Eldritch abominations, fucking vampires and werewolves, zombies, gods and devils?! All of it, fucking. Real. I found out the hard way. Guess you did too."

    "A student of Doctor Henry Jones Jr. at Marshall College, Richard was fascinated by archaeology and the occult. L-l-like student, like teacher right? Ah-hehehehehe. So anyway, he grows up. Uses his fortune to travel the world alongside his best bro, Conrad Roth and marries. Has a daughter named Lara who follows in his footsteps. Normally, depending on who a particular Mundane-Non magical folk for you guys, discovers his entry into the world beneath can be good or bad. Unfortunately, Richard and his wife were of the noble variety. The people they discovered? They made fucking Jack the Ripper look like Mother Teresa! Both vanish and they assume that's the end of it. But Richard left a legacy! His daughter grows up and she finds out about the Hidden World! She discovers magic and maybe, something about herself as well? Daddy left his notes behind and if shes anything like the old man? She ain't gonna stop till she finds out more."

    The Nitty-Gritty

    Welcome to the Moonlit World.

    For most people, New York City is New York City, America is America, and Earth is Earth—but there’s more to the world than that.

    Beneath the “normal” surface of the world are things and people which most humans don’t know about, don’t want to know about, and will do their best to forget about if they ever come anywhere near them. That dead body with the odd toothmarks? Attacked by stray dogs. The traces of thirty different infectious diseases on this corpse? Statistical anomaly. The Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton from the museum scattered in a thousand pieces on the college lawn? Student prank.

    People won’t see things they don’t want to see. Most of the citizens of the world would laugh at the idea of magic, even though some wizards and witches have their number and occupation right in the phone book. It’s always possible for everyone, from heroes to bystanders, to turn away and not get involved. It’s often the easiest thing in the world to do. You can choose between good and evil, light and darkness, possibility and necessity, taking action and going home to curl up with a good book. The world is weirder, more wonderful, and more deadly than it seems. Some people know this. There are people who know that magic exists and know who to call when they run into it. There are humans who have been divinely blessed or diabolically cursed. There are faeries—small, big, hugely ancient and terrifying.

    There are dragons, although these days it’s said they consider bearer bonds as well as gold for their hoards. The Shadowlands—the world of fae and ghosts—is just on the other side of a veil from normal life; courts of vampires divide the night among them; the White Council of wizards tries to protect the innocent and stop the misuse of magic.

    All of this is going on, right under our noses.
    So the question really, is how exactly do any of these factions get along, much less keep things such an intense secret? Well....The answer is simple and has to do with the following, the closest to absolute law among all the factions.

    The body of work known as the Unseelie Accords.

    The Unseelie Accords are a set of agreements (like the Geneva Conventions) that govern behavior between its signatories, who are the major powers of the magical world. The Accords include protocols for etiquette, hospitality, formal duels, and neutral ground, among other things. They were instigated by Queen Mab. You heard right. The Mab. The mother of Lord Oberon and one of the Ladies of Winter itself.

    The following are known portions of the Accords.

    There is no spirit of the law, only its letter.

    Beings have license to deliver and receive messages, and to have safe passage granted them so long as they do not instigate violence.

    Part of a pledge of safe passage or conduct is the promise not to drug any directly offered food or drink. If it is targeted at a group, rather than a specific individual, however, then it is acceptable.

    If a member of the Accords is killed by another member of the Accords, one who has close relations to the deceased can demand a weregild in compensation for their death.

    Should a member of one faction wrong another faction, the aggrieved party has the right to challenge their enemy to single combat:

    The organisations that represent the duelers pick an emissary from the list of neutral emissaries.
    The chosen emissary decides on a list of available weapons, such as magic or will.

    The challenged picks the weapons, and the challenger picks the time and location.

    The available weapons are not necessarily restricted to those usable by both parties. If the challenger can't use the weapon the challenged chose, they can force the challenged to take their second choice.

    Each party must have a second.

    The seconds collaborate with the emissary to work out the terms of the duel.

    Certain places can be signed on as Accorded Neutral Territory. This means that signatories of the Accords do not start any conflict on the premises, and are bound by their honor to take any fights outside. New York City for example, has several.

