Because, for obvious reasons, I'm in need of a named and registered guard and servant. I also happen to have two characters banked, so this will max me out...

Name: Isabella Goldgard
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Species: Half-human, half-elf
Physical Description: Isabella is of average height and slender, with a decent amount of muscle definition from her work as a servant in the castle. She has light skin and feathery dark hair that comes down just below her shoulders. Her eyes are a dim blue-grey and she has full lips. She typically wears a simple short-sleeved brown dress that comes down just below her knees and a pair of flat brown shoes. When she isn't working, she has a few prettier dresses that she likes to wear.
Personality: Isabella is very reclusive and shy. She isn't one to approach people, nor is she one to open up to them. The only people with whom she really speaks are her mother; her brother, Lance; and the Queen - she barely even speaks to any of the other servants. She loves to bake and she is very good at it, and she also loves flowers. She works very hard at her job so that the other servants won't need to reprimand her or question her or communicate with her at all. Isabella does hope to one day meet a man, but she knows that he'll have to make the first move because she just doesn't have the confidence to approach anyone herself.
Bio/History: Isabella and Lance grew up in the castle with the Queen. Isabella is close in age to Arianna while Lance is a few years older. Their mother and father were a servant and a guard who had fallen in love at the castle and married. Their father passed away ten years ago, when they were nineteen and fourteen, and their mother is still working in the castle. The two of them, wanting to stay close to one another and their parents, as well as the Queen with whom they had been good friends as children, decided to follow in their parents' footsteps and take up the same occupations.

Physical Description: Lance is tall and has a muscular build. He has tanned white skin from the amount of time he spends outside, and his facial features are hard and masculine. He has thick, full lips and his eyes are a deep amber colour. His hair is straight and black, and comes down just below his shoulders. He rarely smiles, tending only to do so when it has something to do with his younger sister. He wears simple metal armour, and when he isn't working he wears simple black pants with a loose-fitting, long-sleeved white shirt.
Personality: Lance is gentle and good-hearted, and he cares very strongly about those he loves, though it is difficult to get on that list. He is happy to help anyone who needs it, but he tends to keep himself sheltered - he very rarely opens up, tending to do so only with his younger sister Isabella. He feels that his duty in life is to protect Isabella. He hopes to one day meet a girl to share his life with, but he won't allow a relationship to keep him from his sister.

Physical Description:Arron is a tall male, approximately 6'4. He commonly is seen wearing thin leather armor under a dark blue cape. He has green eyes and pointed ears due to his father, who was an elf. His hair is short and dark brown. He always wears a leather tool-belt with a hammer, chisel, and his prized dagger visible. On his hand he wears a ring on every finger, each with a rune on it. He has intricate silver bands going up his left arm, all with barley visible carvings. Arron has a strong build but is thin, which is typical for elves.

Personality:Arron is untrusting, which leads to disasters when he needs to trust people. Although kind, he always looks out for himself first. Many women have fell in love with Arron, but he knows he will just break there heart later, so he ignores them. One of his fatal flaws is his indecisiveness, it takes him long periods of time to make a decision. He only harms people if he absolutely has to, and is left with no chance.


Bio/History:Arron can't remember his childhood, but his parents died in a raid on the small village he grew up in. He was only in his mid teenage years when this occured and had to support his little brother, but had no job or experience working. A enchanter took him in and made Arron his apprentice. Arron later left the small village with his brother and went to the capital to sell his work. Now he has a steady income, and is starting to do minor mercenary work. Being an enchanter, he has vast knowledge of runes, so he can do complex rune magic, which is a heavily needed service in the kingdom.

-Alex is a kind soul with a troubled-ish past who hates violence. He is quoted saying "Why does it always have to be this way?" when in conflict.
Aesthetic Description:
-Alex has dark, sandy blonde hair that used to be a lot lighter. He wears a light blue t-shirt with a few dark blue stripes and an un-buttoned button-down shirt that is a deep almost navy blue. He wears blue jeans and black, or blue depending, Converse. His Knight's Armor, when he does wear it (which is rarely by the way), is mostly silver and blue with some white detailing. It even has a smancy silver cape. There is a small shield attached to the left arm of the armor that is removable.
Bio:
-Alex was an Imperial Knight. His life was finally going the right way. But one day his best-friend got him framed for a murder forcing Alex to run into the forest outside the kingdom's walls. Once there he found what appeared to be an ancient blade, and attached to the blade was a red and black card. He removed the card and picked up the sword. The handle was a golden color, the blade silver. And now he's arrived in the Kingdom of Astereon, seeking refuge.

