Flirty - This is by no means hidden to anyone. Keeva likes to flirt with EVERYBODY. Not interested in women, that is okay. Asexual, no problem. She won't leave you out. It is so in-tuned with her nature that sometimes she doesn't even know she is doing it. If you don't flirt back, well that makes you a challenge to her and she will try even harder.

Mischievous - Toying with people. That is like a game to her. If she can cause some sort of chaos, well that is fun and she likes to do what is fun. Keeva likes pushing buttons until a domino effect is in place. So she is an avid gossiper. And if it is possible to make someone end up in her office, well that is better.

Dedicated - Keeva loves her job, both nursing and contracting. She will do whatever it takes to solve whatever issue she is facing. She might complain but that is either for attention or to make herself more motivated.

So starting up was kind of weird. Aidan, Keeva's father, was a Catholic priest and her mother was a succubus. Needless to say there were conflicts of interests. Issicil seduced Aidan after a year old celibacy pact and she, for an unknown reason, stuck around. It was not until an event where she had to protect him that he found out that he found out she was a demoness. He was confused at first but he never left. Issicil never knew what he was thinking and because they had married she didn't know what he would do. She had fallen in love with a mortal, a rare event for a succubus of her status but she could not deny her heart. For three months their interactions were limited and Issicil thought she had the picture. The moment she was about to leave Aidan embraced her and told her that he loved her and she couldn't help but cry. They had managed to cross boundaries that not many people have crossed.

Seeing that demons could be loving creatures as well, Aidan left the church and took a very different approach to religion. Life was very difficult being in the 1200's in Ireland surrounding the Roman Catholic church. However, the family managed themselves. They hid themselves on the countryside and had an intimate life. In 1275, Aidan's and Issicil's life was blessed with the birth of their daughter Keeva. They were a close family, they both had wanted a child so badly and now one was in their life. Then there were battles in Ireland and one day while Issicil and Keeva were out playing, Aidan was killed. Keeva was only twelve years old.

Her mother lost it and went back to hell. Keeva was left alone and she didn't know what to do. She started out crying but when villagers found her after a fishing trip she was taken back to town and put in an orphanage. She was weird though and very few people liked her, they had almost taken her to multiple exorcisms. So when she was eighteen (in human years) she left Ireland and went to England. She started to work but then found the shady life excitable. Keeva loved not following the laws and beating up people. In that lifestyle she met many people and one of the people she had met was Jael.

It was like magic that her and Jael hit off. She found out he was a lesser demon and he found out she was a cambion and they both appreciated each other. Travelling the world for three hundred years, Jael, who previously hated commitment, proposed to her. Sadly, the two were caught in the middle of the Reformation. One day it started off like a normal day but then knights came into their home three days before their wedding and snatched Jael up. Trying to fight them off but keep her cover, Keeva was grabbed by a few of the men and had to follow them to the center of town.

Somehow someone caught Jael as a demon and they didn't even try to exorcise him, rather he was burned on the stake. Because he was in human form his body was burning so out of instinct he changed to demon form and started to attack the men who did that to him. But they were prepared for that. Clergy men started to attack him with holy words and symbols of their religion. Keeva couldn't move, she was petrified and scared. To this day she blames herself. She got her revenge though. One night, it only took one night, and she erased the town off the map. Then she decided to leave Europe for a while.

For a while after that she put herself in harm's way. She wanted to punish herself and that was the only way she could do it. She pretended she was men in wars. She got into the underworld. She went to revolutions. Anything and everything. In a way she called it her penitence. Then one day she saw a man that reminded her of Jael. He was in love but he was a taboo, he was gay. Knowing that she befriended him and tried to aid him in his life. At the end of the man's life he was sick and he told Keeva the only way that she could help him was if she could cure him. That is when she devoted herself to becoming a nurse.

Keeva did the best she could for that man but he eventually died. She too blamed herself for that. So for a while she studied medicine and made small contracts to learn her powers. It wasn't until she met Anael that she found a true calling. In 1850 she joined the campus as a nurse and has been there ever since. In her spare time she studies new and improving medicine and medical practices.

Upon his creation all that Nereus felt was the feeling of sinking, sinking into the depths of his home, the water. It wasn't a scary feeling but it did not inspire joy, it was just like he was laying there slowly going deeper and deeper into the water. It was when the Light showed itself that Nereus decided to move and swim towards it. No matter how hard he tried, he could not reach the Light so instead he just looked at it in admiration.

At first there were only Gods and mythical creatures that roamed the earth. Nereus did his best to entertain them, singing songs without words. Then humans came along. They started to fall in love with him. Nereus never let them touch him because he knew there was something missing in their so called love.

A man had fallen deeply for Nereus and after asking for a name to find out there wasn't one, he bestowed the name of Nereus on him and it stuck. Seeing the Light encircle the man who went by the name of Cyrus. It was the first time that someone had felt so much love for him and so Nereus left the water to live with him. After a few months Cyrus became ill and eventually died and Nereus returned to the water.

