Schedules are fairly simple, and a lot of the learning is done online. A learning-tablet is provided to all students who don't possess an electronic device; they can sign it out from the library or their classroom at the beginning of each week, and must return it each time before they leave campus. The learning-tablets can be taken and used anywhere on the campus, but cannot leave the premises. Textbooks and paper materials are still used, it is encouraged still for students to carry a binder or notebook for each subject to stay organized. Students in grades 1 through 4 all have the same schedule and report to the same classroom for daily tutoring and non-online classes such as gym and/or art, depending on the day. Students in grades 5 through 12 have a bit more freedom. They are still required to attend some amount of in-class study/tutoring time {the amount depends on grade, please see schedules below}, but they can choose to fill the remainder of their school time with electives.

Architecture -- Teaches the basics of architecture and blueprint design. Each student will build a mini, scaled model of their own design as their final project each year.
Art -- Generic art class that brushes a bit on everything.
Design -- Specifying on any type of art design, a lot of people who prefer graphic design and fashion design like to take this class.
Filmmaking -- From everything to how to use a bulky, professional-style camera, touring production booths in more southern Cali and of course filming and editing their own productions, this class teaches the students every thing it can to it's students about the behind-the-scene's going on of the nearby film-industry. A few of the school's productions, put together by solely by the students, have been shown at local film festivals and won awards.
Photography -- Teaching everything from learning how to use a camera to how to take shots at difficult angles. The school creates a magazine of the best shots from the all the classes at the end of the year. It circulates around locally usually.
Career Exploration -- Primarily meant as a class for junior's and seniors, but offered to whoever would like to take it, essentially, this class is like having career day everyday. If a student expresses interest in a certain career the school will often try to set up some sort of internship or shadowing experience a few times a week during the hour and a half period given for this class so they can get field experience.
Driver's Education -- This class is ONLY available for those students who are 16 and older, as anyone under that age cannot have their license (for legal reason's, the school opted just for 16, this way students can take their driving test as soon as they finish the course, not having to wait until they become of age).
Accounting -- A class that teaches about how money works within the business world as well as teaches students how to file taxes by hand.
Business -- A class that gives students the proper knowledge of how to run a business. Each student opens a mock business after the first quarter and is expected to keep it afloat until the end of the year using the knowledge they learn and the stash of monopoly money they use to run the business.
Finance -- A class that teaches about investments and money managements. The class tries to exemplify this by assigning a system of fake stocks and a certain amount of fake investment money to everyone to invest/sell and monitor throughout the year {while also keeping a close eye on the real stocks}.
Keyboarding and Applications -- This class was originally meant for the younger students as a way to get them more proficient with typing, but over the years has been amended so that students can also develop and code their own tablet app while in the class. The primary focus for the class though, is still on typing with speed and accuracy.
Leadership -- Supporting the ideas and policies of the students, this class tries to promote inner growth and confidence in the individual.
Public Speaking -- The goal of this class is to make the students speak well, speak clearly and get their point across. If they manage to like it that is also nice, but it is rather common knowledge that public speaking is not a fan favorite.
Sociology -- A class that studies the development, structure and function of human society. Often this class has one of the resident social workers speaking about various topics.
Botany -- A class that studies everything about plants. They have their own section in the greenhouse where each class gets a rare species to take care of. The teach sometimes chooses the most dedicated students that seem to have the greenest thumbs with her private section of the green-house where she is known to constantly try to combine plants and crossbreed for new species, doing endless research.
Psychology -- This class studies the human mind and the functions and behavior both over time and in different scenarios. Child Psychology is rather heavily included in this program, an entire semester and a half is dedicated to caring for both an egg, a flour sack and finally an annoying crying doll that acts a lot like a Baby Alive but keeps a record of everything you do and looks a lot more real.
Family and Consumer Sciences -- Also known as Home Etc. This class also brings Wood Shop into the mix, the first half of the year students learn how to cook, clean, sew, do laundry, etc, while in the second half of the year they become carpenters.
Health -- Often referred to as 'the other gym class' ... Health is basically human biology. It covers what the effects of any real-life choices you make could have on your body presently or in the future.
Wildlife Adventures -- Focused on animals and their habitats mainly, this class does go exploring around the campus grounds fairly often though, looking for new signs of wildlife to study.

Mythology -- This class delves into all different types of mythology, from the Norse gods to the Greek monsters and the Egyptian rituals. Sparking healthy debate from the students on topics, and using entertainment as a source of fictional knowledge.
Social Justice -- A class that studies the distributions of wealth, opportunities and privileges within a society and how the society interacts with other societies when face to face with a different Social Justice system.
Creative Writing -- A class that enables and urges kids to write whatever comes from their heart.
Journalism -- For the inner newscaster, reporter, journal writer or other more serious type writing job, this class focuses on writing the facts in a way that will grab someone's attention.

