exhausts him. To the point where if he does it too much, he can lose consciousness. The speed of unconsciousness can also be faster if it is used to heal massive wounds.
Skills: Excellent tracker/hunter, stealth, and can roughly build anything so long as he has the right tools and material available. He is quite skilled at: Interrogation, intimidation and using whatever he can get his hands on as a weapon.


Background

Personality: The quiet type, Comedy prefers to be left alone. Going as a far as living in Alaska for a few decades. And typically he is in a bad mood. However, there is a high chance that one would find him depressed. Over what exactly is unknown. When fighting or is under attack, it is rare to see him back down. Unless he is injured or protecting something of great importance to him. He can show compassion, but that is only shown to people he deems are worthy of it.
History: In May 10th, 1970. A child was born and orphaned in the same night. The father abandoning the child after the mother's death. With no other relatives available to raise the child. The hospital gave him to a local orphanage where the child would spend most of his days. Waiting for a family to come along and take him in. Eventually, he got his wish. The Mercer family took in the child, and raised him as their own.

However, this changed when he got badly injured. Heading to a hospital to get him treatment. A doctor realized that the boy had a particular gift. The power to heal himself, albeit at a speed that barely surpassed the normal healing speed for humans. The doctor was apart of the F.E.A.D up until he was let go due to the unethical practices he took in terms of experimentation. He saw an opportunity in the child. One that could show the higher ups in F.E.A.D what a mistake they had made in firing him. So he kidnapped the child. Taking him to a lab hidden in Canada. For six years. The child would undergo surgery after surgery. Chemicals injected, and all sorts of inhumane things done to him. And he wasn't the only one. The doctor had also kidnapped other individuals with unique abilities. Exposing them to the same treatment. However, they would die from the experimentation. Unlike him, the healing factor and the "enhancements" kept him alive. But not unscarred. The trauma not only left him disfigured, but also severely ravaged his mind. Causing him to forget who he was, and certain aspects of his past.

Finally after so many sessions of surgeries, injection and torture. The doctors work was done. He had created what was going to be the basis for his mad delusions of an army. However, the F.E.A.D had caught wind of what was going on. So they stormed the lab, killing the doctor. And would've taken the former child into custody. But, using the gifts given to him. He evaded capture. Wandering around for who knows how long until a couple found him near catatonic. He was taken to a mental institution. Nicknamed Comedy by an abusive staff member.

He remained in the catatonic state until a new nurse was hired on. from looking at her, it dredged up the remnants of his memories. He couldn't exactly remember where or how, but he felt like he knew her. Unbeknownst to him, but this was his step-sister from the family that had adopted him. A young yet brilliant psychologist named "Samuel Muller" noticed this. And ready to see improvement on the psyche of the Comedy. He asked the nurse to interact with Comedy. And of coarse report everything that occurred. The interactions were brief, but brought the life back into him. He was happy for the first time in a long while.

Fate on the other hand, reared its ugly head. One day when the sister was on her way to the hospital. She and a few others were gunned down as collateral in a drive by done by a biker gang. When the news was given to him. Something in him broke. He spent a few days in depression. Until someone sent him a package. Upon opening it, he found a smiling mask and a note waiting for him. "Make them pay." Donning the mask, Comedy broke out of the institution. Raiding several to arm himself and to get clothes to wear. Afterall, you can take vengeance while dressed in patient rags.

From 1990 to 1991. Comedy chased and slaughtered almost every member of the biker gang. Only sparing one, because she was pregnant with a child. With his quest completed. Comedy went into hiding, as he couldn't go back to the institution. Lest he be arrested. Wanting to be left alone, he traveled to Alaska. Living there for several years.

He would've spent the rest of his life there if it wasn't for F.E.A.D showing up. Defending his home, he fought them until he was forced to retreat. Saddened over the loss of his home, he drifted to the only place they wouldn't look for him. L.A. Because, it may be under scrutiny. But, where is a better place to hide than right near the action?

With the ability to transform into a inky ooze of sorts to get into places no one else could. He can also make extremely sharp bladed weapons out of himself. They are typically the size of knives or small blades.
Weak Points: While he may be durable, Karl is extremely sensitive to temperature variations. Too cold, and he becomes slower and weaker. Too hot, and he gets slippery and sluggish. This is only in extreme cases though, and so long as he gets protection from the two. He should be fine. Despite not needing the need to sustain on food and the like, Karl does have to either rest in his natural form. The ink like ooze. Or get energy from either a mechanical source or magical. The weapons he makes out of himself must stay in physical contact with him. Otherwise, they will turn into the inky ooze.

Background

Personality: Karl is an extremely shy, but friendly being. Loving nothing more than to do fun things and the like. Infact, upon first encounters. One would think Karl is much like a child. Curious and unknowing of the world. He hates the thought of taking a life, so much so that he uses disabling or knock out hits on opponents. Only using lethal force when there no alternative. And he feels complete ashamed and disgust at his actions. Due to his isolation for countless decades, he is still curious about today's technology. Going as far as staring at smart phones, or whatever is new for a good hour or two.
Brief History: Back in June, 1944. A mage and alchemist under the name of Wilhelm Wulff is taken into custody of Secret Police in Germany. The agents that were guarding him gave Wilhelm a simple choice. Make them a powerful weapon. One that could assist them in the war. Their ace in the hole. Or face a slow and painful death in one of the death camps. Eager to live, he agreed. On the condition that he worked on the matter in his home. Claiming it had something to do with magic levels there. This was not true, infact he wanted to be in the relative safety of his home. So nothing would be stolen.

