His shoes have high pointed tips and are hot pink with a dash of purple to them, and his tie is red with large yellow polka dots on it. He wears a black top hat with a green ribbon on the top of it. Wearing crescent shaped glasses that he holds on the top of his head like you would with unused sunglasses, he is the sight to be seen.
