Both characters seem fun. However I shall need some time to think over Jumpcat as I'm not sure how others will find RPing with him. As for Melissa/Feder, she is accepted and you can begin with her when you want. I shall get back to you later for Jumpcat though.

The fact that he is a cat. It just seems like it would be difficult for other players to interact with him. But having given it a little more thought I think it will be fine. Jumpcat is also approved.

I'm almost crying here, Jumpcat is the best superhero i've ever heard of omg xD (I like writing with a bit of comedy intermixed with serious events, so playing off of a talking cat will be amasing)!

Bladed Eclipse
Madison puts the forces of both her swords together to create one, very dangerous, sword. Raising it up, she mutters a few words and the surrounding area becomes extremely dark, like when an eclipse is occurring. During this time when her opponent is unable to see, Madison gracefully sweeps the sword at an angle which sends an attack at her opponent that will harm them greatly.

Cursed Fantasy
This attack acquires Madison to touch her opponents forehead. Upon doing so, her opponent becomes trapped in a fantasy world of their own creation. However, horrific things occur. Whether it's the person re-living something that scarred them or their worst fears come true. Her opponent is unable to escape from this torture and it affects them in the real world by weakening them greatly.

Damned Flash
Sure it sounds stupid, but this attack deals an amount of pain. Madison uses both her swords and runs at her opponent. As she does, her blades glow a black-purple color. Upon reaching her target, Madison enters the flash part of the attack. At amazing speeds, she slashes at her target and doesn't stop until she deems she's done enough. However, the blades which give of such a damned color, deal greater damage than if it were merely two blades. So if you're bleeding a lot, don't be surprised.

Dusk Healing
Madison is able to heal during the day as long as the body is in the shade so she can use the shadows. She is only able to heal two to three wounds before feeling drained herself. The reaction is different at dusk however as she will be able to heal all wounds and be only affected a little. However, if she's working on the healing process as dusk turns into night, Madison will take all the wounds onto herself but it will be two times worse.

Striking Blow
If Madison wishes to harm or kill her opponent without getting up close and personal, she uses Striking Blow. Madison points one sword at her opponent then raises the other to the sky. After muttering a few words, a dozen short swords appear behind her. Once all are there, the swords attack the target with no specific pattern and without mercy. Instead of piercing or stabbing, the swords leave cuts about a half inch deep.

Guardian
When Madison is in trouble, her will to keep going forms itself into whatever animal she needs to get out of the certain situation. Whether it's a bear to protect her to a cat to show her the way to sneak in. The guardian becomes a real animal yet it only stays until it has done it's job. At that time, it bids farewell to Madison until next time.

Basics
Madison can jump maximum sixty feet off whatever substance she is currently standing on, which has helped her many times in the past. She can also jump off walls and do neat tricks like that. Madison is also twice as fast as girls her run at her age, which is pretty dang quick. Also, because of her skill set which is based on the night, Madison sees three times better at night than she does during the day.

. Background .
Madison was born at 12:12 on December 1st in Oakwood hospital. Her parents loved and adored her so much that they left that dreadful place early and took her home. Her family wasn't rich, nor were they poor. Kind of in between. However, that meant that both parents worked to keep everything running which left Madison with the babysitter. Although the babysitter was kind, she never played with little Madison and she'd often be lonely. Her parents noticed this and decided to adopt a girl around Madison's age so they could grow up together. After about a month of submitting their applications, a little baby girl was given to the Kaiser family. Her parents introduced the two as Madison and Rebecca. The two girls hit it off immediately and as they grew older, became very close. Rebecca was always up for whatever crazy idea's Madison had and they would always have fun times. The family was happy for years, until the girls were eleven. On April 18th at 6:54 pm, their parents sat down and told the girls they weren't blood related. Being as they had always thought they were blood sisters and were extremely close, the girls didn't take the news all that well. The two of them took off running out of the house and ran to their 'special tree'. It was large oak behind the nearby park where the girls had always played. As they sat there, the two girls talked heart to heart like they usually did. After deciding that it didn't matter if they were blood related or not, the two girls hugged it out and became even closer. On their way home, the two kept to the sidewalk and held hands, happy. Just down the road, a drunk man had passed out while driving and lost control of the car. As it was, the girls were in the line of death as the car came barreling at them. Madison felt herself being shoved away and turned just in time to see her sister's face as tears slid down and her smile said goodbye. Madison hit the ground and the car hit Rebecca. Blood went everywhere and as the car kept going, Madison got up and ran over to her sister. What she saw was horrible. Her sisters body was broken and all dismantled, she was bleeding excessively, but worst of all was that she wasn't moving. Madison tried to awaken her sister but nothing worked. Pain hit her hard as she accepted that her sister was dead, and that pain found it's way to her voice box as she screamed bloody murder. Everyone in the neighborhood ran to see what was wrong but they all stopped dead at the sight. Madison balled her eyes out, and even her parents comforting didn't help. Life went on and they held a funeral for Rebecca. Months after Madison was still depressed and she was slowly becoming weaker. She had lost her sister. Her other half. Madison didn't have a reason for living anymore and felt like giving up. It wasn't until she heard her parents screaming at each other that reality hit her like a ton of bricks. After hearing what they said, Madison decided to hide how she was feeling and put on an act. However, Madison would still cut herself to take away a little of the tremendous pain she felt in her heart. Since age twelve, Madison has been lying to everyone and cutting herself in places unseen.