A few months pass by. When he created a new being. Born from blood of several creatures, magic infused with alchemy gave it life.

At first, he was glad that he had earned himself a way out of being killed. But then Wilhelm realized that the being he had created was pure. Innocent. Undeserving of being subjected to the horrors of war. He became disgusted with himself at the mere thought of such a creation being used to harm others. To spread this evil upon the world.

So, sneaking away. Wilhelm took his creation with him. Heading to the most northern part of Scotland. Building a home there, he raised the being as his own. Naming it after one of his deceased relatives. Karl Wulff.

Years and years would past. Doing everything in his power to ensure Karl was raised in the right way. Safe from the horrors of the world. But even he knew he wouldn't be around forever. So, he made plans that when he should pass away. That Karl should be given a place where he would be cared for. At first, he considered contacting an organization he had heard of that was mostly comprised of magical beings. But he worried even there Karl would be an outcast. Same could be said for the one he heard about in the States.

He came to decision.

He would contact both, and ask that they send representatives to their residence. To negotiate which organization Karl would go to, once Wilhelm passed away.

Now, he can only hope for the best.

Skills: 3 Exort will create Sun Strike. Ji-eun draws power from the sun to make a blast of fire strike down upon the location she targeted. A Sun Strike can be seen coming because of the scorched earth it will create beforehand. (radius of 2 meters)

3 Quas will create Cold Snap. Ji-eun focuses her wand and mind upon a single target and makes the icy powers of Quas enter them to stun them for a single post.

3 Wex will create EMP. A blast of arcane energy which channels for a single post before exploding in a 3 meter radius. EMP will prevent any spells from being casted by the targets hit by it for 2 posts.

2 Quas with 1 Wex will create Ghost Walk. Ji-eun becomes invisible for 3 posts and can move at a higher pace.

2 Quas and 1 Exort will create Ice Wall. Ji-eun creates a wall of ice with a length of 5 meters and a height of 1.5 meters which blocks any projectiles from passing through it. You can jump over the wall and it won't block powerful spells. The wall lasts for 4 posts.

When Ji-eun invokes Quas , Wex and Exort together she creates Deafening Blast. It's a spell with a blast radius of 2 meters around her that will temporarily (2 posts) deafen the targets hit by it and pushes them away 1 meter further.

Background

Personality: People can often find Ji-eun smiling and being cheerful. She is full of energy and passion and wants to become a great mage, whatever it costs. Always ready to help those in need of her help and ready to face anything coming her way. Her mind is always full of creative ideas for the hardest of problems and she has no problem with trying out new things.

However even to the kindest and most friendly people, it should be realised there is a darker side to them. For Ji-eun this is the uncontrolable rage pent up inside her. She doesn't know where this rage comes from but sometimes she loses control of herself and another personality comes out which is known as So-won. So-won is believed by many to be an evil demon that takes control of people with a strong magical affinity. However, Ji-eun believes she might be the first ever Invoker, and that she is now possessing Ji-eun so she can relive her glory days.

Next to this, she also suffers from insomnia and sleep paralysis. This means it's not strange to see Ji-eun looking very tired and sometimes even paranoid.
Brief History: Ji-eun doesn't remember much about her past. Just that she was abandoned by her parents. Her mother had given birth to her but as fast as that happened she was already put in a basket and placed before an orphanage. Ji-eun grew up quite lonely as she didn't like anyone at the orphanage and liked reading for herself.

One day she discovered a lighter laying around on a table and she took it outside. It was cold and the river she often went to was frozen. She ignited the lighter and out of nowhere a litlle wall of ice formed on top of the river. It scared her which caused her to press the lighter even harder and suddenly a large hole was blown into the river what seemed to be from fire. Before she knew it a book in her pocket began flying in front of her and weird characters began hovering around her. They were purple-ish and they slowly entered into her. Scared, she dropped the lighter and ran back into the orphanage.

The next day a package arrived for her. She opened it up and inside was a letter along with a big book. She read the note which basically explained that her actions yesterday had been witnessed, and that the person sending this could help her get more control over it. And so, years went on with Ji-eun secretly teaching herself these powers. When she turned 18, she left the orphanage in search of a safe place to live.

About 5 months after this, she ran into a person wearing a long black robe. The person bumped into her but Ji-eun felt something was pressed on her chest. She didn't think much of it, but this turned out to be quite the mistake. That evening she had horrible nightmares, and when she woke up screaming, something took control of her. It was So-won. She had branded Ji-eun and could now enter her body whenever she was in a state of heavy emotions.

EVentually she decided it was best for her to find a place with lots of people. A place full of riches and where someone like her wouldn't be too noticeable. This led her to Denver, a nice remote-ish place where she could live a peaceful life. With money she had earned from doing some jobs she was able to buy a nice house. However it didn't take long for an organization named FEAD to find her after she was traced back to a few assassinations. She offered two options, surrender or join them. Her choice has now lead her to be a part of FEAD along with others similair to her.

General Description: Linc's long, straight hair is his biggest identifying trait: its natural color is platinum blond, but he keeps it dyed neon lime green. He trains at the gym regularly to help put on some muscle mass, enough to show off. His eyes always have a sureheaded glimmer about them, often balanced by a wide, cocky smirk. Abilities: Linc has the power to turn his arms into a metallic substance and shift them into any shape he chooses. (Usually bladed weapons.) When he activates this ability, his skin becomes dark gray, hard as steel, and almost impossible to puncture or break, but appears to move like water when Linc transforms it.

