I'm Avery Scott from First Exposure by Elisabeth Naughton. Awesome! I get to have sex with a hot dude! xD

I've been reading like a machine. Almost as much as I DIY these days. Anything to avoid hunting for jobs :<

Of the books I read this week, Anomaly by Krista McGee and The Testing by Joelle Charbonneau were my favourites! The most recent was the third book in the Testing trilogy, Graduation Day.

So I'm Malencia Vale, the student from the Five Lakes Colony who passed the testing and is leading a rebellion against the rebellion (lol it's true) to put an end to the Testing. But I don't approve of her love for Tomas, he's suspicious. I feel like he's deceiving her. If I was really her, I would ask him why he killed Zandri exactly. And find out why Will is protecting her :c

I've been powering through the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. I'm on the last book. Next up is the Maze Runner series. :D

So I guess I'm Clary, that's somewhat awkward, haha. She has a lot of problems.

I'm currently working my way through Metro 2034 by Dimitri Glukovsky. Prior to this one, I finished The Last Citadel by David L. Robbins.

The Golden Princess- S.M. Stirling

I am Órlaith, Heir Princess to the High King of what remains of the Western half of the USA after the Change. I'm apparently a beautiful warrior princess, with a magical sword that damn near breaks the threads of reality, so that's cool.

Downsides? Following in the footsteps of a family history of legends in their own time. My father was the leader of a quest for the magical sword that saw him cross the North American continent, on foot, in the ruins of an age, fighting a possessed enemy who could track him over leagues. He then united a set of nations locked in a bitter tension from their previous time as mortal enemies, to fight against The Enemy which sought to enslave all of humanity, and defeated it.
Now I may well be engaging a quest of my own, to aid another heiress to reclaim her People's Sword, and then wage war across the Pacific, in a new age of sail, against a similar evil that my father put to rest.

Fuck.

Too Many Curses
by A. Lee Martinez

Just started reading it last night... and I guess I'd be Nessy. Yeah, she's a kobold, and female. I'm human, and male. It would be a weird experience. Not counting the whole "wizard's cursed castle" thing. Which would only add to the "fun."

The book was interesting to read. I thought that the main characters were going to fall from each other but, I was so wrong. It was made by John Green and David Levithan, who had made great young adult books in the past. This book might be similar to J. D. Salinger's Catcher in the Rye, with teenage sexuality theme. This book is really from many teenagers and not from some adults (I mean it has a part where the main characters first meet at a porn shop, one of them got in with fake IDs and the other just walked in). And it also deals with being gay, disabilities, and illness. Only issue that I have is the manner of the characters feels unrealistic. But that's what mostly bugged me about the book. 4/5

Here is two quotes from the book (guess who wrote them):

"I think the idea of a 'mental health day' is something completely invented by people who have no clue what it's like to have bad mental health. The idea that your mind can be aired out in twenty-four hours is kind of like saying heart disease can be cured if you eat the right breakfast cereal. Mental health days only exist for people who have the luxury of saying 'I don't want to deal with things today' and then can take the whole day off, while the rest of us are stuck fighting the fights we always fight, with no one really caring one way or another, unless we choose to bring a gun to school or ruin the morning announcements with a suicide."

"I feel like my life is so scattered right now. Like it's all the small pieces of paper and someone's turned on the fan. But, talking to you makes me feel like the fan's been turned off for a little bit. Like things could actually make sense. You completely unscatter me, and I appreciate that so much."

Uhhh. Fuck my life. I am Caliban, perpetual half-elf jackass with abrother thats better then me in everything ever...

Yay?

There are three main characters in the last book (and series) I read and they are all awesome. And best part is that they're both Dragons 8D

Fuck. I'm literally half my previous size, I have a soul-breaking burden to carry that'll scar me to the end of my days, and worst of all, I'm actually irritating as fuck.

Freaking good book.. I don't need to tell you more. >.> Just go read it! Now!

I'm trying to decide if this is a clever spoiler or an honest mistake.
Honest mistake.

Than again I'd prefer to be one of the two brothers and not the sister in the books but w/e. That and I deleted some major spoilers in my previous edit of my post lol.

In any case you can tell they're all dragons easily by just the cover of the books xD

The book I'm reading right now is:

Fall of Damnos by Nick Kyme.

It's got a lot of main characters, and although the Necrontyr are cool, I'd have to go with Captain Cato Sicarius (Space Marine Fanboi right here). So yeah. I get a giant power suit, a whole Chapter of the Space Marine Army to lead, and a sick Power Sword.

My most recent was the third in a great series. Its called Dreams of gods and monsters and wraps up the whole series so wonderfully and perfectly hehe

Malory's Noble Tale of the SanGreal also known as Malory's Morte Darthur. It was a novel for my European Literature class. There are a number of characters I could possible be, but I'll go with Galahad.
