  Rosangela was born on May 22 of 2011 in New York City. However, she was born during the time of a massive earthquake in another part of the world. This was also around the time things in the world were plummeting from bad to worse. Her family was born into a working lower class, her mother and father working odd jobs here and there to keep food on the table. However, this was also around the time, most of the richer families were robbing the poor of everything they had. If her father had quickly moved the family out of New York City into the poorer parts of the Bronx, Rosangela and her mother would have been sold and her father killed on sight.
  
  They remained in the Bronx until both Rosangela's parents managed to find a stable job within the crumbling economy, the business owner, who was a sweet old man, allowed her parents to work and get paid just enough to allow Rosangela to have a somewhat normal life. However, this didn't stop people from questioning the strange child. From the get-go, a lot of children didn't like being around Rosangela due to the fact she sometimes appeared to be out of it when it came to conversations and she appeared to also be looking in the direction of the closest ocean. Another thing that freaked people out was her ability to hold her breath for a long period of time as well as swim very quickly.
  
  Rosangela would get picked on for these talents while others found them cool. Thankfully, Rosangela did meet people who were more understanding of her abilities and became fast friends with them. Over the years, these talents got better. She was capable of staying underwater a lot longer, swimming faster and getting a better understanding of the water around her. Rosangela would tell her mother and father about her swims, even admitting that she was afraid of these talents since no other person could do what she did. Even her own parents couldn't explain her strange traits and just said that she was special. Rosangela would accept this until her 14th year. Her mother was kidnapped from shopping for food. Of course, Rosangela and her father went on a full search for her, even asking for the police for help.
  
  Using her talents, she would search the waters around the area as her father and the officers searched the land. Months would go by and no sign of Rosangela's mother appeared. It wasn't until around the 10th month, Rosangela found her mother while she was doing her routine swimming, her body was bloated but she was still recognizable due to a few features her mother had. Rosangela and her father gave her mother a proper burial. To this day, the police are still looking for the killer. Rosangela never went back into the water, still traumatized by the discovery of her dead mother.
  
  Six, almost seven years, had passed since her mother's death and discovery. She still hasn't gone into the water, even though her body aches to go for another. On, or at least around, her 21st birthday, she promised to go back and swim. Unknown to Rosangela, her talents aren't sheer dumb luck, there is a reason why she was given them. It will just be a matter of time until her powers fully awaken and she can take her proper role as the "Ocean Princess".

  Rosangela wears a choker with a key on it, her mother and father had once told her that she was born with it on and it has been 'growing' with her. Of course, Rosangela doesn't believe it. This will help her later in the future. Rosangela's name Astrid Callidora Darya is said to mean gentle, beautiful goddess and princess of the ocean'. Rosangela was supposed to be named Astrid, however, her father had changed her name at the last minute to Rosangela; a combination of Rose and Angela, named after her late grandmother on her dad's side and her mother's grandmother.

BACKGROUND

Born as an illegitimate child to a rich bastard, most people these days would look at him with envy. Yet everything comes with some downsides. Growing up, Hibiki lived a pretty sheltered and somewhat solitary lifestyle. His mother was nowhere to be seen, whether she was held captive somewhere in the manor or discarded after losing her worth, he wasn't sure. His father never bothered making an effort in parenting. In fact he only caught a glimpse of him once when he was introduced to his older brother, the legal heir to their fortune.

From what Hibiki understood, as the illegitimate child, he was the backup. His older brother constantly faced dangers anyone in his position faced. From kidnappings to assassination attempts. As a stingy man overcome with greed, the chances of his father saving his brother should something happen were slim. As such, Hibiki never had many interactions with this elder brother of his either. Aside from being used as a sparring partner/practice dummy, they didn't speak to each other nor share any brotherly sentiments.

However, it wasn't as if he was completely alone. He had a twin sister who he could confide in. The two were close yet had few interactions with each other. Since they both served different purposes in his father's eyes, he kept them apart for the sake of limiting distractions. This didn't stop Hibiki. He would often sneak away from the tutor to visit her and passed her letters under the crack of her door. It was minimal contact he often got punished for but it was treasured all the same.

Days passed on slowly. Whenever he wasn't bothering his sister, he spent his days cared for by caretakers and wasting his time away learning anything the tutors could stuff into him. In short, he was raised to be an equal to his older brother yet always fell short of his father's criteria. It was a boring life many in poverty would most likely yearn for. Even if he wasn't spoiled rotten, it wasn't as if he lacked necessities. If one had to describe the experience, only one word would suffice; purgatory. Stuck indoors all day made keeping track of the time useless. There was nothing to look forward to and few memories to recall to pass it.

Had his older brother not attempted to take his life before he came of age, Hibiki would have remained in that dissociated state where time didn't flow. It wasn't to say he didn't expect it. Even if his intelligence was lacking, his strength was nearly on par with his sparring partner, making him a threat in his brother's eyes. What truly surprised him, however, was the fact that his older sibling handled the matter personally. Even more of a surprise was that that he actually almost succeeded. Their duels as of late had ended in draws. Even then it was simply because Hibiki felt it was pointless to win. Had he known his brother was also hiding his own cards, he would have never been so careless. Even an idiot valued their life.