It wasn't until the sixteenth century came that he left the ocean to live with someone. This time it was a woman by the name of Elizabeth and she had given him a violin after he showed interest in it and Nereus began to play it. From then on he sang some days and played violin others. It was two months in before Nereus left Elizabeth because he saw the Light around another man for her. After her marriage she and her husband moved near the ocean and every so often she would bring her child to hear Nereus play or sing.

Since then not many events happened. He has been at Vieuxpont since the early twentieth century.

Because of her job she has to be very charismatic and diplomatic and so for the most part she is but it is more likely that, off job, she will be a little more quiet and to herself. Joan is impulsive because she wants to perform well and maybe even get her fifteen minutes of fame. But most of all she is very honest. If you really want to know something, ask her.
Background: Joan grew up in a pretty regular home. She had two older brothers and one younger. Her mother was ecstatic to have her because she wanted to dress someone up in frilly dresses and the boys would not volunteer. Her father was a successful business man and he usually came home every night around six. They were the closest, her father and her, it was like the sayin daddy's little girl. Joan got used to being tough around her brothers and soon discarded the life of frills and pearls.

It wasn't until Joan was fifteen years old that her father died in a fire in one of his office buildings. The police department said it was arson and they did not know who did it but they would get back to the family once they knew. That was never. It was like their father's murderer got away. So when she went to college she started in the criminal justice field. She had found out that even though you found some things, some things had to stay secret. That was when she found out about journalism and preferred that one. After graduation with a journalism major with a criminal justice minor Joan took a job in Vegas and has loved it there ever since.

Twenty years ago Zahra was born to the blacksmith [Karr Armstrong] and a nomadic priestess [ Inas Karim ]. The couple was overjoyed with the introduction of her in their life. Her father was over protective of her and her mother was the laid back one. As a toddler she always went to her father, she was always, and would always be a daddy's girl. The child watched her parents closely. Her father was frequently in the forge and her mother would either praying, looking at books, or off in the forest somewhere. First she started to pick up her father's trade. Karr would constantly give Zahra things to do while he was in the forge but she always sneaked in while he was entranced with his work and he could not hear over the sound of metal. At first the noise was hard to listen to, it was so loud, but then it soon became like white noise to her, it soothed her.

One day when he father wasn't paying attention to her she walked over to one of his hammers and tried to move it - they were very heavy. She tried pushing, pulling, and turning, but none of it worked. No matter what she still tried and she was so focused she didn't hear the clanking stop. "Let's go play outside." Karr said to her and she pursed her lips and shook her head so violently that it shook some of her body. "I wanna be here!" Zahra told him in a pouty voice. He managed to get her out but she still kept coming back, so to entertain her he let her try to move his smallest hammer.

Because she had been messing with the smithy items for so long it was noticeable that Zahra was a lot stronger than the other children and she bragged about it. She showed them feats of strength and just like her father, challenged them to arm wrestling. Zahra was not one to pick a fight but she didn't stand to let anyone walk over her and her friends. It didn't take long for Zahra to get the reputation of one of the village's strongest kids. Zahra primarily hung out with the boys her age, save for a few girls, and when she went home from the elementary level of school she was often covered in scrapes. Karr worried a little bit but knew that his daughter was strong and Inas didn't mind it, she said children would be children, as long as she kept up with her school work, and Zahra did. Zahra admired her mom because she was able to tell her about so many things and she heard so many different stories. But it was noticeable to both parents that she cared more about roughhousing and even protecting people from anything. One day her Karr came to pick her up from school for the evening and saw her with a stick pointing in one direction. A few children stood behind her. "BACK BEAST! DON'T WORRY I WILL PROTECT YOU!" Zahra started to imitate the monster attacks, ones that she had heard about from the knights and what Old Man John did.

[ P e r s o n a l i t y ]
Blunt - If you ask her a question, she will give you her honest opinion. Sometimes it isn't the nicest thing to say.
Protective - It is not common for Zahra to attach herself to people really quick, but to those she is close with she cares immensely for them. She will not allow any harm to come to them, even if that means she will be hurt in the process.
Dependable - If Zahra has made a promise to you, she will keep that promise at all costs. Also, if you need something to be done and are unable to do it, if you ask her for help she will do what she can.
Hard Worker - Zahra is dedicated to be a knight. When she is on the job she doesn't dilly-dally. When she is at work, she is there for the job and nothing else.

Martial Arts Training (Kelikore) - In her ancestral clan, the Djinn have a hidden form of martial arts that they teach the children of the clan. It is a very difficult art form and it takes a while to master it. Though Zahra has done really well in learning the martial arts, she has come nowhere close to mastering it.
Earth Magic - Again, like the rest of Djinn tribe she has acquired Earth magic. Her mother, Inas, was a priestess of the clan and taught her what she knows. Zahra doesn't care too much for using magic, she would rather use force, but she will if the situation arises.