Dart Charming
From a distance, Felicity puts her left hand in the air and mutters a few words. In her outstretched, a white light appears that fades after a few seconds, leaving three darts. The only thing about these darts is that once they get you, you're body will be paralyzed and a prince charming of sorts will appear beside her opponent. That 'prince' will either leave a symbol that strikes immense fear in her opponent using the darker forces, or kill them on the spot.

Beastly Rule
Using her voice, Felicity is able to summon and control any type of cat, from house pet to lion. As long as the summoned beast can hear her singing voice, it will be under her complete control. Felicity usually uses this attack from the shadows and uses extra magic to make her voice sound like it's coming from everywhere so she cannot be tracked. The sound spell however only works on those she chooses, leaving some room for error.

Deadly Dance
Seeing as how Felicity is a natural dancer, she uses that ability as a power. When in a close range attack, she'll start dancing. Her opponent usually discards the reason to her doing so and attacks. However, it is merely a trap. As soon as they are close enough, Felicity takes out both her daggers and cuts her opponent while dancing. If they try to get away, she merely dances towards them and keeps on slicing or stabbing. By the time she's done, her opponent is usually bleeding somewhat heavily.

Lyrical Force
Using the power of her voice, Felicity can do anything. If she were down and being beaten, she merely needs to remember a song lyric. For example, 'I will not bow'! After singing that, she will magically have the strength she needs to get up and keep fighting. Felicity can use the same ability on those on her team, but only to help them. Never to beat them down.

Sanctuary
When things get really bad, Felicity uses her connection with the earth to create a huge ball that keeps those she wants to protect inside. The ball rises from the ground and Felicity then uses her magic to create a barrier around it. Once she knows they are safe, she fights the evil on her own with all she has. If she fails, Felicity's immense want to keep her friends safe will become her. That want will then take her life and a white light that's her soul and last wish combined, will soar towards the sanctuary. It then covers the ball in a white light and nothing can break it. The ball flies out of harms way until it is safe to land. Upon doing so, the sanctuary will break, releasing those inside of whom Felicity lost her life to protect

Berserk
Felicity asks the god of the underworld, Hades, to aid her in her battle. Upon doing so, part of the god enters her body and she becomes a monster. Felicity's eyes will become Maroon, her claws and fangs will become deadlier, and she will lose herself. Felicity will be replaced by a monster out to kill the target. Felicity will not stop until the beast is dead, no matter how much she bleeds. In this state, Felicity is unable to feel anything other than hate. Once she defeats her opponent, Felicity will turn to normal but all the pain will come to her at once and she'll black out. During this time, she will be extremely weak and unable to continue in the fight unless her will to see it through to the end is strong enough.

Mystic Magic
Like any other magic wielder, Felicity's powers are endless. She can use all the elements plus the ones who are not apart of the main four. Such as light, dark, electricity, etc. There's not much to say about this since everyone knows what magic is and how much it can do.

