Since it sounds like the Emperor's word is law. Then I'm technically 'good' but Chaotic Good because he will be willing to do anything to make sure the Emperor is safe and his laws upheld...even if it means breaking some of those laws hes upholding.

I'm not sure exactly who is and is not interested. Thank you, to those whom have posted so far.
 
I'll be honest,I was actually expecting more of the characters to be from th Order, seeing that almost all known psycics are under the order, and I don't think non-Order psycics would go straight to the center of their oppressionad fear without some sort of promise of safety. Did the Emperor offer solice to psycics that chose to aid him.

All that, and I will be expanding on m previous post. I''ll let you all know when revisions are complete.
