The Evrensel Conflict -- OC Creation

Name: Kobe

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Straight

Species: Cat Man

World and Universe they are from: An Earth that is much like one would find in pulp fiction.

Appearance: A dark-skinned young man with messy white hair and yellow eyes. A lifetime of hunting and fighting had left him with a pretty muscular, though still lean, six feet body. But perhaps most striking of all to everyday people are his bestial traits. He got two cat ears on top of his head, a cat's tail the same color as his hair but spotted with black dots coming out of his butt, and sharp claws on all of his fingers. His canine teeth are also rather prominent. He wears a simple cloth made of fur and leather that only cover his upper legs up to his knees.

Personality: Kobe behaves with much youthful bravado and often shows supreme confidence in his fighting prowess. Indeed, he abhors any insults towards him and seldom back away from any challenge or give up. In fact, he enjoys going through and challenging fights and tends to sulk when he's forced to give them up. On the flip side, this pride in himself means he takes his word very seriously and will do his best to follow any promise he makes. He also shows much respect towards strong warriors, though he does have a noticeable competitive streak. Other than that, he's also very curious about things he's not familiar with, which given he is from a society in the middle of the stone age, is a lot of things. He particularly likes tasting new foods and is in fact a bit of a glutton. He has vague ambitions of someday leading a tribe larger and stronger than any other, but it remains a pipe dream.

History/Bio: In the depths of Antarctica, there is a 'Lost Land': a seemingly endless tropical jungle cut off from the rest of the world by countless mountains. In this land whose existence defies all science and logic, many fantastical creatures live, including the tribe of cat people known as the Tiger's Eye. Kobe was born from two hunters who died against prehistoric reptiles while he was just a baby. As such, he was raised and taught in the tribe's way by its shaman along with all the other orphans. It was apparent at a very early age that Kobe was talented at hunting and fighting, from which he received many praises. These praises did a quick job of making his ego develop beyond reason, and soon he began to think that being a simple warrior in the small patch of land that served as his tribe's territory wasn't enough for his talent. And so, upon reaching his twentieth birthday, the reckless youngster challenged the aging chief for ownership of the tribe. However, after a brutal fight, the young hunter was thoroughly defeated. For this, he was told to never return to the tribal village that served as his home since his birth. And so he did while dreaming of exploring new lands and becoming strong enough to come back and this time win against the elder. And so began his day as a solitary hunter surviving in the various areas

Powers (If your character has biotics, magic, a superpower, racial abilities, or anything that can be explained.): Kobe has several special abilities that all cat people from his tribe share.

Claws and Fangs: Kobe''s claws and teeth are sharp enough to tear into flesh.

Night Vision: Just like a cat, Kobe can see things at night just as clearly as he can during the day.

Enhanced Sense: Kobe's sense of smell is equal to that of a dog, which means he can pick up smells that are too weak for a normal human to detect. His hearing is as developed as that of a cat which makes him able to pick up on small or far away noises.

Power limitations: His claws and teeth can't tear into things that are as though as stones, and he needs some light to be able to see.

Skills:

Fighting: B. Kobe is a very agile and hardy fighter, and he's also pretty damn strong. His particular fighting still centers around repeatedly dealing fast strikes to his enemies using his claws and always moving around.

Survival: B. Kobe is adept when it comes to surviving in the wild: finding food, moving through thick civilizations, not getting sick from drinking dirty water, that sort of thing.

Tracking: B. Of course, as a hunter, Kobe knows how to recognize traces of animals and how to follow.

Stealth: C. Kobe is good at hiding himself and moving silently for ambushes.

Weapon(s)/ Equipment: A primitive stone knife that he typically uses to remove the skins of what he kills.

Strengths: Fearless, determined, doesn't bend to anybody, and will stick to a promise or oath.

Weakness/ Fears: Stubborn, can't deal with insults, arrogant, and reckless beyond measure.

Other: Don't spout cat memes at him, he won't understand.

Name: Cassandra Lateran
Age: Twenty Eight
Gender (Can be genderless too): Female
Sexual Orientation: Yes
Species: Human, mostly.

World and Universe they are from: OC

Appearance:
0d0b1931cccb00ee65a8502dc65b6e7c.png
Outside of the suit, Cassandra stands approximately 175 cm tall, and weighs approximately 95kg, mostly bioengineered hypermuscle. Her sandy blonde hair frames a face with large green eyes. Her casual wear, in as much as she has anything resembling that, mostly consist of long sleeved turtlenecks in block colours (mostly dark or pastel greens), as well as cargo pants held up by a thick strand of sinew. When wearing the suit, she wears a fairly standard pilot suit over her entire body, a dull black grey material designed to help keep her in biostasis.

