  Distinguishing Features: Charlie has a tattoo on her upper arms and shoulders of wings (see photo) and a variety of small tattoo's across her body. She has a scar on her back a little above her right hip.

  External Personality: Charlie is a sarcastic person who tends to get in the position of leadership. She is very intelligent, and it shows in how she acts. At work she is a force to be reckoned with, working hand in hand with the woman who runs operations as her on-the-scene gal. She is professional ('despite' her tattoos) and very proud of what she had done. She keeps a neat office, her newfound degree on her wall.
  Internal Personality: Charlie is a surprising romantic and is more understanding than one would assume of someone who never volunteers. She also loves cats, having a munchkin kitten of her own.
