Arthur sat in the hospital bed. He had been staying at his parents for break and woke up sick, having had difficulty breathing. And coughs up blood. His parents, who were freaked and took him to the nearby emergency hospital, had called his twin sister to inform her about where he was. The doctors had take all typed of samples and scans on him to figure out what was wrong and now he was left on a hospital bed coughing up blood and trying to breathe as they anxiously awaited for the test results from the doctors.

Rebecca new the last few days that something was wrong with her brother little did she know it was cancer. Something that would change their brother/sister relationship forever. When she had got the call she was at work and didn't miss a second leaving for work after that. "Come on." She called out as she was waiting behind traffic and noticed that the red light was still on. It was rush hour and all she wanted to do was get to the hospital to see if her brother was alright. He did not give much information to her on the phone.