    The Fighting Irish Pub: Owned by a Leprechaun and as old world as can be. Generally a place to relax and gain information on local gossip.

    The Brooklyn Bridge Troll Market: Its entrance set beneath it, the market serves as a place all can go glamour-less(without the disguise that makes them look human) and trade in items too fantastic or dangerous for the upper mundane world.

    There are more, but suffice it to say they differ according to the nature of the city.

    An individual can sign onto the Accords as a freeholding lord. The signatory is entitled to rights under the Accords, such as right of challenge.

    To be signed on, the potential signatory must have three current members of the Accords vouch for them.

    All supernatural factions observe the rules of interaction laid out in the Unseelie Accords. Devised by Queen Mab of the Winter Court of Faerie, the Accords are a cross between the Magna Carta and the Geneva Conventions for the various supernatural factions.

    The Accords recognize major magical factions as independent political entities (or “nations”) with the right to defend, protect, and avenge their members. “Freeholding Lords” are also recognized: entities of power that do not necessarily represent an entire kind, just themselves and their supporters.

    The Accords lay out an important concept: magical nations are responsible for policing their own. If they don’t do this, and let their people run willy-nilly, these activities can become a lawful grievance to another nation—even up to a justification for war. The Accords also lay out other rules concerning such topics as the treatment of prisoners (though the rules do little if anything to protect them), setting prices on ransoms or prisoner exchanges, laying out procedures for negotiations between hostile supernatural nations, the establishment of neutral ground, rules of engagement and territory, a basis for diplomacy, and so on.

    Most importantly, the Accords establish several hard and fast rules that provide ancient (Old World) customs of hospitality and honor with the force of law. If any two things are regarded as concrete by the supernatural nations, they are: 1) the binding power of sworn oaths; and 2) the obligation of a host to offer aid, comfort, and protection to his guests.

    The Accords recognize that it is mutually profitable for the supernatural nations to avoid overt or large-scale conflicts; indeed, they provide a means of settling disputes between rival nations by means of a trial of champions— based on the Code Duello—presided over by a “neutral" mediator. Any member of any nation can be asked to be a mediator, but the choice must be mutually accepted.

    All in all, the Accords are extremely complex, and applying them generally leads to a lot of arguing rather than actually solving any problems (it is likely that this is what Mab intended). They do work, however—conflicts are often defused by the lengthy legal discussions. The Accords are supported by all sides, mainly in order to keep things from getting worse than they already are.

    For an idea of some of the powers-that-be who signed the Accords, they are as follows.

    Wolfram and Hart Law Firm: A diabolical trio of demons who manifest in the darkest form of evil imaginable...Lawyers.

    Mr. Tugarin: Full name Tugarin Zmeyevich. A Russian tycoon and retired general to the public. An immensely powerful and particularly sinister dragon in reality.

    Coyote: Trickster God and protector of the Native American nations. Appears in the form of a dapper gambler in white.

    The Khan: In Communist China, the Hidden World societies are actively hunted down and imprisoned or killed. The official explanation is that such things are an affront to the government. The reality is different. Using the Communist as a shield, the mysterious Khan removes all rivals that might be able to be of any danger to him, as well as increasing his own through seizure of others power and artifacts.​

She grew up in Brooklyn, raised by her grandmother: An iron woman whose spells of protection and healing marked the entire apartment complex the pair had lived in till Ella moved out to her own place.

    She enjoys flower pressing for the beauty of it and also for the magical aspects such tools afforded. She takes pride in her skills with a blade and gun, but was woefully lacking in her magical arts, which she knew her grandmother was saddened by.
    Her dream is to become a museum curator. She hates spicy food.

    Her weapon of choice is a crucifix that transforms into a longsword, which doubles as her focus.

    Trojus- Wizards naturally screw with technology, but this gathers it up into a burst that with fry most electronics, engines, and the more modern firearm.

    Empiro- Increases durability, allowing for more punishing damage that a person otherwise might die or be affected from. A poor mans Shield Charm, but it works for her.

    Lumos- Produces light. The more power, the more light.

