Emily's eyebrow arched, wondering if she was asking too much, as she shoved her own aside. The glass was barely touched the second time and her mind already worried Adeline might be able to hold up her end. This worried the Rook on the inside though she didn't show it on the surface. Her body sat there hunched over the seat while she eyed, briefly, the bartender scooting over to the closet then vanish. She wasn't at an angle to see him veer off hastily to the right or spot the broom on the back wall, her eyes fixed on Adeline's actions to ensure the girl didn't do something rather silly.

Already she downed her glass, a clear display of nervousness, and got to her feet. While watching Adeline speak to her friend, Emily caught Arlette's mention about the bartender. Her eyes snapped to the youth with a questioning eyebrow, her mind pondering the evidence. Ignoring Adeline so not to draw attention to her image, the Rook considered how to approach the situation.

"We got one or two ways of doing this, either we approach him now or wait until after hours." She whispered loud enough for the two to hear her, but no one else.
