Lu Feng's personality is very contradicting. While he is thoroughly cynical and nihilistic, he is at the same time devoted and protective, and even a little childish to the point where it makes him hard to hate. He doesn't usually lie, but he has a tendency to keep secrets and tell half truths. He truly isn't one of the friendliest people, and will usually try to keep others at a distance. Even when he means well and is trying to be nice, he often ends up being sarcastic. Especially so when he gives advice. He doesn't like the thought of making commitments, and can often come off as insensitive and reserved. Lu Feng tends to use logic; even when he tries try to meet others halfway something akin to empathy and emotional sensitivity, it rarely seems to quite come out right, if anything is even said at all.

Yet it should be noted that Lu Feng isn't all bad. He may not be your typical ray of sunshine, but he's creative and practical, knowing how to put novel ideas to good use – especially in dire situations. Additionally, Lu Feng is flexible, and though it comes with a certain unpredictability, Feng is still able to store his spontaneity for a rainy day, releasing their energy just when it is needed most.

On the other hand, his stubborn nature, difficulty to comprehend others' emotions, attitude that one should focus on the moment, can lead to unnecessary and unhelpful boundary-pushing. He has a tendency to escalate conflict and danger just to see where it goes, something that can have disastrous consequences for everyone around if he were to lose control of the situation. He is notoriously difficult to get to know, and is by all means a true introvert, keeping his personal matters to himself, and often just preferring silence to small talk.

Personality type: Silent Predator.
Personality description: People who know Eva can understand the shy, slightly sweet and awkward woman she presents herself to be but are never fooled by her mournful expression her her quiet ways. While she is indeed shy and can be sweet she is in fact an apex predator, she uses her looks and demeanor to allow people to think she is no threat and in doing so they speak much freer than they would around others. This means Eva hears many things and finds out many things that people would rather be kept private. To buy her silence they have to fulfill favours for her and these favours can continue for years or longer depending on the secrets she finds. This gives her a network, a web is you will, of people she can draw on when she needs information and means she is very in the know. Outside of 'work' she is still rather quiet but once she forms a bond with someone she rarely ever breaks it, she can come across as odd and creepy in the things she says or does but she very rarely means any harm by it.
Likes: Silk, subtle scents, the moon and stars, cool nights, fresh meat, spiders, most bugs, pretty, bright-coloured things.
Dislikes: Bright sunlight, loud voices, dull colours, over powering smells, too much heat, large bodies of water, the colour brown on anything much at all, birds.

Weaknesses: Once angry something usually has to die before she calms down, she can't swim so is scared of any water that comes deeper than her knees, she hates fire with a passion, strong sun light renders her more or less blind so she needs help getting around in those conditions. Dim sunlight gives her headaches after a period of time, the sound of thunder can make her faint. She isn't very physically strong.

Formal outfits: She wears a long black dress with a corseted bodice, long sleeves that at elbow become form fitting and end in a point at the middle knuckles. it has a low 'V' front which ends between her bosoms but is held tight by the corset ribbons in the back of the dress. The skirt flares out and falls luxuriously to the floor, covering feet to the toes, it seems to have a life of its own as it dances to and fro as she walks. What can be seen of her foot wear is a slightly heeled, laced boot. She also wears a mourners 'hood', a hat that covers her head, with an ornate golden yellow 'egg sac' design on either side, lengths of silk act like webs from these points and can be left hanging to give a 'framed' look or wrapped around as a scarf.
Combat outfits: Black calf high leather boots with a slight heel, form fitting leather pants and a black 'V' shaped corset with silken ties.
Accessories: Has a silver charm bracelet with no charms.
Makeup: Doesn't wear it, her lips are naturally black.
Equipment: She needs very little but caries on her person a steel dagger, wicked edge on it. She also has a book, quill and ink which is usually more than she needs.
Trinkets: She likes bright things but isn't much of a person for physical possessions so the trinkets she has have been gifts from her group. Usually bright pebbles, shaped glass, the odd semi-precious gemstone, scraps of cloth etc.

History

Shifters, for the most part, were peaceful people, mostly nomadic since the loss of their home centuries prior to some race or another they had preferred to travel. They found it hard more often than not to stay in the groups or 'tribes' they were born in as large numbers of shifters were frowned upon in most cities. Leading them to many times have to set up camps out side the cities walls and trade inside during the days and to carry on their traditions by night. Fear and lack of understanding lead one drunk zealous man to cause the first rift between human and shifters, after attacking and killing the female half of a mated tiger pair the male shifted -as extreme emotions can have that affect- and killed him.

From city to village to town word was spread that shifters were murderers and they were kicked from and shunned from human company. Most shifters returned to nomadic lifestyles and those who lived in towns and cities were regarded with suspicion and chased away. Over the years it was not humans that hunted to the shifters to near extinction but famine, sickness, infertility due to climate changes and stress and the 'darklings' (goblins and their ilk).

Many years passed and while shifters were regarded still with suspicion and victims of hate crime, tensions had dwindled between the few clans that still survived; bear, wolf, fox, panther, tiger and badger, and humans. While many still lived in fear of being discovered and either attacked or run out of town the shifters from the aforementioned stronger tribes were considered in higher regard.

Eva is the daughter of Deadra and Petrov, the before then considered extinct spider clan, the Widow family branch. They had lived their lives in fear, moving from city too city after the murder of Petrov's mother -burned in her bed- and Deadra's sister -drowned-. They came to rest finally in Kalt, hoping for freedom from persecution and for many years they had it. They ran a simple tailors shop using their skills as Spiders to mend and sew dresses and gowns. Few knew their secret but it seemed some tensions still ran deep, not long after their daughter was born their home was set fire too, Petrov died in the place but burnt and battered Deadra escaped her demise with her daughter protected against her chest.

Personality description:
Crystal is a strong-willed and cheerful girl with a fondness for cute things. Her hobby is to make everything and everybody "cute". When disagreed with, she is prone to temper tantrums and bouts of self-centeredness. She imposes her sense of fashion and preference upon others and doggedly refuses to take no for an answer. However, on the occasions when she goes too far and upsets someone, she feels horrible and will even cry over her mistake.