Under her clothes, Cassandra looks muscular but not overdeveloped. Notably, there are seven metallic ports in her spine, her nerves visible through the hole if she doesn't have the caps on (she generally does, when they're not needed). She also has two drainage ports just above her pelvis. On her right arm she has a intricate scar and tattoo, which she doesn't talk about

In her suit, Cassandra gains another seven or so centimetres of height, as well as thirty kilograms of hyper-advanced biomaterials. The suit is generally a scab red, although it can change it's colouration, with orange slits around the face containing most of the suit's sensory organs. When on, it has the appearance of a predatory animal, looking and moving with a distinctly non-human gait.
Personality:
Cassandra is an idealist, in a way not seen often. She honestly tries to be the hero she was taught she should be, to act to protect humanity and support it's development. She, uh, just isn't very good at it. She was raised in a regimented, militaristic subculture, and when she finally broke away she joined what might be politely termed a murder-suicide cult.

She's also got the cultural mores of a culture with no connection to planet earth, so that's also a thing.
History/Bio:
In another place, in another time, there were great men. These men forged the world and dethroned the gods, killing the unkillable. In the process, they created a place where death ruled life, and they enjoyed this.

But it has been millennia, and the world is ruled no longer by great men, but by great firms, imperialistic concerns that dictate the weave of reality. This is the world where Cassandra Lateran was not born, but decanted, to become a hero. She was trained among hundreds of others, learning to serve the concerns, to become their ideals, to surpass every task put in front of her, to do what nobody could do save those mythic heroes. She learned, to their credit, all of these, become a master without qualification. And she was taught to obey the council's every word. She never learned this, to their great detriment.

And so trained, the fifteen year old girl was ripped apart. Her every sinew and fibre, her every neuron was perfected and bound to a leashed and chained existence incarnate in her armour. A Non-Human Intellect. A Beast of the Void. And it would whisper forevermore in her skull, tied tight to not to her body, but her very soul.

She fought, still, for ten more years, to protect people, to enjoy her life. But in the end, she did not fall due to any flaw of her own. No, she fell due to the others. Because she was told to leave the children, because saving them wasn't worth the cost. To ignore the poverty afflicting the empire. In short, because she still felt.

But the hegemon was still a hegemon, and dissent was not tolerated. There was only one place left: the excuse used for ten thousand years of repression.

And so, she fell. And in doing so became tainted. But still, she strives.

Plus, they're not all assholes there. Just innately connected with the very essence of non-existence.

Finally, she's been raised by the military. She swears like, so, so much.
Powers:
Reconstructed: Cassandra is not, despite appearances, baseline human. Even a cursory genetic analysis will reveal this. She has strength, speed, intellect and healing abilities greater than any human, if not particularly superior in any aspect.

