Martial arts serves all sorts of purposes in today's age. A means of self-discipline, self-defense, or just an extreme workout-- some people even take part for entertainment's sake!

Do you partake of the martial arts? Have you ever? Or are you more of a fan of them, watching films and sporting events?
I love martial arts! when I am practicing I feel like everything is great, all of my depression and anxiety go away, it's my ultimate coping startegy.
Did karate, then moved, continued the routines on my own, still do but can't do it as intensely since I injured my knee.
