General Info
Welcome to the ground! You survived! This thread is pretty simple. It's based on the 100, the tv show. It is set in a dystopian world full of action and adventure and mystery. Our charries are a wide variety of what this world has to offer. The plot is a simple one. All 13 clans have been invited to Polis to present a showcase of sorts of warriors and glorious battles. Essentially, gladiator style fights amongst chosen opponents.

OOC RULES:
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS THREAD WILL HAVE MATURE (18+) THEMES. I would prefer it if the rpers that join were also 18+ so things don't get hairy lmao
Character limit is 2!! If u wanna play 2 charries, make the genders even please!!
Your character can be a Grounder or Ark born (in this case they'd be Skaikru)
I've had issues with OP charries in the past so PLEASE make it realistic like the sshow. An example of this would be if you have a Skaikru/Ark born charrie, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make them a better combatant or have fancier weapons or whatever than a born Grounder. Realistically, Skaikru are the weakest clan in terms of fighting, please accept that and reflect it in your form lol.
Age range is whatever but keep in mind that this thread will have mature themes.
If your charrie has a traumatic/triggering past, please put in a spoiler to respect others!!
Swearing is allowed but please do not make it excessive
You may only have ONE charrie in each clan of your choosing unless they are siblings.
Speaking of siblings!! OG CHARACTERS ONLY! This means NO "girl under the floor 2.0" or anything. This thread is about creativity. There will be no borrowing plots from the show or basing your characters off of anyone. This is original, think of your own cool ideas!!
Disclaimer: injuring of characters is gonna play a major part in this thread. Again, please make it realistic when your charrie is fighting. They're not gonna magically come out of every fight without a scratch and beat every opponent. It's okay for your charrie to lose, in fact its encouraged!! Let them lose a couple fights, provides character development lol. HOWEVER, killing off another person's charrie MUST be okayed by the rper.
All sexualities/genders are allowed and encouraged!! :)
We're not super strict about posting length as long as it's literate and all that. I understand low muse so bare minimum post length is one decent size paragraph, just please don't make a habit of it haha
Be respectful of others please, no ooc drama. If you need to hash it out with someone, take it elsewhere.
》I am not running this thread alone. @JDJDheda . Is my fellow collaborator in this so if u guys have any questions please ask one of us. On that note, whatever either of us say, goes, as the creators of this this lovely thread. :)
Lastly, have fun yall!!

IC RULES: (go ahead and break them all ya'll LMAO)

~ No males allowed in the female washing areas and vice versa
~ Curfew is 11 pm

Tori kom Azgeda | 21 |Azgedakru
The week had started out normally for the twins; robbing a few caravans, Tori getting into a stupid situation, her brother having to bail her out, and causing general mayhem. It was what she was good at. Her brother on the other hand, he'd gotten boring since her accident as a child. It had been on a dare that Tori decided it was a good idea to slid across a frozen river in the dead of winter, with no adult supervision. The young Azgeda warrior could not resist a direct challenge, especially from her twin. And, well, she did succeed, but she failed to see the waterfall at the end of the river, and poor little Tori had slid right off the edge of the icy cliff and into the freezing water below. Her brother had been frantic, reasonably so, she supposed. She had almost died. Tori had lasted about a day in the infirmary before she decided to try and walk it off. Toro had sent her right back to bed. After that, he was the responsible one, the guy who rarely took risks if it meant that his sister could be harmed. While she appreciated it at times, she really hated how much a party-pooper he had become. Rules were one of her biggest pet peeves, and sometimes her twin acted more like a father than her brother. No matter, she always managed to drag him along with her antics and he always looked out for her. He did the job better than their actual father did, wherever he was.