PROFESSION DESCRIPTION: As a Scholar of Comatose Keep, Pascal would be the go to person for people wanting to know detailed information about something, someone, and/or somewhere and have the information provided in forms of books, scrolls, parchments and/or on rare occasions a special-magical item that is scattered about amongst the chaotic mess of her work space. Her services include but are not limited to: providing knowledge about ancient/mystical artifacts and treasures, magic and magical items/creatures, languages (interpreter), maps and hidden locations, solving difficult riddle and puzzles, etc etc. A much higher cost is priced for exclusive services that would require for her to be a sort of Guide since Pascal would be traveling as well with the person or group and thus the risk of danger is a lot higher (usually for difficult adventures, epic quests, long journeys, etc.) However, some difficult quests Pascal can do by herself and most often involve retrieving something from somewhere or someone and once acquired she can trade or sell it to others at a price. Pascal may also direct you to other guildmates from Comatose Keep for their services to acquire needed items for your quest/journey (ie seeking out the Spellbinder for an enchantment of a weapon to defeat this creature or an item to find the passage to that secret location etc. etc.) Pascal also runs a side business...a sort of a pawn shop exclusively for rare and/or magical items and will trade or buy them with money, other items of equal value, or her exclusive Scholarly services.

WORK ETIQUETTE: Pascal is indeed an oxymoron in that she is an organized mess. Walking into her work space you will see books, scrolls, and parchments scattered everywhere along with other magical items and strange contraptions the she has collected herself or bought over time. She will most often snap at you for trying to touch anything for it will probably do something horrible to you. Although she works amongst chaos she knows exactly where everything is even if its hidden underneath a pile of papers and books. One thing for sure is that the only space uncluttered is where she brews her tea and there is always a fresh pot ready to be served. She becomes very flustered when people touch her things without permission and even more so when they try to "organize" and move stuff around because then she really wont know where anything is at. When speaking to her professionally she is polite and very competent in her scholarly abilities and is considered one of the best. If Pascal does not know the answer then she will at least point you to the right direction of where to go and who to talk to. She is very decisive and driven when it comes to her business and pales in comparison when it comes to her personal and social life. Yes, she is a workaholic and really doesn't have the time for anything and anyone else (unless you are a close friend.)


Personality

PERSONALITY: Outside of her work and guild Pascal lives a very quiet and simple life. A typical early morning is spent reading something while sipping on her mug of tea (she is highly addicted to it) and when done reading or pausing the time is spent day-dreaming as she looks onto the city of Kalt from her window. Despite her wealthy upbringing and growing up in a prestigious and noble elven family Pascal decided to leave that life at a young age (an arranged marriage into another aristocratic family where she would do nothing but be locked up in mansions and spend money on unnecessary parties and shallow materialist things) and pursue her own dreams of seeking adventure and knowledge by her own means.
She is a highly intellectual creature yet still retains the down-to-earth-and-friendly qualities that most snobbish-uptight-arrogant-intellectuals (even more so if they are of noble-rich families) tend to lack. Pascal is polite with the majority and is quite slow to anger most likely due to her patience which has been greatly developed throughout the years by practicing her magic craft and acquiring her Scholarly knowledge. However, once angered her temper is quite beastly and it's usually provoked when her protective tendencies come out (people that mess with those she is close with or innocent-helpless people.) Her trust is not easy to come by (and impossible to gain back if broken) which explains why she only has a handful of close friends that she could depend her life with but if you do have her trust then you've gained a formidable ally and friend. Perhaps her most admirable quality is that she is loyal to a fault. She will always have your back and will never ever quit on you. Yes, she will go to the fiery pits of hell and fight the demon herself just to get your bloody soul back.
Pascal is a sensitive creature but does her best to hide it without much success. You can immediately tell if she is upset and bothered when she becomes quiet and detached. However, Pascal will try to play it off like she's ok and flash you a smile since she hate's burdening people with her own problems. Those that know her well enough will catch on that she's totally faking it though. During these low times you can find her hiding at home doubling the amount of tea and her reading or work herself even harder with her business. Her fears are a guarded secret but worst yet is that they are contradictory: she fears to be alone but also fears to love...events in the past has made her this way...but whatever it may be she will never tell. Pascal is a humble soul which makes it easier for her to get embarrassed and when so she is incredibly awkward...unfortunately for her, she stands out even more while she desperately tries to make herself invisible. Pascal is a perfectionist and is her own harshest critic; sometimes she doesn't give herself enough credit to feel good about herself and so is left feeling inadequate.
On a lighter note she also has a terrific sense of humor and enjoys very much making others smile and laughing at herself.

BATTLE DEMEANOR: Brave, cool, and calculated. It is not uncommon for her to let out warrior like cries and yells and growling sounds when angered, attacking, and/or pushing herself during battle.

QUIRKS: Somewhat clumsy and is apologetic about it, an awkward-nervous wreck around certain males, tends to sigh a lot during unpleasant experiences and around unpleasant people, mumbles incoherent things and talks quietly to herself when in deep thought, will scold herself sometimes even out loud, day-dreams at random times, sleeps while hugging something...a pillow, a fluffy animal, a body part of yours since it helps keep the nightmares away, a sleep walker which has gotten her into trouble before, borderline arachnophobic, and at times Pascal has OCD tendencies during work in that she worries to much if something isn't right so she will double check like 2349203480328 times.


LIKES: Knowledge (is POWA), books (the thicker and older the better), different languages and cultures, music (plays the ocarina and other wind instruments), nature, history & lore, new and innovated inventions, engineering, science & math, alchemy, astronomy, mythical creatures, collecting things, tea of all kinds, staying up late, and good company.

DISLIKES: Unnecessary violence, evil-doers, seeing her loved ones hurt and in pain, being the center of attention especially in front of a large crowd, people worrying over her, liars and disloyal people, an empty mug of tea, smell of burnt toast, and those rare times when she misplaces important things.


STRENGTHS: Absorbing enormous amounts of information and retaining it (not only what she sees and reads but also sounds, smells, tastes, sensing/touching magic auras), magical prowess, intuition, brewing tea (herbal remedies), range weaponry, archery, mental stamina (greater than physical), moves very quickly and acrobatic but only for short bursts, and Varma Kalai (pressure points on the body that can either heal or hinder.)

