Scott Lang AKA Ant-Man

Age: Late 20s.

Bio/History: Scott Lang was a former thief and electrical engineer. After being released from prison, Scott attempted to give up his law-breaking ways. However, after his daughter needed a life-saving heart operation, Lang stole the Ant-Man suit to rescue Dr Erika Sondeheim, the only Doctor who could save Cassie's life, who had been captured by insane Mutant Businessman, Darren Cross.
After his daughter's life was saved, Scott attempted to hand himself into the Police, but was stopped by Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, who let Scott keep the suit, upon the condition that he only use it for good.

Canon base: Marvel Comics (but Movie Gifs/pictures etc will be used)

Powers/Abilities:
Ant-Man can shrink down to an inch tall via Pym Particles. Furthermore, he can communicate with Ants via his helmet. Also, Scott is an expert in electrical engineering, and retains his human strength and density, even when small.

Strengths:
Ant-Man can sneak into virtually anywhere while small, and can summon whole armies of Ants to do his bidding.

Weaknesses:
Despite retaining his strength and density while small, Scott is still susceptible to being eaten by animals or birds, or being captured very easily. Tall grass and other objects larger than him can also cause a problem.

Personality:
Scott Lang is a funny, charming fellow. However, he is very self-deprecating, often doubting himself, his own abilities, and his skills as a father. Scott also gives into temptation a lot, and can sometimes become frustrated by people mocking him or confusing him with Hank Pym or Eric O'Grady.

Family/Friends:
His daughter, Cassie, formerly Stature of the Young Avengers.
His Ex-Wife, Peggy.
His best friend and former supervillain Grizzly.
His other supervillain Employee, Machinesmith.

Animal Spirit:
An Ant. What else could it be? :P

"I'm the human. I was trying to make my pet sit. Blasted thing decided the kid I had chained was tasty. I WAS GOING TO EAT THAT BOY!"

Name:
"My name? It is DR. ZANZIBAR!"

Age:
"Too long

Bio/History:
"I used to be a well known and respected geneticist till a great boom killed everything. Before that, I was working on a super special project that would turn puppies and kitties into machines of death in a hidden facility. Said facility was underground and certain areas collapsed. I watched as everyone slowly starved to death! I survived for whatever damn reason and VERY slowly did I lose my sanity being cooped up in dark dungeon. Many, many years later did I get out thanks to a few survivors like me!

I also discovered I could give life! Free immortality for every gullible cutie! All they had to do was die!

I spent years in a Mountain studying things. During that time, mankind slowly licked its wounds, but now we had to play nice with mutants like dragons and griffins. I helped defeat the dragons with my undead kittens! The music they produced was so very heartwarming I was moved to tears.

I then helped out defeat underground elves when they tortured and killed some humans digging shinies up. Said elves were beaten. I helped out the humans, dragons, griffins, and underground elves to fight against ground elves and other mutants. Unfortunately, the war ended with neither side winning and peace ensued. Now I find myself with strangers. I wonder if they have popcorn? "

Canon base:
OC

Powers/Abilities:
"Why my good pal, I am able rise the dead! Though I won't use it on sentient dead beings, sapient only which is why I have an army of undead kittens! I also used to be a genetic scientist before my world went to hip-hop death and delightful man eaters took over. I also have lots of skill in close combat because I love seeing the horror filled eyes of the people as I happily bash in their skulls! Also, Psionic/magic even though I focus mostly on necromancy. Also, can't die normally. I was a BBQ steak, took a few centuries for all my fleshy bits to come back. Fun times! Fourth Wall awareness as well, but don't expect me to bash it open. "

Strengths:
"I'm smart and I have an army of undead kittens. I also have skills in close combat as mentioned before. Lots and lots of stamina and extreme willpower! I also like using cunning."

Weaknesses:
"I'm more likely to stab you in the rear and happily sing of your demise than be friends with you. I also don't give a heart about why I'm here. I still need to eat, sleep, and drink even though I can live without it. However, if I do not get those things, my magic is poopy and my kittens go crazy. Also, if I use my magic/Psionic too much then bad things happen to my old body."

