Once upon a time, there was a group of religious acolytes who formed together to summon their true god. But that went horribly wrong. The world upon the arrival of the 'god' was completely uninhabitable. Due to it being covered in radiation, and demons. No one could live on the surface. Except the followers of the 'demon', but not everything is as it seems. That was one thing humans never learned. Even if something is not a 'god' or 'demon' doesn't mean it doesn't have massive power. The creature they summoned was a celestial being. It's name " naiad " Or as the worshippers called them. It has been a long time since the acolytes were last alive. But you are the ones who inherited their powers. The power they obtained from naiad herself.
