History:
Caelius was born and raised in Whispwood a quiet forest like area that felt like it belonged to him and his big family, due to them having bird like features. They enjoyed flying, and hunting in their free hours. But when it came to work, there was no time to dillydally. His entire family worked for a post office company as couriers. It became almost like family tradition, you'd be born, you'd be pressure to fly as early as possible, then you'd take your first sack. Caelius was a late bloomer, though he manage to get there in the end. Caelius didn't want to be courier, or a postman, it wasn't what he wanted, and he didn't feel it was something all his family had to do. It was just easier for them to do because they had wings and could fly. He wanted to be something more then that, so he started searching.
At the age of 10 he was tested and at the age of 11 he made his own decision to be recruited to them as he passed the visual test. The time he left family was a hurtful time for him, feeling he abandoned them, feeling guilty for wanting the best for himself and doing what he felt he wanted to do. Thrown into pit he thought he would have to fend for himself, however that didn't happen fortunately for him to running into a young Nelly Rogers, and exceeding pupil at the time. He tried to keep up with her, They ate together and spoke, but as they grew older their lives got busier. In his own words, "Nelly, she just got up and left." Though he didn't do anything to rekindle the memory himself. He had the physical and willpower to Nelly was, but he lacked smarts and confident, almost common sense too. This lead to him falling behind, another curse, set on the late bloomer.
These days he's more colder and a little heart broken, he has been able to complete missions without any casualties apart from one, one that he'd never really speak of to anyone.
Personality:
Caelius is ambitious and persistent, the evidence shown is that he has took the test numerous times to become a Bachelor and has failed and tried register as soon as he could. However his impatience has cost him favors with many comrades and it has gave him a sort of needy desperate aura. However on duty he is shown to be quite focused, brave and selfless. His kill count is low due to him transporting comrades from place to place or saving them in a sticky situation, these actions have given him a chip on shoulder, making him rather confident a bit too confident.
Personally, Caelius is quite considerate of others, only to a point, he lives by code "Be treated how you want to be treated". Though he doesn't always follow it due to certain events.