In other words the Doc loses control of his cats. If he uses his magic too much, he can suffer debuffs such as a headache that will grow worse. Though, he will have to use his magic a lot. Zanzibar also won't fight unless it involves him directly or threatens his personal goals so don't expect him to come running to your rescue. He also acts alone and only team up if it furthers his own agenda.

Personality:
"I like to be funny as your corpse dangles from a tree and I throw darts into it!"

Erratic, somewhat insane, has a dark sense of humor, and is more likely to kill you than make friends.

Family/Friends:
"All my family are good, pristine bones! The few friends I have are Hamzah, Jason, Solomon, and good old Archy!"

Animal Spirit:
"Do kitty cats count?"

Joker, Real name unknown.

Age:
Uknown, possiblely between late twenties to early forties.

Bio/History:
http://batman.wikia.com/wiki/The_Joker_(DC_Animated_Universe)
Sometime before capturing Robin and his death.

Canon base:
*Singing* "The DC Animated Series!"

Powers/Abilities:
http://batman.wikia.com/wiki/The_Joker_(DC_Animated_Universe)

Strengths:
"Why I just love a good punch line and a good laugh! Come on people, laugh with me!"

The Joker is an extremely dangerous regular human due to his intelligence and sadistic nature. Joker has an unusual ability to cheat such as surviving a longfall or even being mind wiped. He has a very large aersnal to carry out his crimes such as his Acid Flower and two hyenas named Bud and Lou. Joker also has somehow obtained the strength, conditioning, and knowledge of both Batman and Robin. An expert lair as well.

Weaknesses:
Joker, however, is still human. He can die, if it wasn't for his ability to cheat death, and has no regard for the lives of the innocent. He is also insane and explodes when he has to explain his jokes. Joker also sees Batman as a 'friend' which, in his supposed death, sent him into a depression.

"Without Batman, crime has no punchline."

Personality:
Joker's nature seems to revolve entirely around causing chaos in comedic fashion and takes pleasure in the pain of others. He is also cunning due to his lies and schemes. However, it has been shown that Joker does have some emotion such as when Batman died, being killed by Robin, or the IRS.

Family/Friends:
Has a Cousin, but rest of family is unknown.

Harley Quinn could be considered a love interest.

Joker, for whatever sick reason, sees Batman as a friend.

Has teamed up with other villains.

Animal Spirit:

Personality:
Because she's had so many bad experiences, Ellie doesn't like to get attached to anyone. But inside, she has a kind and compassionate heart and will always try to do the right thing for people who deserve it. Unfortunately, her fear of losing people is stronger than her craving for company.

Batman (Kirk Langstrom)

Age: mid 30's-ealry 40's

Bio/History:
Kirk Langstrom was a brilliant student in college, one of a group known as "Luthor's Boys". His best friends were William Magnus and his then-girlfriend Tina, the only ones who could help the introverted Kirk out of his shell. Kirk devoted most of his time to trying to create a cure for Lymphoma, using the anti-coagulant properties of the saliva of a vampire bat to break down the tumor, but his serums always broke down before they could finish the job. Using Will's nanotech as a bonding agent, Kirk created a serum he believed would work. Unfortunately, though the serum DID cure his cancer, it also mutated him, splicing his DNA with that of the bat saliva in his serum, transforming Kirk into a pseudo-vampire himself, now dependent on blood to stay alive. For an unknown amount of time, Kirk wandered the streets, until Superman and Wonder Woman found him, sucking on a rat.

Name:
Yuki Amano and Yuno Gasai

Age:
Both 14

Bio/History:
Yukiteru is a 14 year old middle school student who observes those around him as a bystander and writes it down in his cell phone diary. Yuki becomes involved in the Diary Game when, to his shock, Deus, a god-like being whom he thought was an imaginary friend, turns out to be real and selects him as one of twelve contestants in a 90 day battle royale where the contestants must kill each other using their special diaries; the last survivor becomes Deus's new heir.