Malak: The armour attached to her. Even when out of it, it is still fundamentally connected to her, and if destroyed she will eventually regrow it in an excruciatingly painful process. It is a light, heavily armoured combat biosuit built for one thing: to close with the enemy and make their insides outside. It's small stature belies it's thick armour: it can withstand RPGs and other anti-material weapons all day. All of this on top of being strong enough to lift multiple tons and run faster than many cars, as well as enhance her senses to painful levels. When in it, she can also manipulate the energies of life, the chayot , which mostly improves her healing, wounds staunching in seconds and broken bones mending themselves after a few (painful) minutes. She has also learned several finer manipulations of chayot in her time:
Lifesense - Cassandra, when in her armour, can use her manipulative abilities to sense most forms of life within a few dozen meters, and pinpoint their direction within 30 or so, allowing her track her local battlefield easily. She also learned how to sense things through the holes they make in this flow, which was helpful when fighting the Beasts Incarnate.
Hysteresis - Through burning through her own Chayot, Cassandra enhances body and systems with it multiplying her speed and strength. In addition, the suit sprouts talons along it's fingers, sharp enough to rend through armour without serious resistance. However, it drains energy quickly, and after a few minutes, her energy is absolutely depleted. Any damage dealt in Hysteresis heals her and the suit.
Autolysis - Her only ability learned after her fall, taught to her by the voices in her skull, Autolysis allows her to manipulate the chayot by destroying it on others, inflicting wounds and snapping bones. She is no master of this, not like the Nefandous or other greats of the Void, who can walk through an army and see it dead. It takes concentration, and no small amount of her energy (although not the immense demands of Hysteresis). She can also use it on herself to free up chayot to use for other purposes, her wounds fueling her more esoteric skills
Scotoma - By submerging herself in Chayot, she becomes invisible to those who use such mundane things as eyes to see.
Whispers - The rustle of the void fills her thoughts, impure motivations filling the cloisters of her brain. They beg her to see the blight that has suffused the world. See what it has become in the absence of its rulers. See what mankind exults as virtue. See it all. SEE IT ALL. AND KILL IT.
Skills:
Hand to Hand, Melee: S
Markmanship: A
Biosmithing (the use of the biological equipment so common among the Firms Hegemonic) - SS
Medical - S+
Talking to normal human beings about normal human being things - C.
OMNIMALEVOLENCE - D
Weapon(s)/ Equipment:
The Claws Ebon - A gift of a Nefandous, Enoch Sable, for her descent. They are carved of living bone, seemingly too small for the suits fingers to fit,, and engraved with a filigree describing in pictograms comprehensible to anything intelligent how to remove someone's eyes and allow them to still see. The gauntlets are fast, tough, and incredibly sharp, again able to claw through armor, with some resistance. It's tipped with a corroding compound, and the shape of the claws predisposes wounds to bleed. By channeling large amounts of chayot into them, one can cut space, just a little, allowing for short (sub 5m) teleportation, although she uses the for more artful purposes than that.
Biocyte - a common product in the Firms Hegemonic, the biocyte is a fist sized constructed organism who's closest genetic relative is either the Sea Anemone or leech, depending how you measure it. It's purpose it to clean whatever surface it is placed on. Cassandra's is a high grade version that lives in her suit, keeping her clean (if smelling faintly of leeches).
Bioforge: a small organism with an artifically induced form of cancer, upon consumption of sufficent biomatter it can be manipulated in the right hands to produce almost any single-part creation you can think of, if all made of either bone, chitin, or various types of flesh.

Strengths:
Cassandra has one of the most solid moral codes I can think to describe. This is not to say it is inflexible, but more that is is eternal: you cannot break her. Better men than you have tried. She will try to be a good person until she dies.
Weakness/ Fears:
Overuse of Malak (well, all use, the effects are merely debilitating upon overuse) will weaken Cassandra substantually. Allthough attuned to her soul, it does hate all life, and causes her organs to supperate (and thus the ports she has near her pelvis). It cannot kill her, but it will do nigh anything short of it (although she will recover with time, medical care, and not using the suit).

The Whispers: Her soul is connected to the Void. They will try to warp her. They will fail. They exult death. They will fail. They will try to mislead her... and on this, they can succeed. They can also just ramp up and cause her to have a complete break from reality. In this case, it is advisable to not be standing in the same city as her.

Other:
She is cool. Like, this isn't in person, but like, c'mon. this is a great concept. This is cool.

Personality: An extremely traditional individual, Otto was raised to follow 'The Way' of Old Mandalore. Meaning he'll never take off the helmet, follow the tenets to the point he'd sooner find something else to avoid breaking them. After all, breaking them meant he'd end up being disowned as a Mandalorian and losing the remnants of perhaps the only family he ever knew.

When dealing with outsiders or potential employers or bounties, Otto acts stiff and stone-walling people to the point one would be good in assuming his social skills were more than rusty. This does change when he deals with other Mandalorians and beings that manage to capture his respect for either their combat ability or their own honor code, being more open and less stiff.

History/Bio: Born on a planet that was later besieged by the Empire, Otto was rescued by passing group of exiled Mandalorians when said Empire invaded to subjugate the planet and take the resources while establishing a strategic base. Taken in and adopted as one of them, Otto was trained to live and fight like them by so many different people, that he couldn't quite place anyone of them as a particular parent. And due to them often calling him 'Vod' or 'brother' in their language of Mando'a, he referred to each and every single one of them as brother and sister.

When he came of age, and after passing his rite of passage, he began to undertake any job that'd not only provide his family with funds and the right to Beskar armor, which was a tough thing to do when one was as young as he was. But eventually he was able to get enough Beskar to forge his armor, when a year after the Empire's Second Death Star was destroyed, he was separated from his clan after a particularly bad skirmish with Empire remnants that nearly killed Otto and most of his fellow clanmates.

Alone in the galaxy, Otto does any job he can to fund his effort to find his family once more..