It was about three days into the week when a correspondence, more like an invitation, was received, sent by the Heda himself through messenger riders, to each clan. The message was simple; Each clan must present their best warriors in Polis in three days time for a display of might and skill in one-on-one combat. The victorious warrior guarantee's a seat on the Heda's private guard, at the right hand of the Commander. Heck, competing to win the position of the Commander's Captain of the guard? Initially it sounded too good to be true, but rumors had spread that the last Captain had been killed by the Heda after he sold information to the one and only Azgedakru King. Well that would certainly sour things. Her and her brother were frowned upon by most other clans, even if they weren't totally on board with their birth clan, they were still born here, it was still home. The brunette female had wasted no time in packing up her things and saddling up her horse alongside her brother for the two day journey to Polis. There was no way she was missing the chance to get out of this horrid place. They were treated like outcasts here and she was tired of it, not to mention the persistent Captain in the King's ranks who continued to bombard them with warriors trying to arrest them. Yeah, that always went well, for the twins. She lost count of how many times they had to send the bodies of these foolish warriors back to the capital with a note saying how miserably they failed. Her and her brother were just too stubborn to be arrested. If the King really wanted them apprehended and executed, he should do it himself.
The ride to Polis was a rather uneventful one, and the closer they got to the Heda's seat of power, the more uncomfortable the young Azgeda warrior grew in the rising heat. If one thing bothered her more than Toro's stupid nickname for her, it was heat. Sweat didn't bother her in the slightest, but humidity, the sun beating constantly on her back, it wasn't exactly her idea of fun. She preferred the bitter cold, the chilled breeze biting into her skin, and the soft furs. You couldn't wear furs here. You'd roast alive if you tried that. Tori had shed hers long ago, and even just in a tank top, a thin sheen of sweat gleamed on her scarred and tattooed skin. She made the mistake of only bringing two canteens of water, they were both empty by now, but thankfully, she could see the tower at Polis' center rising over the hills. All they had to do was not get attacked by Trikru warriors before they got there. Azgeda and Trikru shared a border; Trikru's Northern border, Azgeda's Southern border. The ride to Polis from the Azgeda capital required them to cut right through the heart of the Tree People's territory. It wasn't pleasant if they ever got stopped by a small squad of overzealous Trikru scum, but the route they took was neutral ground, as negotiated decades ago, so the eager Tree People couldn't touch them lest they risk the full might of the Ice Nation army's bearing down upon them.
The arrival of the Ice Nation warriors was met with varying levels of hostility and general dislike. Tori was not surprised, and she held her head high as they rode in on their thick-furred horses. Tori's horse, Beowulf, was black as night, with expressive eyes and an attitude taller than Toro, but they got along well. Her steed was loyal and bold, as well as stubborn, their personalities clashed and meshed equally. Once the brunette had finished settling her equine companion, the Ice Nation native took to exploring their temporary home, swiping an apple from a nearby vendor and climbing up to perch on the metal rooftops that made up the majority of the market tents. Her balance was impeccable as she carefully stepped along the metal grooves, waving innocently to her brother as he followed on the ground below her. Stars, he was stiff. In an act of the sass he knew so well, she kicked a small pebble at her sibling, a smirk tugging at her lips. "Lighten up, dear brother! This is a new adventure for both of us! I can't have you sulking around like a drill sergeant the entire time we're here," she teased as she took a satisfying bite of her rose-colored apple. She would get him to loosen up, eventually. The sound of clattering hooves grabbed her attention, and an even wider grin parted her soft lips as she recognized the all-too-familiar forest-colored warriors of the Tree People. If she were anyone else, she would have hurled the leftover core of her juicy snack right at the heads of one of the tall warriors, but she was raised with some manners, so instead she just slid down from her perch and wandered over to them, silently admiring the massive height of both of the beautiful men that dismounted. Tori would be lying if she said that most men that came out of Trikru were ugly bastards. These two were definitely not ugly. The young Azgeda warrior watched them for a number of minutes, observing from afar as the pair were instructed to bring their steeds to the stables. Of course, she followed. She'd experienced much of the world much earlier than most people, but she'd never had close encounters with warriors from other clans besides the occasional scuffle with a stray, inexperienced Trikru warrior, but never any obviously well-trained specimens like these two. The much smaller brunette remained silent for quite a while, but she couldn't resist igniting the well-known rivalry between their two clans. "I'll be honest, I was half expecting a group of fine Trikru warriors such as yourselves to show up on foot with blades the size of my foot. But no... this... this is somewhat impressive. You might actually pose a challenge for my clan." Her voice was dripping with sarcasm, her lips curved into a mischievous grin like that of a cat before they pounced. This little competition would certainly be interesting.