Yuno was adopted by her foster parents at a young age. Yuno's life was a happy one for several years until the strain of money began to emotionally and psychologically affect her parents. Yuno's father stayed away at work until the late hours and barely interacted with his family. Yuno's mother began to abuse her, wanting her to become the "perfect citizen", eventually locking her in a cage and timing everything she did, from sleeping to eating. Yuno's mother went to the extreme, leaving Yuno to starve and at times force-feeding her inedible materials, although it is implied in the anime that Yuno did this to herself to survive. While Yuno's father was objective to his wife's severe treatment of Yuno, he did little to nothing to stop her. In the anime, Yuno's mother was ill and believed she was a terrible wife and mother, and believed punishing Yuno was her only way to earn happiness.

Eventually, Yuno snapped and managed to imprison her parents in the cage as punishment. However, she neglected to check in on her parents and they starved to death. Not removing the corpses from her house, Yuno began to act like they were still alive and talked to them, her home's electricity cut off due to unpaid bills. Now with nothing left to live for, Yuno fell into despair, to the point as was put in detention at school to write up her dreams for the future. Not having any dreams, Yuno turned to the only other person in the classroom: Yukiteru.

Asking him what his dreams were, Yuno learnt Yukiteru wished to go stargazing with his parents who had recently divorced. His dreams seemingly ruined, Yuno suggested seeing the stars with him. While Yukiteru objected to going with her instead of his family, Yuno proposed becoming his "bride". Believing Yuno to be joking, Yukiteru agreed but only when the pair grew up. However, in Yuno's view, she believed Yukiteru was serious and her whole life became focused on him. Completely.

Canon base:
Future Diary

Powers/Abilities:
Yuki's diary is called the Observance Diary, which written from his point of view, gives a detailed explanation of his surroundings very accurately and informs him of the future up to ten minutes ahead of time.

Yuno's diary is the Yukiteru Diary, which tells her everything happening/going to happen to Yuki in intervals of ten minutes. While this means that her diary is basically useless by itself, if combined with Yukiteru's Random Diary that predicts Yukiteru's surroundings, it can cover Yuno's weakness and protect Yukiteru, making the two a fearsome duo.

Yuno is also a remarkably gifted killer. Although she possesses no real powers, Yuno has an uncanny sense of aim, and can use any small object as a deadly projectile. She has killed people with toothpicks, pencils, cards, and other ordinary objects, hurling them with fatal accuracy. Her perhaps most fearsome ability along with her great intelligence is her consummate skill utilizing a wide ranging collection of differing types of weaponry. These include blades, knives, axes, swords, pistols, and machine guns. She is also fairly acknowledgable of poison and drugs although she uses them rarely. She has also demonstrated to be quite skilled in infiltration, as she has in more than one occasion entered a building unnoticed even while it was protected by the police.

Strengths:
The power of their love.

Weaknesses:
While versatile in any situation, the main disadvantage of Yuki's Observance Diary is that the diary does not tell him what is happening to himself, which leaves him vulnerable. Furthermore, since the diary is written from his point of view, Yuki can be tricked into thinking something he sees is true without realizing it, which is a disadvantage for other people who use the Observance Diary.

Yuno's insanity

Personality:
Yuki is most well known for his crybaby personality. He also has a tendency to cower while in battle, usually relying on Yuno for protection. He lacks confidence and is usually submissive to confrontation. He is well aware of and initially fears Yuno's insanity regarding him, but has a strong desire to keep her sane, often forgiving her for her mistakes and keeping her from murdering others. After the deaths of his parents, however, his desire increases exponentially and he becomes more vicious, cunning, brave, and willing to kill.