Unique Traits: When Linc becomes especially emotional, his power may activate on its own, making the gray metal appear in blotches and shift randomly and uncontrollably.

Any weakness: Linc's biggest practical weakness is simple: his power only affects his arms. It cannot go any higher than his shoulders, meaning it is useless in directly protecting any other part of him, and if someone were to sever his arms, he would essentially become human again. Additionally, the power is very difficult to hide; Linc has torn more than a few long-sleeved shirts by accident and has long since started prioritizing controlling his powers over covering them.

Background

Personality: Linc is extremely enthusiastic, but reckless. He perseveres through just about everything, but can be stubborn to a fault. Though his combat skills are certainly up there, he has an alarming tendency to overestimate them and act before thinking. It's not unusual for him to accidentally piss off someone he just met with some snide remark, so he's made a lot of enemies; thankfully some people see through his idiotic tendencies to the courageous and steadfast hero buried underneath.

History: Linc was born Larry Henson, a name he always hated for how non-threatening it sounded. His parents were steadfast anti-extranormal activists, but had no idea that their new son had been born a superhuman. For years, they went about their lives as well as first-time parents could. Aside from Larry's stubbornness, nothing went wrong. They were a happy family.

When Larry was five years old, his power revealed itself during an especially violent temper tantrum. He was put up for adoption three weeks later.

Two years went by as Larry spent his time in an orphanage. He was somewhat of a problem child, giving the workers a run for their money when they already had their fair share of extranormals to deal with and hide from the government. Thankfully, the man who eventually turned up to adopt him seemed qualified enough: though he was unmarried, he was a magic wielder, a pyrokinetic named Alex Midora. The adoption process was rushed along and soon Larry was free to leave with his new dad, tucking himself into Alex's cozy LA apartment.

Alex encouraged Larry to be who he wanted to be, not who other people told him he had to be. He responded by changing his name to Linc, dyeing his hair, and learning to wield his power in combat. Over time, with Alex's guidance, Linc became a competent fighter with speed and reflexes to keep up with anyone ten years his senior.

One day, however, the FEAD showed up to follow up on some rumors they'd heard about Alex's magical activity. They demanded he and his son be put on their official listing. Alex refused; he wouldn't be chained down by any government organization. He put up a fight, and was taken into custody. Linc had to make a run for it. It all happened so fast that he didn't have any time to think about it. All he knew was that the FEAD was now his sworn enemy.

That was about six months ago. He is now living on his own, once again.

Chardonnay's History

Originally from Freeport City. Grew up on the bad side of town with Moms and Papa. Both parents were alcoholics yet owned a decent Auto shop. They drank away their family empire when the Matriarch of the LaCezanne died. Yes, they were the once the sole owners of the successful LaCezanne Vineyard Co. in Northern California. Chardonnay Rouge LaCezanne was named after their famous wine, but never did she see a cent of their riches.

Brought up as a rather proficient mechanic, Donnay, found her true passion in fighting. She helped out her family partime and pursued her dream as a prize fighter most of the time. 'Red Rage' was her in ring name and it truly was her. Donnay lit up the amateur circuit in Nothern Cali. All was going well. The Red Street Automotive was finally paid off and was growing huge. Her childhood friend, Charlie, had her family invested into the auto shop and ran a stolen car racket out of it. Yes, it was The Dayla Family that were the investors here. Her other friend, Megs, was a model and photographer and was helping to put their custom jobs out there in publication. Even their junkie friend, Jaycie, was sober now and working in the shop. And at 22, Donnay was 5-0 as a pro MMA fighter.

But of course all good things must come to an end.

The day came when Donnay's power could no longer be kept secret. She was a bit moody and maybe even on her period when she was training that night in at the Nine Eight Nine Gym. She had just tossed her phone against the locker, shattering it instantly. The title fight between her and current champ had already been cancelled and to make matters worse, said she had to pay back all promotional monies and give back all promotional merch. And now she just found out she owed even more. Apparently her agent and promoter had been skimming a lot of money and pinned it all on Donnay's folks. There was to be a massive investigation into Red Street Auto and all Donnay's upcoming fights were suspended. And the Dayla family was pissed and ready to drop their investment. Angry sparks shot out from Chardonnay's eyes, literally.

The electrical storm wiped out the locker room and Donnay bolted out the opening, literally. When she awoke next, she was in the back seat of Charlie's convertible. Two days had passed and all hell had broken loose. There was a gangwar going on.

Everyone had thought Donnay had skipped town or was killed by The Freeport City Regulators; enforcers for the Bigtime 4, a gang syndicate that was trying to force amalgamate the Daylas into their clutches. The Daylas owned the Nine-Eight-Nine Gym and Charlie and her family were known Exens (X-Ns or Extra-Normals) and had tussled with the FC Regulators before and one of the FC Regulators was a Lightning bolt tossing Storm controller and a bit of a loose cannon. They suspected the Storm controller Exen of foul play. Accusations flew and soon enough so did the superpowers. Enter the Agents from FEAD.

Blend it all together and drink up the chaos and mayhem.

And so here they were, Donnay, Megs, Jaycie, and Charlie herself, in Charlie's white Cadillac convertable, looking out at the dark waters over the Clarke Bluffs. Both Charlie's brothers were dead and she was supposed to have 'offed' her friends. Uncle Benito, 'El Chavo' was in charge now. Call it tying off loose ends, no witness policy, or even making a clean slate, yet whatever the case, Charlie Dayla had been given a job a job to do for her family's sake.