WEAKNESSES: Knowledge, workaholic, children, helpless people, baked sweets with a cup of tea (deal breaker right there), a sucker for people with a great sense of humor, physically weak, endurance is low, and wears cloth and a few leather armor pieces.

CLOTHING: Simple and plain clothing that doesn't catch much attention. A typical everyday outfit is a linen shirt, coat and/or cloak, and a pair of cloth or leather pants with leather boots or shoes. Pascal likes earth tones and neutral colors but if she does wear a pop color it's usually primary colors (blues, reds, yellows) along with greens and purples. Her guild's symbol is embroidered in some of her clothing pieces.

SCARS: Her right arm and hand is completely covered with a magical burn scar due to an extremely powerful incantation channeled for too long. It is a painful reminder of channeling more than she can handle, but saved many lives because of it and so was worth the sacrifice. The burn scar is not necessarily tissue damage but more of a discoloration and stands out very much due to her normal pale skin color. The colors of the scar are a pale red, blue, and purple intertwining and are shaped like flames. The scar sometimes hurts her when wielding too much strong magic for too long and may even distract her from concentrating at times however Pascal's pain tolerance has increased over time.

TATTOOS: Her intricate symbol is magically tattooed on the top side of both her forearms (it's a large tattoo with half on one arm and half on the other) so when both arms are joined the entire symbol is seen and makes it possible to channel her magic. However, the stronger the magic the harder it is to keep her arms together to channel. See picture in spoiler as an example of the tattoo's location on her arms.

Pascal's symbol is also tattooed on the palm of her right hand and on top of her left hand; these are also used to channel. When wielding her power the tattoos glow in different colors. Pascal also has a regular tattoo of her guild just underneath her left collarbone.


UNIQUE PHYSICAL TRAIT: Pascal's right golden eye has a magical ability but it's more of a hindrance, really. When using powerful magic Pascal's right eye burns gold; catching aflame which emits an incredibly bright and blinding light. Although she has used it to blind foes (it can reach them from afar) the drawback is that it will blind Pascal and those near her as well. The flaming eye is covered with an enchanted eye patch that not only blocks the light but also makes it capable for her to see through it.

EQUIPMENT: A magical grimoire and quill (that needs no ink to write with) that can float beside her or hang off her hip whilst attached to her belt, a cloth pouch filled with tea herbs, leather pouch filled with gold, small telescope, magnifying eye-glass, tool kits, journal, scrolls and parchments, small ocarina, and a large circle keychain that holds too many damn keys (some of them are magical) yet she never has trouble finding the right one.

TRINKETS: A necklace worn either around her neck or wrapped around her wrist. It is a gold and silver chain with a white-translucent stone pendant that pulses with a faint glow since it mimics the beat of Pascal's heart...a sure way to know if she is dead or alive.


Powers & Abilities

CLASS: Battlemage
PRIMARY-DOMINANT: Magic

SECONDARY-MINOR: Long range weaponry & offhand items
MAGICAL ABILITY: Arcane
SCHOOLS: Master of Evocation, Conjuration, and Abjuration...nothing more and nothing less.

IMMUNITIES: Immune to most magics except for Evocation, Conjuration, and Abjuration the same magics that she can wield. As long as she is mentally strong and stable Pascal can bypass the immunity if the magic is beneficial. Toxic elements and poisons also have no effect on her.

RESTRICTIONS: Pascal does not have an endless mana pool although in the past she has pushed herself beyond capability and was lucky enough to walk out with a scarred right arm. However, Pascal is known to seek out items that will increase her mana pool and eliminate her casting time since she is prone to casting powerful magics. Pascal has achieved a high tolerance for casting big and for a long periods of time after thousands of years of practice. Unfortunately, mana stones/items are costly both in time and value so she does not always possess one. Using too much magic will make her tired, black out, and/or destroy her body...worst case scenario is death. Also in order to wield her magic it is required that she either writes or says/chants her magic quietly to herself or out loud. As you can see this may take time but the spell will be summoned perfectly the majority of the time without much trouble of bending it to her will. The spell casting time can also be greatly diminished if she uses an item to channel her magic with (please read below.) Also, she is incapable of wielding any other types of magic and so relies on her allies for help on other forms of magical arts. Physical restrictions are that she does not have the stamina for long physical combat fights. Pascal is quick and acrobatic but this can be done in short-spaced out bursts. Her armor is a combination of mostly cloth and leather. Lighter armor makes it easier for her to move and regenerate her energy at the cost of being physically weak/vulnerable.

BATTLE STYLE: Pascal is a magic wielder first and her main form of offensive and defensive. Physical combat with long range weaponry is a minor and secondary form of combat and it's purely offensive. She is too physically weak so does not have the strength to rely too much on physical combat as a form of defense. Pascal starts off doing the physical combat herself and once she tires she uses her magic to control her weapons to do the fighting for her. Once her stamina has regenerated she will take on physical combat herself again. She does this combination of physical combat and magic to get through her foes. Pascal's magical combat is more comfortably done at a long range but will short range while wielding the weapon herself if she needs to.

ORIGIN: From within but will use items to channel and therefore perform the spell faster. Items used to channel are conjured items such as an offhand magical item (talisman, ring, lantern, tome, grimoire, etc.) or magical long range weapon (staff, spear, scythe, bow & arrows, etc.) Otherwise she will resort to her own body which is faster (there is no time wasted in conjuring an offhand item or weapon) but this can be dangerous since the magic can burn down her body.

Strengths: Gabriel is an arch-mage versed in magic, he has been known to slay creatures supposedly immune to
magic. In the terms of all around magic there is no one alive that can outdo him.

Since Gabriel is not a mortal being and is made of energy, he doesn't age like a normal being and being killed is almost impossible. He does not have to eat or drink like a normal being to sustain his body.

Weaknesses: Gabriel has one weakness, while he can not be physically killed the body that he has currently made for himself can be destroyed and when it is Gabriel goes into a kind of stasis. In this stasis his magic acts on its own and begins crafting him a new body. This could take different ranges of time.