Personality: Flirty, friendly, and fun loving. Will care for you no matter age, sex, or species. He does tend to flip out if you get him annoyed, though. And he is very sarcastic.
Bio/History: Left home when he was young, as is per usual with his kind. Decided to try out the kingdom, maybe find someone nice, stay with them for a while, grant a few wishes.
Other details: He can grant 3 wishes, though not outrageous ones.

Name: Zephyrus

Age: 100 or so in human years, but only a young teenager in Griffin years.

Gender: Male.

Species: Griffin.

Physical Description: Zephyrus is a fair sized Griffin, being a mixed breed between an Owl Griffin and a Snow Leopard. Quite a feathery one, black and gray spots and splotches dot his body. A pair of brown and yellow goggles rest upon his head, just above his eyes. There is a scar on the end of his tail, though it is hard to notice at first glance because - thankfully - feathers have regrown around it to cover it.

Personality: Zephyrus is what you would call curious and free-spirited. Loves to meet new people of all species, new or old. Mischievous and somewhat clueless at times, it is not too unusual for him to get in trouble with some of the various people he meets. Despite this, he dislikes getting in trouble and will often flee and hide if caught doing something he shouldn't.

Bio/History: Raised by a human Griffin Tamer for as long as he could remember, he was originally to be taught to fight alongside soldiers in wars and battles. However he wasn't deemed physically fit to be trained to do such a task and was spared from the training. Instead, the tamer that was to train him to fight raised him as his own - as a companion. For 50 years he stuck by his tamer's side, exploring and learning of the world with him. Unfortunately of course, Griffins possessed the ability to well outlive Humans. Catching an illness during one of their travels, the tamer became weak and bedridden and due to his age, wasn't strong enough to fight off the illness he had caught. Knowing his time to leave this world would come soon, the tamer told Zephyrus to explore the world without him - to explore the world and discover it's secrets. Meet the species of the world, make friends along the way.

Zephyrus, albeit somewhat disappointed his companion wasn't to come with him, complied and set off to explore what the world had to offer; not quite understanding that he was dying. Zephyrus promised his tamer he would return once he finished his journey and to this day, still plans to return to that cabin he last saw his tamer in all those years ago.

Other details: He doesn't actually utilize the goggles upon his head. Instead he keeps them atop his head and is always careful not to have them knocked off. After all, it's a bit of a harder task to actually get them back on if they fall off.

She usually wear dresses that reach just above her knees and she always wear a silver necklace that she'd received from her older brother.

Bio/History:
Aelin was born into a wealthy family. Her parents are both from two wealthy family. She's a second child after her older brother, Odin. But she didn't like the wealthy life that she have, she wanted to travel and see new places. After weeks of begging her parents to let her go, they finally said yes. From then on Aelin moved from place to place, never stay at one place for too long. Then she arrived at Astaeron, planning to stay and explore this kingdom.

Physical Description:
Névé is not too tall, being only 140 cm tall, her body reveals no signs of physical strength, but she has no need for it anyway. Her skin is very pale, and cold to touch.She has large wings while they appear feathery from a distance are in fact made of icicles.
Personality:
Névé will spend most of her time alone, she particularly avoids human settlements and cities. However she enjoys particular foods and for that purpose she will occasionally enter Human cities. Névé doesn't seek out company often, and when she does she will often seek company of other spirits or similar spiritual beings.
Bio/History:
Névé, like every spirit, got created when the need for her arose, which was several hundred years ago. Since then her life was going from place to place, usually being kicked out because people did not like her freezing a part of the forest where she decided to live. Speaking of, Névé usually maintains the area where she lives in near or sub-zero conditions. And the area she is in is usually somewhat colder then naturally.

