The Game IC
A survival game - this is what this RP is.
I put it in the horror section because I felt it fits in it the best.

The rules of The Game:

1. Stay alive by any cost.

2. Game Over means death. You Game Over when you run out of Lives. You start with one Life.

3. To achieve Game Won you must clear six goals. You might clear a seventh goal for a greater reward.

4. The goals are personal for each player. They are transmitted into your brain directly. They also have a secondary objective which gives you something of use for The Game and increases your Game Won reward in some way.

5. There are always forty players in The Game. Any players that Game Over will be replaced by new players. All players of The Game are here ether voluntary, as death row criminals or were marked for death by productive members of society.

6. The reward for winning the game depends on the individual. Death row criminals and marked for death players will be cleared of their death sentences and receive a monetary reward and if needed a new identity.

7. The game takes place on a temperate island isolated from the world. Trying to leave the island is instant Game Over. Moving more then a thousand feet (~333m) from the island is considered a attempt to leave the island. The island is rich with food sources and has numerous springs. It is roughly three miles (~4.5 km) long and four miles (~6 km) wide and there are no animals larger then foxes.

8. You my use only the weapons provided to you by the game. The pistol/revolver with the single bullet that you have in your possession is one of those. Many weapons are hidden trough island. Traps don't count as weapons even if you build them yourself.

9. You can loot Game Over players for anything from food, over weapons to Lives. Same goes for hidden supply crates with the mark "The Game" and the regular parachute drops of living essentials in special bags marked "The Game."

I will shortly explain a few other important stuff that the staff of The Game also explains to the players before moving to the CS section.

"The Lives System"

Basically an ultra-top secret nanotechnology that allows for instant restoration to health. Activates automatically when one receives a mortal wound or is near death due to other reasons.

"The Party System"

To form a team (or party) with another player or a existing party you have to request so from the other player/party. Upon the player/whole party agreeing you will become a/join the party. Parties auto-share any excess Lives without the need for trade. Parties also gain the ability to sense other members of the same party and to communicate telepathically, both limited to the range of six hundred feet (~200 meters).

"The Trade System"

Players can trade between each other. To trade Lives two players must shake hands while thinking about their Lives - this will initiate the trade. The player with more Lives always gives one life to the player with less Lives.

"Stealing Lives"

To steal Lives one must lock a hand with another player while thinking about stealing. This works on both living and dead (Game Over) players trough a living player must first be rendered unconscious for this to work.

History: When Sayomi was a young child her mother died in a horrible car accident. Her father, in despair, began drinking. He would abuse Sayomi for no reason and leave bruises. One day at school Sayomi raised her hand and her sleeve fell down to reveal her brusies and marks left by her father. The teacher called CPS but before they for there to take Sayomi to foster care she packed her things and ran away. Sayomi lived on her own after that with help from the neighbors. When she was in Middle School one day she heads girls talking about The Game and after school she left and joined The Game.

Personality: Quiet, Sneaky, Helpful, Hard working, Quick thinking, Kind, Gentle when she wants to be, Trustworthy, Independent, Reliable, Swift

Skills: Great at telling lies, Very fast, Great at hiding, Acting, Seducing males

History: Hinari, was one of three daughters. Now she lifes alone, after a nightmare which hinari had. This nightmare changed everything. In her nightmare she took dad's gun, and shooted at some burglar. When she woke up in her bed, she saw the gun still in her hand and looked around. Seeing everyone dead. Before she even understood what happend, the door was break up, and policemen were entering the house. Hinari didn't took anylonger, grabbed some things and jumped out of the window and disappeard.

Personality: Sneaky, kind, carfully, cautions, shy when she search friends, also sad cause of killing her family

Skills: Can easily lie at people, very athletic, hiding

Reason for joining The Game: She wants to atone for what she did, and don't care if she dies.

    History:

    Growing up in an incredibly rural area, Spear grew up as a little cowboy. By the time he was eight, he had participated in multiple local roundups and competitions for roping. By the time he was twelve, he had gone to a state-wide competition for roping and gotten third place. Of course, Spear was still pretty good at some other things. He was a natural with guns, more so rifles than anything else. He would always bag something when they were hunting, and would always work harder than anyone else in his grade.

    Once he reached high school, Spear jumped straight to first string varsity lineman in football, and began to grow bored once the football season was over. After dealing with this fatal boredom his whole high school career, Spear graduated with a high enough GPA to get into a pretty good college, as well as being a pretty well-known possible player for college ball. But then, of course, he heard about The Game, and decided to go instead. What he didn't notice, of course, was that Sarah, his childhood friend and off-and-on girlfriend, was right behind him while signing up...


    Personality:

    Growing up as an average country boy, Spear respected the "strong man" type of person, which is what he grew into. He is a very stoic, silent person. Preferring to show who he is through actions over words, Spear would prefer to suddenly beat the living hell out of someone over antagonizing them. If someone gets on his bad side, he will make sure to ruin them. But if he meets a girl that he can respect, he'll protect her, whether or not she deserves it.
    Skills:
    A deadshot on a rifle, bow, and crossbow. Not too shabby with pistols and shotguns. Also a natural with blades, especially machetes or pocket knives, and he can be incredibly forceful and intimidating to enemies due to his size and attitude.

    Reason for joining The Game:
    Spear joined the game for fun.

    Clothing worn:
    Wears a pair of work boots, paired with some nice and thick Ariat jeans. A wifebeater is worn under his shirt, tucked into his Ariats. His shirt is a short-sleeved camo hunting shirt.

    Smith & Wesson 686 hunting pistol; .357 ammo.