But it was here that the other girls had shown off their own hidden powers and fought off Charlie. Megs was a short distance Teleporter and a former Bigtime 4 spy. Jaycie was an Ice Witch that took drugs to stave off the 'calling of the Beast from the top of the world.' Charlie was an accomplished Dayla enforcer and Vibration controller. And so the fight was rather spectacular, but short-lived. They had been the best of friends. They grew into womanhood together and this fight was going to be to the death. But fortunately, they all realized it in time and the fight ended.

Donnay sat up, dazed and rubbing her eyes, her head pounding in time to the rumbling bass of the funk-ish, reggae-ska, latin beats playing from the car stereo. And fitting the song playing was called Miss Understood Now. It was here where they made the pact to flee Freeport City and never comeback.

Never comback until they were ready to take it back. All of it.

Onto Aurenti Island did the they flee. And so they trained and honed their powers as a group. As sisters. The ladies branded their right arms with a fancy-lettered 'Miss' and thusly the 'Miss Aligned' were formed. Soon enough they were joined by three others. They became 'The Miss Aligned 7' and they became a powerhouse group that managed to fight off FEAD control of Aurenti. Their acclaim grew and so they were joined by two other groups of Exens. All groups combined and so they now called themselves; The Aurenities. And after 19 months of exile, The Miss Aligned 7 and their brethren in arms were now ready to take back Freeport City.

But FEAD was ready. They knew it was coming months in advance. One of the Aurenities sub-groups was made up entirely of FEAD agents. They knew all the strategies, weaknesses and plans of The Aurenities. They were taken down and taken out. Many escaped, including Jaycie, Megs and Charlie, but not Donnay. FEAD had Chardonnay Rouge LaCezanne, her folks and their dog, in custody. The writing was on the wall. Serve as an Agent and her parents and dog could live freely, protected by FEAD and away from the prosecution of the US Courts. Do not join and the LaCezanne family was left to the whims of the US Law and Donnay would serve FEAD anyways... but as a power source; they would harness Donnay's Meta powers and she would become a human battery for FEAD.

And so she chose. Chardonnay has been hatefully, yet loyally, serving as Agent Charger for 13 months now, hidden behind the mask of her FEAD issue power suit; the Star-Kiron 06.

Also, many a time, during enforcer runs, her quick thinking got them out of there by the skin of their teeth.

Charlisse's History:
Sometimes you cannot help but lie in the bed your parents made for you. Mama and Papi, Nina-Encantada Marianna y Miguel Habanero De La Vega raised their children in a life of crime. They owned several properties in Freeport City and 'protected' even more, but their claim to fame were those 3 bars. And, of course, each of them provided one type of service or all of the above. Drugs, weapons, cars, you name it, they could probably get it for you. But the one service guaranteed by the De La Vegas was that no matter which of the three bars you went to, you would receive top notch service from a woman. Or three, if you could afford it. Yes, they were brothel types and not very nice ones either.

This family was part of the Freeport trafficking. Drugs, weapons, and cars, yes, but also humans were an integral part of their business. They took on fugitives and sold fake IDs and tickets onto transports off this rock. But of course, their main commodity was women. Young ones. From all over the map, and, whenever they could get them. Simple. Whether or not in the Red Light districts, in Freeport City, again, only the Daylas offered the best kinds of the female you desired, if you had the cash.

Satisfaction guaranteed was what the "Dayla" family was known for.

But the funny thing was, even though they were Organized Scum, Mama and Papi Dayla raised Charlisse and her brothers very well. The children were always obedient, respectful, patient, protective and family oriented. Quite surprising since the "Dayla" siblings and cousins were Powerhouse Exens (X-Ns or Extra-Normals) . Mama was a telepath and Papi was telekinetic. Ales, her elder brother could force stone to do his bidding. Miguel Jr., her younger brother, could slide in and out of shadows; he could even make extra space excellent for smuggling. And then there was the dancing, yet absolutely devastating, Lil' Miss Charlie. This girl coud toss shockwaves at things so hard they broke into little pieces. Not to mention her aunts, uncles and cousins; for they too were powerhouse Exens. No, no, no... you just did not mess with the Daylas and their family. Oh, hell no.

Charlie had made a name for herself. They called her 'Mizzy' (Miss 'C'). And she was very, very important in terms of running things for the family. Mizzy kept the 'dancing' girls. And if any customer or business partner got even one little sliver out of line, the Dayla kids would get them. If you messed up and you heard that Mizzy Dayla was coming, you best beware, because she was never alone. Her brothers and cousins were coming and they were all Exens and very good at enforcing with their powers.

And then that day it all went down. One little misunderstanding. Nothing would ever be the same again... (check out Chardonnay's bio for the falling of the Dayla family.)

In the sudden escalation into eventual gangwar, she lost everything in less than a week. Her parents went missing. She saw both her brothers die too. Her Exen cousins went into hiding and were scattered out there, in and, beyond Freeport City. Now Charlie did not even know if she could trust them if she ever saw them again. Because now their humble little empire had been taken over by her unscrupulous uncle, Tio Esteban. 'El Chavo.' And to keep peace, he was going to sell out and join the Bigtime 4.

Her uncle had given her orders and so now, Mizzy was supposed to kill her best friends she knew since childhood and make things right. But instead, she and her best friends fled. And almost 2 years later, they came back, a force in numbers and ready to take back Freeport City. But instead treachery happened and they were defeated, and once again on the run.