Name: Grok Redclaws

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Species: Half-orc, Half-Red Dragon

Physical Description: Grok is an Orc. If someone were to look into a crowd of Orcs and saw Grok in said crowd, he wouldn't stand out very much. He was just as tall and massively muscled as everyone else, and had the same thick jowls, jutting tusks, and protruding brow as other Orcs. He's a solid six foot five, weighs about 275 pounds, and every bit of it is powerful muscle. He looks strong enough to pull a sapling out of the ground and swing it like a club...which he's done before. His eyes are a dull orange color, and his thick, leathery hide is a few shades closer to green than brown, reminiscent of the darker colored scales of a crocodile or other such scaled reptile. However, when he isn't surrounded by his Orc brethren, Grok's more...unusual features begin to stand out. The sharp point of his nose, for example, or the lack of hair anywhere on his body, or the strange texture to his skin and the sweeping points of his ears. In fact, if you didn't see his hands or feet, you probably would think that he was an Orc with some elf or human mixed in. But if he were to remove the cloth wraps from his hands and feet, his heritage would be made clear. From the elbows and knees down, his limbs are covered completely in dark-red, overlapping scales, and his fingertips end in small, sharp claws. They aren't long enough to do anything more than a light scratch, but they show that he is clearly not just some mixed-breed Orc from the Rumbly Mountains. His feet are much the same, with cloth shoes covering his densely-scaled feet and similar wraps going up to his knees. He prefers that people think he is a simple orc, not a dragon-spawned creature.


He is dressed simply. The cloth wraps and shoes mentioned above cover his lower limbs, but the rest of his body is covered by a pair of cloth shorts that overlap with the knee-high wraps, and a tunic with no sleeves that reveals his massive, stone-crushing limbs. Over the wraps on his forearms are a pair of leather bracers etched with images of wary animals. His only other adornments are a necklace that made from a small wooden sphere with claws, fists, feet, and fangs drawn on it, and a cloak with silver runes etched into the edges. He also carries a worn knapsack over his shoulders, with a lantern, a bedroll, a few black sticks of unknown purpose, and a large cudgel made of wood and stone tied to it. He wears a belt with three pouches on it. One is full of dried herbs, animal hides, bones, and other small animal and plant related spell-components. The second carries a small amount of money, and the third holds only two things: a series of crocodile scales strung together on a piece of sinew, and a very detailed sculpture of a Tyrannosaurus-Rex wearing a saddle and armor.

To most outsiders, he looks like a reasonably intelligent Orc, traveling across the country, relying on his brutish appearance and large club to deter would-be attackers.

Personality: Grok's personality revolves around challenges. He has a few challenges he's set for himself, and doesn't take well to being challenged by others. He's got a bad habit of accepting challenges he knows nothing about, then getting terribly humiliated. However, when this happens, he will often retreat into the nearest library, mercenary training camp, or school to learn whatever he lost at. Once he was challenged to a game of darts and he lost horribly, so he bought himself a dart set and spent three weeks in his inn room practicing until he could go down and beat the elf who'd beaten him before. He'd then given the dart set to the elf and went about his business. He's not arrogant about his skills, he just doesn't like not knowing how to do something. Thank the Gods no one has challenged him to a poetry-trivia contest, he'd never leave his room for reading every poem ever written. Other than that, he's a blunt, straight-forward person, not likely to lie or beat-around-the-bush. He doesn't go around pointing out people's flaws, or anything, but if someone were to, say, ask if their singing was any good, Grok would absolutely say something like "Your singing makes me want to bury my head in the ground." Brutally honest if asked, quiet if not.


There is one thing that usually causes the Orc to fly into a murderous rage. Undead. If he sees an undead, be it a benign ghost or a dangerous vampire, he will transform into the biggest, deadliest beast he can (an Allosaurus), and kill it. Now, he does have some measure of control, so its a fifty-fifty chance that he will at least transform, and at that point its a 75 to 25 percent chance that he will attack or not. If he doesn't transform, he'll be better off.