Art Club -- A generic club that covers all forms of non-music-or-writing-type art such as sketching, painting, photography, knitting, pottery and graphic design. This club tends to work closely with the Writer's Guild. They are also in charge of creating the Memoir-Book a yearly photo-album type, slim, paperback book that covers only the current year. Each grade has a book that is specific to their grade so as not to make the book impersonal. Every student gets one of these, including the seniors who also get a yearbook {the Writer's Guild is in charge of that}.
Bird-Watching Club -- Supplied with a pack of 'wild-bird-seed' and your average weighted binoculars, the group meets on weekends mainly to peruse the nearby {and sometimes not so near} nature preserves and forests, looking for different species to document.
Choir -- A leisurely singing group that performs quarterly.
Fishing Club -- A fairly leisurely club that gathers every nice weekend to fish off of Clear Lake {the lake the school is next to}. At the end of the school year, just after the graduation ceremony all of the former seniors in the club are invited to go out on a three-day shark-fishing excursion on the pacific ocean.
Foreign language Club -- Though the club doesn't specialize in any specific foreign language, the two founders of the club were fascinated by Latin, Swahili and Sign Language. The club takes frequent trips to local towns specializing in foreign cultures throughout the year to immerse the students without taking them too far. Once a quarter they take a week-long trip to a different country voted on by the members of the club and the amount of money they have in their budget.
Gaming Club -- Specializing mainly in anything and everything to do with video games, the club has recently began to dabble in Virtual Reality as well. In addition to electronic gaming, there is one board game night every two weeks. Sometimes the members also take pleasure in non-electronic gaming, LARPing, online RP or D&D as well, all of which the club supports.
Gardening Club -- A club that maintains the landscaping of the Estate's garden's from the planning and designing to the growing and caring. Sometimes they also do volunteer work within the community.
Hiking Club -- This club is generally full of the earliest risers on campus and the thrill seekers. They travel to everything from nearby forests and nature preserves to local caves and mountain-outcrops. The club has occasional field-trips to places further away where the members camp as well, leaving Friday after class and returning Sunday night usually.
History Club -- This club offers it's student's the chance to visit countless numbers of museums and attend several different types of reenactments such as renaissance fairs, Medieval Times, war reenactments, settlement reenactments and even villages such as Old Bethpage Restoration Village. Needless to say, the club does a lot of field trips; a lot of them are scheduled during the one-two day class breaks that they have including the weekend.
MAD {making-a-difference} -- A charity and fund-raising club that is known for its volunteer work.
Scrabble Club -- A whole club dedicated to playing scrabble, and more recently, Words with Friends.
Show choir -- Dedicated to performance and singing, they have a competitive and dedicated nature. This club performs at basically every function the school has by choice, instead of just performing quarterly like the general choir.
Study Club -- a tutoring club for people who want a quite place to work but also a guaranteed place to ensure their questions get answered. Each day of the week there is at least one {if not more} teacher/s in attendance along with the smartest kids in each grade as the school greatly encourages student interactions between one another.
Theater Club -- A group the performs full shows twice a year. The fall show is generally a full-length play while the spring is a full-length musical. There are actually three shows performed at the same time. One solely for those in House Edmund, one solely for those in House Liesel and one that combines the both of them. Between the production of the shows, the club tends to put skits on at every school function, casting members of any age however they are needed in the skits.
Writer's Guild -- Sharing a lot of similarities with a typical newspaper, journal or yearbook club, the Writer's Guild often works in conjunction with Art Club to publish a weekly e-journal complete with a slew of pretty pictures to send out to all the student and faculty e-mails. The seniors in the club are also responsible for creating their 'through-the-years' Yearbook ... which is essentially just a large, hardcover version of the slim, paperback Memoir-Book that every student receives at the end of the year. The Art club is responsible for those though. The Yearbook {the seniors' one} also has a decent amount of writing in it, which is absent in the Memoir-Book. The Memoir-Book is basically a photo album of the school year.

A Capella choir -- {age 10+} A traveling choir group that is well-known for their work and online.
Chess Club -- Though not as well-known anymore, chess competitions are still a fairly rigorous mind activity and the students here take road trips to compete whenever they can. Unfortunately, financial backing for this club requires a lot more fundraising from the students than most other clubs.
Band -- A general band that contains all types of non-orchestral instruments. They have traveled all over in the past to compete and play for various parties of note-worthy stature.
Drill Team -- {age 13+} They don't necessarily score as high as the military schools, but they still place fairly well generally.
Marching band -- {age 12+} The main goal for this band is always to get themselves on TV for Thanksgiving in New York City at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. They've gone once before, over a decade ago, but in general competitions they always place high as well. The marching band generally teams up with the kickline to learn a good number of routines for their competitions and halftime shows at Football, Soccer and Basketball games.
Mathletes -- Generally a smaller and highly competitive club, they try hard and compete well at whatever level they enter in at.
Orchestra -- a general orchestra that contains all types of non-band instruments with the exception of one organ used to lead.
Robotics Club -- {age 10+} A newer club to the school, this still requires the students to do a lot of their own funding while it 'earns it's place' so to speak.
Speech & Debate Team -- {age 14+} a highly competitive team that travels to and from competitions, most people on this team would probably make excellent lawyers.
Spelling Club -- For any of those kids who love spelling and words, sometimes words bigger than them, this is probably the club for them. This school is one of the highest placing for the spelling bee world... no matter how small that world is. Much like Chess, the student's have to do most of their own fundraising for a steady financial backing.