Yuno's personality is an ambiguous one. For the most part she is a sweet, feminine and sometimes shy girl when around Yukiteru. But, this masks her dark and sanguinary side--a ruthless, cold and calculating psychopath who has little, if any problem in using others for her ends- her and Yukiteru's survival. She will resort to cruel and usually violent methods, most of the time coming out of nowhere, that generally end in bloody deaths.

Family/Friends:
Each other. Yuno doesn't like others taking her Yuki's attention.

Animal Spirit:
The mouse and the snake.

"They may all look the same to you, but there are different kinds and different levels of evil. A first-class villain doesn't target honest lives."

Name: Unknown, usually known by his codename "Accelerator"

    Age: 16 years old

    Biography

Known as the strongest Esper in all of Academy City, Accelerator is one of the most feared and powerful characters within the series, and with good reason.

Much of his past is unknown, but Accelerator mentions that he once had a "normal name" which has yet to be revealed, and most likely never will, as Accelerator himself forgot it. He spent his childhood at the Special Ability Institute after his powers were recognized as something greatly beyond what other Espers displayed, until the age of nine when he was moved to another special class.

Shortly into the series, he would take part in the "Level 6 Shift" Program, a project that hoped to create the first Level 6 Esper by hoping to make use of his powers to the point at which they'd become strong enough to become what the higher-ups at Academy City would classify as the power of a Level 6. This project mainly involved slaughtering thousands of clones of another Level 5 Esper, Mikoto Misaka, though the project was put to a stop when a Level 0 Esper, the weakest level of all, named Touma Kamijou defeated Accelerator in a fight, shaming him with the notion that the strongest had been defeated by the weakest.

Shortly after, he would come across a small child known as Last Order, revealed to be the 20,001st clone of Mikoto Misaka, and the two of them would develop a strange, unorthodox friendship. Accelerator would find himself often protecting Last Order, most notably from the likes of a mad scientist named Ao Amai and his former mentor, Amata Kihara.

Accelerator currently resides within the apartment of Aiho Yomikawa, a local P.E. teacher and member of the city's police and security force known as "Anti-Skill."

    Canon: Raildex

    Powers / Abilities

Accelerator's powers are based on "Vector Transformation," also known as "Vector Change" and "Vector Conversion." He can control vectors (magnitude and direction) and influence objects that have vectors such as bullets, heat, and electricity. Accelerator is both passive and active in usage, or can even be a referred to as defensive and offensive.

Redirection - The default and the most basic use of Accelerator's power, allowing him to be protected from nearly any sort of attack, and he even boasts that with it he is able to even withstand a nuclear missile, shock-wave, heat, and radiation. It is this barrier that reflects anything harmful to him that gave him his infamous look. His albino appearance is because his body doesn't need to produce protection from the harmful UV rays as Accelerator's power does it for him which has caused his body to stop producing Melanin as it no longer needs to. Moreover, his androgynous appearance is due to his power, as their is lack of outside stimulus, there is an imbalance of hormones that gave him his looks. As such, it is up to him to actively allow things like light and gravity to affect him. It is said to even be able to reflect teleportation vectors in the 11th dimension, though a strange phenomenon would occur in the 3-dimensional world, so thus people could not teleport harmful objects into his body, as most teleporters would do in a battle.

In short, basically a nigh-impenetrable barrier, though with a few weaknesses that one would have to get creative to figure out.

Vector Control - The active effect of the Accelerator and requires active calculations in order to maintain it, as even a slight error can nullify the effect. With this power, he has access to all sorts of abilities, like generating small earthquakes by altering the vector of force applied to the ground by his feet and causes a little explosion made of earth and rocks to attack his opponents. He also has a pseudo form of telekinesis, able to touch an object and from there, changing the magnitude of vectors he comes in contact with. He can kick rocks and cause them to hit like bullets, push train rails out of their sockets simply by stomping on them and using his power to send them rain down on someone. This ability also allows him to mimic superhuman strength, as he once used it to pick up and throw a concrete wall.