Bio/History: Grok was raised among the Druid order that he is now a member of. He knows his mother was a dragon, a red one ijudging from the red scales on his limbs and his preference for hot climates. His father was an Orc, and according to the little bit of information that the Druid's were able to find, he's some kind of warlord among an Orc tribe way up in the mountains. Grok plans on finding the Orc and getting some answers eventually, but for now he's just traveling the world, seeing all that he can, fighting monsters when he must, and destroying every last stinking undead he comes across. He is in Astaeron searching for his next adventure.

Other details: Grok is anything but a simple traveler. For one, he is not a club-wielding fool, but a trained Druid of an old order that honors druidic traditions that go back far longer than most "modern" druids. Their focus was on the primal power of archaic beasts. He is a Dinosaur Shaman, as they are called among other Druids, though the differences are hard to understand for one who is not of their ilk.

--> Magic Powers: Grok has a slew of magical abilities to aid himself and his friends. Every day he must meditate in some place natural, be it a park, a forest, or at the bottom of a lake. Doing so cements his connection to the elements, and he can pray for boons during that day. Most of these spells manifest as a manipulation over nature, with Grok focusing on increasing or enhancing his and his companions natural abilities. He can also cast a few heal spells if needed, and can sacrifice prepared spells to summon dinosaurs from an alternate plane to assist him in combat. He can also shape-shift into dinosaurs, animals, and elementals, though this ability is rather limited. He can only change shape into other creatures two times each day. He can spend up to 11 hours in a dinosaur form if necessary, and seven in some other animal, plant, or elemental form, so its not exactly a terrible ability. He will usually turn into a useful form for some adventure, and just remain in that form throughout the day. While in his alternate form, however, he cannot speak or cast spells, so he will normally stay in his normal form and use his Totem Transformation ability, detailed below.


--> Fighting Style: Grok's Primary defense is to use a power called "Totem Transformation." This allows him to take on certain characteristics of Dinosaurs. He can thicken his hide, enhance his senses, increase his movement speed, jumping abilities, and climbing prowess, or grow claws and fangs to fight with. He usually grows claws and fangs, allowing him to slash his opponents to pieces, then bite out their throats or bite off their fingers, whichever is called for. He can also, if the need arises, grow huge horns to jab or charge his foes with. However, he cannot change more than one aspect of himself at a time, and he can only do it for a certain amount of time each day. He can maintain his transformation, or change it around for up to nine minutes a day. So, if the situation doesn't call for it, he'll just punch people in the face or hit them with his club.

--> Magic Items: Grok has a number of magic items, most of which he made himself. For one, his backpack is really an extradimensional space carrying quite a lot of survival gear, such as a tent, numerous nets, traps, and snares, blankets, and food. His bracers protect him from most minor blows, and are reinforced to allow him to block most edged weapons with just his arms. His amulet makes his attacks more painful and fast, turning an already dangerous warrior into a much more deadly one. His cloak helps protect him from magical and mundane affects by enhancing his bodies natural defenses to physical, magical, and mental attacks. The lantern and rods on his pack are actually items that allow him to create places of intense darkness that only subterranean creatures with especially good underground vision can see in, or to disrupt those same vision capabilities in such creatures. The crocodile-scales-on-a-string is a neat magic item he came across that lets him create a simple but large boat when needed (though it only works once, then he has to make another one). However, his favortie magic item is not even a real magic item. Its a creature with a very powerful and interesting spell cast on it.

You see, Dinosaur Shamans have a companion, given to them by the powers of nature. Grok's companion is a Tyrannosaurs-Rex, a very large, powerful, and hungry carnivore. However, the creature is very lazy, so Grok turned him into a statue, which effectively allows the creature to take a really long nap, so that Grok can travel without a massive dinosaur following him around, and Raef (the dinosaur) can just sleep all the time. The funniest thing is that the magic activates if it gets too far from him, so if its stolen and taken more than a half mile from Grok it will instantly break the spell, unleashing an angry, confused, armored dinosaur on the populace. Granted, Raef is a big lazy-saurus, so he'll just roar a bunch of times, get Grok's attention, then lay down for a nap. In a real fight, however, Raef will fight tooth and claw for his friend. (I know this is a pet, but he won't be involved in any role-playing or anything, he's more of a backstory thing than anything right now, if I plan on involving him in anything later I'll make a CS first)

Name: Harken Alseif
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Physical Description: Harken has some boy-like features. He has eyes that are soft and kind, viewing the world in clarity. He stands around 5’10. For the rest see pictures.
Personality: Harken would be described as an introvert. Normally a shy individual his feistiness shines through in situations where people are being threatened or bullied. Not enjoying the fight but willing to draw his weapon to protect himself or those in need. Harken is also known to be more outspoken about his beliefs and is known to care too much sometimes. His eyes show deep regret from his past but he does his best to keep smiling to put others at ease.