But one thing was for sure: you can take the bitch outta' the 'hood, but you can never take the 'hood outta' the bitch. And so Charlie came back ready to take on the FEAD presence in The FC. She had found some of the Miss Aligned 7 and upon return home, they fought an agent known as Charger. It was revealed that Charger was none other than her bestie, Shar. Chardonnay Rouge LaCezanne had betrayed her; betrayed them all, in fact. And after the fight was said and done, there were many dead FEAD agents, but Agent Charger had bested her former best friends. And here, unarmoured now without the power of the Star-Kiron 06, Charger let them go and convinced them she was still on their side. Plans were made.

Jaycie was to go to the top of the world to find the Beast that called to her. Megs was to return to the Bigtime 4 and become a spy/assassin for them once more. And Charlie was given free passage to London, where she would join a group of Exens and find out more about the MDC there. And when all was ready. And when all was said and done... they would rejoin once more. And whether as a member of The Miss Aligned or as The Aurenities, they would make good on their original mission; they would take back Freeport City.

They would take back their home.

And so now here she is. In London. And now she calls herself Marianna-Milinda. 3 months later and heiress to nothing but back to doing what originally gave her joy; it was her first calling and first love.

All Charlisse ever wanted to do was dance.

And so she did. And as a matter of fact, the girl was rather damn good at it. She was so talented, in fact, that when she was a teen, she actually was invited to a prestigious dance school away from The FC and away from a life of crime. But sometimes life is what it is... and as Mama Dayla often said: "sometimes you just can't help but lie in the bed you made for yourself..." And so she continued on in with her family business, giving up her dreams as a dance performer.

But that kind of criminal underhandedness she grew into taught her how to be as of now. And as of now, she had been dating a woman caught up in the ranks of the MDC, and what she had gleaned from her was immense. Charlisse poses as a dance instructor at a medium prestige dance school but it is enough to shade her presence there. No one knows her as 'Mizzy,' nor as 'Sway'. And in light of that, she has been able to continue to amass info and details enough to strike back at FEAD and possibly even take a chunk out of MDC as well. She plans to be prepared when the Aurenities join forces once again.

Stańczyk: The most powerful magical family in Polish history, named after their most famous patriarch, the jester-advisor of three different Polish kings, whose fame carries on well into the modern day. When Poland was partitioned in the 18th century and ceased to exist, the family fled to Britain, where they were welcomed by a distant and diluted branch of Merlin's bloodline. There they settled, watching their country rise again and fall several more times over the next century. However, by the time its final and modern restoration occurred the family had already fully integrated into Scotland, and chose to stay in their new home.


Merlin: While descendants of the famous wizard have worked to keep their blood as pure as possible, over so many centuries offshoots were bound to develop. The particular line that fused into the Stańczyk clan was one that had traded magical power for political in centuries past, and years of intermixing with non magical humans had greatly weakened even Merlin's blood. By the time Poland was partitioned they had even lost much of their political clout, and were desperate to expand their power once more, if only to stay relevant in the magical world. While not contributing the majority of the combined clan's power, the lineage of Merlin is underestimated by few and respected by many.



Background

Personality: A curious mix of wisened elder and teenager that never grew up and lost his bone to pick with authority, most people tend to either like or despise the blues musician upon first meeting. Laid back (lazy), carefree (careless), with a penchant for dispensing advice (nosing into other peoples' business) he spends his days playing in bars across the London area and avoiding as many of his MDC responsibilities as possible. A task that isn't hard, considering he's spent a good chunk of his life trying to be as useless to them as possible.


It's pretty clear though that he doesn't take life too seriously, and has no long term direction that he's heading in. At most, the MDC will eventually drag him into their machinations as an old man and he'll become the patriarch he's supposed to be. More likely though he expects to die in some tavern brawl caused by something stupid like a football match. Of the two, he'd certainly prefer the latter option, if only to spite the organization that had been trying to tie him down since the day he was born.


Brief History: From birth Gavin's life was pretty well laid out for him. He would learn magic, becoming one of the most powerful mages amongst his peers, marry either one of the distantly related members of his clan- or if lucky find a bachelorette in one of the other powerful houses. After this he would have children, and wait for his father to die, inheriting a prominent position in the MDC and the family's estate both in one fell swoop. Then he'd die and his oldest would take his place, having gone through the same grooming process.


However, there was a slight problem with that plan: He didn't care for it.


A rebellious child, and one with absolutely no interest in the MDC or magic in general, he resisted every opportunity to train him, until he was finally forced to pick a school of study by his father. Out of spite Gavin selected the weakest he could think of: Elemental Air, a school with utility but no real destination for mages that had as much power as one of the main houses. It was the first of many rebellions throughout his life, both before and after his father's death.


At seventeen he "ran away" at least as far as a kid whose father was a powerful mage with the resources at the MDC at his disposal could. Smoking, drinking, and music filled Gavin's life as he drifted south into England. A youth spent in the upper classes had afforded him many music lessons, and he quickly found ends meet plying those talents for temporary room and board or tips. Eventually his experiences gave him a penchant for the blues, and it's a genre he's made his own since.


Still, the freedom couldn't last forever.


Eventually his father came after him, demanding that he finally return home and take his rightful place at the head of the family after being allowed his few years of freedom. Gavin refused. They fought. And his father eventually departed, passing away some weeks later and leaving Gavin to inherit the estate whether he wanted to or not. He, of course, did not, trusting his mother to manage it in his absence.