Aerokinesis - The ability to re-vector the surrounding winds and force them to congregate at a single point creating an extremely high velocity wind, but it had flaws like when the wind is moving in an abnormal direction or when his vector calculations are disturbed by sound. By controlling the wind, he can also propel himself in the air and fly, creating four small tornadoes on his back to launch himself.

Awakening - When he awakens, Accelerator usually loses almost all control of himself and begins to speak in the language of the angels. He gains the ability to understand laws that are hitherto unknown and unexplainable to him, and no longer needs contact with vectors to control them. When under tremendous emotional pressure such as rage, he manifests massive black wings, stated to be made of "Dark Matter."

In short, his "ultimate" form that destroys everything that he wishes.

Able marksman - Self-explanatory. He's surprisingly good with a gun for someone who doesn't need it at all, though he doesn't carry one around.

Strengths: Really goddamn strong. Ruthless in battle. Doesn't underestimate his foes, even despite his strength. Pretty good with machines.

Weaknesses: Unable to walk well without his crutch or make great use of his motor skills after surviving a bullet to the brain.

    Personality

Due to the potential of his ability, Accelerator has been targeted by assassins and researchers throughout his life. As a result, he believes only in power and trusts no one. While fighting, he invokes fear and has a sadistic tone. He willingly joins the SISTER experiment to gain a reputation as the most powerful and feared psychic so that no one would dare be foolish enough to challenge him and won't hesitate to kill any who get in his way. The Sisters' memories of his behavior during the experiment may suggest that he is, in a way, a pacifist; because his power won't disappear, the only way he sees an end to the fighting is to be so strong and sadistic that no one would dare to raise a finger against him. He even seems to attempt to frighten the Sisters out of fighting or otherwise encourage them to refuse their battles.

After meeting Last Order, he strives to protect her and reforms quite a bit, becoming less sadistic and heartless. He saved her from Ao Amai's plot and from being pursued by the Hound Dogs. He styles himself as the perfect villain in contrast to Touma being the ideal hero, admittedly somewhat jealous of Touma's heroic personality. By comparison according to Heaven Canceller, Touma and Accelerator are very similar, but their methods are like opposite sides of a coin; Touma is able to protect his loved ones without killing and is able to stand by their side, while Accelerator protects his loved ones through violent methods and even admits that he is unable to stand by Last Order and Yomikawa Aiho's side. Deep down, he is someone that aches for the light.

Accelerator was shown to often underestimate his enemies earlier in the series, which led to his loss against Touma. However, after nearly being killed by Kihara Amata and fighting Komaba Ritoku, he no longer underestimates his enemies. This fact is noted by one of the terrorists in Hula Hoop in Volume 19 as possibly being the most terrifying thing about him: he always uses exactly how much force he needs to in order to defeat his enemy: no more and no less. If he ever underestimated his enemies, it would have given them an opening they could have exploited, but since he didn't, he simply wiped them out.

    Acquaintances

Last Order - Although reluctant at first Accelerator eventually decided to protect Last Order with his life. It has been stated that Accelerator is a parental figure for Last Order, and their interactions are like that of father and daughter.

Aiho Yomikawa - Accelerator's legal guardian and roommate.

Motoharu Tsuchimikado - Accelerator's superior in the organization known as GROUP. Little does Accelerator know, knowing only of the science world, Tsuchimikado has ties to the magic world, most notably working with a magician named Kaori Kanzaki.

Animal Spirit: Tiger. Aggressive, yet protective.

"The speed of my slash woven by my Shichiten Shichitou, Nanasen, can kill a person seven times in the period known as an instant. People call this an instant kill. Calling it a certain-kill would not be incorrect either."

    Name: Kaori Kanzaki

    Age: 18 years old

    Biography

She was tremendously blessed as a child. She was born as a Saint, and was chosen to be the Supreme Pontiff of the Amakusa-Style Remix of Church since birth. She has the uncanny ability to succeed in no matter what she does, though she realizes that when something fortunate happens to her, something misfortunate happens to others in turn. However, those people who are misfortunate, still admired her regardless, and through hither, Kaori became disillusioned with her sect, blaming herself for their misfortune. This led her to despise the concept of luck and fortune as her fortune in turn only bring misery to those around her from what she can see, as it has been mentioned in the novels she no longer wants to see innocent people rushing to protect her, dying in the process, and saying with their last breath that it's alright as long as she's fine.

