Idk when I'll boot it up exactly, I need to reply to something else first. So many RP's, so little time.

I actually enkoyed WoW a fair bit despite thinking it wasn't worth the money I payed. The problems that plagued it were the same as most mmo's so it's hard to hold that against it. The worst thing about it though was that I got a lot of hate because I played a pyro mage which everyone thought was useless. It wasn't but I ran through mana faster than anyone which annoyed them. The fact that I had super high aggro annoyed them too, but I was tanking a lot of dungeons by kiting so I don't think they had any right to complain.

A lot of players follow guides and think they know everything. I've seen it often enough. It's most satisfying being underestimated in PvP situations. PvE, it's kinda annoying because PUG's are the worst. Then they blame their mistakes on you. Great thing about being a tank here is the 'you pull, you die' rule. I love that practice so much :D

Completely ignored the bearded lady comment haha. I'm going to get my beserker templar up tonight. Whether or not this oone's a friend is up to you though. Min maxing it to the limits so expect some great PvP from it.

Still thinking about having a second char... If we make a new character partway thru the IC, do we need to start them from level 1?

Yeah, a lore index will be a necessity as it grows. I'll kick it off with a basic premise to get everyone warmed up to each other RP-wise, then collaborative world-building galore.

Rofl uhhh.....im just gonna pass by all the girl vs guy comments that came up because of me~ *whistles innocently* for the record, I am a girl not a guy XD lol I just thought it would be interesting to have my girl char be stuck in a guy avatar (ya im a lil evil)

Hah, I like GW2. It gets a lot of backlash though, but it looks a lot more fun than point&click systems. Also race restrictions are awful. If I want to be a hulking giant mage with the physical attack of a wet blanket, by the gods will I be a hulking giant mage with the physical attack of a wet blanket!

I have an unreasonable hatred for WoW, largely influenced by how we lost a mate of mine to it for 2 years or something. I played it for a few minutes before arrogantly deciding it sucked and was the worst game ever. Although alla this was stupid, teenage reasoning (because seriously how can you judge a game on 10 minutes solo gameplay) I've never been able to give it much of a chance. Even if it's probably, after SAO, the biggest supporter of the MMO-roleplay genre's existence out there.



So if I understand correctly, that means that right now that example takes 9 MP to activate that skill? 0.5(10) + 4 'cause strength is a parameter, not a resource.

If that's the MP-costs, all is well. Well, except I'd like to see durations as posts instead of seconds, because you know ;p

And yes, Saphira is the mystic species we in old mmo-slang called L.R.I.G. I have no idea of it still exists, but basically it's G.I.R.L. (which stands for Guy In Real Life) reversed. I was wondering if someone would go for this, actually ;p

And don't worry, it's not the first time people mistake my gender over the internet. Which is kinda awkward to admit. Maybe I'm not typing manly enough? How does one type manly? What can I do to put more testosterone in my posts?

Eh I liked WoW but it did get boring and repetitive after awhile (why I quit multiple times) and there was some serious jackholes (yes I just made that up) but I imagine most MMO's have those problems. Ive played Tera a lil too, and Diablo 3 lol

Oh I didnt kno adding str would cost more MP *bonks self on the head* how about I just change it to MP cost(s) and leave out the str % ? Lil easier that way.

Edit: If I were to make a 2nd character, what class do u guys think we need? (Pretty sure cleric isnt lol)

That really depends. TERA's levelling experience was fine. Also when games are recently released the community tends to be very supportive. It usually isn't till endgame/mass population growth that people become jerks. I tried to get into wildstar's beta to check it out because it was still early. I even got a key somewhere near the end, but then found out my laptop couldn't run it. ;x

Your last Beserker skill doesn't list the summon's HP, or even damage potential.
Also your passive abilities don't normally cost MP. That would be more along the lines of a toggle or sustained skill.

Wasnt sure about the passive abilities if they needed to cost MP or not, I can change that to 0. Thx =)

Well it all depends on the lvl with the summon, I can be more specific about it tho if needed

It's all up to Kestrel really, I was just thinking personally if you summon a -2 LVL clone of yourself it's still gonna do a hell of a lot of damage haha. We can't kill everything in one hit after all.

Lol ya, I edited/changed it and got rid of the MP cost of passive skills. The demon has now only 60% of its master's-Skia's stats/HP

We should have some PvP fun once we both hit around level 15 or so eh? All in good fun too, none of this competitive PvP stuff that makes people hate each other. Might be fun to see a supp tank vs a dmg tank. Or more likely I'll die and get an achievement for sucking at PvP.(very much the truth of my MMO experiences)
