Maybe this is why schools in England are ahead by a year? (Or at least they are according to my cousin who moved to America for a while...)
 
keep in mind that due to our longer summer, we have shorter holidays for other occasions such as cristmas and easter

Yeah, there's that too. I think I prefer having thing split up. Although maybe it's just 'cause I'm used to it. Eh, whatever, it's all cool.