Morality: Gabriel despite the fact he is not a mortal still holds the same concept of right and wrong. Though he does realize that sometimes what is depicted as wrong has to be done for the world to live on and evolve past what it is already at.

Etiquette: Gabriel is willing to do anything to live up to these ideals, though combat is one of his strong suits he will not enter it unless he is forced to do so. He will talk out of situations to refrain from killing those that do not understand..

Attitude: Gabriel is calm, he is calculating and no matter what he never misses a beat when it comes to any situation you can think through.

Appearance

Appearance (Kid): Vibrant and full of life Gabriel was generally seen wearing a bright smile, he always seemed to be in a different version of the same outfit every day he went out, a dark onyx black shirt and a pair of bright blue hakama like pants, his eyes were a vibrant purple color and seemed to show life. He was always eccentric and generally forgot to tie up his long hair a feature of the elves whose clan he was born to, his hair was a seemingly dark purple color with icy blue highlights. He was always seen with a book in his hand and never without arguing with any of the elders about stories long since passed.

Appearance: Ever since the day of his childhood disappearance Gabriel completely changed, his study of magic changed him into a being that no longer should reside on this realm. His body was no longer made of skin and bone but pure energy, he was no longer the elf that he was born as but now he was a being of magical force and magical energy that took the shape of a mortal, due to this development Gabriel is seen wearing a dark sapphire blue cloak with black highlights along the fabric of the cloak weaved into each of the threads. The cloak has a hood that always remains drawn up and over Gabriel's head, beneath the darkness of the hood rests two almost bright icy blue orbs that can only be described as Gabriel's eyes. His hands are always covered by a pair of black leather gloves and hidden beneath the oversized sleeves of the cloak.
Abilities and Powers

Ability: Archon of Magic, (Dark and Light magic are all his speciality)

Element: Gabriel is a master level mage, one that is able to manipulate all forms of arcane magic.

Immunities: Gabriel is immune to any magic that would instantly kill another, he is also immune to any magic that would age his body.

Futilities: Gabriel really only has one weakness, his weakness is any type of magic that would absorb him...that he isn't able to counter. Also upfront combrat in melee is another major weakness of his.

Restrictions: Gabriel has placed a lot of restrictions on himself in the forms of seals and such to the point that the cloak he wears has been known to cover more than his identity. WHen the cloak is removed only then will people feel the true power of an Archmage.

Origin: Gabriel has always been a prodigy at magic, ever since he was little the only problem was that when he was younger he seeked the knowledge that no mage shall ever seek. The knowledge of the source of magic, ever since that day when he found the knowledge he searched for Gabriel has been adept at all forms of the arcane and there have been very few that have been able to match his skill.

Source: Gabriel's magic is drawn from the world around him and even from his own being, since he is technically a battery. Magic is not something he takes lightly.

Skills: He is of a grandmaster skill level able to conjure spells that could destroy entire cities with a mere flick of his wrists.
History

Family Life: Gabriel was a child whose parents had great hopes for him; he was born on the day that the bond between the living and the dead were the strongest. At the time of his birth the entire flow of the world seemed to shift and this one little boy seemed to be asleep at the time of his birth. He stayed that way for a seemingly long time; his parents seemed worried that their baby boy's life had ended before it started. When his small eyes opened they were a dark sapphire blue color and even then as a baby power seemed to crawl through those small eyes, power that would be unlocked when he was older.

Through the many childhood years of his life Gabriel seemed different from most kids, while many of the kids his age were dancing and acting like children he was studying. Tomes, books, and scrolls that described to him life as a mage, wizards, and sorcerer and the one thing forbidden to his family, magic, they all interested him to such links that he began learning. He started simple with what the group of magic labeled seals and the drawing of circles. Magic came to him naturally and through training and the ability to utilize his magic control he learned magic at an expedient rate.

It was his parents who were the first to catch him in the act of learning magic, in his room one night his dad walked by as Gabriel was drawing a seal on the walls of his room, each of the four walls on the sides held approximately six different seals each in a different language starting from right to left each of the seals read many different words and sayings. His dad only seemed to watch the scene play out before him his son was delving into a forbidden art amongst his people right in his own house. Gabriel stepped into the middle of the room and held his hands out in front of him a smile upon his small lips; they parted to speak the words that his father could not hear.

The sky outside darkened the clouds rolling seemingly out of nowhere, the first flash of lightning sent the kids running to their parents. The sound of thunder quickly following sent the parents inside their homes as well, the darkening skies above continued to swirl and swirl gathering clouds over his house, a flash of light erupted through the roof of the house coming from the floor where Gabriel's room was and into the sky. The light erupted around him and pain echoed around his body, clothes were torn from his slender frame and seemingly disintegrated followed quickly by his body, the light faded and the skies gone and their beautiful elven boy was gone nothing to remind them of that day but the writings on the wall.

When Gabriel's eyes had opened from the finish of the spell he had no idea where he was or what had happened. His head hurt like crazy and his body felt empty, he began to rise from the ground, he reached down expecting his hand to touch solid shortly after moving it but he continued going and going for what seemed like forever. Slowly his head rotated to look down at where his arm should have been and nothing, there was nothing there panic rose inside of his mind and frantically he began searching for a way out. His eyes finally fell on the body that should have been there but it wasn't there nothing was. His lips parted and a yell echoed for what seemed like miles around him, but silence was all that returned to the frightened child.

He moved and tried to run but no legs meant he was rooted to the spot, frantically his mind began to search through all the books all of the material to find a way out of this, a voice echoed from all around Gabriel, a dark voice holding power and seeming very knowledgeable.

"That's what got you here in the first place is it not young mage?"

The question was heard by Gabriel and even registered but no voice escaped, no words formed on his lips he simply listened wanting to know everything he could. So the voice continued.

"You are within the pool of the arcane, you float around within the energy that is a power source to all mages. You called out to learn the magic of all the ancient races and even some magic long since forgotten and forbidden to the mortals of the realm of earth. You simply do not know what you called out for."

The voice paused as if pondering what was next to say to the kid before sending him back with the curse that he had brought upon himself the curse that only one mage was able to bypass ever in the history of being here. The voice breathed a sigh, the sounds of footsteps echoing all around Gabriel, finally after a few minutes they subsided and a figure stood just inside his field of vision. Nothing but an eerie shadow was all Gabriel was able to make out, the voice though rose up from the figure as it spoke.