However, worse than his father was the MDC itself, who began to hound him relentlessly to join with them from that day forward. Gavin, of course, tried to escape at first, fleeing as far as LA in America at one point to get away. His efforts though were in vain every time, and regretting that he hadn't chosen a school of magic that would have helped him hide, he relented and joined with them. At least officially.


In truth it seemed he paid them lip service more than anything.


Since then they've approached him with a number of "duties", though he ignores, botches, and half-asses them so often that the frequency of these requests has dropped dramatically over time. For the most part he's been left to his own devices over the last couple years, much to his pleasure. While not technically needing the money, he still lives off the tips he earns whenever possible, preferring to live the life his music dictates over the one his family does.


Family Members: While the Stańczyk-Merlin clan is relatively large, Gavin has few close relatives. The only one of importance is his mother, who manages the family estate after the death of her husband.

Reflex Enhancement - With a boost of nanomachines, David can react with lightning reflexes, effectively taking down foes or being a quick shot in firefights. This does not mean he is able to dodge everything.
Durability Enhancement - While not able to take severe injuries, David can take a number of hits before requiring medical aid.
Voice Box - Seeing as he was left mute after being burned. He was given a voice box so he can communicate without aid of pen and paper. It is unnerving as when he talks, it is always in monotone.

How did you acquire these enhancements: Some of the enhancements were provided by F.E.A.D. However, other enhancements are of unknown origin.

Skills: Skilled marksman, martial artist, stealth and tech person. David is also a very skilled free runner or "Parkourist." He is also a great improviser. Being able to make something out of a bad situation.



Background

Personality: Cold, and somewhat emotionless. David is straight to the point. Preferring to not over complicate things by adding in unneeded words or jokes. He is most commonly found at the firing range, or training. Either physically or mentally. It should be noted. That David is socially awkward. Not in a shy way. But more in the way of, he just doesn't know how to interact with others outside of a mission. Potentially because of his shady past. And anyone with a keen eye will notice that when confronted with topics regarding: Dancing, pets, likes or dislikes. He will give a blank stare or ask what that is.
History: The exact details regarding David's past are hazy. As he is essentially a John Doe. No birth records or anything of the like. What could be gathered from both F.E.A.D and MDC intel suggests that David was raised in secret, and trained into becoming the person he is now.

But, onto when he first came into light. It was several years ago, when the death of a head scientist was attributed to David. As captured by a hidden camera in said scientist's home. Soon after this, David or "Spectre" as he was called at the time. Made several appearances. Either killing someone, or when stealing something regarding corporate information.

It was until a recording of him in combat was unearthed, there was virtually little on how he operated. In the recording, he took down several armed guards with extreme skill before moving onto the main target, a super human. And while he did struggle, he soon overcame his target.

This was when he became a person of interest.

He eluded F.E.A.D agents for quite a while, until the day when David took on a fire elemental. Whom was also being pursed by F.E.A.D agents for classified reasons. After a brief fight broke out between the two. Which left the fire elemental dead and David in a hospital for burn damage. Which left him scarred and mute.

With David in a small coma, it was relatively easy for F.E.A.D to get their hands on him. When he awoke in confinement, David was confronted with a choice. Join the organization, or face the punishment for his crimes. After much negotiation, from both sides. David joined the forces of F.E.A.D (Or detailed, if you prefer)

True Appearance:
Aki has curly, light-brown hair which falls just below his ears, with a rightward facing fringe (his right, looks leftward going from our perspective). Beneath his fringe are distinctive yellow eyes, which almost seem to glow, paired with a small nose and lips. The human part of his body is thin and slender, looking as if it could shatter at a feather's touch. Aki's skin has a reddish tint, like a faded version of his tentacles, and gradates into the texture and colour of his tentacles around his waist. Instead of legs Aki has eight tentacles, which are a bright red colour.

Human Appearance:
Aki's upper half is similar to his demon form, and unless otherwise stated is the same. In human form Aki's eyes are grey instead of yellow, and thinner. Instead of red skin Aki has warm, tanned skin, and while Aki is still thin it is not to the extent of him being underweight. Most importantly, instead of tentacles Aki has actual human legs. In his human form Aki has to wear clothes (sadly), and he tends to pick relaxed and very loose clothing.

Supernatural Traits

Supernatural Race:
Spirit. A spirit is born when a ghost/undead being is bound to an object or animal. Spirits have no memory of who they may have previously been, but they usually retain a similar appearance and personality to their former self. While spirits are created from undead beings, the spirits themselves are alive, so may be killed in a similar manner to other living beings. Spirits typically live for a few hundred years before dying of natural causes. Due to the nature of how spirits are created, it is rare to see spirit communities; it is far more common to see spirits subservient to another being or living independently. Spirits are able to switch from their natural form to a human form, but only for a limited amount of time. Other abilities are dependent on what the spirit was bound to: since Aki was bound to an octopus, his abilities are based upon those of an octopus.