Three years before the start of the series, Kaori defects from the Amakusa-Style Remix of Church to the Anglican Church, and becomes a part of the Church of Necessary Evil. There, she meets Tsuchimikado Motoharu, who teaches her proper English, as well as Stiyl Magnus, and Index, where they become good friends.

She is later told by the church that Index needs her memories erased once a year, since her mind has been overloaded by too much information since she only has 15% of the brain left for the rest of its functions. Having found no way to have Index preserve her memories, she opted to take pictures of them together one last time. Both Kaori and Stiyl are later persuaded by Laura Stuart to erase Index's memories, weeping by her side and giving her the pictures that they took in memory of the time they spent together. Even then, both of them tried to create new memories with Index, but later grew weary of the process of trying to make new memories with her and the fact that Index was often pained when she realized that she would forget them again, because of this they gave up, and allowed Index to believe that they were enemies of hers and were after the Grimoires.

After some complications, it is revealed that Index does not actually require memory wiping, and simply put, Index currently resides with Touma, safe and well, much to Kanzaki's gratitude. Over the course of the series, she comes to ally herself with Touma when faced with forces that would threaten the safety of the world.

    Powers / Abilities

Stigma - The ability to call upon God's power as a Saint who has bodily characteristics similar to the Son of God, she is endowed with super-human capabilities. Kaori uses this in combination with the Amakusa Style to perform magic that can stand up to Christian Angels. With this, she can move at up to massively hypersonic speeds and sports superhuman physical strength.

Opila Rune - She can set up a rune that creates a barrier that only lets others she allows inside.

Amakusa Style Combat - Using steel wires and her sword, "Shichiten Shichitou," she can perform many powerful techniques, like "Nanasen," her main attack, which uses 7 wires which can "split" into thousands to surround and cut the enemy, as well as "Yuisen," which is a charging aura that infuses her sword with magic energy, greatly strengthening it. She also able to cast fire and ice spells with her wires. Her notable "Red Lotus Flames" technique allows her to summon a strong red flame to surround the target, creating three explosions upon the target, and finally, Kaori can choose to slash the target with her sword.

Breaker of God - Standard "power-up" mode that puts great strain on her body in return for even greater strength in battle.

Somehow able to survive being in space and going through reentry - Self-explanatory.

Strengths: Compassionate. Somewhat soft-spoken yet strong-willed.

Weaknesses: Naive at times, especially when it comes to... indecency. Not good with machines at all. Unable to even use a washing machine.

    Personality

Her personality gradually changes, as with all the members of Necessarius that have met Touma, showing a kinder side to herself and others after Touma saves Index and helps to confront her past with the Amakusa-Style Remix of Church, feeling more comfortable and grateful to Touma, becoming more prone to showing emotion and sometimes showing a little embarrassment with other people. Outside combat situations she pursues the behavior of a Yamato Nadeshiko, or "ideal woman," however her manner of speech and demeanor when serious resemble that of a Samurai.

    Acquaintances

Index - The two of them were once friends, though one-sided memory loss can mess a lot of things up.

Touma Kamijou - Touma is someone that Kaori feels a lot of debt to. This started after he saved Index, something Kaori was unable to do. Then he helped out the Amakusa's and she felt her debt to him continue to grow. It is even rumored that she has a small crush on him, though for the time being, they simply remain allies and unorthodox friends.

Motoharu Tsuchimikado - Motoharu is some who gets under her skin. However, they are forced to work together quite frequently. Little does Kanzaki know, as she knows only of the magic world, Tsuchimikado has ties to the science world, and happens to know an Esper named Accelerator.

Animal Spirit: Lion. Destructive, yet gentle.