"You have come here to seek knowledge that is forbidden to anybody who studies within the arcane arts. The only thing wrong with what you seek besides the effect it will have on you is that you will no longer feel nothing, emotions, pain and happiness and all of that mortal emotion will fade from you. Memories will hold no thought in your head, all that will register is the knowledge you will see today and anything else that will help you achieve the goal of returning your body to its full stature. Do you still wish to have the info you seek?"

The figure stared forward; Gabriel seemed to ponder for only mere seconds before nodding his head in a quick agreement watching the figure. The figure stepped forward one last time and appeared crouching so Gabriel gazed within the darkness, the figure reached to the ends of the hood and gripped in lightly before pulling it back.

"I am the Omnipotent….."

The last words Gabriel heard before his eyes and ears seemed to be silenced and blinded, pain echoed around his body for a quick second nothing seemed to happen. Then a light flashed seeming to bounce around the darkness before revealing to him what he seemed to seek. The light flashed images before Gabriel's eyes at a rapid pace only stopping upon specific images but finally resting on a scene the scene of a figure in a crimson red cloak mimicking the action that Gabriel himself had seemingly hours ago.

The figure continued with the chanting despite the shouts and warnings of his fellow mages, but one simple word was changed within the chanting changing the whole meaning of the spell, the mages who once warned the other of the danger he posed simply began doubling over their bodies echoing pain and disease. They rolled around on the ground for a few minutes before finally falling still and dying upon the floors they once stood. The floor faded and the scene changed though that same mage remained, dark black flames licked up around the crimson mage and darkness stood before him and levitating around him were symbols of a language long since banned from mortal eyes.

The seals faded and black energy coursed around Gabriel's subconscious, pain was registered throughout the entirety of his body before stopping. The scene seemed much cleaner, and much more easeful, his eyes rested upon a female in white robes and carrying a staff in her hand, she had the staff raised upwards uttering a few words, once the words left her lips a daring golden light erupted forth speeding through the air and splitting the heavens open. Her eyes were closed and her chanting continued through the action when her eyes were open Gabriel felt a seeming open light erupt in his mind. He felt at ease and calm and thus rested.Gabriel's eyes opened and around him they scaled searching the area, he felt heavier than a few hours ago yet light at the same time, his body also felt a lot different seemingly there was nothing there no skin no bones, nothing that ways down the original human body. He simply rose to his feet and closed his eyes a cloak surrounding his body and his eyes simply closing upon his previous life and to focus more on his future…

Personality description: Klugh by heart is an orc so the only emotion he really has is rage, thus his face is always contorted into a deep snarl almost making him look angry all the time. He is a warrior at heart and with such will never turn down a fight no matter how the odds are definitely not in his favor.

Likes: Fighting, Alcohol, and his trusty bone axe.

Dislikes: Cowards, and mages

Strengths: Klugh is a warrior, his two most notable strengths are his incredible high physical capabilities, able to run for long periods of time, able to be wounded to the point normal people would die and keep going as if he was at perfect health. Also his physical strength is through the roof, there are legends that reside from his encampment that he once punched a dragon so hard he killed it with the one hit. These stories are merely legends of course...

Weaknesses: Klugh has a weakness that could account as a strength, and that is his rage. He has no self control so when somebody does something to anger him he flies into a rage, this rage increases his physical capabilities but of course destroys his mental giving him no thought process what so ever causing him to attack the nearest thing to him if what angered him has left.

Morality: There are no morals that register inside Klugh's mind, what merely registers there is the thought of doing whatever he wants.

Etiquette: Klugh simply has no sense of what even this word means, all he knows is that he desires bloodshed and he will have it no matter what.

Attitude: Angry, bloodthirsty,

Outlook on Life: "There is no life or death, there is merely blood and more blood"

Perception: Klugh believes that the world is nothing more than a battleground and that everything should be decided the way The Skald'e do it.

Philosophy: "Warriors want a worthy opponent. There is no redress in fighting the pathetic."

Taboos: Klugh has one taboo that if he sees it done that person is only worthy of death, that is the use of magic.
Appearance
Klugh stands at roughly seven feet tall, at a whopping 300 pounds of pure muscle he has no hair and is actually rather bald. He has blood shot red eyes that are always swirling with an angry fire, from his mouth protrudes two tusks one of them seemingly broken at the very tip. He wears tattered leather pants crafted from the hide of a beast he had slain long ago, over his shoulder is tossed the mantle of a black wolf crafted from the fur of the creature almost crudely. Across his green skin, he is littered with scars from many of battles.


Abilities
Ability: Melee Combat

Skills:

Rage: When Klugh enters a rage, his physical capabilities double making him stronger and even more durable. This state however restricts him mentally leaving him unable to even speak properly.

Frenzy: Klugh only enters this state when his body has begun to take a beating even he himself can not sustain, the physically capabilities of his body seem to once again double on top of the rage he has already entered but his vision becomes locked on one person until that person is defeated in combat or Klugh himself is beaten.

Fury: This is the last ability that triggers in Klughs body and this one triggers when the orcs body is at a near critical state. The fury causes everyone around Klugh including allies and friends to be seen as enemies, in this state his physical capabilities quadruple on top of everything else that has been mentioned and lasts onle long enough for him to fall unconcious due to to blood loss. (Which in rp terms could be seen maybe as two to three posts)
Equipment

Weapon:
Bone Axe of Berzerk - This axe does not seem magical at all though it is very magical, The axe is named the berserker because it feasts upon its users blood using it to empower the axe. Each slash of the axe against an opponent causes the opponent to bleed for a few moments, with each hit consecutive after the first the opponent and Klugh continue to bleed these wounds only able to heal with time or by a very powerful healer.

The Mantle of The Wolf - This mantle was crafted from the fur of a rare black wolf, the wolf's fur is rare because it absorbs some damage that would be thrown at Klugh. When struck in battle the mantle will seem like a steel suit of armor shuffling away a small amount of the damage.