Supernatural Strengths:
Tentacles - Aki has eight tentacles, which he can use to hold objects, restrain opponents, or propel himself underwater. They can extend up to 5 metres long, but his usually keeps them under a metre long. His tentacles are malleable, so may change their shape.
Underwater Breathing - Can breath underwater.
Poison Resistance - Resistant/immune to toxic substances.
Regenerative Healing - Aki can regenerate lost/damaged tissues and heal physical wounds. While Aki cannot heal himself indefinitely, he is a more than competent healer. This ability only applies to himself.
Sacrificial Healing - Aki can heal others of their wounds to some extent. This ability comes at the cost of his own well-being, and can cause his physical injuries and pain. Aki cannot apply his regenerative healing ability to wounds caused by his sacrificial healing ability.
Poison Projection - Can create poisonous projectiles, which typically take an ink-like appearance. The properties of the poison can vary: they can be corrosive, having a slowing effect, or just be mildly irritating.

Supernatural Limitations:
Human Form - Aki can only take on his human form for up to two hours, and only comfortably so for fourty-five minutes. After taking on his human form Aki usually needs at least a day to recover before he may use it again. This means Aki struggles to fit into human society. While in his human form Aki is unable to use any of his supernatural abilities.
Poor Hearing - While Aki is not quite deaf, he certainly struggles to hear others when they are speaking at a normal volume. This means it is fairly easy to sneak up on Aki.
Low Physical Strength - Aki is weaker than the average human, and his punches pack little power. Heavy-lifting and hand-to-hand combat are out of the question for Aki.
Frost Sensitive - Aki is particularly sensitive to low temperatures. He'll often spend a lot of winter resting, only going out when absolutely necessary. Ice based powers are likely to be particularly effective against Aki.

Background

Personality:
Having a limited ability to explore the human world, Aki is a naïve person. He's theoretically been taught the dangers of living as a supernatural, but in reality lacks a lot of awareness of the world around him. He's curious to learn more though, and has an almost childlike curiosity about anything new he encounters. Aki is initially shy when meeting new people, although not guarded. He treats others with a friendly attitude, and is eager to help others despite his lack of confidence in his abilities. Being a hardworking individual Aki is happy to give his all, but his forgetfulness means he often pours his efforts in the wrong place.

Brief History:
Note - I don't like writing long histories, so this will be pretty bare bones. I have extra details of Aki's history planned in my head, but I don't really care to write them all down. It's much more fun to reveal nuggets of Aki's past as the roleplay develops in my humble opinion.

Aki was created by a man named Daniel Hume, a magic user who lived a fairly quiet life in L.A. and did his best to avoid attention from FEAD. Upon returning home one day Daniel found his lover had committed suicide, and attempted to resurrect his dead lover by binding her soul closest thing to hand - his pet octopus. Thus Aki was born.

Daniel soon realised that Aki was not the same person as his wife: while they shared a similar appearance and personality, Aki had no memories from his former life. After struggling to come to terms with the loss of his wife and the being he had created, Daniel decided to act as something of a father for Aki. For while Aki was created with the maturity and body of a young adult, he had little idea of how to actually survive in a city as a spirit. So Daniel has taught Aki everything he needs to know about living as a supernatural being in a city, and the pair have lived together for the past six years.

Since Aki can only take on a human form for about an hour, he is limited in his choice of activities outside of his home. One of the few activities Aki is able to do is go swimming: the walk to the beach in his human form isn't far, and once Aki is out far enough he can explore the sea in his true form undetected. It is near impossible for Aki to sustain a normal 9-5 job, so Aki has taught himself to draw and sells art commissions online.

Aki's reasonably uneventful life has left him unprepared for the danger of when FEAD comes calling. For the last week Daniel hasn't come home, and Aki fears that Daniel was discovered by FEAD. For the first time in his life Aki must attempt to not only survive and explore L.A. alone, but also use his powers to rescue Daniel from whoever is keeping him from coming home.

Blood Sacrifice. Due to the dangerous method of casting and having been historically used by villainous characters, this school is generally frowned upon by the magic community.

Main Casting Method:
Material type, the material being blood. The source and amount of blood affects the strength of the casting. Animal blood is least effective, human blood is moderately effective, and the caster's own blood is most effective. The more blood used the more effective the casting is, with less effective blood types needing a greater amount of blood to see a significant improvement in casting: for example, 100ml of blood wouldn't significantly improve a casting using animal blood but would significantly improve a casting using the caster's own blood.

Any Unique Magical Traits:
Users of blood magic sacrifice blood in order to summon creatures to fight for them. Below is a list of creatures Vita is currently able to summon.
Lupos - A pack of wolf-like monsters. Despite their intimidating fangs and claws, most magic users will have little trouble taking these creatures out. Vita mainly casts Lupos as a distraction or as "canon fodder", since they require a minimal blood sacrifice to summon.
Nubis - A swarm of human flesh-eating bugs. They may be easy to kill, but if not dealt with quickly they can be lethal. They require a fairly low blood sacrifice to summon.
Stone Golem - A golem made of stone (whodda thunk it). Has great defensive capabilities, but is slow and lumbering. Cannot be summoned with animal blood, but only requires a low-moderate blood sacrifice.
Lava Golem - A golem made of lava and stone. Is capable of attacking with fire and has great offensive capabilities, but has poor defense and is weak to water and wind. Cannot be summoned with animal blood and requires a moderate blood sacrifice.
Succubus - An attractive demon. Has the ability to charm and hypnotise people, allowing Vita to manipulate others. Can only be summoned with Vita's own blood, and requires a moderate-high blood sacrifice.
Enenra - A demon composed of smoke and shadows. Has the ability to create haunting illusions and use its smoke to choke people. Can only be summoned with Vita's own blood and requires a high blood sacrifice.
Dragon - A dark-skinned dragon, roughly the size of a bus. Requires a vast amount of Vita's own blood to be summoned, so is only summoned in absolute emergencies. Having only summoned it once before Vita is uncertain of the dragon's capabilities, and even what sort of dragon it is.