    History:

    Sarah grew up just like Spear, in a sense. Except instead of working for roping, she went for shotgun competitions, and was a legend with clay pigeon shooting. When she finally caught up to her childhood friend, Spear, in high school, she practically fell in love with him. They dated for a while, but broke up. And then got back together. Then it repeated. And repeated. Sarah was on a roll with being a seductive little woman, cheating on Spear with other guys left and right. But during his senior year, Sarah realized that he would leave her for the competition, so he followed him to the sign-ups...

    Personality:

    Sarah, on the outside, is a little angel. She seems like a perfect little country girl, but in all reality she's an incredibly controlling girl. She'll twist and turn men using her looks or cry like a baby for them. Even though she can survive perfectly fine on her own, she enjoys the sport of using men more than anything else, even shotgun sports.

    Skills:
    Just as good with handguns and rifles as Esset, but even better than him at Shotguns. Also a natural with a whip, but still not too shabby on bows, crossbows, and knives. Has natural survival skills and can, if needed, seduce men or women by playing the "save me" card.

    Reason for joining The Game:
    To follow Esset and see how much fun she can have.

    Dressy-but-still-work boots covered by some Miss Me jeans. On top of this she wears a white tank top and large ornamental necklace.

History: Sougu was born in a ordinary Japanese family in Hiroshima. He lived a ordinary childhood up until the age of seventeen. It was a that time that Sougu got into a fight with a group of bullies at his school. After mercilessly beating them into a pulp Sougu was punished by the school, but what was more important one of the kids had ties with one of the local Yakuza groups. Using this connection the bullies made the Yakuza target Sougu, but in the end it was Sougu who beat up the Yakuza. This made the rival Yakuza group interested in Sougu and they approached him in hopes of him joining them. Trough Sougu refused at first, three months later after his father fell ill and in need of money he finally agreed to join the Yakuza. After that years of him gaining ranks slowly but surely without any special ambition passed quickly. He manged to finish school and collage normally and otherwise lead a normal life. At the age of 25 he retired from being an active member of his group trough he still supported them by for example, keeping the group's business books in his home safe. A year after leaving the Yakuza he married Ran Sayana, his High School friend and a nurse in one of Hiroshima's hospitals. Two years later Ari, his daughter was born. It all went wrong a few weeks after Ari's third birthday. After having a beer with some of his old Yakuza friends Sougu returned late only to find his wife in a pool of blood and Ari gone missing. He called the police and after explaining what happened the officers secured his house, while he prepared to leave for Miyoshi, where his mother and father lived in retirement. What happened a week later is still not quite clear but 23 police officers, 12 unidentified armed men and Sougu's father were killed, with at least half of the unidentified men being killed by Sougu himself and the sword he wielded. After that Sougu was to be executed but was sent to participate in the Game instead.

Personality: Sougu is a calm and stubborn but also open and talkative person. More often with a smile then without one, he is a good person despite all but not foolish, while he will help people if possible but he is not the type to easily risk his life for a stranger. What is important is that once Sougu decides to do something he will usually see it done and will not give up half-way due to troubles, unforeseen problems or new circumstance. He can also be angered and if you manage to do that you better stray away from him as his anger is not a thing you want to receive.

Skills:
Excellent at brawling with his fist and using blade weapons, especially knifes and swords (trained Kendo for most of his life). Knows how to use a pistol/revolver. Decent cook. As a hobby learned how to fish and hunt with traps. Some experience with telling when someone lies and how to torture people from being a ex-Yakuza.

Death Row Prisoner, forsake most of the monetary reward in exchange for information about the whereabouts of his daughter Ari.

Amille leading her unit, Amille is to the leaft with Subject 04 in center and Subject 13 to the right.

History:
Amille was kidnapped from her parents at young age by a secret organization charged with training the best possible soldiers with any means necessary, often with ethically unacceptable methods. The subject for this group of experimental soldiers came from various kidnapped and orphaned children that the organization acquired in various ways. Amille was subject 08 and just like the other children along with receiving strict military training she was subjected to extreme measures in order to turn her into the best possible soldier. Just like the other subjects of the first group (01-12) she was forced to kill animals and finally humans under the thread of getting beat up, left with no food and out in the cold of the night. This went on until roughly the middle of her seventeenth year of life, when the first group (Subjects 01-12) was organized into a unit under the leadership of Amille, the one with the best result, and sent to the battlefield. As by then Amille and her unit member were used to killing trough they did lose two members (replaced by Subjects 13 and 14) they proved a success and funds started to rush to the organization to allow more expensive methods to be tried on new subjects. With the war in which they were deployed over Amille and her unit was disbanded and the ex-members were sent to different tasks in order to showcase the organization's products, Amille herself chosen for participation in the Game.

Personality:

Amille is a cold and silent person which harbors next to no feelings on the surface. Underneath the mask there is a swirl of fears - for her ex-unit members, from the organization and from death. Little else matters to her but her own survival at this point. Except for her hidden fear she rarely is able to feel anything else, the conditioning that the organization imposed on her lead to her repressing her own anger, sadness, happiness and many other feelings.

Skills:

Combat skills of great level, outmatching most soldiers. Specializes in small unit tactics, small arms and close quarters combat. Learned to make and remove IEDs, set and recognize ambushes. Trough she has little natural skill to recognize lies she was trained to measure pulse and sweating with her touch to point out if someone is being honest or not. She was trained in various methods of torture. Great at telling lies.
Reason for joining The Game:
Was ordred to do so by the organization, but instead of money changed her wish to "Free me and my ex-unit members from the organization".

Clothing worn:
Military camouflage colored clothing for all weathers conditions and thick military boots.