The Battle of Titans
Klugh knew a challenge when he saw one, he always had thats why he led their assaults on villages and other clans. So when the giant had come across their encampment seemingly by accident Klugh could not let him walk away. The two stared each other down neither one moving for seemingly a whole minute before Klugh roared and charged forth, the fire in his eyes had been kindled and the true fight now begun. The giant however cared nothing for the orc, he knew the orc would be able to do nothing to him. He let him have his false hopes for actually winning, he raised up his gauntlet to block the axe of the orc as it swung around coming at a completely diagonal swing. When the two weapons clashed bone against steel, the giant expected the axe to break but instead he went sliding back along the ground almost a full foot. Klugh charged forth again for the giant not even giving him time to recover from the previous swing, stepping into the next swing he swung the axe vertically for the giant.

The Two traded blows for hours it seemed the other orcs cheering as the two of them beat on each other, but soon the giant stared down victoriously at the kneeling orc blood littered both of their bodies and more scars danced along muscular torso's. Klugh expected death but instead the giant merely smirked, "You orc will join my guild of the Skald'e as a man of your skill death would be a waste." Klugh merely nodded and rose bringing his axe to his shoulder before following the giant to the city leaving behind his orcish clan for one of the only warriors to ever beat him in battle.

Vaeranel was raised solely by her mother, her father having had no part in her upbringing despite knowing about her title as his daughter. Some would think Vaer was stripped of crucial supports by growing up, not only between races, but in 'half a home', as the young werecats would call it. On the contrary, Vaeranel's mother took not twice, but thrice the initiate to be the mother and father Vaer needed. Her mother was a strong, fearless woman who stood for what she knew with all her might and never backed down in the face of diversity or weakness. It was through this positive influence that Vaer too grew up independent and content within herself for who she was as an individual. She never longed for a mate, never longed to fit in perfectly with the elven or werecat society, never wished to please anyone else, besides her mother. It was through this path of self confidence that she found the way of the druid. Despite what even her beloved mother said, she followed her heart in what she knew was the pathway to happiness. Her passion for druidism grew quickly, and while her mother never approved, saying she was better off finding a true means of survival, not some 'useless old magick' nobody called for anymore. But no matter what people told Vaer, she continued on her path, confident in her decisions, and in her heart's desires.

By nature, Vaeranel is a sympathetic person and through her mother's teachings she came to know compassion and to offer it readily to not only others of her kind, but to all of the earth's creatures. When she took up her studies as an apprentice druid she came into an entirely new understanding of the world around her and with this new knowledge grew an immeasurable level of respect for the world around her. As she grew to know the wild, she developed a sincere compassion for all forms of life, learning that all living beings are equal in so many ways. She strives to show kindness to those around her, and the surroundings that support her.

Because of her chosen path of Druidism Vaeranel has taken up an oath of pacifism. This philosophy was passed on to her by her teacher and is derived from the concept that nature does not lash out and attack, rather defend, and only when necessary. Like nature, Vaer refuses to show violence unless absolutely necessary for her survival. This has, at times, become a great weakness, allowing others the fancy that they can belittle and degrade her, emotionally and physically, without fear of repercussion. For reasons such as this, Vaeranel prefers to spend her time out of the company of people and instead in that of the host of nature, ones less likely to harbour hatred.

In the werecat culture, like so many, a bastard child is frowned upon. Beyond a bastard, a child born of mixed race is looked down on. Combined, a bastard half blood quickly becomes the target of rejection from society. While her mother was once a well respected member of the werecat society, Vaeranel never was. And over the years, her mother's social prowess and immaculate charisma has risen her status back up to a level of "every one has lapses of judgement". While her mother would never in her life deny her love and pride for her only born child, Vaeranel never could hit par with her mother's ability to blend into society. At a relatively young age of 20, Vaeranel left her place in her mother's home, wishing to bring shame and gossip upon her beloved mother no longer, and found herself a place out of own, deep within the woods, where she could focus on her training as a druid and build a life off the land. Few ever visit her, and few are her visits to the city. But Vaeranel has come to love and appreciate this lifestyle, raised to always be proud of the life she had.

Spending nearly all her time flitting about the forest with her brother and sisters of the wild, Vaeranel has taken her natural flexibility and balance to the extreme, fine tuning her acrobatic abilities to the point that almost nothing can knock her off her feet. However, during her time perfecting this skill, she encountered one or two major breaks, these restrict her from making large drops or leaps while in her human form.

Born of graceful races, Vaeranel shows the agility of both an elf and a werecat, coupled with her training, she's become quite skilled at movement on tricky terrain in both human and caracal forms.

Much like the others of her kind(s), she is lithe in build and will never truly develop a high degree of body muscle. While in her human form, she s highly prone to physical attacks and can't handle more than a few blows. In caracal form, however, she shows incredible strength, despite her size, as do all of her kind.

SOUL

Vaeranel was born the daughter of a High Elf and a Werecat. An unlikely combination, at the very least, but at one time, her mother was not the person she is now. When Mira met Vaeranel's father, she was much like most werecats are: conceited, egotistical, and fond of all the pretty things in life. She was living her life in a carefree way, devoted to her own desires and needs and nothing else. When she came across the elf, she found a fascination not only by his riches, but by the exotic allure of a race not so often found mingling with her own. Quickly they became fascinated with one another, she for his physical perfection and incredible wealth and foreign riches, he for her exotic beauty and alluring manner by which she carried herself. She knew how to ensnare the elf, she knew how to draw him in and mine his resources with her body and charisma. They spent weeks spending his riches, rumpling sheets, and exploring in a flurry of lust thought to be love.

When Mira discovered she was with child, she was overwhelmed with happiness, what a perfect child it would be, born of the two most graceful, beautiful races coming together to create what Mira thought would be the image of perfection. But the high elf was not of the same mind set. When he found out about the child, he was appalled and afraid. His family would surely shun him, as would their culture. His passion and fascination over Mira was surpassed only by his greed and he was not willing to give up his life of comfort and prestige to raise up what his people would surely view as an abomination. He would have no part of it, despite the deep pit in his heart that began to form the second he turned his back to his child. He put the wealth to his eyes, shutting out his love for Mira and his yearning to be a father.