A Specialist is a special Agent that normally deals in training other FEAD agents most typically once were field agents before retiring to desk jobs or supporting roles in the organization. They can still be called upon to perform dangerous tasks, thus the number of specialist to stay low due to deaths.
An operator oversees a team, providing them with intel while also giving them a direct line to FEAD Directorss, or the leaders and owners of FEAD.

Personality:
Level headed and stern, Pa'Chrel is seen as stonehearted and professional by nearly all her associates. Seen as an outcast at a young age, she tends to keep to herself. Very observant, smart and stealthy.

Controllable:
You may control minor actions and things she says, though tend to keep her dialogue short, sweet and to the point. She never sugar coats things, and says what she means with no hesitation.

Cybernetic Enhancements: Reflex Enhancement: Being a driver in pulling off heists, Ryder needed all the help he could get that would assist in making him a more efficient heister. This enhancement allowing him to react with lightning speed, which assisted him in making a getaway and in the moments when he was on the field and in the midst of a firefight.
Endurance Enhancement: While not making him invincible or allowing him to run forever. It gave Ryder the edge he needed when the gang had to make a getaway when the vehicle designated for that role was either destroyed or blocked off, or take a shot or two and keep going before needing medical attention.
Weaponry Preference: In terms of firearms, Ryder prefers handguns, SMGs. Preferring speed over firepower. He will still use other firearms. But, he'd still go with his favorite if given a choice. In terms of melee. He prefers to use his hands, or his karambit knife.
How did you acquire these enhancements: Unknown, most likely he obtained these enhancements through an underground supplier.

Background

Personality: Ryder is the type of person who doesn't ask questions when given a task. He will defy orders if given enough cause to do so. While a criminal, he dislikes harming innocent civilians. Going as far as to put himself in danger to move them during a firefight. And during a past heist, he refused to kill a civilian all because they saw the crew. But, getting angry when another crew member killed said civilian. And Ryder has shown that he likes to talk through text to speech applications. Despite the fact he has no visible damage to his vocal cords, or if he is just unwilling to talk at all. And he is extremely loyal to those he consider to be true friends, willing to fight alongside them to the bitter end.
Brief History: Ryder was born to Alice and an unknown father. Whom later died while on a job. Barely making it by, Alice raised her son as best as she could. However, when she got severely ill and unable to help her son anymore. She sent him to live with one of his fathers' former friends, before dying that night in the hospital.

The man, known as Fox. Who was now Ryder's legal guardian, told him all about his father. A fellow criminal who helped him pull off incredible crimes alongside a group of skilled criminals. Unfortunately, he died while staying behind to hold off the authorities. Soon after telling Ryder of this, Fox began to train him in all sorts of fields. Wanting Ryder to be able to have a decent foothold in whatever was needed in terms of being a heister. Years later, Fox helped Ryder get introduced into the crime world. Getting signed up alongside a group of other people in pulling of a heist, acting as getaway. The job went off without a problem. The group got little over a mil in rewards. Split it up evenly and went on their lives. However, they got back together to pull off more heists after being tempted with getting more than a few hundred thousand in cut. Thus began their crime spree.

Ranging from robbing banks, to hijacking precious cargo. They pulled off a respectable number of heists. Things went south however, when the cops began to get a bit more.....Knowing of their plans. Which resulted in two deaths of the group's members. Paranoia and distrust caused their almost brotherly bond to crumble. Soon after a quick job in England, they confronted one another on who the rat was. When the others didn't receive an answer, they pulled their weapons. Although, Ryder did so with hesitation.

A shootout began, quickly killing the other members until finally. It was just Ryder. Whom couldn't figure out who the rat was. He didn't care, as he had emerged somewhat unscathed. He continued to do jobs. Although this time, the jobs were more stealth related. Until he finally decided to leave the crime life altogether.

And things went well, such as him getting his own mechanic's shop and making an honest living that didn't involve firefight with police or stealing something.

However, fate reared its head. As Ryder began to notice that people were being hunted down or worse. He decided to lend a hand to those who were in need. Donning his gear once more, he now acts as a vigilante of sorts....

Personality: Before becoming what he is now. Franklin used to be a distant, but caring human being who did put too much time and effort into his work. But still cared for his close circle of friends and family. This changed however. Needless to say, now he is almost completely emotionless. Cold even. Barely acknowledging his victims' screams. Always talking into a recorder regarding experiment logs and the like. It has been observed that he is somewhat obsessed with creating the perfect organism. And is willing to experiment on any superhuman, mage or otherwise to do so. And while he prefers to work alone, he is willing to work with anyone who can stomach his work. So long as they provide him with the materials he needs to continue his experiments.

He isn't a fighter. Preferring to use one of his creations to fight for him. Or using a syringe to inject a tranquilizer. But if cornered, he has proven that he is extremely quick with a bone saw or scalpels. As such, it is recommended that he should not be approached alone.

Notes: For his creations, think of either a clockwork man like Kroenan from the Hellboy movie. Just minus the outfit and assassin style. Instead, they wear typical patient or doctors' garb.​

This behavior has earned him respect from a variety of people. Including current and former patients. Some even considering him to be a father figure. He has a tendency to analyze someone, watching their body posture, tone of voice, eye contact. The works.​

And while he is caring and nice, he can be strict if need to be.