. Background .
Felicity comes from a world much unlike Earth. The world of Iru was a medieval setting in which was great and prosperous. Wars rarely happened because kingdoms had bigger problems to tackle Such as dragons, trolls, the regius, etc. All beings that were out to kill and destroy. However, the world was a perfect balance of terrifying and amazing. A truly remarkable place full with many different species. Felicity was born to one of the richest kingdoms in that dimension. Parkington was a a great place for Felicity to grow up. Especially seeing as how she has a gypsy spirit. She already knew she wouldn't be the successor to the throne being the second born, so she decided to be herself instead. She lived the normal life of a second born princess and life was great. You know, until the great evil that Felicity calls L'un des décès, or One of Death in English, came. It was the day of her older sisters coronation when the ground shook so hard everyone on the planet was thrown to the ground. Once the shaking stopped, birds everywhere fell to the ground dead. After that came the stampedes as confused and afraid animals ran around the world. After that, it started to rain blood and the sky turned to a dark red color. Then it showed itself. A large black mass appeared on the horizon and it stayed there for a few minutes. Suddenly, it opened it's sickening white eyes and the real chaos began. The world began to crumble, things were sucked up into the black mass, and the world began to fall apart. The black mass slowly got closer as it sucked the world into darkness, consuming it until there would be nothing left. Felicity dodged all that fell and ran for her life, though she knew deep down that it was in vain. Suddenly, she was hit hard in the head by part of the broken kingdom. Felicity fell to the ground and blacked out. When she awoke, Felicity was here on Earth, surrounded by earth turned to rubble. As it turned out, her parents and sister created a Sanctuary strong enough to fly out of the atmosphere to another planet with the greatest intention of all. To save any world that may be in danger of the monster.

Shadow walk: Tosen can travel between any shadows that he can see.
Shadow chains: Tosen can send bladed chains from shadows at his opponents to pin and trap them.
Shadow darts: Tosen can fire up to ten Shadow darts at a time that upon impact will inject shadows into the persons body which acts as a poison to slow people down.
Shadow Acid darts:Tosen can fire up to ten Shadow acid darts at a time that upon impact will inject acid
Shadow blast: Tosen can shot a very strong blast at his opponents causing Blunt, slashing, and piercing damage.(The shadows combine together and make bunch attacks the shadows either act like multiple staffs for blunt damage spike tips for piercing and blades for slashing they do this all at once)
Black hole: Night use only Tosen can create a black hole that will suck anything in range into it crushing things together.(Drains him of all his strength he will pass out after the use)
Shadow clones: Tosen can create clones of himself out of shadows.(The shadows just look like shadows with the same highet and body type of Tosen and same skill but can be taken out with one hit.
Skills: Excellent Sword fighter with his Washing poll katana.
Extremely resistant.

Shows no mercy.
Can stop his pulse to appear dead.
Personality: Cold merciless does what he thinks is right no matter what remorseful religious.
Bio: Tosen was trained along with other kids including his brother to become assassins but Tosen left the assassin training and became a samurai instead and many years later his older brother along with his brothers girlfriend went after Tosen and the battle ended with both Tosens brother and his girlfriend dead at this point Tosen started showing no mercy he then trained to master shadows and since then has begun to hunt down villians and has slayed a lot along with some heros that he deemed were going down the wrong path he regrets every death he has caused by feels that this is something he must do every night he gets on his knees and prays for forgiveness for all the deaths he's caused and ask for his God to forgive the people he had to kill they were never given a chance to change he also avoids teaming with others after he teamed with a younger hero that died in a battle against a major villain he saw the other hero as a younger brother.

@XxDreamingxX Both of your characters are interesting but they seem very powerful. Also Felicity's "Deadly Dance" power isn't really a power, maybe a technique. Some tweaking, at least, I think is in order before I can let them join in good conscience. Reduce their power a little please. Other than it will be good to finally have an alien join us and its really cool that you put the darkness in her origin story.

@LoveandHate91 Could you specify in the character sheet what you mean by "Blunt, slashing, and piercing damage"? I assumed that you means the shadows act as some kind of percussive force but I would just like to be sure. Just go into further detail on his CS about this and you're good to go.

Oh and @MentalDriller the darkness will start, at its arrival, by targeting "beacons" and one such beacon is in Bien Sombre. These beacons are actually ancient beings that were the first to serve the darkness during its original attempt at eating the entire universe.

I plan on having the beacon reveal itself after the events with the Agency have unfolded. So basically it will be a small while. If you want I can converse with HackSlashDave (since he's pretty much running the Agency for me) and have him send some agents after Tosen, thus introducing him to the major plot line and giving him the chance to kick some serious ass. We kind of need some heroes to fight the Agency soon too.