And so, Mira let spite fill her soul and grew to hate the thought of the High Elf, promising herself she would never again trust her heart to another, choosing to instead focus her heart on the raising of her perfect child. When Vaeranel was born, Mira felt full again, as she knew she would. But despite Mira's deepest feelings of affection and love for her unique child, society felt very much the same as what Vaeranel's father thought they would. The werecats didn't view Vaeranel as a unique gift, rather an atrocity. She looked different, and for a people who took great pride in their appearance, this was not acceptable. In her human form, her ears extended into long points, showing off her heritage, and were coated in fur, something not seen in fullbred werecats in human form. In cat form, her ears were the tell once more. Her body urged forward the form of a caracal, most visually similar to her human form, as all werecat morphs did. Because of this difference she suffered a childhood of alienation.

As she grew, Vaer stayed close with her mother, the only person who truly accepted her for who she was. At the age of 7 she met her only true friend, another who cared not for what Vaeranel was and more deeply for
who she was. Dendril was like a brother, a savior even, to Vaer. He helped her stay sane in a world where she was ridiculed for something beyond her power. When Vaer started spending more and more and more time in the woods, Dendril would follow her, looking out for her and solidifying his loyalty to his friend. At the age of 10, Vaeranel met Yntha.

Yntha came to Vaeranel one day from within the deep woods. He approached her and Dendril and informed her that he had been in the area for a while and that he had taken notice of her as she went about in her adventures and play in the great forest. He saw potential within her, in the way she connected with the woods and the earth, in the way that found a deep serenity in the woods that few people could ever find in a lifetime of searching. She saw the compassion Vaeranel held within her heart and he saw that she was a misfit of society. These, he said, were the makings of a child of the earth. Yntha was asked to be brought to Vaeranel's mother that he might make a proposition to the girl, under the supervision of her mother.

With hesitation from Dendril, Vaer agree and took the old elf back to her home. When they met with Mira, Yntha proposed an apprenticeship under him for Vaer, as a druid. Mira was shocked at first, magicks were not common among her people, and natural magicks seemed a dying art, nothing to make a living off of. But when she saw the look in her beloved daughter's eyes, the look of longing for this one place for her to belong and be at peace, she knew that the decision had already been made and that she owed it to her daughter, by love, to allow her to pursue this. Her instincts told her she could trust the old elf, but nevertheless, she charged Dendril, in secret, to watch over her daughter throughout her training.


And so, Vaeranel found a third friend in her life of loneliness and began her training as a druid. It was through drudism and natural mana that she found ultimate peace. She had always held her head high, never cared for what anyone said, never let the loneliness bother her, she was always the strong woman her mother raised her to be. But now, with this power and freedom she gained, she truly felt above all the trials of life. She felt liberation, and she became a different person.

Dendril got to see his best friend grow from a suppressed girl into a confident, flourishing woman. At 20, Vaer made the decision to leave her place in her mother's home, easing Mira's burden both socially and financially, despite her mother's protest. She build a home deep within the woods and it was there she found happiness, peace, belonging. Surrounded by nature and its creatures, she continued to learn and grow. Mira spent much of her time visiting her daughter and she herself grew fond of the natural world. Yntha became a close family friend and was much like a father to Vaer. Dendril never forgot about his promise to Mira and every day he traveled out into the woods to make sure Vaeranel was safe.

Personality description
Barnaby holds the typical personality of a Faerie. He is Charismatic and Kind-hearted, offering kindness to anyone willing to receive it. He is Genuine in his kindness, having a place for all of the world's creatures in his heart. He is a natural pacifist, rathering to reach an agreement without any sort of violence, since that goes against what he believes in. He is indeed likable, being that people seem to naturally flock to him. He is a smooth talker, able to twist and turn what people say in order to get them to agree with what he wants. This shows his naturally mischevious side.

Barnaby is 100% a flirt, being that his good looks have helped him in a number of ways. He loves women in all shapes, forms, and races, having become a sort of Casanova by stealing their hearts. It cannot be helped, being that Faeries are usually about the ideas of free love and open sexuality. Because of this, you will find him leaning to men as well, having little to no problem with telling bautiful people how marvelous they are.

He tunes into his playful, imp side by being a bit of a jokster and prankster. He is a glutton for attention, loving to have all eyes and compliments directed towards himself...Because of this, he usually comes off as rather egotistical and vain, which he is, but he is a nice guy. He is a natural romantic, putting his heart and whole being into every love relationship he comes across. He is a passionate person, stating his beliefs clearly to anyone he comes across...however; Barnaby is a coward.

He hates violence, so he is usually quick to run away from it, often leaving his companion and friends in the dust. Because of this, his only true friends are usually Bathazaar and Elois, but even they tire of his flaky, cowardly nature. It is his duty to protect, but often times you will find him seeking to be protected, even though he is fully capable of taking care of himself.

Eye color: A swirling vortex of Pink, Lilac, and Blue. His pupil is a creamy, almost white gold color that glows. There are specks of glitter (haa...Faerie dust) sparkling in his eyes....overall beautiful.

Inventory

Casual outfits:
You will usually see him deck in some of the finest cloth clothing, usually of silk or satin of some sort. He likes vibrant colors, Lilac being his favorite, usually pair brown or black leather pants and boots. Very light weight, but extravigant and slightly flamboyant looking.
Usual Outfit- A long sleeve, loose short Tunic of soft Lilac, traced in small golden threads and designs. It is usually covered in a dark brown vest, and a brown belt holding a few sparse objects. His pants are a dark brown, matching that of the vest; however, tied around his waist, a few more flamboyant colors can been seen: pink, orange, and green, jutting out just below his short tunic. His boots are brown, edged with golden thread to match the buckles on his vest and the lines on his pants. hey are slighlty heeled, giving off a small click as he walks.

Usually fine silks and clothes of sorts.

Same as his usual outfit.

Accessories:
Atop his head is an extravagant headpeice of white gold, gold, silver and bone (see picture above for reference). Large, multicolored ffeathers can be seen hanging just in front of his ears, glittering along with the many golden ribbons he has tied into his hair. Two large, red ribbon can be seen coming down, attached to two silver hoops attacking themselves to his headpiece.