Just as death prepared to knock on his door, his sister interfered. She pleaded for his life and the chance to run away, promising to never return. To Hibiki's surprise, his brother agreed. Not the least bit suspicious, Hibiki accepted his show of generosity. He didn't bother packing anything and left into the unknown, leaving purgatory and his sister behind.

The following days were rough yet enlightening. He was robbed of half of the money his sister gave them on the first day and had to earn money doing odd jobs as he traveled. Worried his brother would take back his word or that his father would send people after him, Hibiki's appearance went through a major change as soon as he earned enough money. At first he dyed his hair pink and dressed in dark clothing thinking that would help him avoid any unnecessary complications. It worked for some time yet soon enough he began feeling uneasy.

He had just settled into a small studio when he was attacked by a group of people. He was unsure whether they wished to take his life or take him back home, but he had no time to care. Hibiki took no chances and jumped off of the fourth floor balcony, preferring to die rather than submit to that life once more. He braced himself for some serious pain as he descended. It was at this moment he began to discover his dormant abilities. A strong gust of wind broke his fall, leaving him with only a sprained ankle in the process.

Healthy and alive, he scurried off and changed his appearance some more. With few options left, Hibiki shoplifted make up like it was going out of style and used his artistic talents to hide his gender. His pursuers probably hadn't expected as much. The next few years consisted of traveling and working for food and shelter. While the was always on his toes, Hibiki now Kimi, also had much more time to discover himself far beyond those cold walls. In the process he gained better control over his abilities. Unbeknownst to him, however, his power's awakening was quickly approaching and he would soon find his abilities to be anything but coincidental.

ARSENAL

Weather Manipulation
Linked to his emotions is his ability to manipulate the weather. However, if he wants a certain change to occur, he can also communicate with the clouds and such to tempt them into doing what he wants. Along with this is naturally being able to predict the weather and sensing changes in the environment through his emotional link to it.

Passive Abilities:
Sea Serpent Physiology
As the vessel of the Dragon's Triangle, Kimi gains the ability to partially transform his skin into durable scales and can even grow a long horrifying tail with a webbed tail fin to aid him in swimming faster and allowing him to pull off precise movements most humans are incapable of underwater. This also includes retractable claws, enhanced flexibility, and the ability to breathe underwater.

History Embodiment
Speaks for itself. He is the vessel for the Dragon's Triangle and inherits all of the knowledge it holds. He knows exactly how all of those ships and planes perished as well as why.

Guardian Inheritance
Since he is the vessel for the curse mentioned above, he inherits its abilities as well as those of the prior vessels along with everything that plagued them.

The spear is his go to weapon, constructed from whatever weather he has going at that point and time, However, it isn't unusual to see him with a sword instead.

Weaknesses:
▹The weather can become unstable or generated accidentally should his emotions overwhelm him. Likewise, since his emotions are so in sync with the weather, unnatural events such as a man made effect on the weather or pollution in general can overwhelm his emotions in turn or make him feel ill.

▹He is mortal. Even if he's a good swimmer, he can drown.

▹Just because he can communicate with the weather, it doesn't mean it HAS to listen to him. It's unreliable and unbelievably temperamental. Worse comes to worse, it backfires and strikes him instead or does the exact opposite of what he wants. Most of the time however, it tends to ignore him. Also to use this ability, he requires the ability to speak.

▹If the weather isn't suitable to construct a weapon, Hibiki will either have to try to make something useful happen or just remain unarmed.

▹Since he was sheltered indoors for most of his life, it wasn't as if he could practice or realize he even had powers for quite some time. That being the case, he is a novice when it comes to controlling his abilities. With his current confidence, he focuses on the Aeromancy the most, leaving his experience with precipitation and thermal related abilities lacking.

• Isabella grew up as the oldest of five children in a very poor household. The schools she attended were a blend of rich and poor, though the poor were noticeably in the minority. She was mercilessly bullied for the state of her clothes, her hair, her possessions, and eventually, her grades, because she had little time to spare for studying. Her parents both worked multiple jobs, leaving her to care for her younger siblings. Isabella grew up resenting her family, wishing desperately to be independent. This may or may not have had anything to do with the bitter voice that whispered to her sometimes in the dead of night.
  
  When she was 16, she started working at a restaurant. She saved up enough money so that the day she turned 18, she signed a lease on her own apartment and left her family. By this time, Isabella had graduated high school by the skin of her teeth, and she was working three jobs: a server, a warehouse manager, and a clothes store associate. Typically, she would wake up, go to the store, then the restaurant on weekends, and the warehouse overnight on weekdays. She fought tooth and nail to gain the respect of her coworkers, and even if they don't like her, they know she is more than capable of holding her own.
  
  When she turned 21, the voice no longer whispered. It spoke clearly to her of her new capabilities, and she quit her job at the clothes store, getting a job as a lifeguard instead. On her one night a week off, she started swimming deep into the ocean, where she learned to tap into her sea monster form and manipulate the weather and the sea. Some of the regulars at the beach taught her how to surf, which has become one of her passions.
  
  Isabella has not seen nor spoken to her family since leaving home. The voice in her head tells her she doesn't need them, that they've done nothing but keep her tied down, and she believes him, for the most part. She keeps her days busy, and tells herself she doesn't have time for friends. Sometimes she struggles with keeping her powers in check, but the hardest part is reining back the boiling violence of the voice in her head when something triggers her rage.