    Lupine- A tracking charm of her own devising, based on the careful study of wolves and dogs.

    New York City.

    Flocking to the lamp of Lady Liberty, over twelve million immigrants entered America through Ellis Island. Chinese workers on the railroad, Irish fleeing famine. Indian nations seeking recourse....Over twelve million stories, with a myriad of cultures brought with them that made New York City such an eclectic city today with its ethnic neighborhoods and generations of people who lived all their lives, passing down Old World stories of their homelands.

    And when they came, they didn't come alone.

    New York City by moonlight is an urban jungle at the best of times. In the Hidden World sense, its so much more then that. In Chinatown, old sorcerers who can trace their bloodline from the Han Dynasty create tokens of good fortune as they run their shops. A waste disposal worker with an aversion to daylight might just be a Ghoul instead. Dragons lurk behind the curtains of powerful megacorps and in Central Park, lycanthropes and druids of the New World care and tend their patch of nature.

    Wizard, Warlock, Vampire or otherwise... New York City is full of surprises.

    How many exactly, is a matter of exploration.

    Freeholding Lords(Territorial Leaders)

    NY City is divided by a few, as part of an experiment. On the Evil Side, we got Jackie Estecado and the Goblin Lord of the Unseelie. Lesser freeholding lords beneath them include the White Court of Vampires Representative and the King of Rats who rules the sewer and underground lines.

    On the Good side we have Central Park and the B.P.R.D. Queen Titania and the Church take the neutral roles, along with the White Council of Wizards and the Clocktower Magus. Other factions include various criminal mini-families, the three Vampire Courts(White, Reborn Red and Black) and certain figures powerful enough to warrant this status as well.

    Public Locales Unique to the Hidden World(Subject to change)


    The Brooklyn Bridge Troll Market

    Crafted by trolls of the Fae Kingdoms, the Troll Market is a Moonlit World staple. Here, the inhabitants can walk openly and without Glamour(Illusion to make monstrous creatures human looking) as everyone is part of the same world. The entrances are found beneath the major bridges in human cities, with the Brooklyn Bridge Troll Market being something of a mini-city all on its own. Its Fae Territory, where Fae rules apply more often then not. Mages use it to locate obscure ingredients or rare tomes that can't be sold openly in the world above. Monster races enjoy the opportunity to walk openly without worry and some just visit for the attraction of it.

    Fights are dealt with Swiftly by the Unseelie Police Force, with troublemakers punished in creative ways.

    The Ruling Power in the Troll Market is the Lord of Goblins. An Unseelie who remains in the background and acts mostly through agents.

    Summit Rock, Central Park

    By night, this New York City landmark becomes the meeting ground of the Lycanthropes and Shifters of the city, used to discuss laws, present new children before the body of the Pack and teach lessons on their culture, as well as punish lawbreakers among their kind.

    The Central Circle of Druids are natural allies and the two often play off on each other, with both having a say in the others affairs if it concerns both. Otherwise, both protect and run the length of the park. The leader of the Pack is an old Hindu Taxi driver, a Werewolf named Akela. The Central Druid circle leader is a woman named Willow Tannenbaum, who by day works as Pharmacist in a local hospital. Both leaders rule the Central Park area as one.

    The Queens Table

    A sumptuous and fabulous restaurant by day. By night, it offers a more rare and bloody menu. Mixing pleasure with sustenance, the Queens Table is a vampire haven. Both for their selected "doners" as well as the vampires that pass through. The Red Light district of New York City is given to them, with stipulation not to kill. Hunting outside their boundaries brings the Hunters on their trail and makes them fair game. Otherwise, within their absolute territory the Vampire Clans of New York City are among the stronger factions out there.

    Colombia University


    Columbia University (officially Columbia University in the City of New York) is a private, Ivy League, research university in Upper Manhattan, New York City. It was established in 1754 as King's College by royal charter of George II of Great Britain and is the oldest college in New York State as well as the fifth chartered institution of higher learning in the country, making Columbia one of nine colonial colleges founded before the Declaration of Independence.