On his shoulders is a large fur and feather shoulder pad of sorts, only atop his right shoulder, leaving the other one bare for that is usually where Bathazaar sits. This is attacked to his shoulder by a number of buckles and straps.

He wears open fingered, cloth gloves of brown.

Makeup: two coal lines on his cheeks.

Element: Natural Magic

Abiltiies
  1. The Shifter: Like many of the Fae class creatures that roam the earth, Barnaby has the ability to change forms into that of certain animals; however, this is the only likeness. When a Faerie is created, there are blessed with a single, spiritual companion, directly linked with their soul. This companion acts as an extension of themselves, representing their inner fire and spirit, and they have come to be known as Aliaks. This is where Barnaby is slightly different. Instead of being given a single companion, Barnaby found himself blessed wtih two. Using his two Aliaks, Barnaby is able to utilize their strengths and abilities by taking them inside himself and taking on their characteristics and appearance.
    1. Elois, gift of Speed and Endurance- By taking in the Deer, Elois, Barnaby shall be blessed with the Buck's natural speed and Endurance. He shall be able to sprint at unthinkable speed and jump heights thought to be unimaginable. He takes on certain appearances of a Buck, growing long deer ears, antlers, and a tail. His legs will turn into that of a deer and his feet shall become hooves. This gives him a boost in agility and even increases his overall endurance, helping him make a quick escape.
    2. Bathazaar, gift of flight and sight- By taking in the Raven, Bathazaar, Barnaby shall be blessed with the Raven's gift of flight and heightened sight and hearing. He shall be able to fly great distances, his sight and hearing improving to that of a Raven. He shall take on certain appearances of a Raven: His arms shall transform into two large black wings. His hair shall turn into Raven black feathers. His nails shall turn into talons. His feet shall become that of a raven.
    3. Aliak soul entertanglement.-By taking in both Aliaks at once, Barnaby shall be able to tune into his truest form, taking on both of the creatures' strengths. His speed shall be immense, his endurance up, increased strength, heightened senses, and the ability to achieve flight. He is able to remain in this form for up t 15 mintues, but if he should decide to go past that, he is at great risk.
  2. The Preserver- Being that Barnaby is a Faerie, he has been gifted with the ability to heal all life around him. This can only be done through direct contact with him, being that he has to channel his own mana to the wounded object.
  3. The Creator- Barnaby is able to create and manipulate plantlife from his fingertips, spanning from a single flow in his palm, to an entire forest. His plant speciality usually specifies in flowers, mainly because he likes them best, but any plant life is available for his use. He is able to manipulate this life for attack as well as escape, depending on how he chooses to use this gift.
  4. Environment: Barnaby is able to harness Elements in their rawest form, able to manipulate the environment to his advantage. He can control rain and heat from the skies, use clouds to cover the sun, lower clouds to cause fog, cause thunderstorms. The dowside to this is that it takes quite a bit of energy to cause these attakes on a large scale, meaning he rarely does this to large areas.

Immunities
  • Earth based elemental attack have no effect on him, being that he is basically earth based as well
  • Water Based attack strengthen his abilities
  • Air based/wind based attack are helpful to him while in either of his animal forms.

Restrictions
The biggest Weakness that Barnaby has is while he is in either one of his Aliak connection forms.if he stays connected to his Aliaks for too long, he will slowly turn into large, spiritual beast forms of them. His mind will be lost and he will essentially turn into a monster. If he takes in both creatures at once (which he rarely does), this transformation will only be sped up and he will only have 10 to 15 minutes before he completely transforms into a monster. So time is definitely of essence when he is in these forms, meaning that he cannot and most certainly WILL NOT push himself too far, even though he rarely exerts too much energy.

Lu Feng's personality is very contradicting. While he is thoroughly cynical and nihilistic, he is at the same time devoted and protective, and even a little childish to the point where it makes him hard to hate. He doesn't usually lie, but he has a tendency to keep secrets and tell half truths. He truly isn't one of the friendliest people, and will usually try to keep others at a distance. Even when he means well and is trying to be nice, he often ends up being sarcastic. Especially so when he gives advice. He doesn't like the thought of making commitments, and can often come off as insensitive and reserved. Lu Feng tends to use logic; even when he tries try to meet others halfway something akin to empathy and emotional sensitivity, it rarely seems to quite come out right, if anything is even said at all.

Yet it should be noted that Lu Feng isn't all bad. He may not be your typical ray of sunshine, but he's creative and practical, knowing how to put novel ideas to good use – especially in dire situations. Additionally, Lu Feng is flexible, and though it comes with a certain unpredictability, Feng is still able to store his spontaneity for a rainy day, releasing their energy just when it is needed most.

On the other hand, his stubborn nature, difficulty to comprehend others' emotions, attitude that one should focus on the moment, can lead to unnecessary and unhelpful boundary-pushing. He has a tendency to escalate conflict and danger just to see where it goes, something that can have disastrous consequences for everyone around if he were to lose control of the situation. He is notoriously difficult to get to know, and is by all means a true introvert, keeping his personal matters to himself, and often just preferring silence to small talk.

Lu Feng tends to base most of his decisions on logic and facts, rather than feelings and what society considers to be right. Then again, he has no problem stealing and lying, so one could easily state that his morale... is somewhat askew.

Lu Feng is a handsome young man, with long black hair that falls to his waist when not tied up. Due to his slender form, long hair and somewhat delicate features, Toru has a tendency to refer to him as pretty. This doesn't really go well with Lu Feng's pride, and is perhaps another reason the nickname 'Lulu' gets so much on his nerves.

Lu Feng's eyes are a beautiful golden yellow shade, and his eye lashes are long and dark. His face could be referred to as sculpted, with high cheek bones, full lips, a sharp jaw lines and flawless, milky skin. At least regarding his face. His arms, legs and back in particular, are marred with countless, for the most part rather hideous scars. He usually keeps these covered up by his clothes, and doesn't particularly like people touching or commenting on them.

Although he does claim not to be fond of his feminine appearance, Lu Feng is absolutely adamant about keeping his hair long. Whilst it is understandable since his hair is of very good quality and it does suit him, it doesn't exactly help his case.

The colors he usually wears are black, red, a tinge of white and gold.
