In a world where magic exists and has been utilized as a technology for nearly a century. Rather than casting spells with chants or other traditional forms of spellcasting, mages use a Casting Assistant Device, better known as a CAD. Mages infuse the CAD with particles, a substanceless particle and psychic phenomenon. The CAD itself provides an activation sequence, which is used to construct a ritual in order to invoke the magic. There are different types of CAD.

In 2095, There are new students enrolling at the Private Magic University Affiliated High School. Students are ranked according to their test scores: Students with the best grades are enrolled in the Course 1 curriculum, while those with poorer scores are enrolled in Course 2. These streams are known and are against school policy as "Bloom" and "Weed".

It offers high quality education, top class facilities, and it has different clubs for you to join in order to hone your skills and talents. Not only that, there will be occasional events for the students to enjoy! Such as school festivals, contests, etc. You have been enrolled here as a student. Do you want to get good grades? Have circles of friends? Look for romance? Maybe even be a delinquent? The possibilities are endless and it is all up for you to decide.