    In the Moonlit World sense, its ancient origins appeal to many of the local magus in the area, with at least three major lodges located on campus for those who know where to look. Membership entry into a lodge is difficult, but well worth it and many find it advantageous to learn among their peers. Quite a few teachers are magus as well, enabling them to cover for their more paranormal students who attend. Notable Moonlit World figures who once attended this place include the Ghostbusters.​

    Name: Lucifer Matthias Anghelscu

    Day Job/Mundane Cover: Catholic Priest/Paranormal Investigator

    Race: Damphir

    Mythos Origin: Balkan Mythology. Type-Moon. Hellsing.

    Profile: A member of the Burial Agency of the Vatican special forces divisions, dealing primarily with monsters. Of the rank "Executioner", his primary responsibility is the neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen and surrounding neighborhoods, alongside his fellow Executioners. They are sanctioned to act as diplomats and agents of the Churchs Will, as well as assassins if the need arises.

    Personal abilities extend to hypnosis, regeneration, enhanced strength and speed to a six ton bench limit and forty miles per hour limit. His senses are on par with an animals as well as gifted with the ability to see in infrared. He can phase through most materials, save for cold iron and blessed silver. He has control over lesser animals, primarily rats, bats, moths, spiders and wolves and can shapeshift for a length of time according to the amount of blood consumed, though this is limited to a wolf, swarm of bats and dragon form, though he has yet to unlock the last. In exchange, sunlight weakens him without the Shroud of Saint Job and blessed weapons do more damage to him proportionate to how much of his gifts he uses.

    In battle, he primarily relies on swordplay in which he's mastered for his line of work.
    His weakness is his reliance on blood. Where more fullblooded vampires can last on a little blood, Lucifer as a half-blood has to drain more gas for his mileage as it is. In the sunlight without his shroud, is reduced to peak human ability and loses vampiric powers.

    His fangs produce a narcotic that releases a neurotoxin that enhances body sensitivity and releases intense pleasure to better allow a two-way prana flow. Lucifer gains blood, and in return he releases a little of his untapped and unused magic to heal the person in turn.​

    Day Job/Mundane Cover: College Student/Junior Researcher in the Psychology Department

    Race: Human/Hunter

    Mythos Origin: Worldwide, Gravity Falls

    Profile: After the events of Gravity Falls, the world seemed to reset itself. No proof existed to show the world the events of Bill Cipher's rampage occurred, save for the journal which contained all the annotations Dipper had added since coming here with his sister. Life was so much bigger, so much wider and mysterious then he imagined.

    He was going to have fun finding out more.

    Currently attends Colombia University, researching the late Dr. Egon Spengler's interesting notes on Proton Particles and their effects on Negatively Charged Ectoplasmic Entities. He's aware of some extent of the Hidden World, but lacks connections in New York City to venture to some of the places otherwise barred to Mundanes. He's not much of a fighter, but he's very clever and uses the journal he takes everywhere with him as his primary bit of equipment.

    Personality: Confident and optimistic, Melody always tries to find the good in everything. She's innately curious, perhaps overly so, which, combined with her abilities, gives her access to quite a lot of secrets. Most of which she keeps. She's feeling some trepidation about her introduction to the Hidden World, but she intends to fly in the face of this fear - and also purposely do certain things counter to what her mother wants, which is to set her sights on a husband, though she totally agrees with her wanting to send her to Juliard in New York for her music lessons (being a continent away from a controlling mother? Sold!).

    Abilities, in Brief: Manipulation of sound, hearing well beyond anything humanly possible, and even well beyond the hearing of Hidden denizens like Vampires, Werewolves and the like. She hasn't yet discovered her greatest powers, but she can create patches of silence around her, orchestrate music from background noise, and can tell if people are lying simply by listening to them speak.{/td}

    Name: Michael Connard aka Collector

    Day Job/Mundane Cover: Antiquities collector / Private Investigator

    Race: Human/Scion of a Naagloshii.

    Mythos Origin: Worldwide, Dresden Files/Tales of the Nightside

    Profile: Michael Connard was born into upperclassman family his mother, a “La Belle Dame Sans Marci.” ("The Beautiful Lady without Mercy) In her youth, she was a very enterprising, but not well-known actress who had a brief affair with a Naagloshii during a vacation to the American South West.