Bio/History: It was a cold and quiet night. The air was crisp and the castle seemed to shine in the moonlight. Most would classify the night as being beautiful, however for as beautiful as the night was the sound of sudden screams could be heard seemingly shattering the quietness of the night. On the outskirts of town not all was sunshine and roses, robberies, muggings and killings seemed to follow the less fortunate and were more of a shadow to those families who were better off. On this crisp night an 11 year old Harken was on his way home from playing in the fields when the screams seemed to shatter the night and came from the direction of his home. Running to his home as fast as any 11 year old could run Harken arrived to his home only to see flames burst out of the top. The other villagers had gathered and grabbed a fighting Harken to keep him from entering the house to find his parents but to no avail. Breaking free he quickly entered the home and right inside both parents had laid dead, their bodies mutilated to the point where no one other than their son would recognize them.
With the small hut collapsing around him some brave villagers entered the house, saving Harken from certain death. However the damage had been done. Screaming for his mommy and daddy, a transformation had taken place physically and mentally, his body was covered with a black armor and white tassels that come down from the shoulders. He also had a spear in hand and without a word he began slaying villagers in his anger the fire began to spread to other huts and blood could be seen smattering the ground. Finally an explosion swallowed the village and almost as fast the action had begun, an eerie quiet had filled the air again. Morning finally came with the birds singing and nature in full force it was almost as if nothing had happened. Harken had awoken to the sound of horses neighing and a woman humming a gentle tune, when he shot up and began sobbing with images of the night before running through his mind. "My my...you poor thing, I made you something to eat. Do try to calm down please little one." The kind woman brought food over to Harken and gently patted him on the head smiling at him while Harken had been looking at her with tears rushing down his face. Although in his mind this lady wasn't his mom, she was clearly at this moment all he had. Harken decided he wasn’t hungry for the time being and pushed his bowl away. Only flashes of the night before came into his mind. The magic that had taken over his body. The slaying of the villagers. It was all his fault that everyone had died and he began crying again. Throwing his bowl against the wall he began flailing his body about at what he had done. The woman who name was Aina, ran to him and clutched him tight. “I’m not sure what you have gone through child but I promise we will find it together.” Months had passed and Harken grew into a fine young man, and in spite of his past he grew to care for other people but hardly talked to anyone unless he was spoken to first. He spent his free time training and trying to seek out his hidden power that had overtaken him that terrible night. Sadly, tragedy would strinke his life again as he came home from hunting to find that Aina, along with all of her land and even the farm animals had been slain and burned. Running into the pile of ash and debris he spotted Aina and bent down over her body. She was already gone from this world but clutching her body he felt an extreme anguish overtake his heart and soul. It was this defining moment when a light had struck down from the heavens and struck Harken, when the light dissipated Harken looked all over at what had happened, but had finally noticed the change on his body. The armor that covered his body had appeared and he felt a tremendous power surging through him. Giving Aina a proper burial was first on the list he then left the area and decided to wander into the city. 11 years had passed and Harken was now an adult. He learned more about his power and had been searching for answers regarding his parent’s death. He never forgot the nice lady who had found and raised him and occasionally returns visit her grave. He now lives in the castle town, being a military student and honing his skills to someday being able to protect people from being hurt, something he couldn't do in his past...



Other details: Harken has a soft spot for baked goods and loves chocolate. He is well-mannered, and often quiet. He respects most people, but hates people who try to start trouble. He wear a deep regret in his eyes but tries to cover this up with a smile. His power is unknown but boosts his strength, speed, and endurance.
