It's been six months since you've seen work. Your last job ended with your underworld contact dead in his own apartment and a fair share of harm done to everyone involved. You ran. You hid. You scattered and tried to avoid the law and - worse - the company you went after now coming for you. Now, your "criminal's vacation" done with, you've all come back to the old bar where you first met that first contact so many years ago. Not much has changed, but there is still work to be done. After asking around, you finally find a contact willing to offer you some work, no questions asked, but it's hard. Damned near impossible. It'll take every ounce of skill and your meager resources left over from your unwilling hiatus to pull off, but it'll get you back on your feet, and dammit, you're a runner...

Before I get a proper OOC thread with some more world details and plot points up, I wanted to throw this up to see if anyone caught interest in the premise. In essence, the cast will all be plagued with troubles still remaining from that horrendous job-gone-wrong that will interfere with the completion of this new job. Left potentially injured, disfigured, or simply broke, everyone's got a reason to go in for either a last shot at glory or a big payoff.

As far as posting goes, there will be lots of subplots that are necessary to the completion of the main heist: need an escape route or an inside man? Odds are those won't just magically appear - you don't get something for nothing. There will be a large focus on collaborative posting for these segments and the hope will be to limit clutter from action-heavy and dialogue-heavy posts by doing so. Though while many characters will be off working their own portions of the main job, they'll have to work with one another and often there will be more than one character off trying to wrestle out the necessary connections - the last thing we want is no reason for the characters to work off one another before the actual heist.

Feel free to leave comments, suggestions, questions, etc. down below - the details behind the idea are subject to change and I'd appreciate some player insight on things they'd like to see included!