    When his mother returned to New York and her career, she discovered that she was pregnant. Her disdain for the developing life within her was intense. However, due to her family’s connections and their feelings on abortion she carried her son to full term. Soon after he was born, he was fostered by a distant uncle. Michael saw little of his mother or others of his family and when it was discovered that he was not entirely human his family only saw how this could benefit the goals of the family.

    Having grown up without knowing his father, and in a family that took his freedom and shaped him into a weapon to be used. He has grown and matured only feeling the power inherit in his blood.
    Since his teenage years, he has had dealings with the shifters and druids of Central Park who while acknowledging him as a shifter but because he carries the same horrific psychic stench of a true Naagloshii their dealings are not always on the best of terms. Michael started trading and selling small antiques and information during this period thus he was given the nickname Collector.

    When he turned eighteen, he was legally an adult in the Mundane World, and he could escape his family. In escaping he stumbled into the Brooklyn Bridge Troll Market and ran into a confusing situation with a grumpy leprechaun pedicurist who accused him of stealing a Glaistig’s (Half Woman/Half Goat) hoof shavings. In the ensuing argument, the situation escalated when a gang of teenage pixies bombarded the glaistig, leprechaun, and Michael with a nearby shop’s produce. An outburst of magic from the leprechaun and an already scared Michael skin changing into a large black dog startled bystanders. The Unseelie police came upon the scene and arrested everyone. The Unseelie have strange ways to punish wrongdoers and Michael did not want to become a neutered dog for the rest of his life……… To get out of the punishment Michael was able to work out a deal with an agent of the Goblin King through a goblin contract that appeared useful and a bargain at first glance, but lead into an adventure that had him being hunted by the Unseelie, and cursed with bad luck, but in the end discovering why someone was stealing hoof shavings……..

    Over the past year, Collector has found some peace in the Brooklyn Bridge Troll Market where he has eked out a living by buying a small shop with an apartment on the second floor. Here he still buys/sells/and trades antiques, but now he has added information collecting and people finding to his skill set. Also, after his first case was solved, he became a consultant for the Goblin King’s enforcers.

    Personal Powers:

    A shapeshifter and acknowledged sorcerer with a broad spectrum of magical abilities and a large well of power. His range of magical abilities all fall within powerful magic, but he has only mastered small spells of thaumaturgy. Being a son of a Naagloshii means he gets stronger by eating magical essence, and he has mastered self-transmogrification, but as a mortal he has mortal limits of strength and will. Using too much magic can cause him to tire as if he had just run a race. Eating corrupted magical essence can cause him to become ill, and when he uses any dynamic magic there is always some level of Backlash or Paradox……. For example the grumpy leprechaun incident. This Backlash or side effects of using magic of any kind can cause interference with the operation of electrical or electronic devices. The frequency and severity of this interference increase with the complexity of the instrument as well as with the amount of magic used.

    Also, due to him only being an acknowledged sorcerer and not part of any of the Magus Associations, nor any organized magical group he has to learn magic on his own. This further limits his knowledge and abilities. In some quarters he is considered an enemy and in others a friend depending on the time of day, year, what kind of mood the other person is in and so many other things.

    Being half-human means he can get sick, injured, or even die, but he does not age as quickly as a human. When people look at him, they see a scrawny kid. However, with his skin walking and magical abilities, and skills learned as a child he can hold his own, but that Curse of Bad Luck still haunts him…………………. Never make a leprechaun or his family upset and never do it and make a goblin contract. Instead of one day of bad luck, it turned into a lifetime of bad luck. Does anyone know how long a half human/ half Naagloshii lives?

    Name: Tyrell Calder Orpheus

    Day Job/Mundane Cover: College student studying for an Athletic Training Major, star athlete

    Race: Thunderbird

    Mythos: Native American Mythology

    Profile: A bit mischievous and athletic, Tyrell is admittedly something of a jock. Typically, despite this, the male acts as though a gentleman.. Albeit a tough and mysterious one. He keeps his thoughts and feelings to himself for the majority of the time, instead wearing a calm, suave, and gentlemanly facade. However, despite this, he is very ill-tempered and can be set off quite easily. And, when that happens, you'd better look the hell out. After all, while extremely powerful, physically, Tyrell has a good bit of wit and smarts about him.

