The year is 2015. A normal man, maybe exceptional, but otherwise, not a Hercules, not a Superman or Hulk, drove his car to work one day, and lost his right eye in a car accident. He woke from surgery some time later with none other than the eye of Odin replacing his old eye.
Such things have been happening all over the country and world in general. Some have received donations from mysterious doners, gaining extremely powerful abilities in the process.