    Despite this, Tyrell isn't as perfect as he tries to make himself believe. For one, he cannot stand working in groups. He needs pure silence to think, and if he doesn't get that, a temper flare is likely to occur. Oftentimes, his temper gets the better of him, and he completely goes off. This can drive people away or make him seem unlikable or disagreeable.

    Even with this inability to work in groups, Tyrell also has a fear of being completely alone. He has many 'friends' due to his popularity, wit, and athletic nature, but he has no true companionship and secretly longs for it.

    Tyrell's fighting is sloppy and often mindless, and because of this, he is incredibly easy to take down despite his strength. His moves can be easily dodged, his balance easily thrown off, and he is extremely susceptible to distractions and the like. In other words, dodge, distract, and destroy and you'll handle him just fine.

    Naturally, Tyrell's electricity can be negated with extreme ease, be it through rubber or a concrete construct or etc. Not to mention, he cannot generate an endless amount of electricity - he will run out, becoming drained and in need of rest to recover. Piss him off to keep his bolts coming strong and dodge and you'll get him down in no time.

    Special Abilities

    Lightning Bolt Projection: Tyrell has the ability to shoot lightning from his eyes at will. Pretty original, right?

    Flight: Obviously, when in his Thunderbird form, he can fly through use of his massive wings.

    Weather Manipulation: This allows for conjuring up or repelling storms, for the most part, while other weather patterns or even bolts of lightning and thunder can be generated. However, Tyrell has yet to really grasp this ability.

    Thunder Generation: By flapping his wings when in his Thunderbird state, Tyrell generates thunder.

    'Shapeshifting': Allows Tyrell to alternate from human form to his Thunderbird form, but that's it.

    Seems vague enough to where could asspull any power at nearly any level you want.

    Race: Water Elemental

    Profile: A particularly fiery and stubborn young woman, Katara works a majority of the time away, trying to earn the money to support her gran while also trying to rack up the money to attend college. She had finally gotten a good bit of it ready, only to give it to her brother so he could attend, knowing that he felt as though he had less specialty and appeal than her due to not being an elemental. So she started new, taking up a job as a lifeguard and part-time waitress. Despite her attitude and stubbornness, she is extremely independent and a major care-taker, having grown up taking care of her family and some kids that had parents that were always busy or had left.

    Weaknesses/Fears: WIP

    Special Abilities

    Water Manipulation: The ability to manipulate water in any of it's given states and forms. This includes the ability to manipulate holy water, as well.

    Aquatic Respiration: The ability to breathe underwater.

    Elemental Healing: The ability to heal others through usage of elements - in Katara's case, using water. However, she hasn't discovered this ability yet, and it requires holy or spiritual water to perform.​

    Veinillon “Nil” is a fairly calm and laid-back being most of the time. Due to their constant androgynous appearance, they answer to ‘she’, ‘he’, and ‘they’, and don’t seem to mind what other people call them in terms of nicknames as long as it’s not offensive. Nil used to be the familiar of a demon, though they will not specify which one. They don’t really like to talk about it.

    Supposedly, before being a familiar, Nil used to help people cross on when they died, consuming a little bit of their energy as payment, which they need occasionally to survive. Nil has always hoarded random artifacts and has managed to sell them for living money, and now owns a pawn shop. Though they may sell a lot of their things for a bit cheaper than expected, there’s the added, hidden price of a small bit of energy from their customers. This is much preferred to just draining nearly all the life out of one person.
    Nil likes puns, bones, hamburgers, back rubs, weird stories, and mystery/horror novels and movies. It seems like they’re always scribbling something down in one of their messy notebooks.
    Nil has the capacity to absorb more magic and spiritual energy than they choose to, and this can make their powers stronger. They do not need to touch or bite their prey; Nil just has to be close enough to them physically. However, there is a “filling point” to where they cannot absorb any more for the time being. Even in humanoid form, Nil is very fast and dexterous. They don’t like bothering with actual confrontation unless they think the person really deserves it. Their main magical expertise is in bad luck curses and other passive stuff like that, not actual confrontational, instant magic.

    Though usually they just create horns, a tail, and even wings sometimes on themself, they are fully capable of transforming into their true form with some effort. It mostly looks like a fuzzy, demonic being with batlike features. It is the actual act of transforming itself that takes energy, so Nil can stay in either form, or even an in-between form, indefinitely. The bat form is physically stronger than their humanoid form, is able to fly due to the wings, and physical fights can get pretty nasty with the jaw/claw strength.
    Due to being a former familiar, Nil has knowledge of many types of magic, but other than hexes, usually only casts wind or temperature-related spells.

    Nil hates sunlight, but it does not hurt them. The smell of garlic (and many strong-odor spices) makes them want to throw up and will break their concentration. Those that are aware of their energy and magic and are able to form strong shields will be immune to Nil’s drainage. Nil has an aversion to things such as crucifixes and holy water, though it more of just scares them than hurts them.

    They are reliant on energy feedings and will basically be at the strength of an average human without it. Eventually, Nil will starve if they don’t get enough to eat.

    Bio: Beshtion was born in the peaceful times of the Celtic Era. Before the wars that would follow, her father told her that she'd become a prodigy among her people. Of what, she wasn't sure. Her father, seemingly knowing of her ultimate fate would depart for the battlefields to fight the Fomorian forces encroaching on the Irish Coasts. She'd never see him again until her first battle as an adult. She'd grown into quite the Paladin. Her sword and shield raised for honor and justice. Under her father's command, she'd forge into Fomorian territory, crushing resistance in their path with her as the spearhead of the charge. The siege of the Fomorian territories would persist for five years. In that time, Beshtion had fallen in battle and been turned into a Revanant against her fellow soldiers. Her own father died by her blade to which she could do not but watch in horror as her own body was used as a weapon against her will. As the war ended and the Fomorians had been beaten back, the Ireland Coasts and central farmlands had been all but ravaged and corrupted by the filth of the monsters they'd defeated. Victory had come at a price, and Beshtion would spend the next hundred years in the service of Fomorian Necromancers. Jump to 1000+ years later, she's now a volunteer for social services in New York City. She dabbles in just about everything as far as Social Services goes, aside law and order. But is that really all she does?

    Personality: Beshtion has been described as quiet but as someone who speaks her mind when it counts. However, for those that know her well she is anything but quiet. With all the stories she could tell, she tends to like hanging around the Hidden World Bar when off duty and not busy with anything else. She delights in sharing her tales of adventure with those she considers her friends. When angry, she tends to have a calm demeanor. However, do not let that fool you. Angry Bes is a Bes you wish to steer clear of. As a Higher Undead her strength is much more than that of an average zombie. She'll pick up a pool table and clobber you with it if she gets angry enough.

    Aria is an androgynous creature with a few feminine characteristics, but whether Aria is male or female is up for debate. She/he/it answers to any and all pronouns. Aria's past is lost somewhere between yesterday and tomorrow, and she/he/it does not answer personal questions. One day if Aria trusts them enough it may tell you their story, but for now who cares. It's fun to just watch what happens in the mundane and magical worlds, maybe steal and cheat a few people. Help a few others. Stay out of the way of those who would notice the mysterious disappearances and the unexplained appearances. Also, never cross the path of anyone that is a big player in the politics of the Fae. However, at the same time live in the now. The past is best forgotten and tomorrow will take care of itself. Except dear sweet Michael its just fun watching my cousin's curse take its course.................... I probably should tell him one day that I already have that lucky rabbit's foot he has been looking for. The only one of its kind ..... (the left hind foot of a demon possessed white rabbit killed with a silver dagger in a cemetery, during a month with two full moons, on Friday the 13th while its raining.) Why a demon was possessing a rabbit who knows?

    Abilities: Getting out of trouble and causing trouble. Can eat your cupboard bare and still be hungry. No magical talents or at least none that can be admitted to. People would not really understand and may take offense............. Aria really likes shiny things.

    Weakness: Fried rice and chocolate. Absolutely HATES fire.
